I have a credit card that I wasnt able to pay on time, I called customer service ASAP as soon as a I have the cash to pay for it and asked them how much do I have to pay for it to be reinstated, customer service told me that a minimum payment of 3000 will do, I paid the said amount and then called them again the following day. I was surprised because now they're telling me that the account was forwarded to collections department and I have to pay the whole amount. What a waste. I told them I just paid the minimum amount due and how come I wasnt informed that its gonna be forwarded to Collections. I didnt get any notice from collections. Customer service doesnt know what to do and just referred me to collections. I called collections about the problem and they said I have to pay the whole amount right away or else Im gonne be BLACKLISTED. WTF! so this is how RCBC works, they aint gonna inform u about whats happening on your acct and then 1 day you'll realize your in a pinch.

Collection officer ba ito ng BANKARD pls.refer me to a designate officer that I avail to Option 1 to an Easyterm Program, I reiterate my payment done on November 2018, after calling customer service to which she said I am done paying November 2018, I paid the amount, I have a receipt with me to attest my payment rcbc Masbate.I am posting my payment yesterday by asking to send my certificate of full payment to clear my name, after harassment I experienced to miscommunication regarding my balance to which I have no record of the whole amount to be paid, and that I loan only 65k, ..where is justice here. I do not used this card anymore, I have 2 existing card. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CARD ENDING 6005,

My card was stolen way back in 2009/2010 together with my CP and was not able to report with them. Lately, i found out that i still have balances and turned past due already. As far as i remembered, it already fully paid it long time ago. I made a calls to their domestic toll free hotline and was able to talked to their customer representatives several times since yesterday and forwarded to collection agency since my acct was already pastdue. But i am dismayed for all the calls i made because no one is answering and even the customer rep did not even give me or assist me in contacting the collection agency or on how to settle it. They just left me unresolved and empty.
