Country Inn & Suites Tulsa, OK
I reserved a room at Country Inn & Suites as I was driving to the Tulsa Airport from Missouri in preparation for an early flight out on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021. When I arrived at the hotel I noticed that there were people milling about both inside the lobby and out in the parking lot - as I started to pay more attention, I saw things that looked unsettling and suspicious.
For instance, the young woman who was checking in ahead of me, was acting very paranoid/nervous, talking loud trying to make small talk with the front desk man and kept looking out the lobby doors at a man who was waiting for her in front of the hotel. I shrugged it off and waited and proceeded to talk to the front desk person who was Indian and I believe was also the owner of the hotel, as I had spoken to him a day earlier when I was making my reservation.
While he checked me in, a woman came down the stairs into the lobby and walked right past me and she was out of her mind "high"on something - walking comatose. She proceeded out the door and into a waiting car with darkened windows and a man inside. Then I noticed another woman who came in after me - also with a male counter part waiting for her outside the lobby and she was agitated and nervous. When I looked at her she looked down and didn't ever make eye contact with me, while we both waited for our turn at the front desk.
I started feeling very uncomfortable with the people who I had encountered in the lobby and outside the front entrance. I did not see anyone who looked like they were a normal traveler - everyone I saw looked like a drug dealer or user. Oddly, when the front desk man gave me my key, he instructed me to go to the rear of the building and enter my 2nd floor room from that rear staircase. I didn't understand this, but was tired from my long drive from Missouri and just wanted to get into bed so I could get up early the next morning for my flight.
I got into my car, again noticing more cars with lots of damage to them and dark tinted windows and guys milling about or in the cars. When I drove to the rear of the building there was limited parking and the one space that was available was next to an older model black sportscar (again all beat up) with very darkened windows with a guy sitting in it. This was right by the rear entrance. My danger/warning signals went off that I would not be parking here and getting out of my car and going up to my hotel room with all this going on. I could tell this was a very unsafe place for a single woman alone. And it was all starting to be clear to me by this time that there was some kind of drug activity going in at this location.
I immediately, drove back to the front of the building and parked and locked my car and went back to the front desk and spoke to the man who had just checked me in, literally 5 minutes earlier and I told him I did not feel safe to stay at his hotel due to the people I had seen coming and going in the short time I had been there. I also explained that I did not feel safe to enter the rear of the building to go to my room on the second floor, where there were more people that looked very sketchy in cars and walking around that area. I asked him for a refund and he said he could not do that because it was after 7pm - I have no idea what bearing that has on anything. But all I wanted to do was get the heck out of there because I felt really unsafe.
So I left and made some calls and found another place to stay at the Tulsa Airport.
I am completely appalled that a Radisson property could be operated in this manner- allowing criminals to roam the parking lot and hotel, clearly dispensing drugs of a serious kind to young women. I am also submitting my complaint - because it is more than a complaint, it is a safety matter. I have never felt so unsafe in my life and I did not sleep that night because of how upsetting and vulnerable this experience made me.

This incident occurred in Newnan, GA on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 1:30 pm.
I was trying to get some information on why I was being charge on a room that I wasn't staying in. The girl in the front desk checked me in under my friends room, it was under his name but my card. He booked two rooms by accident. So he cancelled one room. That room was cancelled before even showing up from his phone before 4:00 pm because we were aware if we didn't we would be charged an extra fee. They charged my card for the cancelled room, plus another charge I wasn't aware of. I asked why I was being charged and to give me an explanation, the Manager was very rude and disrespectful when I was just looking for answers. She told me she cancelled both of my friends room because she wanted too, and that when my friend walked in she put BOTH (even the cancelled one) rooms back in his name to give him problems when he checked in. She kept hanging up on me so she wouldn't have to deal with it, what kind of manager does that? We kept calling back and she even told the employees to hang up on us too, we asked for the Managers name and they wouldn't give it to us. I already filed a dispute on my credit card, I just want the money back for the room that was cancelled and the other charge that I'm not aware of. I have never dealt with a manager like that before, she should be fired because doesn't know how to treats her customer, nor fix any issues.

The room I stayed in, the mirrors in the bathroom someone had put profanity on the mirrors that showed up when the shower steamed up. It was very disturbing... (f*k off. You are a fa*ot. My first thought, someone is in my room. Then I realized staff had most likely not cleaned the mirrors
I found it very hard to sleep in that room and in the morning
I brought it to the front desk attention. But no refund was offered at that time.
I began to wonder how safe the room was from a covid perspective.
I would like a full refund.

Where do I start! Absolute Neglect from booking staff caused a Valentines evening to be spoiled. I was contacted by Radisson on Thursday last week two days before our booking to upgrade to their valentine's package. R850 extra for two massages, a platter and the room to be done up romantically. I thought this was great and wanted to surprise my husband without him knowing. I did however express 2 concerns I had one was about that we will not have time to do the couples massages and asked if that could maybe be substituted for a bottle of champagne the second was that we are vegan and if we could get a vegan platter. After consulting with the manager I was contacted back to confirm that she managed to organize the substitute. Great! Booked confirmed. I called front desk on Friday the 12 Feb to confirm that everything is in order and I got confirmation that it was.
Arrived on Saturday the 13th just after 4 to check into our romantic room and so excited to surprise my husband. As our card was being charged the amount fid not correspond to the upgrade I made. SADLY I had to spoil the surprise because now I had to ask if the upgrade and addition was made to the room. Only to find that nothing of the sorts was made and all of a sudden no one knows anything about the 3 telephonic conversations we had and 2 confirmations I did previous to the evening. We were moved to another room that was made up already and assured that the champagne and vegan platter will be sent up promptly to make up for this unfortunate mishapp from your staff.
After offloading our bags in the room we decided to have a cocktail downstairs whilst we wait for the platter and champagne to be set up. As we got down to the lobby we were met by a restaurant staff member I think he was the trainee manager who assured us that the platter is almost done and will be up shortly. The cocktails was about an hour and when we finished we went up to our room only to find the champagne. Confused we called the front desk to ask where is our platter and was told she could see them and they are on their way. That was around 5:30pm. 6pm and starving we called again because no platter had arrived. With another empty promise that it's on its way. By 7pm and after another 2 phonecalls to locate our platter it finally arrived. And what a disappointment, our platter consisted of the follow: a bunch of grapes, a few berries, 4 pepperdews and olives, a table spoon of seeds. As a moder upmarket hotel establishment surely you can offer vegans more than a silly few pieces of fruit.
Starving we now had to get out of the robes dressed to now go downstairs to find more food. The fact that we waited so long for a bunch of fruit is rediculous and frankly terrible service. Found ourselves having to go backwards and forwards with the kitchen as there was simply nothing except and over priced salad that they could offer us to eat. My point was simply that a salad I could've bought hours ago already from the spar across the road. No where were we made to feel like anyone was even remotely interested in trying to suggest a solution for us. And surely you have trained chefs who could've easily whipped up something small to make up for the already lost romantic evening we where so looking forward too! Alas we settled on 3 sides, rice, potatoes mashed, side veggies. As that is sadly the ONLY thing we were offered.
By 8pm we had to YET AGAIN call to find out where is our food. When it finally arrived after 8pm we where charged over R200 for 3 side dishes! The potatoes was just boiled and mashed NO SEASONING, NO SALT nothing to make it even a bit paletable. The Rice was the same cooked with NO SALT and the veggies was such a small amount that it hardly made the meal exciting.
My heart was shattered that I now spend so much money for what actually? For substandard service, terrible food, hours of our evening lost, and for it to become a lasting memory of the worst Valentines evening anyone could have

I contacted Radisson Twitter account and didn't help.
Please help I have family I have kids my room blocked and luggage in room.
Please support hotel lock my room and don't give me card. They canceled my reservation early morning saying no credit in MasterCard and ask higher rate and new reservation but I have prove my card has limit in afternoon of the planned canceled check in.
However I make another one day reservation and now not leaving till my canceled reservation activated.
No one has right to cancel a confirmed reservation.

My name is Arrie Alberty . I am staying in the Country Inn & Suites By Radisson in Midland, Tx. I ask to check in at 2pm. The front desk lady told me she cant check me in until 3pm . I said okay and walked outside . A white gentleman in a blue shirt came right after me before 3 pm. Around 2:05. and the front desk lady lets him check in . That is racist and discrimination.. London hotel
I recently booked a stay at London hotel "Park Plaza County Hotel" through booking.com. Unfortunately my husband is in the high risk group, as the restrictions changed in the U.K. we asked to change dates, this was agreed by the hotel (see photo attached) who said we needed to contact booking.com, which we did! Unfortunately your hotel refused to answer booking.com, ignoring their attempts to help us. As a result I've gone down as a no show and had to pay £149, which is disgusting considering your hotel knew we would not be showing up. I emailed the hotel for a refund providing all three photos of proof, how have been less then helpful and refuse to refund us, even though they can see all our emails and proof we followed their request. I think it's disgusting the hotel has clearly purposely ignored booking.com and has happily charged us, and to make the situation worse refuse to help or refund us, stating it's our fault still. I'm disgusted in these times a vulnerable person can not change their dates without being charged, and the hotel can just simply ignore their customers request they've just agreed, and charge them, and refuse a refund. All I want is a refund now, I don't see why it's so hard and why I'm suffering for the hotel ignoring the company, when they know full well they've got to authorise the change or it will be a no show and I'll be charged. (Which I did not know would happen until I was charged)
Rude behavior - false police report filed on me
Most horrible experience ever at Country Inn & Suites, Clarksville TN. Had written permission from the manager to bring my therapy dog in training to an event held in the hotel conference room at which my colleagues and I were vending (I was not an actual hotel guest). Dog is clean, quiet, well-behaved, and has had all shots. Written permission stated dog must be leashed at all times (he always is) and that I would have to remove him if any guest complained about allergies.
Dog was walked to empty bladder and bowels prior to entry. However, 20 mins after arrival, dog had an unexpected stomach upset (not the norm for him, and it should be noted he vomited after I brought him home).
Mess cleaned up by us within minutes. No stains noticeable - but as carpet was dirty and stained to begin with, it would be hard to tell what had been on the floor. Photos taken as proof.
Officious desk clerk Ami came in as cleanup was completed to inform me dogs were not permitted in the hotel. Showed her written permission and she left, only to return a few minutes later demanding that dog and I leave immediately or she would call the police. Claimed to have "reached out to the manager" who said we had to go. Colleague asked to speak to manager face-to-face only to be fobbed off with the no-eye-contact reply "It's the weekend". As she was gone only a few minutes, suspect she lied about contacting manager; forcing me to leave appeared to be her unilateral decision. Chose to leave the venue anyway to avoid any more attitude from Ami.
Got bags together and was walking through the lobby on the way out with dog when I observed Ami behind the front desk with phone in hand being very rude to one of my colleagues: "I told you what would happen if that dog wasn't removed!" Colleague pointed out I was walking to the door with dog and there was no need for such nasty attitude. Left immediately after that but have it on very good authority that she still called police about me and dog after I left.
Colleagues had to pack up thousands of dollars in merchandise and leave too after she threatened them with the police. Lost all the day's potential sales because of her attitude and actions. My colleagues and I are well-respected as artists and entertainers and I am appalled she went this far just to be nasty.
Customer service is nonexistent, carpets are stained, and Ami should be fired for calling in a false report to police as well as for her disgusting attitude.
Service and cleanliness
Stayed in Cleveland two nights, four stars. What a joke. No valet, no car attendant, parking lot disgusting, filthy, urine and garbage in elevator both days, nobody ever cleaned it. No room service and was not told. I stay at hotels about 200 nights a year. Just last week, two days in Fredericksburg and had room service each night, none in downtown Cleveland, I have stayed at Red Roof Inn that had better service. I am sticking with Hilton. David Bushing
No room service and was not told, no valet, no parking attendant, garage filthy, urine and garbage in elevator to hotel never cleaned. Four star hotel? What a joke, better service at Red Roof Inn and free coffee & water. I stay in hotels over 260 nights a year, this stay was with my wife for two nights in downtown Cleveland. Never again, I will stick with Hilton and Holiday Inn Express.
