QVC Unprofessional Doctors

I had Appointment on 16th April 2021 which is Already done. On (04/28/2021) i received call from QVC Islamabad to retake the Chest X-ray on (05/27/2021) because of some problem came up and upon asking them they don't have any solid reason to give. It can be a medical problem in chest or it can be technical issue. just because of that i went to hospital to check if there is any medical issue in Chest but reports were clear. i have to spend all the way to go to different city for this X-ray which they haven't done in professional way and with Faulty Reports. i would like to show my X-ray which is done on the same day of receiving the call From Qvc Islamabad (04/28/2021) And X-ray is Clear.

Kindly Take Action on this Unprofessionalism of Doctors sitting in QVC Islamabad And Replace them with Good and Professional Doctors, Our whole Medical Relies on them which they send to MOH (Ministry Of Health Qatar)

Desired outcome: Replace The Doctors.

QVC QVC closing accounts

Closed my account because family member defaulted on their qvc...company is going to lose business doing business this way. Do not want a desired outcome...there are far more better places to shop.

QVC Unable to write a review

I had bought a conventional oven/air fryer and turned it on once received. The oven gets extremely hot, to the point I was concerned that it will cause damage to my kitchen counter so I returned the item. I see that the most recent review this product has, had the exact same problem and they returned it as well. I am wanting to write a review but your site is not allowing me to for some reason. I thought it might of been the browser I was using so I switched it to another one and still did not work. I tried 3 different browsers and same results. I tried to see if I can submit a question on the product and it allows me to do that. I find it very suspicious that i am unable to write a review on a product that i believe is a bit dangerous and returned it but the site allows me to submit a question. I am just trying to find out why i am being restricted into writing a review.

ABF Services will only text you. They will never call or email you. I guess there scared to have a tracking system. They know responding by phone or email can be followed. ABF Serices will not call or email you.

Don't buy anything from Aether For Men. You will definitely get ripped off. Don't give them your credit card number. This is a fraudulent company that is there to ripped you off.

QVC Mr Cottontail Dessert Plates

Purchaser: Bettie Weeden, Clearwater FL

ISSUE: My mother, Bettie Weeden, sent my wife Kathryn Weeden the plates identified above. The plates are of terrible quality and not desired.

RESOLUTION:
(1) Please REFUND the purchaser her money. She is a long time QVC customer and must have her money refunded.
(2) Please provide us with a Pre Paid method of returning these items to you.

QVC poor customer service, taking money out of my account after the order was cancelled not once but twice

on 03/27 I placed an order with QVC (it will be my last order I ever will do with QVC) for some clothes that was for easy payment. I noticed that my address did not correct so I called what you say is customer service line and they say they corrected the order and I mentioned this is on easy payment they said yes. On 03/28 I noticed that QVC processed the shipment with an easy payment the whole amount of the sale. The person was reading ascript and didn't understand so I said cancel the whole order and I want my money back in my account asap. She said it will take up to ten days I said that was unacceptable I have bills to be paid. I then noticed either monday or tuesday that QVC did not cancel the order and took money out of my account again after I have an email saying this was cancelled. i asked for managers to call me back yesterday and nothing. I called back again today again I am being ignored and my money is not back in my account. Another amount has been deducted.

Desired outcome: i want my money back asap. I have bills to be paid. how would you like it if I help your money.

QVC Fraudulent Bill/No communication to customer

Received a letter from Resurgent Bill collectors stating that I owed QVC $210 from a previous order in 2019. All of my payments are automatically removed from my bank account and I've purchased many items(treadmill, computer) since 2019 . In fact, I just completed an order this week. If I owed money to QVC, im sure I wouldn't be able to purchase anything else. I never received a phone call, mail or anything else stating I owed monies to qvc. Spoke to customer service yesterday who stated they didn't have my email address to notify me of said bill. Email addresses are needed to sign in to QVC accounts and I've had the same phone number for years. This bill is fraudulent ! I will take all necessary steps to solve this problem. I've been a loyal customer for years and QVC refuses to rectify this Issue not to mention that this will affect my credit score. I mean, who sends bills straight from bill collectors without notifying the customer that there is a bill?

Desired outcome: I would like to speak to a Manager to rectify this situation

QVC Billing procedure, problem with my account

Trying to make payment on easy pay, my bank card will no go thru, said it declined, called my bank, there is not a problem with my card, they said the problem is with qvc. Have been calling for two months now, they have a supervisor call me back, told me problem will be fixed within 24 hrs. Still not resolved. I used a second card, that would not go thru. The problem is on your qvcs end, not my bank. There is a problem with my account and I want it corrected. No body seems to know what they are doing, and your so called supervisors and just as bad. I have wasted so much of my time trying to deal with this. I am sick and tired of sitting at home waiting for call back. So the bottom line is this, if you want paid, fix your system so my card is not declined. The money is there, get someone who know what they are doing to correct this situation. All the emails list on computer for qvc are not working, no one will give a a good phone number to call, you only get to talk with reps or supervisors, and they have no idea of what to do

Desired outcome: I want my account corrected so this doesn't happen anymore

The company is selling broken video games and dose not check them out to make sure there working correctly the customer service is awful and unprofessional they do not care to help u out at all I have filed formal complaint with aracde1up the company it self hopefully this will be taken care off

QVC Hold on fund

I made a purchase on QVC.com they put a hold on funds for an authorization then they canceled the order and now will not take the authorization off the funds, they tell me to speak with the bank, the bank said they have to canceled the authorization on there side. Then when I called on Monday they told me by Wednesday it will be resolved, then Wednesday I called and they said it will be Friday then I call on Saturday and they said that they will send an email and that it will be at least Tuesday before anything is heard.

Do not order from here they are fake people do not care at all about any one but them selves period they profile you cancel your account for no reason at all and do not tell u why at all they assume u cant afford them so they treat you bad and move on to next person and do it to them also they have no rights to cancel some ones account with out telling there customers which they have failed to do period very unprofessional

QVC Corky's ham and turkey

I ordered a Corky's Ham and Turkey and it supposed to be delivered by Nov 20th. It never came, so on November 22nd I went to the Customer Service Chat and I was told it was in transit and would be at house early in the week. No delivery ever came, so on Tuesday, Nov 24th I called Customer Service and I was told that it wasn't even in transit. I didn't even get an apology. This was supposed to be for our Thanksgiving meal. I was lied to and no one even bothered to contact me that my order would not be here on time.

QVC Jason Wu collection

I have been a QVC customer for many, many years but boy was I disappointed last night with that Jason Wu collection. He's a upscale designer and the items that were presented were anything but! I wasted a whole hour watching that mess. It looked like something from a thrift store. REALLY?
QVC you could have/should have passed on having him on. It wasn't worth it.

QVC Permanently closed my account

I have been a loyal customer with QVC for many years. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I was just informed my account was permanent closed because of an outstanding balance I was not aware of. QVC used an older credit card instead of the most recent one on my account. I had no idea there was a balance outstanding from 2018. I have purchased items in 2019 and 2020. However today 10/28/2020 I was informed I had 5 accounts with QVC and one had a $73 balance that was sent to collections. I'm not sure why there are 5 different accounts, and the only explanation was I have different email addresses. One rep was very nice and explained where the mistake was on the account, however had to refer to manager because it shows permanently closed. It doesn't make since. I just received an order in the mail. However received email that my all my orders has been canceled.

I've asked QVC to merge my accounts in the past to avoid problems but never happed. It seems wherever I log on to QVC I had to create an account most times. The supervisor said I need to look at from a business prospective. She even said there was an elderly woman who had been customer for many years who account was permanently and she only owed $5. QVC needs to practice better business with loyal customers. They never reached out to me regarding balance that I thought was cleared, especially because I was still receiving items 2 years later. Now I have to start Christmas shopping all over. I wonder how can I pay for my current items if account is closed. Also if I'm no longer a customer with QVC, why am I still receiving emails. They should remove me from list. These are some hard times for everyone. Other companies are working with their customers during this pandemic.

In January 2023 QVC closed by account stating that my account was in collections from 2017. I called the company that they had filed collections with, and I have a copy stating that I owe nothing. I don't know how to get this resolved. I cannot believe that a corporation as big as them can't balance ap and receivables. I am so disappointed.

QVC Billing

Received letter from GC services limited stating that this is a collection letter and that I owe $198.84 from QVC. I have my last payment stub dated 2/11/20 that my bill has been paid in full and I closed the account. I received no further bills, no notice of payment owed. No communication for 6 months and now a letter for collection. No way! Calling fraud department in the morning

I had my QVC card bill stating paid in full. I never rcvd any bill from QVC, nothing in the mail, or vie email, no phone calls, nothing at all from QVC for months. Then months later I get a letter from a collection agency. What the heck! QVC had my account closed online so I couldn’t even go online to view any type of bill or make a payment. Worst customer service when I called them, they wouldn’t even talk to me and stated to call the collection agency since that is where they turned over this so called late bill. GC services were useless as well. The AG for the State of PA needs to do something about QVC and their unethical and shady billing department. Did you end up having any further luck with them?

QVC Service and not being able to place a order

in 2018 I had a balance of $107. I placed a order for a keurig on nov 2019 and was told I needed to pay b4 ordering I did so and June 2020 was trying to order a birthday gift and qvc cancelled claiming I still owed the 107 and called all their collections and no one has said I owed and I been calling for 8 days straight with no answer and I keep being told in 4hrs I haven't recvd a phone call as of yet, and I was willing to pay for the fitbit all I wasn't even trying to do payments and had to wait 8 days for money to be put back in my account and I went to fitbit.com and ordered it but still remain issue unsolved and this is the worse company ever, ive asked a research be done on my payment and to no avail have I been contacted. I am very disappointed with QVC. I want to get this resolved.. very dissatisfied customer

QVC billing

Received email staing was behind on paying my acct for easy orders. review of their website shows current until end of April. Paid off my accounts in full as this is not how a business should treat customers and no longer wish to be connected to this company Will not be ordering anything as. Definitely not providing good customer service and will be losing more customers

QVC billing of order # [protected]

I have already spoken to several customer service personnel as well as the dispute department at Qurate only to be put in a continuous loop as each area indicated the other needs to resolve the issue.

My most recent discussion with Christine on 2/27/2020 indicated that she would have a supervisor call me within 4 hours of our call. It is now 18 hours later and no call.

I have just gotten off the phone with Melissa at Qurate Dispute department who essentially put me back in the same loop, although assured me that Kyra Head of Customer Service at QVC would give me a call.

This handling of my issue and account is extremely unprofessional and certainly does not live up to QVC motto.

QVC i'm not getting emails about my orders

QVC no longer sends you emails showing you placed an order and no longer sends emails showing the items have shipped. Every other company on the Internet sends you emails when you place orders and then sends you a second email when the items ship. Someone got ahold of my QVC card, had to have been someone working at QVC, and they tried to buy a big item. QVC caught it, contacted me and shut down my emails. They lied to me and said it was because I did not log out of my emails, that someone hacked my emails. That did not happen and no one ever sees my credit cards. Someone working at QVC was using people's cards. So then I no longer get emails when I order things, it's been a year of this and I have called, I have contacted them via the website and they do nothing about it. It's becoming a third rate business.

QVC qvc cancelled order by "fraud unit"

An Order was placed on 12/1. On 12/6 I went to check on status since not having notification on shipment. The ordered was cancelled on 12/6 with no explanation. Called customer service (had to wait for over 20 minutes) and was informed it was cancelled by their "Fraud Unit". No reason given. This was my daughter's Christmas gift. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Cancelled all accounts with them. I am sticking with my AMAZON PRIME ACCOUNT with free 2 day shipping and outstanding customer service (have for over 20 years -no complaints). I suggest you direct all of your business there or anywhere except QVC and their affiliates. You will not be disappointed!

I had same thing they kept my money and still wanted money from me from a previous order, they are at their lowest ever. i am not happy with the service i recvd from the company.
