Just before i finished work i rung up red rooster in the city and asked for a large family chips with chicken salt for me and my kids and got (Ellie and Shaye ) my children to pick it up . when we got home we opend the box and we started eating it and Ellie complained about too much chicken salt but i told her to just brush it off and then shaye had a chip and put it into her mouth and she pulled out a Cockroaches leg.
when we went to take it back that night they said that we asked for chicken salt and that we were lying about the Cockroaches leg.
And we left without our money back or new chips and we went to bed HUNGRY . We are not happy with their behaviour and get rid of the girl with blonde short hair.

OMG THEY SHOULD SHUT THAT ### HOLE DOWN OR GET NEW WORKERS AND GET RID OF THE GIRL WITH SHORT BLONDE HAIR. :O F**K THEM

Over the past 9 months I have been a regular customer of Red Rooster Mt Gravatt, I can honestly say that since new management had taken over and new senior staff i am happy to say that the services that have been provided from the staff and new management has been beyond unbelieveable. As an elderly person i attend this store twice a week as it is just as easy to purchase a meal then to go home and make it myself after a long day at work. I really believe that if it wasnt for the service that has been provided from the staff that are one during the day i wouldnt be going back as often as i have been. Over the past few weeks I have been going into order my normal meal and have been served by a new manager twice, unsure what her name is as she does not wear a name tag, which is very unusual. My first encounter with her i found her to be rather rude as when she brought my meal out to me she threw it on the counter and walked out. My next encounter with her was, she was serving an asian couple she was getting annoyed with them
as they were still deciding she walked out the back. When she came back she made a comment "Well are you ready to now" when they paid for their order, she took their order out of the till and slammed it on the counter. As I ordered my meal she acted like she didnt want to serve me and when she brought my meal out to me she threw it on the counter when i made a comment that she was being rude all she could say was oh! "I cant be bother with this" and she continued to walk away.
When I went back to the store 2 days later I asked the cashier if i can speak to the store manager after telling her what had happened she pointed out the lady that was the store manager, at thie time this lady was yelling at her staff at the back. I told her no I wanted to speak to the nz lady, yet to be told that she no longer worked for Red Rooster. I really believe that this so called store manager should not be in a position with the attitude she had, and that she should be setting an example for her fellow staff.
I am very dissappointed that the previous store manager has left, as i felt she was the reason this store and staff was so welcoming, I feel that i well not be returning to this store as often or at all should this new manager be working.
This lady should be spoken to about her atitude.

I have bought red rooster from campbelltown a number of time and I would have to say that I was not happy with the Quality and the Quantite of the food.

two co op stores, less than 50yds apart..one selling single cans of red rooster at £1.o3..the other at 89p!.another store 3 miles away same product 99p!..e.mailed co op complaints to ask why the price difference..no reply! shall continue to e.mail till they DO reply...be aware, , co op will rip you off!

Ordered 2 chicken and salad combos and a regular chips which totaled $28. The Salad was 3 thin slices of tomato and lettuce... The chicken had no meat on it, a quail would of been more of a feed! When we walked in to order we where ignored for about 5 min while 1 girl was talking into the drive through head set and everyone else was out the back talking. How can these places get away with such thieving? Bloody disgusting!

Myself and my partner ordered dinner, I order a BBQ chicken burger with NO SAUCE, (due to allergic reactions), he ordered a Flava wrap (no cheese). When we arrived home (a 25 minute drive away), I noticed that my burger was soaking in sauce (glad to have to taken a bite as I would have ended up in hospital). My partner and I swapped meals where I discovered the wrap was full of cheese that neiher could eat due to lactose intolerance. When we mentioned this to the company, nothing would be done about it unless we came back into the store (an hour round trip for 2 burgers, we would spend more in fuel).
Wrote to Red Rooster head office in regards to this, and the replay was they will pass it onto the local franchise.
My advice is, if you have to adhere to a special diet, do not eat there, all they want is your money and dont care if they stuff up your order, they just want your money... GO ELSEWHERE!

Ordered a meal at red roster Alexander heights wa when i got home some of my meal i ordered was missing and also ordered potato and gravy and just got gravy, as it was rain heavy decided not to go back and just decided not to go theere again. My son convinced me to write this complaint as it has happenned to him before there too and also to some of h is friends. I feel that this store is making mistakes and needing to be told of this issue. Thought you needed to know this.

today is the 6/07/2017 a girl came nocking on my door with an order I did not order . On the day before (5.07/2017 I received the exact same order which I had ordered and payed for happily but the one that came to the door on the 6th July I did not order and sent back I was charched just over $25 ; this same thing happened about 12 months ago twice I made a complaint and was told both times I would receive my money back but never did; Red rooster now owes me over $75 as I have not received money or food I will be posting this on facebook unless I get my money or food to the value of

I have been going to Red Rooster for many years now and the only hot chicken that I buy.. I have been a royalty member for a couple of years at least... But yesterday I purchased a whole chicken and a regular crunchy slaw. The chicken was small and dry ( unusual ) and the regular slaw ( I would hate to see a small tub )... for $19 mind you ... Should have bought a coles chicken for $10... would have been bigger... On departing the drive through, I noticed a sign for a whole chicken, chips, peas and gravy.. for $20...You would think the attendant would have told me of the deal...for an extra $1.. I will find it hard to get stung again from Red Rooster in future, and will go else ware.. NOT HAPPY... Tony Arthur

Found two thick black hairs in the Mac & cheese roll in the cheese sauce I was disgusted that a well know business could be so unhygienic, I don't know what that employee could have herpes sti I don't know its disgusting

I Placed an order at 2:20pm on the 19/02/2018 and i did not get a call bak saying my order was being processed until 4:00pm that day.

I’m not happy with the Deeragun store in Townsville. I tried to order 5 of the advertised $5 quarter chicken, small chips and 250ml coke deal and was refused. If they are not available they should not be advertised on your website as available.

I ordered at 8.55last night I got my order about9.37 it was cold and yuck I PhD today they lady said she would only give me another order if I brought back everything I purchased I drink the drink and the burger is a 14 eaten she says the whole thing back...if it was nice I would if eaten it...I paid 27.49 I want a refund please

Chicken is way too salty to eat and potatoes used for chips are chewy and tastes horrible Miami falcon and halls head mandurah. Yuck. Yuck.

Hi there, last Saturday I accompanied a young man with a disability to the Supercars at Eastern Creek. Whilst there we decided to have lunch, however were totally disappointed at the prices, expecting normal high st prices. We could only afford a regular fries.$6 ? Why do you charge so much at these venues ? Felt totally ripped off

On Saturday night the 6th of may 2017 i order my meal at 7.20 it didnt turn up until 9.15 the guy said he had no change as i onky had a $50 ge took my money said he will be back with my change in 20 minutes most nearly 2 hours later im still waiting for my change and my food was cold i refuse to get food from red rooster melton Vic 3337

We waited for over 45 minutes for our order only for them to not have the whole order. It is the same everytime we go to this store. Slack service, no one making up orders not enough staff or food cooked at all opening times of the day. Sick of getting wrong orders as well. You need to look at this store it is terrible. No customer service

Hi i purchase chips and whole chicken and gravy tonight for delivery i get the chips they we basically one little hand full i order a family chips it usally feels four of my kids tonight it did one i rang the store basically told so is there anything else it ridiculous u already charge big amount to eat so i expect quality.

I was promised a refund by Springwood store for 58.53 last Wednesday night I still have not received the refund
Order was place online for 4 Valeena street rochedale south 4123
Order was placed on Wednesday 25/1 was told refund would happen on 27th due to public holiday still no refund

Bought a full chicken with cous cous in the middle...same as Woolworths and Coles hot BQ chickens?nothing special about Red Rooster!wont buy from them ever again!No wonder the store was empty and KFC was full!we are new to Red Rooster and also the last they will ever see us again!

I purchased dinner box for $45 from kingsway red ruster today at 330 the chiken looks like its been sitting in oil for a few days tast very bad I would like my money back service is bad I waited 15 min very disappointed

Beau and Mitchell were absolutely incredible. I had just had a loss in my family and those fellas kept me together. I had ordered a ripper roll, but the boys told me chicken is amazing. I had ordered some fried chicken and my life turned around. The boys at Gladstone red rooster are the reason I am alive today. Thank you so much fellas. I love you

This is the second time we have bought a full chicken and it has been under cooked with blood through it. The first time we just threw it out tonight I took it back. Totally ruined our dining experience 27/9/2022 6.30 pm

17th Dec 2022 at approx 5.00pm I purchased 10 nuggets and a bottle of water.

When I got home I consumed them , However it was short lived . I chocked on something sharp. Upon looking at the nugget I found chook feathers. With sharp bits attached to them .

I think the health dept should be informed .

Your current TV commercial depicting a youth laying on a skate board to steal a box of your product from a third party is amoral. It certainly glorifies youth crime when that should be the last thing your message advocates. It should be withdrawn.
