Salam Sejahtera,
Nama saya Abd.Azeem Nissar b. Abd.Majeed ingin membuat aduan tentang kelemahan khidmat pelanggan dalam menyampaikan maklumat sehingga menyusahkan saya.

Pada 18.4.2017 saya telah menghubungi CSR Redone dan pegawai yang dihubungi adalah En. Kalvinder. saya mengacukan masalah saya iaitu panggilan saya telah disekat dan ini boleh mengundang masalah kepada saya ketika waktu kecemasan. Beliau memaklumkan bahawa kredit limit ini boleh diubah dari RM50 kepada RM100 dan tiada caj yang dikenakan. Beliau tidak menjelaskan secara terperinci akan limit sementara dan limit kekal. Beliau hanya menyatakan bahawa sekiranya pada masa akan datang saya ingin menukar lagi kredit limit maka akan dikenakan caj. Saya beranggapan kredit limit saya telah diubah kepada RM100 dan tiada masalah selepas itu.

Pada 27.5.2017 sekali lagi saya menghadapi masalah yang sama dan setelah semakkan dibuat, penggunaan telah mencapai RM51.20. Saya telah menelefon aduan pelanggan dan pegawai ketika itu En.Sharan memberitahu bahawa kredit limit masih kekal RM50 dan pertukaran ke limit kekal RM100 hanya boleh dibuat selepas tarikh 01.06.2017. mendengar penjelasan itu, saya agak marah kerana perkara ini sepatutnya dijelaskan secara terperinci pada 18.4.2017 dan bukannya pada masa ini dan penjelasan saya masih sama iaitu ketika berlaku kecemasan saya tidak dapat membuat panggilan.

Laporan telah saya buat (R09906213) dan saya amat kecewa dengan tahap khidmat pelanggan REDONE.

For temporary limit and permanent limit, CSR Redone said that we need to ask then only they will explain. How i know the details of service if they didn't tell us on the first place? CSR suppose give the detail information then only customer could choose which of the option that they think can suit with their requirement. Please act like a professional when doing the job rather than giving 1000 of excuses because at the end people will leave REDONE and choose more reliable service in the market. REDONE not only the ONE in Malaysia both of us know!

Complaint saya sudah bayar yang baki tunggakan semalam, tapi pagi ni pegawai redone masih hubung saya dan suara tinggi dengan saya, awak hutang redone lagi takmau bayar, kelmaling dulu pun Masa saya tugas pun sama, pegawai redone suara tinggi cakap kurang ajar

Saya nak buat aduan.. Line internet saya tersangat2 lah slow.. Tolong lah perbaiki ..saya setiap bulan saya bayar bil tak pernah putus.. Kenapa line redone sangat teruk.. Tolong saya... Harap je 4G tapi line macam siput...main game line sangkut2 apa tah lagi buka facebook, whatsapp lagi lah slow.. Tolong lah amik tindakkan...

Kenapa sejak akhir2 ini kualiti line sangat teruk. Saya langgan redONE ni dah sangat lama dan 4 no tel atas nama saya. Jangan sampai saya beralih ke rangkaian yang lain.
