Just before i finished work i rung up red rooster in the city and asked for a large family chips with chicken salt for me and my kids and got (Ellie and Shaye ) my children to pick it up . when we got home we opend the box and we started eating it and Ellie complained about too much chicken salt but i told her to just brush it off and then shaye had a chip and put it into her mouth and she pulled out a Cockroaches leg.
when we went to take it back that night they said that we asked for chicken salt and that we were lying about the Cockroaches leg.
And we left without our money back or new chips and we went to bed HUNGRY . We are not happy with their behaviour and get rid of the girl with blonde short hair.
OMG THEY SHOULD SHUT THAT ### HOLE DOWN OR GET NEW WORKERS AND GET RID OF THE GIRL WITH SHORT BLONDE HAIR. :O F**K THEM
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My rooster roll looks like it fell on floor was pick up & wrapped & given to me. I bought this roll 13/03/23 @ Kurri Kurri NSW. I am a long time red rooster fan but this is not up to standard
I love Red Rooster but your ads need to be reveiwed. One makes stealing ok the other shows no empathy fo the other person and the actress is wooden. Your other ads have been ok why resort to these bad ones
We ordered a whole chicken [protected]:33. They told us it was a 40 minute wait, we said that was OK. They asked us if we were sure, and we said yes. Then they made comments about how us wanting the chicken even if it 40 minutes, I assume they forgot that the intercom was still on
The advert where they lay on skate board and STEAL the honey chicken. It is telling children its play tp steal food if you want it. I have stopped buying red rooster because of the ad.
Think of what sort of message this sends to the young ones or those that think it's okay to rib frim others.
Well last night I order meal for me and my family the payment came out got to the red rooster Edward Street waggawagga NSW and apparently they had no order now I have to wait for my money to go back in I was not happy I had no more money me my kids went with our treat of takeaway
Tonight Friday 24th November 2023 I visited my local Red Rooster store in Marsden Brisbane. They had no chicken available and the wait time was 45 minutes. I was not impressed as I was catering for a family dinner. Having second thoughts on ever using Red Rooster as our meal provider in the future. This occurred at approximately 6.15 pm
I did an online order for 18 pieces of chicken,and when I got the order I had only received 12,I contacted red rooster and all they do is ignore me.I have been emailing back and forth since the 29 th September,and nothing has been done about it
