Not happy purchased a meal and sides through your delivery app no problems order went through money taken from my acc 5 mins later receive a txt stating ther has been a delay with order but rest assured it's coming . The bun was stale and there was no sauce unless I paid extra which shouldn't be when meals worth $20 wasn't worth $20 even the drink wasn't cold. The gravy needs a bit of work none of my kids liked it and neither did I in fact I don't think I'd ever waste my money on Red Rooster again not to mention I waited there for like 10 minutes to get my meal through the drive-thru and nobody else is in front of me or in store.

Hi,
Today the 6th November, I went through drive through at the Campbelltown Restaurant. I ordered 2 He'llfire burger box meals nd a chicken cheese and bacon burger.
I travelled home and when I got there I realised that the burger I was given wasn't what I ordered. I recieved a chicken burger with tomato sauce and I don't know how long it was sitting there the actual burger was stuck to the bun. It was far from fresh.
My brother then returned to the restaurant to inform them of their mistake and things got quite heated and words were exchanged. My brother was thencalled a [censored]ING [censored] from one of the workers by the name of Rose. The manager was then called and again in front of the Manager who I believe his name is Mitchell he was then called that name again. The Manager did not say anything to his worker about the name calling instead he brushed it off like it was normal. Regardless of my brothers sexuality at no time should he have to experience this kind of abuse for an error that the worker had made.
I find the way that this restaurant is managed is pathetic and very unprofessional. I would ask that you Head Office look into this matter further as if nothing is done I will be taking it further.

I placed an order online last night at 6pm and received a confirmation message that my order had been received and my food would be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. The food never arrived. I rang the store 3 times and eating h time I got a recorded message saying we are too busy to come to the phone right now. So I left my name and number and a message to please call me back. I'm still waiting. NO food, and NO phone call from the East Reservoir store. NOT happy.

I rang red rooster again spoke to the manager Told him the same again the chips weren't cooked he just said sorry I can't help you any more in a rude way he also said we sell heaps of the chicken loaded chips and no one else complains. Hi . I went to my local store today to grab a quick bite . Saw the add for your butter chicken WINGS and decided to try them . Imagine my disapointment when i got them . Instead of 3 WINGS, i got 3 WING PIECES Just so you know, a chichen wing has 3 sections, not 1 . Selling a wing piece as a wing is mileading and is falsely advertising them as such. I wont be buying them again.

Why is it that I have to pay $1 extra simply because I choose not to drink Coke Zero. I have bought lunch deals that include that diet drink crap and have been able to change it to normal coke without having to pay extra plenty of times. What is the point in insisting that your customers only have a diet drink with deep fried fatty food? It doesn't make sense whatsoever! I had to find a bunch of change to pay the extra dollar just because I wanted a different flavour coke. It was still coke, just didn't have any chemical in it to make it taste sweet. Just sugar. Please explain.
delivery lateness
Placed order before 6pm tonight and after waiting rang Windsor's NSW store and was told that order is delayed as they don't get till another half hour.
I have ordered before and when I get the text giving the time frame of delivery, the food is delivered on time or a few minutes later.
I was lied to by the manager and was told food will be a further 20 min late but as I'm writing this that time has already passed.

Hi I ordered a large chips and gravey and half way through I found a chip with a heap of hairs fried to it. It look rather gross and obviously I have thrown the rest away. Went to the Proserpine store this afternoon no one else in store manager was on mobile phone behind counter in full view of store yes he did end his conversation when Imyself and son entered. Never greeted us and he stood behind till my son placed his order then I placed mine I ordered a large chicken and gravy roll with cheese two ten packs of cheesy nuggets two reg gravy and three moose. He started to place the order for three wings so I looked at order board and noticed he had only placed the order for one reg gravy so I corrected him on this and he started to get irritated. I payed for my order and asked for a docket witch he didn't want to give me I checked my order and noticed that he only placed an order for one ten pack of nuggets so I approached the counter to notify him of this and also asked to speak with the manager and all he did was tap his chest and say what do I want. I said that he needed to start listening to customers when they placed orders showed him my docket which he took and asked sarcasticly said what did I want him to do order more I told him yes as I had ordered two packs he placed the order and tapped the eftpos machine

A manger throw a burger at a staff member for not hearing him constantly asks staff what is wrong with them and made a few of the girl's cry at work because they asked him to please stop getting up them or for asking a simple question. He fights with others and yells at them all the time and hardly address them by their real name. Instead calls them "you". It's not right he should not be a manger if this continues.
I found out his name and it is Ambresh. I've heard from many people that he is awful to his staff and has made several people quit. Please do something.

I went to have lunch at Red Rooster, Ducks Lane, Goulburn, NSW today (15/08/2019), it was around 12 noon. Since it was lunch hour, the outlet was busy. I ordered for a Rooster Roll and as there was a promotion on Rooster Roll, I believe many people had ordered the same.
I heard the shift supervisor call out Rooster Roll so I went and collected the meal and sat at the dining area. I was unaware that the I had collected the wrong order (a Rooster Roll with some add ons). It was an honest mistake.
I had barely started eating when the shift Supervisor walked up to me and asked what had I ordered and I showed her the receipt. She sighted the receipt and humiliated me in presence of so many customers and walked away. It was so embarrassing, I returned the food to a crew member, apologized for taking the wrong order unknowingly, and went away with an empty stomach and teary eyes.
Later in the afternoon i went and got a refund as i had not eaten anything. Money is not the issue; it is the humiliation that i went through that prompted me to lodge this complaint.
I urge the management to look into the following:-
- to provide proper customer service training to its Crew so that nobody else comes across the same situation as me.
- call out for order pickup by calling the order numbers to avoid confusion.
- teach the staff to be racially tolerant.

I placed an online order at 5.46pm yesterday 12/8/19, after arriving home from holidays with no food in the house and my husband at work, the order was confirmed and delivery message received stating that my order would arrive within 20-30 minutes.
after 45 minutes with no delivery or further messages, I began to telephone the store, a young sounding staff member answered the call and advised that they had run out of chicken and that the order was being processed and it would be a further 30 minutes. I asked if this was definitely going to happen and was advised that it was, I stated that I had a child with a disability that was very stressed waiting on food.
The food did not arrive in the stated 30 minutes, I began to telephone the store with no answer. I telephoned a further 61 times in between 6.45pm - 8.42pm.
I received an inaudible phone message from the store at 8.42pm, I had to replay the massage several times to be able to identify a call back number.
I the mean time my husband had finished work and was able to attend the store. It was stated to him by the manager that there was a blackout at the store (this was not the case and was a lie, the blackout was in fact at another store 10 minutes away), it was also stated that they ran out of chicken, that they could not fill the order. When I husband complained that they should have rang people, they stated that they were about to do this, and that they thought that if people had not received their food within two hours they should have realized and gotten something else to eat. the staff were rude, the manager was abusive to his staff members, ripping a drive through head piece of his staff members head.
The order was filled (so again another lie in regards to not having the chicken), my husband was offered a 50% discount and was completely fed up by this stage, my husband was also not aware of the full cost of the order as I had placed it. $20 was received when our order was over $46.00.
Our disabled daughter was able to eat dinner at 9.05pm after my husband attended the store, when the order was originally placed at 5.46pm.
The service was disgusting, the manager showed disrespectful behaviors towards his young staff members, who were obviously trying to do the best job under very stressful circumstances.
At no stage did the store disengage the online order function.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

This order was made at 7.06pm and it's now 8.18pm and we have still not received this order. For a 4 and 5 year olds dinner.
Spoken to the store and have had to complain as over an hour for this small order is a joke
Don't offer delivery when quite obviously can't deliver.

roast chicken
We came in as a family on the way home from a long day.
We attended the Lyndhurst store located at the corner of Thompson Road and Western Port freeway Melbourne at roughly 8:45-9pm.
We ordered from the counter and dined in store.
We ordered the Big Value Feast that consisted of: x1 Whole chicken, Family chips, Large Gravy, x4 Chicken strips and x1 Large POP corn Chicken + Loaded fries deal for $5.
As I took the order I asked the young man at counter to ask the kitchen staff to ensure the chicken was the freshest one( hottest/ just cooked recently) one as my choice for our roast chicken. The man at the back had heard my requests whilst peering over the vats. The young boy rushed to tell the kitchen staff member the specifications to the order and I waited for our food to be ready.
We received the order and sat down to eat.
We started serving our plates with the chips and fried item such as the strips and popcorn chicken which were all to our liking and hot. When it came to opening the box to the chicken we immediately ( my husband and I) smelled a very strong smell to the chicken that came from the box. It was so strong it put us off finishing about 80% of our food. We continued to investigate the chicken as we pulled it apart piece by piece trying to figure out what the smell was, my husband then mentioned he could taste that the chicken smelt off and tasted sour at the breast piece and we stopped eating it immediately.
As we had x3 young children with us who needed to get home to bed we didn't have the time to confront the staff members and honestly didn't want the drama. We took the rest of the food that we hadn't finished and thought to ourselves that we would just give it to our dog but even he wouldn't eat it. Which gave us even greater red flags to the fact it was infact off!
We are concerned that we may if ingested chicken that was off and felt strongly enough to write a stern complaint about this matter as this is the first and only horrible experience dining at red rooster. We dine or take away red rooster at least weekly purchasing in store, drive thru or even home delivery. So we are clearly loyal customer and know what is expected from red roosters standards. But indeed this isn't a satisfaction matter but rather a good handling and food poisoning matter and would like to know what red rooster will do regarding this very serious matter.
The fact we were left hungry, disappointed, disgusted and just frustrated that we wasted our money at an establishment that obviously doesn't food handle/ store their products, let alone serve chicken that has an obvious foul smell to it is beyond me.
I am looking forward to your most prompt response to rectify this vile experience
