RaceTrac Coffee my money my humiliation and sorry service from employee

On 06/21/2022 I went into the Racetrac on Bullsboro Dr Newnan Ga to get small coffee , gas , and Cigs. They as alot of times before didn't have any small cups this by the way was 1st shift. Asking for anything they get rude and you have to wait forever. So I got a Med cup pushed small coffee and leave room on the coffee machine. I fixed my coffee with sugar and milk because as usual they had no half and half. Now even after adding my cream and sugar the cup still was a little over half full that's all. I went to self check out ask for my cig when the worker put my Cig in she deleted my small coffee. I asked her why and she said that's a med. I said the cup is but not the coffee because you have no small cups. She proceeded to tell me I had to pay for a med coffee I said this is a small. She totally embarrassed me humiliated me in front of other customers and stole money from me. I am going to speak to my attorney on this matter. If your going to advertise something you should have it available. I am still humiliated the way I was treated.

Desired outcome: I think I'm going to let my attorney discuss the outcome

RaceTrac Gas receipt and manager threat

RaceTrac store # 2390, 27140 SR 56, Wesley Chapel, Florida . I want Lettie terminated and my gas receipt. Approx. 2:15 a.m., June,14, 2022, The manager Lettie was told that pump16 did not print the fuel final sale of $40.

Frustrated she couldn't print it, she ordered me to leave the store. I demanded my receipt and she then called me a "[censored]" and used profanities to describe my deceased mother, whom she does not know. A customer put his hands on me to push me back and I told the customer that if he didn't remove his hands off me, I would call the police and report him for assault, Lettie stated she will file a false report of assault to the police on me. And I then left store to file this complaint.

Desired outcome: Termination of Lettie, and my final sale fuel receipt

I’m a member of RaceTrac rewards, and since you update the app, I can no longer login because it doesn’t let me use my e-mail: [protected]@yahoo.com.br

Looks to me it doesn’t accept the “.br” anymore…

So you answered my e-mail with a phone number that does NOT stands to RaceTrac client support. [protected].) It keep directing me to other things and nobody from Racetrac will talk to me.

how to proceed to recover my account?

That´s very frustrating.

RaceTrac customer service

Racetrac Rte 100 and Old Kings Hwy, Flagler Beach, FL

Unable to enter rewards number on keypad; unless you have your phone, you will not receive any rewards or discounts. Cashier extremely rude when asked to enter at the register (other facilities have done this) ; said she could not and would not honor any discounts. This has been ongoing at this site.

My purchase 2 days ago was a cash purchase; Upon giving me change, I noticed it was short. I told her and she replied she didn't have anymore change. I told her I wanted it corrected and she didn't know what to do. I told her to go to another register and correct.

Perhaps sales are down at this site and this is a way to look productive/ and make their sales numbers.

Is there no training at this facility or just poor management? This is a great location, and when first opened was always busy. I have noticed there does not seem to be as much traffic here, and I pass it daily. I go to another location or vendor and avoid this location.

RaceTrac Lottery

Almost every morning I have to tell someone to turn on the lottery machine so that I can check my tickets. Especially when the general manager is not around. This morning I showed the woman with dark hair my lottery tickets. It was 6:25 am. She just ignored me and made me wait. I left your store without making any purchases. I manage a large company and we get all of our gas from you not to mention food and drinks. Maybe we should go where the customer matters? This is unacceptable as this has been going on for a long time at this location.

RaceTrac Poor customer service

Below you will see a copy of the letter I sent to RaceTrac's corporate address in Atlanta today.

May 20, 2022

Dear Recipient:

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding extremely poor treatment I received yesterday (May 19, 2022) at RaceTrac Store #492, 4665 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70809; [protected].

I entered the store at approximately 1:30 pm to buy cigars. Standing behind the counter, I could not see the cigar offerings very well so asked the employee at the register (one of three) if I could go behind the counter to see them better. He cordially replied that was against store policy. I understood and honored that policy. It made sense. However, I did take a few steps forward in the hallway adjacent to the counter (the hallway that led to the restrooms) to get a closer look, never breaking the plane of the entrance to the register area.

Immediately, a second employee behind the counter (beyond the one I had spoken with) yelled that I could not come back there. I told her I was not behind the counter, just in the hallway. She yelled again that I could not be there. I asked her what if I was just on my way to the restroom? She yelled, with her back turned to me, “Well, you’re not going to the bathroom, are you?!” By this time, it was quite an embarrassing scene for me in the busy store. I asked the employee for her name, and she ignored me three times. It’s worth noting that the other two employees were telling her I was doing nothing wrong, but she persisted. Finally, on the fourth time she said her name was “Tierra.” She was wearing a jacket so if she was wearing a name tag (I’m not sure if that’s a store practice), it could not be seen and there is no way for me to know if she gave me her real name, but I expect a review of the store’s employee roster for that day and time could help identify.

Needless to say, I made no purchase and left embarrassed and angry for the totally unprovoked, unnecessary, and extremely rude behavior of this RaceTrac employee. I am a 72-year-old senior citizen and Veteran of both Vietnam and Desert Storm. Such treatment is intolerable for anybody to have to experience, but it is certainly not the treatment I fought for.

I am well aware in today’s climate employees are at a premium, nevertheless I passionately believe this is not the kind of person you want representing your company before the public on a daily basis and recommend she be fired or, at the very least, formally and severely reprimanded. I look forward to your response revealing action taken.

RaceTrac Terrible employees

I forgot my book bag yesterday called and said they had it came the next day after work and the employee said that she wasn't here so she's not doing nothing words can't explain in pompano Beach on Federal highway lazy and 6:30 p.m.unprofessional so who knows how long it's going to take me to get my property back

RaceTrac Customer Service

At 9pm, 4510 Trinity Mills in Dallas there restroom was closed until “the night manager arrived” to check it. This seems to be a theme at many of your stores. This happened not long ago at the store on Beltline on Garland

Your staff wouldn’t of minded taking my money for gas and snacks but wouldn’t allow customers to relieve themselves . Using a restroom is a human right.

I will never go into one of your stores again when another shift aside from a shift the General Manager may be working. Day shift I am sure.

And ask your cashiers to stop playing on their phones.

Now I have to go find a restroom somewhere else.

RaceTrac Cigarettes

There is no law in Georgia that states that I can't buy a carton. Every time I try they will not sell to me. And then only will sell me three packs and not ten which would be a carton. I don't like coming out since Covid started. The next time your clerks do this I am filming them and then I am sending to the news stations here in Atlanta. This is against the law.

RaceTrac Customer service

Line went all the way to the back of the store from register. I watched both the shift manager and the other employee texting on their phones and not caring about the ridiculous line of customers. Only one of the two employees I saw working was actually working the cash register. The other was working in the kitchen. The kitchen employee saw how long the line was and instead of working harder to get the work done in the kitchen, find a stopping point and get to a register to help she was working slow taking her time and texting. I knew then how important the customers were to those employees. The shift manager and the kitchen employee didn’t care that customers were spending over 7 minutes standing in line. Extremely upset and disappointed. Higher management needs to address this issue ASAP!

Desired outcome: While at work and busy like do NOT be texting. Second go help at the register to ensure a speedy visit for your customers.

RaceTrac Perks reward $1 fountain drink

Try to buy a fountain drink for a $1 with my perk rewards account. Because it states everyday your drink is $1 as long as you have the perk rewards downloaded. RaceTrac Extremely rude and foul mouthed employee

I was recently at the racetrac in Ocean Springs, MS and was very disgusted with the way one of their employees was acting. It was 4/19/22 around 12:30 pm. I stopped to get a drink and use the restroom. There was an employee (name tag "Terry")working behind the register and she was using profanity and was very rude. She was cussing at not only her co-worker but a customer as well. This is unacceptable behavior for someone who works in this industry! I'm so fortunate that my children weren't with me, but there were children in her presence. This is a very nice store, but definitely needs to do better with their employees.

RaceTrac Do not go to work for this company!

They fire the good ones to keep the bad ones that they don't have to pay very much. Your good employee will never be rewarded, but instead, will be fired!

Desired outcome: Others will not waste their time at RaceTrac. I will not even go there as a customer anymore.

RaceTrac Manger unprofessional harassing behavior locking door during business hours refusing entrance

Last night around 11 pm the manager locked the doors during business hours and refused entrance to several patrons. She also was verbally harassing a woman and spewing profanities acting in an unprofessional manner towards customers. She was seen and heard that she wanted to “drag” customers. This is not the first occasion I’ve seen and heard this woman curse at customers and be rude.

RaceTrac Unprofessional And Confrontational Behavior From Cashiers

3600 E University Drive - Denton, Texas

On several occasions I've used this location and encountered cashiers that were rude and/or confrontational.

The first was about 3 weeks ago when the cashier snapped her fingers to get my attention then TOLD me "Sir come over here" and directed me to the self check out machines. I said "Thats ok, I'd rather wait for a cashier", I needed gas and a few other things and she said "ok fine, wait in line all day" just loud enough for me to hear it and walked away.

Recently I went in again and was again TOLD to use the machine... I said No, I'll wait. Then got attitude from the cashier "Lachelle" who loudly said in front of everyone "I dont know why everyone has an attitude today?" MAYBE IT"S YOU, MAYBE IT'S BEING TOLD TO USE THE MACHINES...

if I wanted to use the machine, I would. So would the 15 other people who are standing in line for the CASHIERS, willing to wait longer to not have to use your dumb machines. That doesn't mean we should get attitude or snark from cashiers.

Desired outcome: Get rid of the self check out machines. They go unused. Or get better staff so we don't get crap for not using them. Til then, I'll go down the street to QT or 711.
