fruit cake
I want to express my displeasure of the Harry & David Fruitcake I recently received. I had served all of it, only to find there was no Fruit in it. It was full of nuts, but no fruit. We were very disappointed. I have made my own fruitcakes and have purchased pre-made ones at the grocery store. They were full of cherries, red and green, pineapple, orange peel, and other things. This was a very moist nut cake.
failure to cancel account ruins credit
In January I telephoned and cancelled my QVC account. I seldom used it and we were moving. The account was never cancelled. I had subscribed to one of those "send things automatically" coins representing national parks. Since they did not cancel the account they sent a package in the spring, evidently. The mail forward had expired so the package was returned to them. I was still charged for it, and billed and billed and billed although I saw none of the bills. I knew nothing about the package. They had my email address, but that would have been too much effort. The credit bureaus have it down at non payment for 120 days. This is for a cancelled account and a package about which I knew nothing.
I have talked to them (twice) and am submitting a dispute with their Synchrony Bank. The people to whom I have spoken move me from person to person, and no one pays any attention. They are rude and unprofessional. I have also filed disputes with credit bureaus, but I don't know what the outcome will be. I would recommend never working with QVC.

I have been a customer with QVC since it's inception and have never had an issue with my account nor with my QVC Credit Card Account. In June 2019 for unforeseeable reasons I was forced to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy whihc DID NOT include my QVC credit card since the account was paid in full/closed. I went to make a purchase with QVC on or about 09/14/19 and noticed that my previous order history was gone so I decided to wait before making the purchase until I could contact QVC. I contacted QVC on 09/19/19 via online chat was was advised that my account was permantently closed becasue I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy June 2019 and that the account COULD NOT be reopened. There was no communication received from QVC on their decision to permantently close my account nor was there good cause for QVC to close my account since my account had ALWAYS been in good standing.

scott brothers matterss is dangerous ...the skirt around the matterss is too loose so mattress slides off the edge of bead and gives a false sence of width mattress ...I have fallen out of bed full body 3 times...if I were older ...a law suite would sure be the next step the skirt is too flimsey and the elastice too loose ...it is very dangerouse as it give a false sence of the edge of the matteress..

The first picture is the Pete Rose ball with the Henry Aaron ball. Notice how vivid the Rose ball is, and you can berely read the Aaron ball. The second is the Aaron ball, notice the 177/2000 is legelable, They told me I must of had it in direct sunlite, so why can you read the the Rose ball and the 177/2000 when they were on the same shelf in my sports room.
jewelry purchase; affinity diamonds
I purchased an expensive band ring to find out there is no way to address the issue of a diamond popping out. This means this is an inferior product. All manufacturers offer warranties for these types of things. It is the industry standard to have a warranty of some type.
I called to get assistance and was told that QVC does get a warranty from the manufacturer. I am out the money I paid for the ring, approximately $2400.00 as it has no value and I have to pay more money to have it fixed. I have not owned it long.
I would like a resolution to this problem. I would like it repaired or a voucher to have it repaired at a local jeweler with a warranty put in place.
autographed baseballs
This is when companys become to big to care . A follow up on my autographed baseballs. I called and closed my account with QVC, they asked me why and I told them the story, and they said thank you for your business and I can come back when ever I wanted! Are they not listening. I know no one from QVC reads these, but just one day no one order anything the entire day, and maybe they will start. I also will return there check for $22.45, which I would have rather them say there was nothing they could do. Do not see a date to cash by so I will send it back at a later time.
autographed baseballs
In the late 90, s I purchased 5 autographed baseballs by the following ballplayers. Cal Ripken, Henry Aaron, Roger Clemens, Pete Rose and Barry Bonds all from different shows. Each show had the player live selling these collectables. These balls are postmarked, signed and numbered and only sold a certain amount. For at least 10 years I had them on display in my sports room only to put them back in there original boxes in my safe until last month. I was giving these to my grandson for graduating high school. Of the 5 balls, 3 are still good. Roger Clemens you can just bearly read, it is his 6 cy young ball and Henry Aaron you can not see it at all. This one was an anniversary of his breaking babe Ruths record. I would like to think these would last a lifetime. I paid at least 180dollars or more at that time.l wanted to e mail pictures of these balls, but they told me not to do anything until I hear back from them in 48 hours. I did not receive a call but today I received a check for 22.00 dollars!. That is 11 dollars a ball which were sold as collectables. Who makes that decision? That is a slap in my face and l will return your check. I will never ever purchase anything from qvc again.
serta mattress
We purchased a serta cal-king size m*attress in oct. 2018, 3 months after purchasing this $1086.00 mattress it feels and looks like a 30 year old mattress. It has holes deep depressions really all thru the mattress. The absolute worst mattress ever.. Would love to return for a refund total refund! I have a QCard, checked with the bank associated with QVC, the bank said I have a credit. THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND WHAT REALLY GOT ME WAS THAT WHEN MY SON WAS ORDERING FOR ME FOR BIRTHDAYS, ETC., THEY WOULDN'T EVEN SHIP IT TO MY HOUSE...…………………….WHAT IS UP WITH THAT? WHEN I CALLED TODAY TO GET THIS ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT THEY TOLD ME THAT CORPORATE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND I SAID OK, CAN I HAVE THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. office 365 productivity suite 6
Ordered computer with Office 365 for one year. Order invoice date 11/22/18. Received invoice for product but no activation key. Called customer service and was told to contact HP, the maker of the computer I ordered from QVC with Office 365. I contacted HP and was told that QVC was responsible for sending the activation key along with the invoice. I called QVC and was told they could do nothing, I needed to contact HP. I contacted HP and was again told that it was a problem with QVC, but perhaps advanced tech repair could help me. I called them and was told again that this was the responsibility of QVC. After explaining the lack of customer service at QVC they suggested calling Microsoft for help. I sent pictures of my order, the invoice for both Office 365 and the HP computer, and the information on the outside of the HP computer box. Still waiting for resolution and frustrated that I can not complete my work after waiting for the delivery of Office 365. VERY disappointed in the extremely poor customer service from QVC. I guess I have to return the computer and start over with my purchase of a computer and Office 365.
refund policy
I ordered an Apple iPad and called to cancel the order within 24 hours because it had not yet shipped. They would not cancel that order. it shipped a week later. when I received it I returned it unopened and this was a month ago.they took two weeks to acknowledge the refund and now they want 10 more business days to apply apply the refund to their credit card. so in the meantime, the credit card company is going to charge me interest because I refuse to pay an amount that I don't owe. In addition they the shipping and handling cost for this was like $4.99 when I got it but they charged me $11.93 to return it even though the postage wasn't that much. they have a shipping and handling additional fee. I'm really unhappy with the service of QVC and their refund policy. For them to take a month to give me my money back on a credit card is ridiculous. also the fact they couldn't cancel something if it hadn't shipped yet. I will never do business with them again

I was given a 250.00 gift catd to qvc this was processed bia cashstar whom qvc uses, they take your money, pull it from your bank account, and then tell you the money is not accessable as they earn interest, this is not only illegal but is wrong! If you purchase a gift card, the money is withdrawn from your account, the credit should be avsilanle! Was with QVC for years and in 2016 my husband had open heart surgery and was out of work for 5 months, We ended up filing bankruptcy and I don't remember the exact amount we owed but it wasn't much. Then I tried to buy something, like a year later and they said no unless I was a member, but they wouldn't let me sign up and I told them I didn't want credit I would pay with a bankcard. They still refused to sign me up so I said o.k. Then about 2 months later I get a e-mail asking if I would like to join QVC. I signed up just to see what would happen. They accepted the application and gave me a small 400 account. I ORDERED A COUPLE SMALL LOCK AND LOCK SETS AND PAID FOR THEM, THEN A few months later I tried to order sheets and they said my account was closed again. This time I told them to keep it closed, enough is enough. The bad part is I had lots of friends and family who have now cancelled their account because of what they did to me. Shame on all of you at QVC for treating people like that.

I have placed three orders with QVC, for Mac book air laptop. Each order has been canceled and money placed on hold. They tell me because my daughter has a balance of 200$ and it needs to be paid before my order can be shipped. Dierra has her own bank account different address which is in a different town than myself. I would like to file a complaint because I have nothing to do with my daughters accout. No one notified me to tell me why my order was canceled .
titanium infused ceramic pots and pans
Received this pot and pan set for Christmas from my Mother. They cook everything beautifully BUT although they say dishwasher safe when washed in the dishwasher the handles fill with water. Every piece must be tilted and shaken out to get as much water out as possible but I believe this is unsanitary and is a defect in my product. My sister also received this set from our mother for Christmas and has not had this issue. I would like this issue resolved with a replacement.

I recently called to for help and found the number was disconnected another number I was routed [protected] was disconnected. I call QVC and after being transferred to 5 different people. I was routed to someone in India (Dell) who had no idea what I was talking about and had no solution. Please don't tell me to call Dell in the US they have no knowledge of this service.

bank card transaction concerns
On 11/24/17 I ordered two Bose Wave Music System for 299.99 the first I ordered over the phone and the other via computer. on 11/28, After much consideration I decided to only get one and called QVC to cancel the 2nd order. First trying to go through automation, I was told that my pin number (which Ihad for 7 years) was incorrect. When I spoke to a person, I was told I can put the same pin number back in which Joe claimed he did. I checked my bank statement and yes, only one system was charged. But the curious thing is there is no transaction identification beside the charge. Called bank, they stated that tomorrow transaction number would show. This is irregular however also( contacting legal advise on that part) however, I contacted QVC to ask why no transaction number(10 digit number) was not there. There is not enough space to tell me the circle young lady put me through. Ask to speak to someone in authority I was disconnected twice. Looked over the "cancellation" e-mail and it gave a bogus contact number. I just need the transaction number of my purchase and either QVC or bank is mishandling my account. Concerned my order is not properly documented. Please advised

taxes
I was told by qvc that they have to charge tax in pennsylvania because all clothing bought from qvc was considered formalware. There is no tax in pa on clothing only bathing suits and formalware and what I have bought from qvc is definitely neither. When I go to bon ton... Macys... Jcpenny I do not not get taxed on same type of clothing. Something is not right here?
loyal customer for years kicked to the curb after fraud on my account
A few months ago we watched in horror as someone began fraudulently ordering laptops from our QVC account. And we were lucky that we watch our account like a hawk. We notified QVC about what was happening on the day that it happened. QVC assured us the account was frozen but over the next few days laptops ordered were still appearing on our account. We closed our bank cards and froze the QVC accounts.
We thought that might be the end of it. Months later we received a noticed from a collection agency that we needed to pay for the laptops. Surely there had to some mixup. We figured easy fix, we'll just contact QVC and we can resolve this.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Every time we call to try and resolve the matter, the representatives tell us "sorry, this is a corporate matter, someone will call you within the week." A week goes by and no one calls. This pattern has happened for a number of subsequent weeks.
When we ask to speak to a supervisor, they say not possible.
My wife loves QVC. Has been a loyal customer for years. And now, is being told we will never be able to order from them again. Anyone rational person who spends 1/2 minute and looks at our credit history, our spending habits with QVC would easily surmise that we would not fraudulently charge laptops from them.
Shame on you QVC! We're just trying to get this matter rectified so we can become the valued customers we were before. Since we cannot seem to reach anyone who will help US, we have no other recourse at this point to contact you through our attorneys. Great job turning loyal customers into staunch advocates against dealing with you!

I explained to her that this was a birthday gift and I did not want to substitute a different item for what I ordered. She explained to me that that was not going to be possible. With technology today, I'm not quite sure why I didn't receive an email saying payment has not been submitted would you like to continue your order or something of that nature. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and QVC and will no longer shop with them. I'm sure my one complaint is not going to break the company however, in this day and age when retail outlets and online outlets are competing so closely for all their customers needs and wants it's disappointing to know that QVC can pick and choose their customer base.
