We ordered 2 rooster roll meals, both rolls were cold, the large chips were half full. I have been coming here for years but lately I have had a few problems like this one, i'd rather keep coming then go to kfc as I prefer rooster but if I need to complain every time then I might not be coming so often. I have a loyalty card and use delivery. Please just rectify the issue as I am not a very happy customer.

Every time I got to your restaurants to place an order, they never ask for the red royalty card. I am sick and tired of reminding them that I have got the card. There are sometimes I forget to give it to them so they NEED to ask for the red royalty card. They need to go through a course of asking all customers of asking if they have got the red royalty card.
This has been going on for a while at every restaurant that I have been going to and I am sick and tired of reminding them.

Good Afternoon,
My husband and i are seniors. We purchase red rooster at least once a week. 90% of the time we go gregrory hills nsw. Have had no problem with any other red rooster store. The last 3 times we ordered a special deal that includes a small bottle of drink or can. They never have any to offer with deal. I must say they did offer premix but have never drank the drink from machine due to the taste. Last night at 9.10 we ordered a deal only to be told they had no chicken left. Must say very disappointed. The Manager on duty has never gone out of his way to apologise and is quite rude. Really puts me off in dealing with red rooster at gregory hills again as much i enjoy the food.

I'm bringing this to your attention as you seem to have some problems with your system. Of course I'll never buy anything from Red Rooster again.
I ordered a delivery from Red Rooster in Pascoe Vale on Sunday evening (28/1/18), just like I have many times before.
It has taken an hour or so to arrive in the past, so I didn't call to enquire about it until an hour after I made the order.
When I called, the employee I spoke to was very rude, first berating me for taking too long to call, then telling me I had "forward ordered" my meal and it was due to arrive with me in a couple of days. I told him he was being ridiculous, I had done no such thing. It was almost 10pm when I called and they were to close at 10pm. (At the top of the first page of the website, it says, "Open now until 00.00am".)
The next morning, I called the manager of the Pascoe Vale branch. He told me he'd look into it. He got back to me later that day and said it was a communication error; the driver or the kitchen had got the order, but not both. He blamed it on the software. At that point, he was kind and helpful.
Later that afternoon, the order was delivered to me. Just after 5pm, it was unusual and only by chance that anyone was home. The next day, the manager called me to say that I had received my order now, and I had "forward ordered" after all. So, not a communication error due to faulty software, then?! The manager either lied about looking into the problem, or he lied about what the problem was.
I have issues with the information about opening hours on the website, which is clearly wrong, and the fact that the manager made up stories about the reason for the error.
My biggest issue, however, is that there is obviously no way of controlling when orders arrive. If I had "forward ordered" my meal on purpose, I should have had to choose a time and date. I did no such thing. I simply clicked the online delivery button, as I have many times in the past. Granted, sometimes it's fun to order something and wonder when it will arrive, but not on an empty stomach. Your website seems to have a mind of its own. This is a problem. You should know that you have a problem here, but judging from the number of other complaints, I suspect you already do.

On the29 of jan 2018 I bought a gravy roll and reg chips and coke for 11.99 which is fine but I forgot my red royalty card again but no proplem I though because this has happen befor and all I do is keep my receipt and the next tim I am passing I get the point back on the card so to day I did that and guss what the mananger said we don't do that can't do that she will try to find out ifis possible to do next time I am in. This is not good enough the mananger should know about how to do this it is not rocket sience may be she should be trained again I want my points on my card thank you

I was at the Eumenmering Location Today 20.01.2018 @ 12.20pm Served by Mark.F. As Per Attached Reciept when I got home I found the LARGE CHIPS were not in the bag.
Called the store immediately and asked that they deliver the chips seeing as they are the ones that did not fill the order correctly and the woman on the phone just kept talking over me saying this isn't happening.
Your food is not cheap and I expect to not be missing parts of my order when I get home and then be expected to let my food get cold and come back and pick up the missing item! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! So Angry right now.

I am complaining about the quality of the chicken/chips pack I just brought home from the Karrinyup Shopping Centre food hall. I ordered a pack of chicken and chips on a wing, upsized for larger fries and a drink. I paid $12.50.
I brought this Home to eat. Had I eaten it in the food court, I would have returned the lot.
The chicken piece was not only really small, it was also totally overcooked, and so dry, it was tough and tasteless.
The chips were also overcooked and hard.
I also feel that the upsizing promise did not deliver. The box that would usually contain both chicken and chips, contIned only the chicken.. the chips were boxed separately with very little difference in portion size.
I've got photos if you would like the proof of this really disappointing red rooster meal. I was ripped off of $12.50. Value was about $5 not to mention the awful quality.
At the time I ordered this food/drink, the store wasn't busy, 11am on Saturday. 2 people were Served before me, no outstanding queue.
I haven't eaten at red rooster for a long g time and I have no intention. Of recommending them to anyone who wants to eat well at affordable prices.
I leave this with you for investigation and a response.

I am complaining about the blonde lady that was working at your Bowen store on Sunday 10th December. What an appalling woman. She was not interested in helping the two other woman working, one was having to serve front and drive threw and make burgers and the other lady must of been cooking chips and stuff. The blonde woman could see that these two ladies were run off their feet, yet she continued to stand at the counter thing at the back and do nothing! When she did come to help when they asked her too and the look she gave them was disgusting, she said "oh cant you do it on your own" their was at least 10 people instore and so many cars in the drive threw. Then the blonde lady handed out the wrong food and blamed the two other ladies as it was their fault. Those to mature aged woman were amazing, they were both short dark haired short ladies. Those two are an asset to Bowen Red Rooster. The Blonde rude [censor] needs to be shown the door...

myself and my husband got red rooster delivered last night from lavington store, nsw, 2641.
after consuming half of my chicken and chips, i took another mouthful and immediately spat it out. - it smelt and tasted like faecal matter! after spitting it out the smell itself made me vomit twice. my husband was dry wreching from the smell which he could smell across the room!
This as you can imagine is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable... and i am both extremely angry and disheartened by red rooster.
delivery time, incorrect order and customer service
My partner an myself ordered dinner through menu log, from the Kurri Kurri store. The driver was 15 minuets late, that was fine, the order was wrong, we order a kids meal to burger packs about $50 it cost, what arrived was a kids meal someone else roll an the correct drinks, upon informing the driver the order was wrong she acknowledged straight away the delivery before me had received the food. After waiting another 45minuetes for my burgers to arrive, I rang the store an asked for a refund. I was advised the order had been corrected so she was unable to do so. 2hrs after original order I am still waiting for the driver to arrive with my correct meals. once the driver had arrived the order was still incorrect. I have given up on asking for a refund, an now have given up on red rooster!
The store has gone downhill since opening, an that's a big reason why. There attitude towards there jobs is disgusting.

My partner and I ordered two large rooster roll meals, the chicken inside the roll was cold, the roll was old, and our chips were cold and half full . It's is definitely not the first time it's happened and I am extremely annoyed by this happening, I think I I'll be going else where if this happens again, I would appreciate a refund or store credit to resolve this problem .

My Husband is an ambulance driver and yesterday as it was a hot day, after taking patients to hospital, he stopped at Red Rooster to have his lunch at 11:00 am Tuesday the 14/11/17. there was 3 people in the store which included my husband. and as he sat down to eat his lunch, he was approached by the Manager and was told that since he wasn't ordering any food, he had to leave the store. My husband explained that he was an ambulance driver and had stopped for a quick break. The Manager didn't care but proceeded to tell him that he couldn't use stay and walked away even though there was hardly anyone in the store.
This is outrageous and disrespectful as my husband is out saving lives everyday and seeing things that we ordinary people do not need to see and to get treated like this is not only immorally wrong but disrespectful for the men and women out there who are saving lives everyday.
if this is the policy of Red Rooster to treat people that are serving our community like this, then i will make sure that everybody is aware of this treatment and should not support Red Rooster as they don't support the people giving up so much for our community.

I checked the menu before I went to order my lunch at the Lake Haven store. I wanted to order a BBQ Crispy Bacon Burger. I attended the drive through and was told that we do not sell that and you can only order what is on the board. I informed the person that it was on your web site and was told "no its not. Only whats on the board". The attitude of the person was unacceptable. I do not understand why its on your menu and can get it delivered but not buy it at a store.
I hope you can explain what is going on at the Lake Store.

hi, my daughter has been working at red rooster in Darwin at the Palmerston center, she has been working for 7 months now and has finished her red space, and she still dosnt get a discount on anything she buys. she told me that every one has to finish their red space be four any one gets discount, thats dosnt make sense as they are new workers starting all the time . shes spending a lot of money there as she dose a lot of night work... please help

red rooster food
We frequent Glendale red rooster at least once a fortnight. I buy 3 quarter chicken and chips packs with the wing on numerous occasions I am frequently refused this request and are only allowed 2 of these packs with the wings we have to buy the 3rd with a leg when we do not enjoy eating the legs this is why we don't buy a whole chicken. On Monday 23/10/17 again I was refused this request and left frustrated and annoyed without any food. As a paying customer, I feel I have a right to purchase the food in which I would like to consume. I can go to KFC and buy as many wings as I like without question but my family prefers to eat Red Rooster. I am not happy with the customer service this particular restaurant is providing to us the consumer.

Went to he Kallangur Red rooster store, and ordered a whole chook. After asking the counter staff to cut the chicken in to 4, I was handed a box and when home. On arriving home I opened the box and found 3 drum sticks and 2 wings. No other chick. Living to far way to head back I was stuck with the scraps I was given.
Don't trust them they think its funny to rip you off. Check! And check again!. Keep the bugger honest
my last purchase with them
I am a long time customer and I want to express my disappointment in my last meal through them which was l large chicken wrap combo meal and a Large chip's now when I got home with my order my chicken was only half cooked and my kids chip's were stone cold and I'm really not happy about it at all as if I had of gotten sick from eating it then you guys would have been in some massive trouble and I have never complained about anything before but I expected my food to be 100 percent fresh and it wasn't so if someone could get back to me ASAP to resolve the issue that would be greatly appreciated and I have been with u guys for years now and I am a deeply disappointed customer now wondering if I should ever eat from you guys again.. thanks heaps yours sincerely Melissa Ray..
red rooster corio owner/manager munish
I worked for Red Rooster Corio as a sales/promotional person on the 11th and 12th of September 2017. My Manager Munish provided me with forms to fill out so that I could be paid on the Wednesday. Wednesday came I did not receive my pay, Thursday came, no pay, friday came still no pay. I contacted Munish to state that I had not received my pay and that I needed the money because i had bills to pay. He said come into the store anytime after 2pm and that he will be there and I can collect my pay. Due to my work commitments at my other employment I could not go to the store until after 7:30pm that night. When I arrived at the store I was told that Munish had gone on delivery. I asked when he would return and I said I would be back. When I returned to the store Munish was initially out the front behind the register but the front door of Red Rooster Corio was locked even though it was before 9pm and the closing time of the store stated on the front door was 10pm. I knocked on the doorn and after some time Munish come and answered the door and asked me what I wanted. He then yelled and screamed at me abusing me and putting me down for the nature of the job which I had accepted off him. He pretended to call the police for no reason. My father was present and witnessed the entire incident. Munish after much arguing threw my money note by note on the ground meanwhile abusing me and calling me names. We walked out of the store and he followed us and then attacked me and assualted me. His staff member tried to hold him back but he continued to try and attack me throwing punches at me trying to get me in headlock etc. When we tried to get in the car to leave he attacked again, it wasnt until a member of the public said the police were coming that he let us get into our car and drive off. I will not be eating at Red Rooster ever again and I will tell all of my friends and family not to go there. If this is the type of Manager that Red Rooster employs to run their stores, I wonder why you guys are still in business.
