Terrible communication on their part. My boyfriend and I both work for the military full time. I’m currently deployed while he is home so time for us is limited. I called multiple times to schedule a specific date. The first time they tried to deliver at a different date when I told them we wouldn’t be home. The second time they missed the deliver date scheduled. When I called they said it was because they rescheduled on their end without notifying us. Now the new rescheduled date that they set up without confirming falls on a day where we once again won’t be home. It is frustrating to try to work with a business that supposedly allows you to communicate a date you’re available but deliver only when it’s convenient to them. This is the first and last time I will order anything delivered through this business.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would start there. This company, RAS Logistics was in charge of delivering appliances for a property that I am having renovated. All products were ordered in November and I was due to receive my shipment on February 5. I had to adjust plans and contract out for installation of the appliances for the delivery date. RAS Logistics, their delivery driver, their warehouse management team and their customer correspondent did not comply with their duty of completing the delivery. I drove behind their delivery driver for 1/4 of a mile as he drove away from the property with the excuse that he could not park the truck properly to unload the shipment. The driver did not want to park on the opposite side of the property and he was not confident in his ability to park in the provided driveway to deliver the product. He reported to his warehouse that there was no parking and the delivery could not be done. The driver was not rational or reasonable and became very confrontational. I spoke with their warehouse team and they refused to have their driver complete the delivery, but rather spoke scripted conversation instead of responding directly to my concerns. I would never recommend using RAS Logistics service nor order from a company that uses RAS Logistics as a delivery team. It is a shame that this company continues to operate and maintains contracts with large companies who consumers trust to deliver their products.
The worst delivery experience EVER. This company must give low rock bottom rates because their logistics set up is horrible. I have had multiple deliveries set up with this company and each one has been a nightmare. From things saying they were delivered when in fact they weren't to canceled deliveries to no answering of their phones. How is this company still operating?
This business deserves no stars and should be ashamed to call themselves a logistics company. They tried to pass the buck back to *** because their truck broke down. A logistics company with constant truck issues and hires incompetent customer service people who are ready to fight with the paying customers instead of offering a resolution. *** needs to cut ties with them.
Are negative stars possible? I ordered appliances through a major box store, unfortunately, they use this company for delivery. I receive a text asking for confirmation of delivery time. I take time off work to wait at the house. The time rolls around and still no delivery and no communication. Finally, an hour after it was supposed to have been delivered (with the already 4 hours delivery window), I call. They said, oh, it was damaged, they will have to send a new one. It will probably be a couple of weeks. Really? Why did they call to confirm delivery when it arrived damaged? Why didn't anyone bother to call and let me know this so I wouldn't have to miss a day from work? EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!
RAS Logistics was supposed to deliver my appliance today, Saturday 07/23/22. Apparently one of their trucks broke down and instead of seeking my approval on a reschedule date they told *** that we rescheduled for Monday. I cannot accept this but they refuse to offer a solution. This is my second time with a failed delivery by RAS for this one appliance. Completely unprofessional. They are giving any company that uses them a bad name.

Through my home warranty, I am expecting a dishwasher replacement/installation. RAS services was scheduled to bring the dishwasher and install it on October 16. They called and left a message after hours the Friday before confirming delivery Monday. I immediately called back and left a message stating there was COVID in the house and would need to reschedule. No one returned my call and the delivery person called Monday to say they were 15 minutes from my house. I explained that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. I waited 2 days for them to call and finally called them back and got it rescheduled for Nov. 11. They never called on the 10th to confirm, didn't answer calls on the 11th to confirm or give me a time, and never showed up on the 11th. I called the main office on the morning of the 11th to try and get answers and told them the delivery warehouse did not return any of the 5 messages I had left but their resolution was to send my call to the warehouse yet again where I had to leave a message yet again that went unanswered. There answering machine says they will return a call received during business hours within 1 hour but I have yet to get a return phone call. after ANY of the messages I have left. I attempted to contact my warranty company but their suggestion was to call the delivery company- which I have just explained is useless- so I will be attempting other avenues to get this resolved. If I get no satisfaction from RAS, I will also be filing a complaint in addition to this review.
I will never order appliances from *** again. R.A.S. came to install my washer and dryer which is next to the fridge. They didn't hook up the washer drain properly and water sprayed under the fridge. They then opened both my fridge doors and yanked on them to move the fridge which caused the hinges to break. The delivery man then proceeded to push, pull and pound on the doors to get them back in place. I had to file a claim with ***. Hoping this is fixed soon by competent people.
Ordered a refrigerator and a dryer from *** & this company is contracted by HD for their deliveries. Delivery scheduled for 6/14. Got a call the morning of the delivery date, their truck was on an accident. Earliest rescheduling date is a week later. Totally unacceptable! I have already been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks due to a move. They coukd care less. Called to see if I could pick it up myself & was told I'd get a call back in 2 business days. This company is garbage!
I don't even know how they have an A+ rating, this place is awful and if I could I would give it negative stars. II have NOT had a great experience with this company and suggest that everyone stays away! I bought a Washer/Dryer to be delivered on 7-5 and got a call that day that the logistics company they hire to deliver had NO drivers that day so they wanted to reschedule me for over a week later. Then I talked to someone in customer service where I bought the washer/dryer and they were able to get me squeezed in on that Saturday, however did I get my order, H NO. They came and the box was fine, but the washer/dryer was destroyed in the box, so they couldn't deliver it and told me I had to wait another week or two to get a new one (keep in mind I am already behind on laundry due to this fiasco) and after the delivery company left, I got a delivery receipt saying it was delivered, which is a complete LIE, I feel scammed and that they STOLE from me, I reached back out to the original store and had them cancel the order, ALL BECAUSE THEY USE THIS LOGISTICS COMPANY!

This was the most unprofessional delivery experience I have ever had for home or work. ***, PA branch Failed to honor a scheduled delivery window by calling with 5 minutes notice, nearly an hour before the window. I arranged for my son to meet them anyway and said I was on my way and would arrive shortly - to which they agreed. Then they called back to say that they couldn't move the stacked dryer. I said ok, I would be there in five minutes and would lift the dryer down myself - again they agreed. I pulled into my driveway in front of their truck in that time and the driver refused to acknowledge me and pulled away. When I called the company they said they would call the driver and see if he could come back and I would otherwise need to reschedule the pickup myself. When I asked when they would return with information on the existing truck, their representative (the third I'd spoken with) agreed to call me back within half an hour. She never did. When I followed up two hours later she offered to reschedule the pick up (which she claimed she could not do earlier), if I'd give them another four hours of my time as a pick up window. No acknowledgement of their failure to provide the service agreed to, their lack of professionalism, or any attempt to redress the situation. If I could give zero stars I would. I am working with ***, who contracted the appliance delivery, for additional redress but will insist that any future business NOT use this service. If I were them, I would pursue a breach of contract.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a couch from Wayfair. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before arriving, never did. When they showed up the guy walked me to the truck and showed me a tear in the back of the couch. He said I guess you dont want it. I watched 2 men drop the couch twice trying to get it back in the truck.About 15 minutes later I received an email from Wayfair telling me to keep the damaged couch and donate it. Called RAS twice and they refused to return it to me. Now I have to wait another 6 weeks to get a new couch. My guess is that someone from RAS has a nice new couch. Sad thing is it reflects on Wayfair too, this is my first order from them and I dont know if Ill order again.
Terrible communication. I ordered a washing machine from *** and they use this company for delivery. The washing machine was supposed to be delivered 6/2 and I was supposed to get a call the day before giving the time. 6/2 came and no call was received. I had to call their head quarters. They couldnt provide me any information, couldnt provide a new date and said they have the warehouse call me within 2 hours. It is now 6/6. I again had to call their HQ. Again they cannot tell me anything and said the warehouse will call me in 2 hours. They also never called saying there would be any delay and never updated hd of any delay or issues.

R.A.S.Logistics was supposed deliver a refrigerator I purchased on 6/28 between 08:30-12:30p.m.. They were a no-show and no-call on this day. When I contacted the company they offered me a $50 credit for the inconvenience and rescheduled for Thursday 6/30 from 09:00-13:00. On Thursday at 12:20p.m. when they still hadnt shown up, I called them again and the service agent told me they were still within their delivery time frame and nothing could be done until after the time frame. At 1:10 p.m. the company called to say the truck broke down and was being fixed and they would try to deliver by the end of the day. When the day was done they called to say the truck was still broke and rescheduled delivery for 7/5. I called the company on 7/1 and asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers or supervisors present. When I asked when they would be present I was told maybe later! Fast forward to today 7/5 ,our third delivery date (after a four da July 4th weekend) and surprise (not really) but yet another lame excuse that the truck drivers relative died and they wont be able to deliver today. I now have attempted to call the company 3 times and was hung up by two agents *** and *** when I asked to wait to speak to manager or supervisor ( they claimed no one was available and they couldnt keep me on hold because they had other customers waiting!) and the third agent *** put me through to voice mail ( which I had done several times earlier and never received a call back). Avoid all possible deliveries from this company! I will take them to small claims court!

We had our gas range (purchased through *** delivered yesterday. Very positive experience. The two service technicians were efficient, courteous and arrived well within the designated time period.
As the service was great and the delivery was on time. The delivery guy that set up my dryer was semi professional. He tried to hook up the old vent tubing, I made sure he put the new one on , but he did not put the new aluminum tube or outside vent cover on, leaving the old ones on. But yet he took the new ones with him( the one I paid for). Not happy with that.The delivery guy that set up the washer was excellent and very professional.
Delivered straight to my door without any problems. Ive had several issues with deliveries over the past year because of COVID, so was pleasantly surprised when this company did so well. Not a single issue throughout the entire process. I didnt have to jump on my phone to talk to a customer service representative to get things figured out even once.

Horrible company. *** used them to deliver and install complete set of kitchen appliances. First crew was good, but the dishwasher had a leak. Not RAS's problem. Re-ordered the appliance. Several weeks later, another crew comes (after waiting 3 hours) and quickly announces that the new dishwasher has a broken part. Said they would reorder, but never followed through. When we followed up, RAS said it was untrue that the dishwasher was broken. Their records showed it in their warehouse -- unopened. Made appointment for another delivery. Waited 4 hours. No call, no delivery. Mind you, this is an unoccupied house that we have to drive 30 miles each way to. When tracking it down, the only comment they had was that it failed to make the delivery truck! Response is sorry, we will make another delivery date. Would not, after all this hassle, even commit to a specific time (like first delivery in the morning). After much complaining, offered a $50.00 credit -- for what will be 10 hours of waiting (excluding the first delivery wait). The people who have authority hide behind the employees who have to answer the phone. Carol refused to put me through to any supervisors or people with authority -- because she was instructed not to. So not only are they inconsiderate of the customer's time, but they lie. I now suspect that the second delivery team also did not actually have the dishwasher on the truck and to cover it up, they said it was broken. Why else would someone later say it is still uncrated in the warehouse. And they told *** that they would give the third delivery the "white glove" treatment. Words mean very little with this company.

I am having a terrible experience with RAS Delivery and ***. I purchased a washing machine from *** online on Dec 20 2020 and it was delivered on Jan 12, 202`1. The RAS Delivers Installer cut the hose on my brand new Samsung washer during installation and when I attempted to wash a load of clothes the next morning my laundry room and game room was completely flooded because the hose that was cut by the RAS Installer came completely apart and all of that water went on my floors. The water destroyed our area rugs and carpet. I filed a complaint and after numerous phone calls and emails I still do not have a replacement washer. Ms. Sonja *** of RAS is very non-responsive, but when I finally did speak with her she was extremely hostile, rude and uncooperative, in fact she hung up on me when discussing the claim. I reached out to her Manager by email Donna *** and she never bothered to respond to my email. RAS has now moved the claim to *** to handle the claim and they are refusing to accept responsibility for the RAS Installer's negligence despite the fact the Installer told me himself he cut the hose. I have filed a claim to receive a replacement washer since the Installer damaged it and have also requested payment for my property that was damaged as a result of the claim. Pamela *** of *** continues to ignore the facts of the case and keeps trying to place the blame on us when we are truly the victims. These type of unfair, unlawful business practices by both RAS Delivery and *** should be punished. If you are reading this and have not yet purchased anything from *** online or RAS services, DON'T DO IT!

Contracted through *** for appliance delivery.The agents on the phone are professional but extremely unpleasant experience as outlined below:1/25 - confirmed delivery via text message for 1-5 pm window on 1/26; follow-up message states to expect a call *** min prior to arriving 1/26 - 12:08 pm while in a meeting - received a call delivery is *** min away - 12:17 pm: delivery is outside - team is in a rush; delivered the range and dishwasher; hauled away the old range only.There was an issue getting the disconnected dishwasher out. Team was impatient and said "I don't want to waste my time"; I requested them to wait while I call the person who did it for further guidance. While I was on the phone with them and got it out in 3 minutes, the delivery team left. I called the person from the delivery team (Name/phone number not made public) and he said they couldn't wait and the fridge hadn't been loaded, which is a blatant lie as they had unloaded it when outside my building along with the other 2 appliances.1/26 - called RAS and emailed explaining the situation 1/27 - automatically rescheduled my fridge delivery to 1/28 with the message to call if I need to reschedule 1/28 - waited for delivery time frame 7:30-11:30; called around noon to get updates - informed that they will call me soon; ~5 pm - spoke with 2 associates - not able to reach the warehouse and also read the notes to me from 1/26 only indicating the dishwasher needs the hauled and fridge delivered - missing the whole point about being disrespectful to customer's time and compromised work ethics altogether! I will probably cancel the fridge order and buy it elsewhere so I don't have to keep dealing with this.All in all, highly unprofessional and inefficient operations especially the delivery teams!

The worst experience I've ever had with a delivery. I ordered a GE washer and dryer. When the delivery team showed up the first time, they refused to stack the set because it was not listed on the order, and were unwilling to help resolve the issue in any way. The dryer arrived damaged and needed to be reordered. After speaking to the first delivery team, the person who reordered/rescheduled, RAS when they confirmed the delivery time AND *** I was told that they dryer would be delivered and stacked. When the delivery team arrived - several hours outside the delivery window - they told me that they order did not say that. After the dryer was installed, I noticed that the hose for the steam was not left or installed and the W/D unit was no longer level. I called and requested that RAS schedule a team to come and correct this issue. They scheduled me for April 18th. I called shortly after 4p when no one showed up and was told the warehouse would call me back shortly. I called a little over an hour later to check back in and was told that it would take 2hrs for the warehouse to follow up. So after 2 hours when still no one had contacted me, the customer service rep told me that they would follow up the next day. I received the call the next day, expressed my concerns and was rescheduled for Wednesday April 20th between 8am-12pm. Again, no one showed up or called me. So again I went through calling and rescheduling. At this point I have burned 3 days of PTO, and no longer can take time off to accommodate a delivery team that *** or *** not show up. I tried to schedule something with RAS, and they were unwilling to work with me. I was told they will come when they come and they are not able to choose a time frame. After ALL of this you would think a company would be willing to work with a customer to correct an issue that is theirs. I will not be ordering anything from HD in the future and I just hope I can get this corrected as well.

Should you ever have the misfortune to be forced to work with this company (apparently they are one of ***'s contracted carriers) run. Run as fast as you can and find another carrier. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent are the nicest things I can say. And don't get me started about their "Supervisor" Linda who could only parrot the phrase "*** has an Escalation Process, I suggest you call them" every time I asked WHEN my delivery would arrive and why they changed my delivery date/time AGAIN. It ended with me having to cancel an order that literally had been sitting in their warehouse for almost 30 days, after a wait of two months for my entire kitchen appliance suite. So I'm here, two months of waiting and now I have to shop for another set of kitchen appliances to complete a renovation. And why couldn't they actually deliver? First excuse, "we didn't load your appliances on the delivery vehicle". Second excuse, "our truck is too big to go up the mountain road" (and I've LITERALLY Had 18-wheel delivery vehicles bring lumber to my home, so that's just somebody who didn't want to make the delivery at the end of the day). Delivery person refused to give me his name and got really nasty with me when I said I wasn't comfortable with him coming to my home without him telling me his name and how many people he'd have with him (they were contracted to deliver, remove old appliances and install new appliances). That right there was a real "red flag" when the delivery person is being cagey about who they are. Bottom line, if RAS logistics is going to be your carrier, demand someone else. They won't meet their schedule, their customer service is non-existent (***) and their drivers are not only rude, but apparently they can't drive. Absolutely worse delivery experience in my years of remodeling homes and they attitude was, "whatever, it is what it is". That's not the way to run a successful business.

The worst company that I have eve dealt with. Bought a dryer and it was supposed to delivered by R.A.S. logistics. It was scheduled to be delivered on May 26th. I had my in laws *** be available since I work during the day. I recieved a call that was from South Carolina but i could not make out 1 word of the message. 6 minutes later i recieved a call from R.A.S. logistics saying that I had 20 minutes to have someone arrive or they would reschedule. Called my father in law and ***. He called me back and stated no one was at the house. Called the company and couldn't thru to a human do I called the South Carolina # back. This was the drivers #. He stated that I needed to reschedule. I said that lady from your company said I had 20 minutes and that was on 16 minutes ago. I said turn around and go back my in laws didn't see you at the house. He said sir you need to reschedule. I said are you sure you were at the right house? My in laws were working in the yard? He said just reschedule. I hung up frustrated so called the company again. They were absolutely no help and told me a supervisor would call me. Never recieved any calls. Tried to cancel order but to get the dryer that I wanted I had to have it delivered. They didn't carry them at the store. Rescheduled for June 2nd. Took the day off of work to be home. Around 9am I recieved a email stating that they would have to reschedule until the 3rd because my dryer wasn't on the truck. At 4:54 R.A.S logistics calls me to let me know that they would call 30 minutes before they delivered my dryer in the 3rd. I asked what about today, what happened? She said no it wasn't supposed to be delivered until tomorrow. I asked then why do I have a email that said May 2nd? She then said are you going to be home or not? I stated since I've had to wait nearly a month for this dryer and I can't get it any other way yes I would be home. I would never use this company and will now ask what delivery company is used. They are worthless and I would give them a 0 star if I could.

RAS contracted with home depot to deliver dishwasher and install which I paid 139.00 for. I bought dishwasher on Dec. 1..delivery scheduled for Dec. 16. Was called on Dec. 15 ..no delivery overbooked. Rescheduled for Dec. 18..came to home for delivery and install over an hour late..but was called for running behind. Delivery person strolled into house to kitchen and didn't say what he was doing..did not have dishwasher at door yet..apparently he wanted to see dishwasher water line under sink..never said that is what he needed to see. Would not install because there was not a shutoff valve on water line from dishwasher to sink waterline. Said I would have call a plumber to install and get the plumber to install dishwasher..even though they were supposed to remove old dishwasher also which I paid for. He insisted I keep dishwasher in the kitchen instead of loading back on truck..I did not want to do this..assured me if damaged and I couldn't see it cause of plastic cover would not be a problem. Had to put dishwasher in a place that was inconvenient in the kitchen because of space constraints. Called plumber and installed valve but plumbers won't install dishwasher because of leaking liability..go figure. Called back RAS as soon as I had plumber appt which was on Dec. 20 and they could not come back until Dec. 31..so now it has been 30 days since I order this dishwasher. RAS came Dec. 31 and installed. Installer damage siding under front door in two places removing old dishwasher..instead of lifting dishwasher over threshold he yanked the dishwasher over it..made a loud popping clanging noise. I was there when happened trying to stop glass door from breaking while he was removing it. Had to call home depot and file a claim for damage. Jan. 1 I remove the blue plastic off the front of the dishwasher and find a major dent on the bottom right side bottom corner. Called hone depit..said call RAS. Called RAS and on hold for 2 hours and 7 minutes. Finally gave up. All of this stress for a dishwasher while also caring for two disabled people in the household. I have just received a text from hone depot store manager that another manager would be calling me soon as he was on vacation. I AM NOT HAPOY WITH RAS...TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I helped my parents in purchasing a refrigerator from *** on 9/17. I received 0 customer service/assistance from anyone there at the time of purchase, but I won't touch upon that further in this review as this complaint relates to R.A.S. Delivery Services, Inc. Our delivery was scheduled for 10/9 and the delivery team arrived during their intended time frame. However, as soon as the two delivery men entered their 2nd floor apartment they stated that they didn't believe the appliance would fit due to the ceiling height. They measured the existing refrigerator, which is bigger than the appliance we ordered and confirmed that it would not fit. The new refrigerator is the same width, but counter depth so its smaller. I explained to them that every piece of furniture, appliance (including the existing refrigerator), mattress, etc. had come in through that entrance. I asked them to at least make an attempt as my parents are elderly and have been going up and down 2 flights of stairs multiple times of day to access their basement refrigerator for almost a month. They refused to try bringing in the appliance. I was told that *** would call me in five minutes to come themselves to bring in the appliance. Of course I foolishly believed them and of course no call ever came. I reached out to ***'s customer service that same day and was told that *** never comes out to the home. The next earliest availability would be for 10/22. Scheduled it for that day, which is tomorrow. I had yet to receive a call with a delivery time frame so I called ***. It then comes to my attention that the whole order was canceled and that I supposedly had refused the refrigerator. The item is now on backorder and the next earliest availability will be for the end of November. Clearly this order was canceled with *** and we will be purchasing our appliance at a small, respected, local vendor. *** lost out on over $3K and all future appliance purchases due to the horrible service from this delivery company. I typically do not ask whom is delivering my items, but from here on out I've learned a *** to ask. If its R.A.S. then I will not be purchasing anything from that company. And I'll just end this by saying that I've never written a negative review about anyone; this is my first. Goes to show you how horrible my experience was.

Delivery of a new Gas range from ***. It took them 4 tries to get it right. 1. They delivered the new range, and they damaged it by slamming the door to get it to shut, the door just needed an adjustment, but they damaged it, took pictures and said someone would be in touch. They also did not use the new gas line which i had purchased with the new range. The stove top was functional so i was ok till the company made the arrangements to deliver a replacement range. 2. It took a month to get the replacement, they came and told me they could not install the replacement because the first crew had used the old gas line and they also could not take the damaged range because they did not have a return authorization. 3. They set up an appointment to come and install the replacement and take the damaged range but they never showed up. No one called, i had to call them and was told they were not coming and the drivers reported i was not home. Blatant lie, i called them as it was getting close tot he end of the 4 hour window as was assured they were still coming and i was next. No Show. I requested a call back from a supervisor or manager which never happened, i got a call from a scheduler 2 days later to set up trip number 4 but she got upset by my complaints and hung up on me. *** She did however have a supervisor call me back who then set up appointment number 4. The appointment window was texted to me as between 6:30 Pm and 10:30 PM, which i though was kind of late but at least i would not have to waste another vacation day like i did for the one they never showed up. Then the supervisor call me the day of the delivery and tells me that window was all wrong and they were on the way to my house. *** Trip number 4 was by far the best crew they sent, they had the new range set up and the damaged range loaded in the truck in less than 15 minutes and yes i watched them change the gas line this time. *** Hopefully *** is paying attention as this delivery company would make me not want to do business with *** ever again. I purchased an over the range microwave oven to replace one that was no longer working. The purchase was made 8/7. I chose to have the microwave delivered and installed and the old one hauled away because my husband and I are close to 70 years old and we did not want to bother our children. The delivery and installation was scheduled for 8/24. I received a delivery window of *** am. Nothing was delivered during that time. I received a call at 12:30 pm that the truck had broken down and my microwave had to be returned to the warehouse. The new delivery was scheduled for 8/29. The delivery window was again *** am. When nothing had been delivered by 3 pm I called RAS Logistics who was to deliver I got an answering machine and left a message. I then called *** and the person I spoke with advised me they delivered until 6 or 6:30 and to "be patient". When no phone call or delivery was received by 7 pm I called *** again and spoke with someone who attempted to help resolve my problem. Since I'm not allowed to identify him, I will say even though he wasn't successful, for a week he attempted to solve my problem and stayed in touch with me. He tried to call RAS who *** contracts with for deliveries and installations. He also got an answering machine. He promised to call them at 9 am the next morning. On August 30 (the next day) I received a call from RAS asking to reschedule August 31. They claimed their team had quit the day before. I agreed to the date. They did show up when they were supposed to. From the time they entered my house it should have been clear to me they had no intention of installing my microwave. After entering the kitchen the first thing the man did was run his hand over my *** top which he said was hot. I said it was not hot. There was a red indicator light that came on when the cooktop was hot and it was not on. I said I'd boiled water to make a cup of tea two hours earlier but had not used that burner that his hand was over. He suggested I put something on the cooktop or the microwave would melt. I asked what he wanted he said he couldn't suggest anything. I gave him a blanket. At that point he drilled a hole through my dry wall. Then he said he needed a paper towel with toothpaste on it. I retrieved that for him. He never used it. He said the bolt was too long and would go through the siding on the other side of the dry wall. So he couldn't install it. He said I should hire a handyman to install it. I replied that I had hired him to install it and he maintained he couldn't (even though the almost exact microwave was being replaced)I called *** and spoke to the gentleman from Appliances who was trying to help me. He spoke with RAS and they told him they couldn't install because of a hole in our cabinet. (There was a hole through the cabinet on top of the microwave for the cord from the microwave to go through in order to plug into the outlet that was in the cabinet) I explained this. He called me back and said they had a picture of the "hole" but wouldn't share it with him. Could I send him pictures which I did. He said he could see no reason why they couldn't install the microwave and would get back to me. Finally over a week later he said there was nothing else he could do. They refused to install it. He had his manager call me and basically tell me that the hole (which RAS drilled) in the drywall was the problem and that was why they couldn't install it. If I had the hole repaired they would come install it. So I should pay to have the hole repaired that RAS drilled into my wall. I will have to hire my own handyman, which I could have done over a month ago and gone and picked up the microwave myself. I will never purchase an appliance from any store that uses RAS to deliver/install!

I was supposed to have my freezer delivered today and my old one picked up between 9 and 12 on November 13. They called our house at 9:36 am and we missed the call. I called the number back and got a recording in which I left my name and number for them to call me back, which they didnt do. I called their business number and was told they wouldnt be able to pick up my old freezer and would have to reschedule that. I said I wanted both done because the new freezer was going where we have the old one. The woman I spoke to said she would have a manager call me back, which they didnt do. I called back again after 12 noon and spoke to a gentleman named ***, who said the freezer was not going to be delivered today and the manager wouldnt call me back until Monday. He said they were here at 9:36 am. No one knocked at the door or rang our doorbell. We were here. If I hadnt called back, we would have been waiting all day. I became very angry at ***, because our freezer had already been rescheduled once before. The original delivery date was I believe October 14th. I asked to speak to someone else, and *** would not transfer me. He just kept saying over and over that he couldnt reach anyone. I asked him to contact the driver and he said he couldnt reach him. He told me that I was being very rude and the fact is that I am very frustrated because we need this freezer asap. So now we have to wait again for another delivery date and if by chance we miss their call again, we wont get the freezer again. Plus, I paid for them to pick up the old freezer and I dont know when they will do that. Please help. I am very upset and I feel they could have done more to resolve the problem. Thank you. ***.

Purchased a GE appliance in November that unfortunately had to be replaced. In July 2022 GE scheduled a delivery with R.A.S logistics to have the new refrigerator delivered. Received a voicemail on 7/27/22 stating that the fridge would be delivered on 7/28 between 9:30am and 1:30pm, the delivery did not happen. I left three voicemails inquiring about the fridge and did not receive a call back. *** reached out to the company and I received a voicemail on 8/10 stating that the fridge would be delivered on 8/11/22 between 8:30 and 12:30pm. Again no fridge and no call. Spoke with an individual at R.A.S on 8/12 at 10:51 AM and they stated that they could not confirm whether or not they had the fridge or why it had not been delivered.
I purchased a washer/dryer from *** mid July. It was scheduled to be delivered on 8/12/22. That day comes and it was never delivered. I called *** and was told that it arrived late to their warehouse and so they needed to reschedule but will escalate it. Rescheduled for 8/23 and not delivered again. Multiple escalations have gone to RAS and no one has called me back. Item was rescheduled again for 8/25. Called today to get a time and *** said a time wasnt available. Called RAS to be told that it wont be delivered again tomorrow. Its not on the route schedule and couldnt tell me why. Was told he will escalate it, someone will call me and that I may need to reschedule again. This is ridiculous. *** and *** have called, numerous complaints have been made and still no delivery. This was a gift for my mom that was ordered over a month ago and has had 3 scheduled deliveries with no delivery. Every time I call or *** has called they have not provided me with any update or explanation.

I ordered appliances from *** on November 13. A delivery date was set for January 12th 2022. A few days prior to the January 12th, I received notification that the delivery would be delayed until January 24th 2022. On 1/23/22 I was notified that my delivery would be between 1pm and 5pm on 1/24/22. The delivery did not show up until 630PM on 1/24/22. They did not have the complete order and was missing the refrigerator. The delivery person informed me someone would call me within 24 hours to reschedule my delivery. At 7pm on 1/25/22 I still had not received a call. I contacted *** customer service who informed me the manager of the delivery service had left for the day and that someone would contact me to reschedule in the morning. This morning, 1/26/22, I received a call from RAS Logistics to schedule a delivery. I requested delivery for 1/27/22, they informed me that was not possible and that the soonest would be 1/28/22. I requested to be the first delivery of the day which she confirmed and would call me later in the afternoon to confirm the exact time. I never received a call so I called RAS, the rep *** informed me the delivery window is between 7am-11am and that he could not guarantee my delivery window. I called *** to assist and they were not able to provide any assistance and also attempted to call RAS Logistics. RAS Logistics gave no further assistance. I have had to take off of work for the previous 2 delivery dates and will now have to take a 3rd day off. I requested a 7am delivery so that I can still make it to work and not have to take the day off. Having already inconvenienced a customer twice, RAS should make an exception to whatever rule or route they have and accommodate a customer's request.

Our washer stopped working on June 15th. We filed it through our home warranty *** company and had our washer dispatched on Jul 5th through RAS solutions. RAS solutions gave us the date for installation and cancelled multiple times. Eventually they come on July 19th and dump the washer. However they did not connect (had a nonsense excuse) and so we were unable to use. The old washer was also not picked up by them. After multiple calls they tell us that they will come on Jul 26th 2022. However they did not show up. I am frustrated going back and forth with the multiple calls. Also, with little kids at home and not having a washer has caused a lot of stress for the past month and half. This company needs to be banned from working given their unprofessional behavior and not being truthful.
I have had three confirmed delivery times to deliver a replacement door on a *** bed for a rental property. I have missed work twice, have traveled in from ***, Delayed rental on my rental property, and this company has given me a no-show no call on three occasions. I currently cannot get a hold of anybody about the issue. When I previously spoke to a supervisor, she assured me the delivery would occur today yet here I am again with no replacement door.

They said *** is the manufacture and it has already been received to "R.A.S", they called "R.A.S." and the office said they cannot give a delivery date or time because the warehouse deals with this matter. I have been contacting the warehouse number they gave me, and it goes to voicemail every time, I leave a voicemail and never receive a call back (numerous calls and voicemails were made). I have called *** once a week after no success with "R.A.S." and they tell me the same thing each week.. "it should be delivered this week and you need to reach out to the warehouse". *** told me they cannot do anything because "R.A.S." already has the dishwasher so it is out of their hands/control and that I have to wait for a call from "R.A.S." for a delivery date and time although it has been weeks that it should have been delivered aside from the fact that they should have made contact with me weeks ago if not on their own but because I have left several voicemails on their line. Which, by the way, their voicemail states something along the lines of "they will get back to you the same day or next business day by 9am:. I have no resolution; I am without my appliance that I pay for, and I have no realistic timeline of when I will have this item delivered and installed. I am constantly spending hours of my day between contacting "R.A.S" and *** for them to tell me the same thing each week "It will be delivered this week" or "R.A.S. is suppose to reach out to you with delivery details" Please help!

I ordered a freezer from *** for my birthday on 6/8/2022, order number ***. R.A.S logistics contacted us via text to inform us they would be delivering the freezer. Delivery was scheduled from 8am-12pm on 6/17/22. My wife and I both work and I had organized to have a friend come to receive the freezer. My wife received a call in the afternoon informing her that one of the drivers called in and he was by himself and asked if we thought he could carry the freezer to the basement by himself. As we are not moving professionals, we left it to his discretion and he decided to return it to thrle warehouse. After multiple calls and a complaint back to *** was able to reschedule it for July 5th from 5 pm to 9 pm. I took off work early to be home by 5. The delivery driving called at 340 I forming us he would be there at 420. My wife indicated someone would not be available until 5, per the delivery time window. The driver stated "but I want to get out of this heat" and disconnected the call. I arrived home at 435. My wife called to let them know I was home early and the driver turned his phone off. She called headquarters and the facility indicated that we had a customer not available undeliverable in the file at 525 pm. My wife reminded headquarters it was only 445 so that was impossible. HQ informed us they were mistaken and it was 425. HQ stated there's nothing they could do and would have a supervisor contact us. This is the same supervisor my wife requested a call back from 3x previously and received nothing. I am irate and we are having to move food out of our fridge freezer to make room for breast milk because of the formula shortage.

A second delivery was scheduled, and this dryer also arrived damaged. I was promised a third dryer, which was never delivered. Driver claimed to deliver microwave to customer. Driver signed for microwave delivery as the customer, Forging customers signature. I bought a dryer from *** and was given a delivery window for July 16 between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. At 4:00pm I received a call from RAS stating that they were running late and would be there before 8:00pm. At 8:12pm I called RAS and told them the delivery was still not there. The customer service told me "good news! I just spoke to the drivers and they are at stop 14 - you're next!" I asked where the stop was so I could gauge the time. He told me he didn't have that information. Right. So he GUARANTEED they would be there shortly, but would call when they were leaving the other stop. I finally went to bed at 11:00pm. No call, no delivery. Now it's Sunday and they are closed. I took a day off of work. This is my second bad experience with RAS. I will never buy another appliance from *** again unless they contract with another delivery service.I would like the delivery schedule for an EXACT *** AND TIME WITH NO DEVIATION. They sent an order link from which I ordered the new refrigerator. Later that same day, I got an email notification that RAS Appliance Services was the installation company and would be delivering my refrigerator. On March 28, I checked the tracking link and it showed that the refrigerator was delivered to the delivery/installation company (RAS) on March 23. So I called RAS on the provided phone number for an update. The call center agent forwarded my call to the local RAS office, saying they no longer work with this RAS location. I left a voice message, which their recording said would be returned within 1 hour. No one called. On March 29, I called and left another message. Again no one called me. On March 30, I left another message. Still no call. So I called AHS to see if they could help. The agent put me on hold while they tried calling RAS, when they got no answer they called the manufacturer and were told that the refrigerator was delivered to RAS on March 23 and was scheduled to be delivered to me on March 24. Obviously that did not happen. So AHS asked the manufacturer to escalate this issue. On March 31, I called AHS again, and the an agent again tried to reach RAS to no avail. So they again called the manufacturer, and were informed that RAS claimed they tried to call me on March 24 to schedule delivery but I didn't respond. My cell phone call log shows no such call. The manufacturer promised to expedite the delivery and claimed RAS would reach out to me to schedule delivery. They have not called me. They apparently have my refrigerator and have not delivered it, nor have they made any attempt to schedule a delivery.

On 04/16/2022 RAS Logistics installed a dishwasher in my house, on behalf of *** After the installers completed the installation and left our home, I ran the dishwasher. Shortly after, I noticed water running under my sink. Upon inspection, it appeared that the connection hose recently installed connecting my dishwasher to the garbage disposal was detached. Then it became apparent that the port on the disposal was irreparably broken and was separated into two pieces. We immediately contacted RAS Logistics and was told to collect two itemized estimates from plumbers, which cost fees that are not reimbursed. These were provided by both plumbing services as a flat replacement fee. No further breakdown was available, as both plumbing services have confirmed that this is the job rate.RAS Logistics is refusing to pay for the repair/replacement of our garbage disposal demanding further breakdown of the provided estimates as they are not itemized to their liking. The bottom line is that their RAS installer damaged our property during the dishwasher installation and RAS Logistics is not willing to resolve this to my satisfaction.
On 6/18/2022 I ordered an washer and dryer that were to be delivered on 7/2/2022. The delivery company RAS logistics attempted to deliver today, 7/1/2022, which is completely wrong and not what was scheduled with the ***, which is the company that RAS is handling deliveries for. I made multiple contacts to their corporate office, including a contact via email to the CEO of the company, and I have been getting nothing but runaround and excuses for why they are doing their job incorrectly. I am very frustrated and highly upset with the level of service I am receiving from this company, and I wish this to be resolved immediately, as there is no fault on my part, and no fault on the part of their client ***.

On Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021, RAS was to delivery our appliances. Our time window was ***pm. No one showed up with our delivery. We called RAS and our appliances were still in the warehouse. I spoke to the manager ***, he then promised our delivery to arrive, Friday, Nov 26,2021 between 4-5pm. At around 5:30pm We called RAS come to find our we were never getting our delivery between 4-5pm. we were delivery number *** the end, our appliances were never delivered Friday. And *** was not in the office to speak to. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021, We called RAS once again. Come to find out our appliances were sitting in the warehouse not being delivered that day either! *** was again not in the office and customer service, scheduled us for *** Monday, Nov 29, 2021, between 7am-11am. We are on Monday now, We called RAS to find out what delivery number we were, for RAS to tell us, our appliances were sitting in the warehouse and would NOT be delivered AGAIN today. No one knows when our delivery will be made. Today, *** is still not in the office but spoke with ***, he doesn't know when we will receive it. He said he would put us on the schedule for Tuesday, My husband and myself can NOT take anymore time off from work and my business. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We have rearranged our lives and work schedules for the past five days and we still DO NOT have our appliances. I am tired of the run around and the lies and promises. I have also contacted *** and *** boss ***. I have emailed him 3 times since this all began with every update on the no show of our appliances and the incompetents, lies and broken promises of their employees. Also, note that the man we spoke with Saturday morning, laughed in our face. We are beyond disgusted. We want our appliances and a refund.

Hello, I am reaching out because I have had several issues with the *** delivery team. In December we had a very devastating event happen to our family. We were in a hotel for 6 months this year while our home of 20 years was restored and repaired. We are fortunate enough to have the chance to buy new appliances. Since I am a front line worker my hospital partners up with *** Appliances and offers frontline worker discounts. *** has been very easy to work with. Since we are ordering online its difficult to get a picture of the fit and how the items look in person. Even with several trips to local hardware stores we were able to actually see the items we purchased in person due to all the shortages. So unfortunately I have to have this team come out again. As of today the team no showed once and I miss work, they didn't call at all one time, and then one time they called and told me they were 10 minutes out, and also showed up without one of my items only to be told weeks later it was damaged and needed to be reordered. We are getting a fridge and we need time to take items out. You give us a 4 hour window and we just can't have our items sitting out that long. I even spoke to *** the manager and he promised me he would be with the team one day to make sure our items got delivered correctly. That was a lie. He never came. That day our stuff was delivered and even after all the issues we tipped very generously. Today we received an invoice where the customer signature was forged and the driver said they delivered and picked up items. This is illegal and after reading complaints on the Complaintsboard.com website this isn't the first time something that that has happened. I want to speak to a manger above the warehouse manager because clearly speaking to him was a waste of time. I will also be formally filling out a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com and I will also be reporting the signature fraud to local police.

Two delivery men were at my house until nearly 11:00 pm attempting to deliver a stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and hood vent. They were able to successfully deliver and install the washer dryer and left the hood vent and dishwasher in my living room. The other items were deemed too heavy to move in and would need to be rescheduled for delivery. I signed and noted this on the release and while annoyed, understood the mistake. I was told someone would call me to reschedule. 1 week later, I had not received a call, so I contacted the warehouse directly. *** was very helpful, and scheduled my delivery for *** 10th.*** 9th I called the warehouse to verify that more than two drivers would be available to make the delivery, explaining to an associate what had happened last time. I was scoffed at and dismissed, told that this was a better crew and would have no issues. I asked, can you assure me that two men will be sufficient? And was told yes absolutely. Friday *** 10th I woke up to a few missed calls at 6:00 am, that I dismissed as spam without a voicemail. I was scheduled between 12:30 and 4 for delivery. Around noon that day, I called to ask if there was a sense of when the delivery would arrive, and again verify that they had sufficient man power to make the delivery. I was told they did not have that information. At 2:30 I called again, and spoke to ***, who told me not only had the drivers arrived and no one was home, but they were not able to make it up the stairs with only two men anyway, so they left. I had no missed call, no voicemail. From 3:00 on today I have been back and forth with the warehouse being assured they would call me back with a solution. At this point I assume Im just being ignored. I have gone above and beyond to insure my delivery could be completed today.

My home warranty authorized the replacement of my refrigerator and RAS would deliver. They called and said they would be out the following day to deliver, i refused delivery because i would be on vacation and rescheduled delivery for roughly 15 days. 30 minutes before they were going to arrive, they called and said the box was badly damaged and the unit was dented. I refused delivery and driver said a new one would be ordered and they would then call to set up delivery. I waited for three weeks with no call, so i called to check status. I was told it was never ordered! They ordered a replacement and called me back on Monday 7/25/22 and said it would be delivered Tuesday 7/26/22 between 8:30a and 12:30p. They never showed up or called. I called *** branch, told them what happened and they could not reach delivery driver. After waiting for 1 hour to get a call back, they said they still could not reach truck. We were the 3rd stop that day out of 15 stops, so i asked could they call residence of the other stops to see if anyone got their deliveries to try and track down where truck was, they said no one at any of the other stops were answering their phones. No answer out of *** the driver, sounds fishy. Another hour passes and they all me back and tell me that the refrigerator had just arrived at their *** house later in the afternoon 7/26/22, the day of the delivery. When I asked how could i be called on Monday (told my fridge was there) to schedule my delivery when my refrigerator was physically not there - No response. I also asked when it came time to drive from stop 2 to my house, stop 3, and my fridge was not on the truck, why didn't the driver alert me or their office to ask where was my fridge - no response. At that point they hung up on me. It took 9 phone calls for them to pick up and reschedule my delivery for the next day, 7/27/22 It is 7/26/22 so i will update this complaint tomorrow.

On the date of delivery two young men came out for the install. Once the new microwave was unboxed and the young man attempted to install he told me that he needed washers. He went outside to check his truck , came back in and told me that he did not have any and he would have to put in a service order for someone to come back out to install it. He gave me the number to call *** who would reschedule the install. I tried to call *** several times and have left several voice message with no return call. I called the number that was sent via text and spoke with customer service. I explained the situation and he stated that the next available date was a week and half later. I asked if we could schedule it sooner since he had already stated that the guys that came out should have gotten he washers and installed. He was no help, I asked to speak with a manager(***). She was very rude. She did not try to find a resolution. She proceeded to tell me that I had to call *** and request that they send me 2 washers after I receive them I should call them back and schedule the install. This was the first time that I had been told to reach out to ***- for two washers, this is RIDICULOUS. I offered to buy the washers, but she stated that they had to come from ***. WHAT IS A *** WASHER ? WOW! She referred me back to *** . I spoke with a very nice lady at the *** who checked the microwaves on the floor and stated that this particular brand only came with 2 screws and clips. I paid for a service that this company did not provide($110). The workers either do not want to do their job or do not know how to do their job. I work in the service business and this in unacceptable and unprofessional on all levels. Please beware and do not use this delivery service.

On November 11 I placed an online order of Frigidaire appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) from *** On November 23, *** sent out a delivery team *** Delivery LLC.) that arrived approximately between 7:30am 7:45am. The following delivery issues occurred due to delivery team negligence: delivery truck side swipe and take off my spouses truck mirror Improperly installed gas line to stove causing gas to leak throughout my home while my children were sleeping upstairs Arrived with no proper tools to install all appliances Damaged refrigerator causing doors to be offset therefore does not properly close causing food to not be kept at proper temperature and dents in refrigerator.I have made several attempts with RAS Logistics, Inc., *** USA, Inc., *** Delivery, LLC. to rectify not only my spouses mirror ,however replace the damaged refrigerator that was delivered to my home on November 23. I paid for a new refrigerator that is not damaged therefore I want what I paid for or my money back. On December 3, Frigidaire sent out an appliance inspector who confirmed damages were from delivery and therefore not a manufacturer covered claim. On December 27 a team *** from *** came out to access damages and confirmed that the refrigerator needs to be replaced and stated that it would take up to 4 days for new delivery as of date I have not received the new undamaged refrigerator I paid for. I have attached a document that RAS Logistics, Inc. received on 1/12/22 requesting for me to sign and return as a settlement to all issues however have failed to identify rectifying my new refrigerator replacement. I am requesting that RAS Logistics, Inc. fulfill my entire claim that includes providing a delivery date of my new undamaged refrigerator. No customer that has spent their hard earned money should have to go through such a horrendous and deplorable customer service experience.

On 12.15.21 we purchased a refrigerator and stove from *** with delivery and installation as an additional cost. We were informed that our items would be delivered on 1.7.22.On 1.7.22. my husband and myself took off work to be present for delivery scheduled on 1.7.22. The RAS Logistics delivery guys showed up on 1.7.22 and said that were NOT going to deliver/install our items due to "the conditions". It did snow in *** on 1.6.22 and we did make it safe for the delivery workers (shoveled and salted). We left the driveway closes to the house open so the delivery truck could be right in front of the house and safely deliver our items. My husband offered to assist them and I also asked them to pull into the driveway which we left available for delivery; they refused both offers/suggestions and said they were not going to do the job. I called RAS Logistics while the delivery guys were still present and was told that they have to take the guys word for it even though I have proof that our property was clear and safe. I was informed that someone from their management team would call me in a few hours (our items were not delivered). I did receive a telephone call from a female manager on 1.7.22 who apologized for the incident and said that she does not understand why they did not deliver with all the accommodations we provided. She informed me that she would try to have the items delivered 1.7.22 but that it would be definitely delivered on 1.8.22 due to it already being in the truck. On 1.8.22 my husband took another day off of work for delivery. I called RAS at 8 a.m. without an timeframe and another at 2 p.m. I was informed that I was on the schedule but that they can't see the timeframe and warehouse would call me. At 3 p.m. I received a call from *** who said that I was not on schedule for delivery today and that the next soonest would be Tuesday of next week. I have been getting the run around since 1.7.22 and do not have my items.

This complaint is for the *** Office of RAS Logistics specifically. We ordered a new/replacement dishwasher through our home warranty (***). The dishwasher order was placed on /15/21, and we received a call on /19/21 from RAS Logistics that the dishwasher would be delivered on /22/21, between 2pm and 6pm. At 6 p.m., the dishwasher hadn't arrived, but the office was closed. When I called the *** office of RAS the morning of /23, I was informed that they had not yet received the dishwasher and no delivery should have been scheduled. By Monday, /6, we had not received an update on the dishwasher so I called ***, who informed me that according to their records, the dishwasher had been in stock at RAS in ***. The *** agent scheduled a delivery window on my behalf for Wednesday, /8/21. On Tuesday, RAS called to confirm a delivery window for Wednesday, /10, between 1pm and 5pm. When the dishwasher didn't arrive at 5pm, I called and was told they were just running behind but it would still arrive. However, at 6:09pm, I received a call telling me that the delivery truck's tail light had broken and they had to return home. The earliest they could reschedule for was today (//21).Today, I called the local *** office to confirm a delivery between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. At 5:pm, I called and was told the delivery was still coming today, but they were on stop #*** and we were stop #*** so it may be delayed. When I called at 6:pm, I was told they were on stop #*** (in Derry , about 5 minutes away from my home) and should still be here. When I called at 6:57pm, I was told that the stop #*** update was the last update logged, and they didn't know whether the delivery could still be made.Three delivery days and times in which I took leave from my work to be available. Three days when no one showed. This is absolutely unacceptable, and would be impossible in an industry where the business is accountable to the people they deliver to.

I purchased/ordered approx. $3600.00 worth of appliances from *** in ***, *** back in Nov. 2020. This included delivery which *** subcontracts through another company, RAS delivers. During the delivery of the appliances which was 12/30 the delivery company damaged/cracked the frame of my side door, the trim around it etc. I've been going back and forth with them since Jan of 2021. I've sent them 2 quotes from reputable contractors. One was $1465 and the other one was $1800. *** from RAS Logistics told me they would pay me $300 to get this fixed. I told her there was no way that $300 would be even enough for the costs of labor let alone everything else. My last attempt to resolve this issue was informing her that because I am unable to find anyone to do this job and fix it correctly for $300 that I would be more than happy for them to find someone to complete this job for whatever it costs them whether it is more than $300 or less than $300 as long as it is fixed correctly and just rigged. Her response to me back in November was that she would take my claim and review all with the appropriate people. As of this date (March 10, 2022) I have not heard back from her despite my multiple attempts emailing and calling her. I have every one of our emails starting with the very first one. I have not been able to lock my door at all since this originally happened in Dec 2020. My 2 young grandsons live with me and I am a 49 year old single woman with several disabilities. I did not damage my door frame or any of the other parts..their delivery guys did. *** states they have professional delivery employees on their website about how great and professional they are. They don't mention anything about subcontracting this service and honestly I called ***'s main headquarters in Georgia they rang me back to RAS Logistics. I want my door frame and all the damage fixed. I'm on a fixed budget and don't have the money or ability to fix it.

RAS Delivers Claim #: ***; Dishwasher from *** (HD) installed March 3. Cabinets were damaged during dishwasher installation (screws put into face of cabinetry). I called HD Installation immediately and spoke for 41 minutes. I heard nothing thereafter, called again on 5/27. Received call from RAS; returned call 6/10. No further action. Called again 7/16. Was told by RAS representative *** (SV) to get estimate of repair costs and she would send email. Service call on 8/11 to fix dishwasher installation, but could not be done because wrong screws were used and the necessary hardware for proper installation was not available. Tried to find matching cabinetry (documentation available). Called SV 12/27, as never received email. She sent email with 8 questions and I responded the same day with requested information. Finally got cabinet estimate ($855.18) on 12/29 and sent to SV. Unable to get estimate for cost of installation, as everyone I contacted only did whole kitchen remodels. I contacted ***, as well, but was told they did not do cabinets (despite advertising that they did). No response to 3 emails sent to SV between 1/5/22 and 2/2/22. On 2/17/22 called local HD, referred to HD insurance (***), emailed documentation. Received voicemail from SV on 3/1/22. Spoke with her on 3/7/22. Was told to get a handyman for estimate of cabinet work. I said I have tried over the past year and don't have the time to keep gathering all these data. She asked what I wanted to settle and I said $2,000 ($855.18 for materials, $111.30 for dishwasher service call plus estimated cost of labor for removal/installation of cabinets and dishwasher re-installation and parts). She then said that my cabinets were old, that only the holes needed to be fixed and that $2,000 was excessive. She was going to consult another office. My time is valuable, I have a FT job and a child with medical issues. This scavenger *** is ridiculous.

The member of staff who done the checking for the boarding for flight Otopeni London Gatwick was extremely rude with all the passengers. She said to an old lady to keep her mouth shut that she will not allow her access on the plane.The flight was delayed more than 4 hours.
