chicken loaded chips
Hello. On sunday 4th August i had one very unpleasant experience after purchasing a chicken loaded fries. I placed my order in the drive through speaker then proceeded to the window for meal collection. I was a bit frazzled when the indian customer service employee gave me a drink as i was only ordering the family sized chicken loaded fries...he then after waiting for almost 15 minutes at the window handed over my order in a bag. I drove my car out of the drive through upon exit seen a promotional sign for the chicken loaded fries with a coke and thought bargain...however a bargain it was not to be. My wife opebed the red rooster bag to find a black plastic salad platter looking container with what I truly believe was inedible. The portion consisted of approximately 12-13 chips with 2 measly tiny pieces of shredded chicken on the top covered in about 2 litres of gravy. I thought to myself is this Indian employee that served me having a laugh or what. My home of residenceresidence and is approx 40 mins from this store so i sure as he'll wasn't driving back for a replacement. My 2 young boys who were looking forward to this as a reward for good behavior were in tears when they seen inside the box...and I wasn't to impressed i had to venture through kfc another shop to honour the reward of promises my son's.
I took photographic evidence, the only bits missing were the 2 miniscule pieces of shredded chicken that my boys had 1 of each to cheer them up a little until we got to KFC

Arrived at Rowville Red Rooster Drive through and ordered at approximately 6.10pm .
Placed order and waited behind 6 vehicles for twenty minutes before arriving at the window to pay for order.
Was told our family roast chicken dinner could not be supplied as they only had half a chook available at this peak time and was offered half of the chicken and a free red rooster roll however that was not the case.
We paid full price for the meal and the chicken roll was substituted for the chicken and there was no compensation and then we were told to wait for longer in the waiting bay to clear the drive through for the waiting vehicles.
To top it off we had 5 kids waiting in the car and in the end we didn't have enough to feed everyone.
By the time we drove away it was 6.35 pm .
I understand it is not the girls fault who served us, she was very apologetic however the manager should take full responsibility for the poor service and poor management at such a busy time at night,
I have never heard of a resteraunt that serves chicken as their main product running out of food, that is so ridiculous.
When we ordered we were not told there was no roast chicken until we came to pay for it. If we had of known we wouldn't have continued our order and waited all that time. We would have left and gone to another red rooster store.
loaded chicken chips
On Wednesday 24th July 2.30pm I ordered this product through the drive through...at about 6.30pm the same night I started bloating and having stomach pain. Then as the night went on I had diarrhea and vomiting that lasted until about 4am Thursday the 25th July.
Therefore as a result some kind of food poisoning which in result very I'll.
I hope you can deal with this matter as seems fit.

I came down to red rooster at lakehaven nsw tonight I ordered a loaded chicken parmi buyer large meal and 10 cheesey nuggets i paid $19.95 got back home 15min drive home to find all i had was a chicken burger not a parmi burger. I had my son with me in the car aswell they didn't give me a reciet I was very disappointed with it when I got home as I specficley wanted a chicken parmi from red rooster

A few months back I made a a complaint about an order I made at the corio homemaker store. There was only one instead of two trays of vegetables and the chicken was raw and not safe to eat.
First the Waurn ponds store rang me thinking it was them. But not that store. Then I got several texts identifying which store and finally was told the store I had gone to would contact me. Never heard another thing. A few weeks of passing the buck and then not even an apology! Have not ever gone back to any red rooster! Probably will not ever go to red rooster again. Poor poor customer service.
himalayan exhaust
There is a dent in my bikes exhaust, I want it to be removed, i've purchased it 2 months ago, no where in mangalore they are willing to fo it, they say that it could be removed by service center itself, I m even ready to pay service charge, there is no sigh of damage in it, its just a dent in middle of exhaust, please fix it as soon as possible, thank you.

I placed an online order and about half hour later received a message saying my order is still being processed and for further information to call my local store. I waited for over another half hour thinking they must just be busy. I called the store only to be told they had no order for my name and address. In the meantime, my granddaughter is hungry and waiting for her dinner to arrive. I was told there was nothing they could do and the money will be placed back in my bank in hopefully 24hrs. And if I wished to reorder I could do so, but would have to pay for it again. I am really not happy. I believe they should have taken my order and delivered it as if what she said is true, the money from my credit card goes to them first. Regardless. Still does not solve my issue, I still have a hungry child at 8oclock at night. I am not happy with this service.
online delivery service
I made a delivery order on the night of Monday 8th July at 7pm using the online delivery website. After 45+ minutes the store calls me and informs me delivery is not available that night as there was an accident bear the store. Before I had a chance to speak, they put me on hold. When they came back, they informed me that the driver was currently out with a flat tire, but he did have my food. I let them know that if the food arrived cold I would be requesting a refund as I had already waited quite a while.
After another half hour, the store called me again informing me the pineapple fritters were out of stock and I had to choose something else.
At this point I asked for a refund, as they had previously told me my food was already on the way, and this was unnaceptable. The product never arrived, in any case.
I waited a couple days to see if the refund would process, but the transaction went from pending in my account to be removed. So it was clear the refund was not processed.
I have just now called the store number provided to me asking after the refund and they have said they won't give a cash refund, only store credit, which goes against Australian Consumer Law.
I'm awaiting a call back from the manager of the store.

I asked the girl working, what was the contance of the parma box. she told me it comes with a parma burger small chips 10 cheesy nuggets, potatoes and gravy and a drink. I ordered 2 parma boxes. When I received the order I didn't have cheesy nuggets, I had little chicken bite balls things.
I asked speak to the manager he came out and said it was my problem I told him I didn't get the cheesy nuggets he told me while I'm not getting any free nuggets if I want nuggets I can buy them separately I told him no I'm not going to buy any because the girl told me that my meal comes with 10 cheesy nuggets he said with that was my problem that it doesn't come with the nuggets and he's not going to deal with this conversation right now and he walked off I was standing there for 30 minutes waiting for him to come back as I thought that he was going to cook me nuggets which he didn't so I got his name to report him for being so rude and not dealing with his customers in a appropriate manner. The managers name was Joel fullberry at the Wanniassa red rooster ACT. VERY VERY RUDE AND DIDNT SOLVE THE ISSUE OR REPLACE MY MEAL WITH THE ONE I WAS INFORMED THAT IT HAD CONTAINED . VERY DISGUSTED AND WONT EVER BE GOING BACK THERE AND ILL MAKE SURE ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY DONT EITHER. VERY BAD SERVICE. ONE WORKER AND A MANAGER WORKING ONLY AND 30MINUTES WAITING FOR SERVICE.
burnt chips
hi there order red rooster on wednesday 19th of june through uber eats when i recieved my food the chips were burnt. and they tasted disgusting i called the store which was the craigieburn store and spoke to the manager on duty who was rude and very unprofessional to be a manager he said to me it was uber fault but uber dosent cook the food he still insist it was uber fault. i rang head office twice with no answer i then recieved a call on sunday from another manager who told me the owner told him it was uber issue and to contact them. it no way it a uber issue and as retail manager my self those manager are making your business look bad.
What suburb was this red rooster located as I had a wrong order given to me and the manager was so rude as well.
terrible customer service, staff training and food presentation
Sunday 23rd June at 2:30pm I went to the Ferntree Gully store. I approached one door that was locked, due to no reason at all ? I order my meal which came to a total above $25, this order included nuggets. I was not asked if I wanted sauce with my meal and upon me remembering I asked them for a sauce with a response of ‘ that will be $1' why I asked ? Basically because I didn't ask for it as she took my order ? Basic training would suggest that sauce is offered with any nugget meal purchased. I was disappointed with that response to which they couldn't of cared less about. I get home to find that the meal I have ordered is completely wrong! Cheesy nuggets ... no no no and slapped together roll my dog wouldn't eat ! Not only did they manage to stuff my order up and insult me with asking to pay extra they have also stuffed up someone else's order ! So well done to the team at FTG Redrooster.
poor quality of food and poor staff manager
On 15/6/19 at approximately 6:50pm I went through the drive through at Red Rooster and ordered 2 x Tropicana Meals both with the wing piece of chicken and a small gravy paying $25 AUD.
I waited 10 minutes in the drive through for the food on what seemed a repetitively quite period with only one other customer in store and one other behind me in drive through.
Once I got home I was disappointed to find that one Tropicana pack did not have a quarter piece of chicken but had a small piece of the wing only (one eighth piece of chicken) and the chips were on the under cooked side.
I rang the store and spoke to the store manger. He said the only thing he can do is for me to drive back to the store and he'll fix the order.
I explained that it didn't seem just that I need to drive back to fix the order which should have been prepared correctly in the first instance. The manager said that's all he can do.
I asked if i could be given a credit voucher or even suggested that as the store does home deliveries that perhaps they could deliver me the correct order.
The store manager was abrupt, said they were too busy and refused to give me his name stating he didn't need to and then abruptly hung up.
Very disappointed with food preparation and response from Store Manager.
bad attitude
8th June 2019, Red Rooster, Edwardstown, South Australia, around 8pm.
I drove for 15 minutes from Glenelg, just to get my favourite Classic Roast, instead of a 5 minute drive to KFC. I went through the drive through and after a long wait, was prompted to order. I ordered a Classic Roast. I was asked to repeat, so I did. Then the young woman replied back to me Quarter Chicken and Chips. So then I repeated a third time with a loud and clear voice, but still with a polite tone. She finally told me to drive up to the window. After another long wait, she motioned for payment and then handed me the bag of food, without saying a word or any eye contact. After driving back home, I opened the bag and discovered that she had given me a quarter chicken and chips, instead of a Classic Roast. The chicken was dry, the chips were soggy, no peas, no carrot, no pumpkin, no gravy. Very annoying. She clearly didn't give a toss. She didn't look happy to be working there.
If the franchise owner gives a damn, he would replace the girl who worked that night. A reply email would be welcome.

charged twice
Hi,
As you can see from the attachments, I've been charged twice from my account. I tried to tell the cashier that it went through but he was adamant that it had not. I asked for a copy of the first transaction cancellation but he said he didnt have one.
please refund me the second payment and some vouchers would be nice due to the inconvenience.

Provided me with chicken loaded chips. Person selling provided with gravy. I told him that I don't eat gravy. And it's not even mentioned in the menu. The counter person insulted me and threw the food in the bin in front of other customer. I felt really bad and I told the seller that you didn't even gave me the receipt. The seller just ignored what I was saying. My contact number is [protected].
my hawaiian pack and 1/2 chicken chips
I purchased these meals the chips were half full and over cooked. I asked for half a chicken and chips I got only a quarter and there was no pineapple in my Hawaiian pack. This is disappointing as it's not cheap to buy take away anymore and because of this it's a treat for us to have. It's not the first time they've stuffed up my orders either so I thought I'd complain this time
staff openly eating with gloves on.. not official uniform either?
In-store at Red Rooster Aveley 6069 (Western Australia) at approx 5pm today.
7-8cars in drive through however there only appeared to be 3 staff actively working with up to 5 males in back loudly chatting etc. I then saw 2x staff eating chicken with their blue hygiene gloves still on.
Took photos of each as I could clearly see them from the front service counter.
There was also a female staff wearing a midriff ruffle top (did not look like official uniform) dispensing chips with significant stomach showing.
Made me wonder what / who level of management as well as hygiene level throughout store if this is going on. Does not I still much trust in the brand.

I am a former worker at red rooster and I am disgusted. They treat their food with bad hygiene practises. It's disgusting! They don't wear gloves, never wash their hands after cleaning, they touch the food so much even some times drop the chips and put it back in. One time they found a bug in the quarter chicken and just took it off and gave it to the customer. Horrible. May I add the manager swears constantly at the kitchen hands and overwhelms them, not helpful for them at all. The manager takes cigarette breaks too. That is not okay! Have pride in your shop! And when I ask for help, provide me with it.
Manager seems to have anger problems. When I order he's always yelling at the cashiers and cooks. Heard him telling a cook to [censored] off. I didn't catch his name because they didn't have name badges on, but I thought this was very inappropriate behaviour. I do not understand how they cope with all that yelling.

Our company Printegrity Group printed three advertising promotions for your company and we have not been paid. Red Rooster do not have an account with us so the jobs should have been paid immediately. Two Invoices- 1810 for $467.50 & 1897 for $492.36 are for the 28/11/18 and one invoice 1847 for $5, 115 is dated 07/01/19. I have contacted the person Natasha Raina who we dealt with several times by email and phone and also your accounts department by email, all to no avail. We have had to put a stop on any further business with your company and as I am sure you are aware this sort of problem has a negative effect on your company reputation. Please pay immediately or I will be forced to take further action. It is very disappointing that such a well known business would be so lax and have so little integrity.

I am complaining about the way I was spoken too by a staff member through the drive-thru at the Thornton store NSW 2322
On the 22/4/19 around 1pm
I didnt see her name badge clearly, her and her manager will know about the incident as I talked to the manager briefly about the incident and he didn't care and brushed me off, when I was receiving the change and drink she said to me "it wouldn't kill you to say thankyou" and shut the window harshly.
Another girl brought the food order to the window her name was Sasha- I could clearly see her name badge, and I asked to see the girl who said the remark to clarify what she had said and she agreed she had said it and didn't apologise for being outspokenly rude, I asked to see the managet and he didn't care at all I know this because of his tone. I have been left quite upset, you don't say "it wouldn't kill you to say thankyou" to someone, you don't know what's going on in someone's life-
I work in the hospitality industry as a bar manager and I don't appreciate staff speaking rudely to customers and I hope at red rooster it isn't appreciated either.
I would appreciate an apology and hope that the particular staff member learns better behaviour towards future customers.
