I went to red rooster on the 7/7/22
And ordered the 8 pieces of chicken 2 large chips and large potato gravy and coleslaw
When I arrived home I opened the box and there was literally the rib cage of the chicken broken into pieces and crumbed , which was not eatable , as it was all bones , and the chips were cold and dry ,

Staff negligence
I came through the drive thru at the wynnum plaz store, at 9.20pm on the 5/7/2022. I was rudely greeted at the window, I then noticed a random person come behind the front counter and touched my food then proceeded to go back to the front of the store. I then got given my food and they weren't going to give me my drink till I asked about it. They then slammed the window closed in my face.
Desired outcome: Full refund and an explanation on why a person came behind the counter and touched my food.

Today 12/06/22 at 2pm we bought 2 x quarter chicken and chips meal. Both orders cold. As we were eating our order in the carpark at kalamunda took the order back for replacement staff weren't apologetic gave us a new meal chips were ok chicken still cold. Our first visit to this red rooster won't be going back there.

On 5/24/2022 went to Red Rooster after lunch to have lunch/dinner signed in for a party of two. Later 6 other people came in and got seated before us. After the lady came back to the front I asked why we haven't gotten seated yet and her answer were we don't have enough waiters. My friend question her also and she was explaining what is going on and was told I am not going back and forth with you.
Missing item and now cold dinner
I visited the red roster at Lakeside Joondalup this evening and ordered for via the drive through. Sadly when I got home (15 minute drive away) I found my large chips were not in the bag. I contacted the store and returned to sort out the issue. Only to be told they could fill the chips order or refund that item. Which is fine, however my family are now having to eat reheated Red rooster as the time to return to the site to collect the missing item and then return home is in the other of 3o minutes. So not we are 45 odd minutes from my original purchase-hoping that our chips won't be soggy. I get that things don't always go correctly but this is a significant disappointment-particularly when the staff told me 'oh, it won't be that cold' and 'is a store policy'...
It shall be a long time until we frequent your establishment again.
Desired outcome: Improved customer service and training that when the staff read out the other on the screen, they actually check the bag. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to check the items are in the bag.
Meal cold

Red hot chicken
On Friday the 13 th of May at approximately 3.30 pm, Myself and my work partner purchased 18 peices of red hot spicy chicken, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait to make the spicy chicken which was fine. The chicken is $10 more expensive for the spicy marinade which in the past we have been more than happy to pay as we love the spice, but the 18 pieces we ordered had little to know spice added, very disappointing. & totally unsatisfactory as we paid for spicy chicken The store was Corio in Vic and we also found the staff quite rude which added to our bad experience

Customer service and waiting time
I ordered my meal. And waited 13 minutes for my meal. I seen it sitting waiting to go. Then I was given the wrong order but yet the number I had was called. Then had to ask to get my drink with the meal and then got looked at as though I had already recieved it. There was another customer waiting who even said it was ridiculous with the waiting time and that the pave was slow to get meals out. When I left there was 8 people still waiting for their meals and 3 of half of them had been served before I came for my order. Need to have right people to cope with the area and customer service
Lack of service
We visited Red Rooster at Yeppoon for lunch today. After a 30 minute wait and seeing two customers who had ordered after us walk out with their food we approached the young lass at the service counter. We were told our order wouldn’t be long but there was no explanation and no apology. When the food was eventually ready the server simply plonked the bag on the counter, turned her back and walked off without a word. We had a legitimate complaint but at no stage we’re we impolite. The same can’t be said for red rooster staff. Just thought I would point out the total lack of anything even approaching service and advise that we won’t ever be back. If I can’t expect courtesy as a customer then I’m no longer a customer it’s that simple.

Visited your lynbrook store today monday the 4th of april...11.30 am... First of all to walk in and find the menu board not displaying a menu staff there didnt know what I wanted as I had to describe the combo meal I wantes which is called the mega box roll/butter milk wings/chips/potatoe and gravy.. Recieved order drove back to work to find the roll wrapping wet soaked with the mayo sauce which was ice cold could not even see or taste the chicken then the wings which were approx 5 cm big nearly 15$ for a meal which was disgusting had to throw away and wings that were shrunk and dried up..Could not return as I didnt have time on my lunch break I find this disgusting and embarrasing on your behalf I have pics to upload as well..Could someone get back to me on this.. What a absolute waste of time and money... And not to mention disgusting service and presentstion.. Again I have pics which arnt uploading on my phone but will try get them through.. Poor customer service lack of care for catering order
On thursday the 31st of march I placed an order for catering for my sons holy communion as we had guests arriving roubd 3.30pm I orederd to collect this order saturday the 2nd of april at 3.15pm upon on arrrivial we were told by the hoppers crossing red rooster that the manager never informed them of a catering order which cost me $240 to then be told to wait an hour was appalling so we needing to come back again within the hour to be told once again it was not ready for another half hour to which I had all my guests waiting which was extremly embarrassing after me requesting a discount for red roosters stuff up to then be told they will just cancell my order.
To say this is extremely poor custer service after spending hundred of dollars at this store.
I am still wanting some form of commendation from this extremely stressful event that accured due to lack of communication from the manager to its staff.

Had one of greenfields Mackay staff come over to mt pleasant yesterday 27/3/22 and abused one of the cleaning staff because she could not open the door to get out , I’ve since been told by other red rooster staff that this girl comes to work drunk , Christine has been notified, but apparently nothing can be done about it as she was not at work, but she was in her work uniform and this girl was very aggressive, this kind of behaviour is not exceptable and our staff should not be abused like this.
I would appreciate if someone could look into this matter as I’m looking at taking this matter further. The girl in question is also known as Scottish Christine.

My name is Trish Boudville i am a loyal red rooster customer i have been a member of your club a long time... we travel around Australia working and go to many stores.. we are in Mt Pleasant Mackay and went to your store Sunday 20th at around 4pm... i ordered the satisfyier meal loaded chips and quarter chicken and chips... everything was fine except the satisfyier meal leaked red grease everywhere and although we eat a lot of hot spicy food this was so hot and greasy it was totally inedible and we had to throwitoutand the red grease had leaked through the large chips as well.. we are totally disappointed with this meal... its good to have hot and spicy but this was ridiculous...
