I have contacted the UPS and the USPS. neither have my package. QVC says that they cannot refund my money They said they do not recall packages.
I asked on Sept 29 to have a Supervisor call from QVC, the agent told me within 4 hours I would get a call, no one has called.
Desired outcome: Get my money back and cancel the order.

I am blocked from commenting on QVC Live on Facebook and the following is the post I receive: "You can't comment on this post right now.
The broadcaster chose to apply this setting." People post rude and nasty comments about shows and hosts and continue to do so... I haven't done this and don't understand. No one at QVC or Facebook have been able to give me an answer or remove this block. I would appreciate someone giving me a response. I watch the comments on QVC Live on Facebook and there are many rude comments about about the hosts! Here is just one comment someone posted: "There they go Again…host not allowing the guest talk…. while they go on about nothing! Really wish host would take a step back, and let us hear from the people who are showing their product. Man I can’t take all the yapping! How about this one:"Is there anyone worse than these two for a food show?" I haven't said anything and I am blocked... not right!

Return was made almost impossible and not refunded
I tried for weeks to send a return to QVC. When I would email or chat with them, I was given the run around that there was a glitch in printing a return label. Been with qvc for awhile. Love most of the products. Problem is they call you a liar. One day shut my account down without contacting me and stated I had an old account from 2018 with balancee due. Well it is 2022 and I have never had a issue of owing anyone. Explained 3 times to customer service that was not my account, twice transferred to unidentifiable number to leave a personal information message. I did not leave! Last told nothing could be done unless I paid the money owed, that was not mine. Informed customer service had current easy pays due, told they would just charge card on file. However, they do not have my permission! Problem is I still have easy pays and a lot too! And no way to pay them. So I guess if qvc wants their money they will contact me with what I owe for my current account or send to collections and cancel someone elses account stating is their account! Shady company at best!
Desired outcome: OVC needs to get with the program and stop slandering or preventing their good customers from maintaining honest good payment habits! furthermore, maybe they should contact the customer prior to canceling their account.
They did it to me after being with them for over 25 years. Cannot get print out of payments due and they just keep debiting our card. They say a letter is coming but it never comes. I will be contacting the few vendors I shop with all the time to voice my disgust with being treated this way.

Bought new hp laptop christamas 2021 had it two months the touch pad started sticking called hp they said that they had stop making that laptop two years ago could not even buy a new touch pad then last month the laptop caught on fire under the touch pad let it bun itself out called hp said i must had got water on it heell no they said it could'nt be fixted screw hp an qvc if you want an outdated pc buy one from qvc

I got off the phone with QVC and I am never again ordering from them. I found a great deal on some tumbles with Bluetooth speakers and thought that the would be a great Christmas gift. So I got two in different colors. I paid for it in full $29.70 with my paypal account. Got my products not long after that with no problem. I made this purchase on July 15th, 2022.
Today, August 12th, 2022... I got a e-mail from paypal that there was a authorize charge of $14.85 and it was taken out my paypal balance. At first I thought it was my paypal, so I called paypal to verify and they of course checked it and asked if I have contacted QVC yet. I told them that I didn't receive any emails from QVC about confirmation of a order that was done by me or anyone.
So the man with Paypal suggested that we have a three way call with QVC. Well let me tell you... you can tell this lady was not a listener. When the three way call was connected, she of course ask for verifications and proceeded to tell me that I made those charges.
I told her immediately that I did not make a purchase today with QVC. The only purchase I have ever made was in July 15th and that charge was a total of $29.70...NOT $14.85.
The QVC customer service lady proceeds to say that the $29.70 was not authorized therefore they had to charge it now. I said... A WHOLE MONTH LATER?!? Why did you send the products to me if the payment didn't work? Why did you not e-mail me saying the payment didn't work? (Keep in mind.. the paypal customer service man was still on the phone too)
The QVC lady said (with lots of stumbling words) "Well there was a system bug on our end. I don't know why its charging you $14.85 now and not the other $14.85... but it will later on."
I said I had enough... this was ridiculous and I was not informed or even being considered for the betterment of the customer. You do not charge a customer a month later and you shouldn't ship products if there's a transaction problem. QVC, you didn't inform me. I could understand if my paypal doesn't work. I could have make other alternatives, but I had to wake up this morning with some of my funds on hold. I would like to return my products so I will not have any more dealings with QVC again.
The lady was very hesitate on giving me a return label. But she finally did. After I got off the phone with both services, I saw on my return label that there will be a return fee $6.65 deducted from my return. I know it may sound silly, but QVC customer service is very poor. The return fee is probably a strict policy but it's the principle of the matter that I was never informed by QVC that they were having trouble with my transaction/order. I would have gladly handled it with them but apparently they care about charging whenever its best for the company and not for the consumer.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology by QVC for understanding that you cannot charge someone with no follow up emails or even a whole month later. I would think the BEST customer service is not to have the pay for the return fee of $6.95.
My recent orders
Ordered over Christmas in July weekend when it said free shipping. Every item I ordered said free shipping. Got looking and was charged 22.00 shipping on 1 was so mad didn't even look at other! Returning all and won't shop there again this is not the 1st time this has happened and chat person was rude and didn't seem to care on e cancelling like a 300.00 dollar order some has shipped will return them.
Desired outcome: Take off all shipping charges like was advertised when I ordered!
Processing of my order on the Qvc website
Qvc order # [protected] So, I placed an order on qvc.com on August 2, 2022 around 7 pm for the Sony PlayStation 5. I used my prepaid debit card for the purchase and made it through the PayPal option. There were no issues and the payment went through successfully. Then yesterday, August 3rd,I get an email from qvc (financial dept)saying that they needed more verification. I called the number given and it was a voice mailbox. I left a message and waited to hear back but didn't. I then called customer service and they forwarded my info and said corporate would call back by the end of day,but after waiting all day,they didnt. Then I see on the Qvc website that my order has been canceled because of fraud..which it most Definitely was not! My transaction was made correctly and I'm highly upset about this. To make matters worse, noone in customer service seemed to know what to do or who to talk to. I literally got the run around all day and no resolution to my issue. I would very much appreciate assistance with this issue which is ongoing. Thank you.
Desired outcome: I would Love it if this could be resolved with Qvc shipping my order since I've already paid for it, but if they can't for whatever reason I would like to be refunded immediately.
Closed my account
I have been a QVC customer for ages. I've bought a myriad of products. In June, I tried to purchase a TSV. I did not opt for easy pay. I paid for the item in its entirety. I went a few days later to view my account online and it would not recognize my account. I tried to change the password and it made me create a new account. I tried calling to find out what the deal was and the customer service agent could not tell me anything other than either someone with the same name or the same address owed them some money. My easy pays I have purchased prior are still being taken out of my bank account. Everything is up to date. They were supposed to have someone call me back. She said it could take up to 2 weeks. It's been 6. I can't get anyone to answer me as to why they keep canceling my account. I recently created a new account and ordered another item (full pay, not easy pay). They cancelled my account again. No reasoning whatsoever.

Dear QVC, I have been loyal customer over 27 years total.. I have loved you since day we met. I shop with u lots. As of December 2021 I did my normal Christmas shopping. I spend on average 3k to 4K at this time year plus lots all year long. I placed my orders from Nov to Dec. I then phoned QVC to pay early my acct. during the processing the QVC computer crashed when it came back online said my acct was in the red yet it want even sue yet Easy pay installment 2. 1,800 was processed. Next spoke manager. Then after few weeks of this n kept falling I was able speak another manager finally my acct was back out red after few months. I then paid 1,400 n asked my final balance? I was told will send up finance. Weeks later I got reply. They had my new tally. I paid money again. Then while paying more money was brought my attention I over paid QVC. So I was told per manger not to pay more because when u pay easy pay when it showing red the account won’t clear the red it will just keep taking payments. I was so worried n eager shop I kept submitting payments. Finally after months being whole I kept calling ask can u please re ove red so I can use my account? I was told sorry we are sorry it sad ur having call constant but out of our hands let’s sevd another note to finance. I know this quick fix because this happened to my account in 2009 one item went red during computer crash upon coming back up during psynevt and the finance fixed it two seconds. Any how I love QVC I’m ceo use this acct often for everything couldn’t believe trying pay early being loyal for years it was so difficult for finance to fix yet ok meantime waiting there fix and tally I noticed I over paid again on blankets and few other items 12 Pay to be exact. I asked can u sevd it to finance tell them want pay my acct and get refund my ok no refund ca. worry if that later I just want know my final to pay it today cos my acct not being fixed I’m eager to use it. Dear qvc sorry my pas spelling errors was typing home crying. I’m CEO own business. Been doing business with you for 27 years. I’m Devi stated. I order lots from u yearly. Christmas 2021. I bought around 2,700 . Give or take. I did t know u can only pay 10 early pays at time so when I paid over 200 my acct crashed plus your computer crashed the same day throwing my account in red yet my account 1st easy payment was not due yet. The computer took 1,800 refunded rest of what I processed? I called days n weeks asking someone to fix my acct so I can use it and pay it off early? Finance out some paynevts back on easy pay but Ted wasn’t cleared. As I kept paying my acct I over paid ms y items 12 and 11 payments yet others said 3 to 5 out 5 payments. I kept in contact with you weekly and daily n Monthly trying resolve this. Speaking managers and customer reps upto 4 hour long calls. I kept asking finance over n over to tally my final because according to my bank and records under easy pays I was over payed u owed me money yet I said add to notes don’t care if I get that money back now or later or never I just want to clear the red to reflect my account numbers I’m good use my account and pay if I do owe of anything. I was ignored and finance never helped me. Finally I made 12 more attempts. It was advised me by manager not pay more because if account in red sue computer crash it will keep excepting money it won’t clear the red. Only finance can clear the red. Upon my request I was advised call back today. Upon doing so I was advised the amount you owed me was deducted and I owed 169,44 instead allowing me to pay my account continue be loyal customer u sent me to collections? I had paid early not late? Not my fault your computer crashed moved my account to red/ in notes u can see tons calls tons of payments and u owing me money? At one point was told qvc true refund me but was put ok old card? Yet my account is updated? Next was told I will get qvc credit in gift cards? Yet I didn’t care I wanted to just use my account .. Never received order
Ordered an item on July 1. Called them July 6 because item never showed shipped, was told it was scheduled to be delivered by July 9, if it don’t receive it or an email saying it shipped, to call back July 9. Miraculously that night, the item shipped…..only to not advance whatsoever in the shipping world. It was shipped UPS sure post, which means it will go to the Post Office for final delivery. I do the informed delivery from USPS and get notifications when a package comes into the shipping process. Never received any notice, package still says waiting to be received by UPS. What a scam!
Desired outcome: Receive my item….actually receive it and not have smoke blown up my rear.

When waiting for product info Kerstin talks Excessively and the rep does not get time to tell us about the product. I am not alone asking for this to be addressed as I have seen numerous requests to "muzzle" her. She will even come back in when another host is in the middle of their presentation. ENOUGH ALREADY! Your customers want product information from the product reps. While it's fine for hosts to mention that they have an item, continuous blathering about how many, how each family member uses it, blah blah... This is what Kerstin does!.Again ENOUGH ALREADY! As others have posted they are doing, I now change channel rather than tolerate this aggravating, annoying, rude know it all. Please do something about her. Please!

Good morning,
My name is Katie Waltz and I contacted QVC last month in regards to a sudden account termination. After speaking to many employees, I was finally able to speak to a QVC customer service member that actually took the time to explain what she was seeing on her side of the screen. This helped me tremendously because others were just blowing me off. After speaking to her, I understood why my account was canceled and why I never received any communication from QVC about an account from 2015 that went into collections. Unfortunately, we moved not long after the account went into default and they were sending all the information about that account to the address on file not our new one. Therefore for the last seven years, I didn’t receive anything concerning that account. Because that account was inactive, I created a new one and had been using that new account for the last seven years with no issues until last month.
After finding out that I indeed owed money was my previous account, I contacted the collections agency and gladly paid off my old account in full. I was told that by taking care of this balance and sending the receipt/payment confirmation to QVC, they would open my current account again. Unfortunately, that was not what happened! I never heard back from QVC through mail, email, or phone. I tried reaching out to them again and was told there was nothing I could do, my account had been permanently terminated. As you could imagine, this left me very confused and upset! I called back again, just to see if another customer service representative concluded the same outcome but she said for me to call back in a few days to see if they reopened my account. She never said it was permanently closed? How can two people have contrasting information while observing the same screen? There is either a chance to regain my current account (which was in great standing when it closed) or I will never be able to order from QVC again? Which would be completely devastating! I am beyond overwhelmed and just need answers! I know this may be no concern to most people but I literally ordered everything from QVC! From beauty products to technical devices and everything in between! My whole house is filled with QVC products! My family even gives me a hard time about how much I LOVE QVC! I guess I just don’t understand? I corrected the problem and all I want is to get my account back! I don’t know what else I can do? QVC makes it extremely hard to get in touch with anyone to try and resolve this issue! The customer service department can only do so much. When I’ve asked to talk to someone in account management, they say that they will have to call me but to this day, Ive never received a phone call from QVC. One employee told me to write a letter because they don’t have an email. So I wrote two explaining the situation with proof that I paid off my collections balance and still I’ve heard nothing! I’m really starting to feel like QVC doesn’t care about their customers or wants my business at all! This is very disheartening because I’ve been a loyal customer for years and my current account has always been in good standing! I understand I had a collection from 8 years ago but when you don't receive notices, it’s hard to solve a problem. However, even after taking care of the collection balance, I am still just getting the run around. I know this email is lengthy and I do apologize for that! I’m just desperate to get this solved! At your soonest convenience, can you please research my account to see if my letters were received or if there has been any updates on my account? If you search my payment history, you will see for the last seven plus years, I have ALWAYS paid my orders as well as easy pay orders on time and in full! That should speak volumes! I am also a Q card account holder and have excellent credit history with them! Also, I was told that several accounts show up under my phone number. One would be the very first account I opened (this is the one that went to collections) associated with the Foxfield address. The other should be my current account ([protected]) that was just recently terminated. This account should be associated with a 4 Ski Haven address. After, my current account was closed in May, I did try to open up another to see if I could have access to my old account. I still have open “easy pay” orders and I need to be able to manage them. Unfortunately with my account closed, I don’t have access to that information which makes it hard to keep up with what I owe and when! I’m not sure about the others if there are others? I know several of my credit card accounts were hacked in May, so I don’t know if the other account(s) were part of that!? I know on May 13 someone tried ordering an X-Box and that was not me! That is also the same time my account was closed. They apparently noticed fraudulent activity but instead of just canceling the order, they canceled my whole account as well! I can tell you the same thing happened to me. I have called 3 times o customer service and been transferred to lord knows where to leave a message. not happening. I have never had another account with qvc and am tole I owe money from 4 years ago. well I guess if they want my money from the easy pays that I still owe they will contact me. I am finished calling them. Additionally, I will not pay a dime more as I have no idea how and when th payments are due. so call me if you want your money and leave a message at the beep!

I bought this laptop from qvc and the reason I chose this laptop was the life of pc warranty. I am needing help with the laptop so I called the telephone number listed on the brochure and its no longer active. This is unacceptable as a customer. Reading some of the compliants I see its everyone who bought the laptops. I have the17 inch hp with pc treasures bundlewith tech support and anti virus. Please respond and advise what qvc is going to do about this. My laptop is getting very hot and needs a antivirus loaded.

QVC over the air has no audio
I live in Virginia Beach, VA and have no audio from your channel. I have audio on QVC2 and your sisters HSN and HSN2. Why or how do I fix this. Is this a local problem because the local channels are 3, 10 and 13 affiliates. Not sure who to get to to fix the problem.

I had been contacted few days back from QVC reagrding a job vacancy as a doctor over their. Series of enquires followed and then I passed on a interview and was called to join the post with a meagre pay scale. Still I joined to learn something new.
To my expectation the guards outside for a security check misbehaved inspite of my reapeatedly telling them that I had been appointed as a doctor their. The lady stafff repatedly kept telling that first of all move out of the gate and stand in a public queue and then only she would listen but then the Hr named Ataullah Ansari came and intervened. I ignoted this as an miscommunication
Second day I went to do my duty on a day assigned to me and the same HR told me to go back as their were only few applicants that day
On taking back on them he told me he forgot to inform me. When I further interrogated him (Ataullah Ansari) he twisted the conversation and said I would only need to come whenever its need and not on any assigned day and then he kept speaking rubbish. I told its okay im least interested to continue job over here and he himself gave me a slip mentioning the amount I would receive for my 1 days' job. I signed and the HR informed me I should leave from the place and I would get it in 3-4 working days
Desired outcome: 1.Remove such staffs like Ataullah Ansar as these people treat humans,even doctors,like dogs.2.Ask the centre to credit me the amount promised to me for a days' work and if possible then redemption for the day i was called.

QVC Cancelled my order stating fraud?!?!
I have been a customer for at least 10 years and never ran into so many issues as I have this past year! When I would try to access my previous account I kept getting stone-walled saying that my password was incorrect. So I would try to reset the password and it would say there isn't any record of my account? So I ended up using my business email and created a new account.
4/17/22 I ordered a T3 Airebrush Dryer and I ordered it through them because they had a special that every item could take advantage of 5 payments. I got a confirmation email and everything.
This morning 4/19/22 I received an email saying my order was cancelled and no further explanation given. The money I gave for the 1st payment isn't in my account either. So I chatted customer service and the reason they told me that my order was cancelled was fraud and they couldn't give anymore detail.
FRAUD?!?!? For using my debit card and paying a down payment on a $180 item? My bank account isn't on hold due to any unauthorized transactions.
Then I tried to sign into my QVC account and it got deleted. So I chatted customer service again and they wouldn't elaborate and tell me why it was deleted.
Why is it these corporations feel like they can just kick around the small people that contribute to their profits? And in todays age & time information is available in the blink of an eye, so why isn't customer service providing information for inquiries and not giving a generic canned response?!?!

Ordered a shark vac on 4/2 and received a beat up, taped up box (I have attached a video and pictures). I'd seen it on my camera being delivered and called customer service. Barbara was absolutely horrible at her job. There was no service and I felt like I was interrupting her day and she was missing a conversation with her friends having to deal with me. She basically asked me if it works and I told her I wasn't home but have video and pictures of the box and was told well if it works then don't bother us. I spoke to my husband on the way home and we agreed that it might work now but that the jostling very well might have loosened some wiring so best to send it back and not even open it. I got home that night and took additional pictures. Called QVC again and Barbara answered. I asked to speak with someone else and she didn't Iike that, said she would transfer me and hung up on me. I called right back, told her that I'm not one to be hung up on and she tried denying it saying she transferred me, she knew she didn't. Said she'd try again. I got someone else and when they put me on permahold I got hung up on again. Called back a third time and got someone new. I told them I want the thing picked up and a replacement sent. At first she said that they can only ship a replacement when they get the other one back. I told her as the customer who didn't even open the box for the screwed up one that I shouldn't have to wait. She said she was going to expedite the shipping and I should receive it the day after the next. That is today. No shark vac mop. Called them up. I was told that it won't be delivered until Monday, today is Friday. Said that they "ate" the expedited shipping fee of $30 and didn't charge me for something their choice of carrier screwed up! I explained I shouldn't have to pay for it and find it funny that it was supposed to be delivered today but yet only got to the vendor today. Then she tried feeding me a line of well we are backlogged and 5 days is half of our typical 10 day turnaround time. I got it in 3 my first shipment so I was lied to again. I told them they can keep it and redund me. I can't stand horrible customer service and a company that doesn't own an issue. Never buying from QVC again and I will tell my story to everyone who will listen.
