My name is Amy-lee Mcnamara. I have a complaint regarding the delivery wait times for your Coffs Harbour North Store, NSW, 2450.
I ordered the meal at 6:15 on the 21/09/2017, Order #: 1062286 i have email conformation of this and payment details. the time is now 8:59, One minute from their closing time and no food has arrived, my family are still waiting.
I believe 45 mins to be a reasonable wait time for food service delivery. An hour at rush times.
I have called the store phone number 14 times with no answer to get an idea on wait times or what is happening with the order. the only option i have is to listen to a message service with no ability to leave a message. The store has not tried to call me back as said in their message service.
A two hour and Forty minute wait time is unacceptable when i have ordered food on a week night when children have school and adults have work the next day. One of my children has autism and likes your nuggets very much he is currently in tears because he wanted his nuggets from red rooster this is very sad on the behalf of your store i am truly dis-satisfied of this wait time.
I have been a valuable customer always spending a big amount with my orders from red rooster. I have been now been forced to order another takeout service for dinner that i did not want. My diner is now from Domino's pizza Receipt Number: 3600317

Delivery Charge: $7.95
Order Total: $43.95 .
I do have email conformation of this. I am asking for compensation for the meal i have ordered from red rooster and the meal i had to order because of the mistake.

Good afternoon
I wish to advise head office on the poor employment conditions ran by red rooster parklea.
My son worked for red rooster for about 2 months, as a kitchen hand and delivery service. Within this time of employment the manager ibrahim khan was very degrading, spoke to my son in a very disrespectful manner yelling and using very abusive threats towards him. This was all due to my son in there words ' not being fast enough with deliveries'. Fast enough I was sitting waiting for my son to finish his shift and watched ibrahim drive into the red rooster drive way at a horrific speed nearly hitting a customer crossing the pathway, if this is how he wished for his deliveries to be made, I am horrified.
When my son lachlan was reprimanded at work for being late at a delivery due to the wrong address been given to him. Ibrahim was speaking to lachlan in a aggressive manner, telling him he knew all the fast food outlets around the area and' I can make it you wont get a job any were '...
After a few days lachlan text ibrahim on face book asking if he was able to work in the kitchen rather than doing deliveries, as he felt the delivery was not to the standed and fast pace in which the management team wanted. After a week there was no response, so lachlan personally text the owner of his resignation, due to poor communication skills with the management. Lachlan has shown respect and maturity through this ordeal, though I can not say the same for the red rooster management team. I have kept text messages through the letter of resignation procedure with words that said that my son lachlan was a loser [censor]...
This is from a red rooster management!.
I am absolutely discussed, this is very unprofessional, there is a lot of young adults working for this organisation and this is how they are treated.. Not impressive. This is bullying, verbal behaviour in the work force, let alone in society today is not appropriate and I feel this matter needs to be addressed. If this behaviour is happening to my son then I wonder who else they feel they have the right to intimidate.
I would greatly appreciate this matter be looked into further, not a good look red rooster.

Firstly I would like to say I am absolutely disgusted about managers misconduct at Red Rooster at 1 Chisholm Road Carrara QLD 4211! Little girl needed to use the bathroom and a manager told her to "[censored] off " and started raising his voice saying "you are not a customer get the [censored] out" how can anyone say this to a little girl? It seemed that the lady and little girl was going to buy something from them after using the bathroom. The girl wet her pants as a result, how can this manager be so cruel? The language and actions were so unnecessary . This man who claims to be a manager was aggressive and was using inapropriate language! Avoid this place at all cost. Red rooster you are such a let down!
small servings and cold food
I visited the Northam WA store at around 5:30 on the 6th September.
We ordered the Hangry Family meal and a large coleslaw.
The large coleslaw came out in the smallest tub and poorly dressed.
This was priced at $6.50.
This is absolutely disgusting for the price not to mention the quantity.
The food was served cold as well.
This store seems to have the same issues day in day out.
The cleanliness of the store is also another issue.

I order from Central Lakes store in Caboolture 3 times a week average. On Monday I ordered 2 falyva combos plus family feast for $29.99 I received everything except a flayva wrap & drink so I rang & explained & the male I spoke to said he can give me the drink but not the wrap so one of my kids missed out now I am a regular customer & spend a fair bit of money at red rooster & felt ripped off & made out to be a liar which I would never do.I would appreciate this to be resolved as I love Red Rooster & would be a shame to go further.Thankyou.

Well, for the last few times I've brought flayva wraps I've asked them to put extreme amounts of sauce, at least twice as much sauce on my wrap. They never do this.
Today I brought two flayva wraps and asked them to put heaps and heaps of sauce on my wrap. I made it extremely clear. The lady who doesn't speak 100% English at the window clarified the sauce order.
I went home, yet again, no friggen extra sauce! I love the sauce you guys have made in the flayva wrap, yet I never get extra and honestly it's the only reason why I buy them! I honestly don't want to have to go off my head next time at the lady to make sure I get my extra sauce. I know it's only sauce but it's the fact I've asked at least 4 times previous.

to whom it may concern today myself and my son with Autism had red rooster at noosa civiv red rooster and sadly Found a Huge chicken bone in my meal in my mouth n crunch luckily I didnt choke on it and my son chose a different meal as the out come could have been very different due to his disability.spoke to caitlyn and then her manager think her name was shaina ?...was very sorry but think that this doe need to be addressed as it was dangerous .

I object to your advertisenent in the Red Rooster Rosebud window and online menu "GRAB HUNGER BY THE BALLS" which is loaded with sexual connotation and innuendo.
If you think it is funny, think again.
What are you telling the children who go to Red Rooster for a meal when they see this filth openly and widely displayed in the window? It is just another form of child sex abuse.

I ordered for delivery through the Hoppers Crossing Store. I asked for the Mega feast, extra family size chips, extra potato and gravey, and an extra chicken. I paid almost 70 dollars for my order. When it was delivered, I only received one chicken, one potato and gravey and a coleslaw. Everything was cold and the delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. So disgusted. I will not do delivery ever again considering I paid quite a lot of money and didn't even receive all my order. It was not very enjoyable to eat and will never order with red rooster again

My son purchased a rooster roll and large fries on via the drive through at the currambine store, when he got home and removed the chicken roll from its pack there was a large black hair embedded in the chicken roll, discussing this filthy foreign body in his food, I took him and the item back to the restaurant and asked for the manager, I explained my concern and because the kitchen area is visible to all customers I asked if the team members should be wearing hair nets to stop such contamination happening, he responded with it depends on the length of hair, I also noticed a team member with a full beard preparing food and he wasn't wearing netting or protective netting. Another concern I would want to raise is the condition of the uniforms the team members preparing the food wore, in definite need of a clean. You have lost my son and the rest of our family as customers to your restaurants we will never return. The manager refunded the purchase price of the chicken roll only when as a goodwill gesture he should have refunded the entire purchase price meal maybe a training opportunity for him...
delivery time, more than 2.5 hours and counting
I ordered a meal from the Springvale Victoria store at 6.20pm on Sunday 4th June, 2017. As I type, the order has not arrived, it is 8.45pm right now, almost 2.5 hours delay so far. The family is hungry and this is unacceptable from Red Rooster.
Please note that the store is only 5 minute drive away from me!
I called the Springvale store at their number twice but they do no pick up the phone. I was calling to cancel my order and obtain a refund. I paid via Pay Pal online.

4 x meals
Today placed an order for 4 meals through the drive through, got home 2 meals missing, called the store and spoke to a female named Morgan who claimed to be the manager of the store. She disbelieved that 2 meals were missing but yet found one of them still sitting in the store. After further discussion with the manager the replacement meals were to be delivered. Before hanging up the telephone we asked if the meals received needed to be bagged up and returned to the driver to be told no. Then after paying for extra mayonnaise on a rooster roll we noticed that no mayo was given at all, recalled the store who said the replacement order for the 2 meals had already been sent out... And that the rooster roll did have extra mayo, spoken to like we were liars, so we informed the manager that the roll would be here for the driver to return to the store as evidence. When the driver arrived there was confusion as he asked for all the meals back after the manager stating to not bag up and return. The rooster roll was then shown and given to the driver. After waiting 35 minutes for the replacement roll to arrive and with my family now all finished their meal, it arrived with a bone in it and minimum mayonnaise and wrapped in paper and not the usual bag. The roll is soggy due to the sweating and almost inedible. The manager Morgan was very unprofessional and rude, her attitude and refusal to admit their error was appalling, yet she stated that one meal was still on the bench on the store. We done at red rooster at least once a week, we are very disappointed after spending so much money for lunch. Don't think we will be attending the store again without an apology. When we asked the manager for the area managers name so we could contact them regarding the bad service we received, the manager informed us that she did not know the area managers name or contact telephone number which I find highly unlikely.

misleading menu on website
I purchased online what I thought was two whole chickens last night.
$25.98
When they arrived they were two half chickens!
I contacted store immediately the manager was rude and giggled at me when I said I have received the wrong order, She said she thought it was funny that when the order came through it said two half chickens as each half chicken was $13.00 and a whole was only $16.00. I did say that I clicked on what said 2 x roast chicken whole she said NO you didnt.
and told me bad luck and to call EAT NOW to dispute it with them. I did say to her you are rude and the website said different. She did not care, I called up EAT NOW and they were useless they were having some sort of office party in the call centre and the lady had no idea what i was saying! total waste of time really.

We ordered red rooster delivery from Wetherill Park store at 5:52pm, order number is #742636. It is currently 8.20pm and there is no sign of the delivery and not a single call to say they are running late or to explain what is going on. The store had called as soon as we placed the order to ask if we required any change to which I told him we had the exact money therefore we know that the order was received in store.
We have hungry kids waiting to eat so they can go to bed, this is appalling. I have tried calling the red rooster head office and the store directly, all numbers saying they are disconnected. We assumed it may take some time to deliver tonight due to the free chicken special but I think over 2 hours is just a joke.

Good afternoon, I would like to put forward a complaint regarding an order I placed at my local red rooster the other night.
I ordered dinner to be delivered from the morayfield/Caboolture red rooster which is only a 5 minute drive from my house, and after waiting for an hour, I contacted them to which they replied they were waiting for a car to become available. I went into red rooster wynnum west tonight, heard the managers going off at one of the employees because she asked a customer if they wanted their chicken cut up, most I heard was that this poor girl was going to get a written warning just for asking a customer if they wanted there chicken cut up when I thought that was what you were meant to do but not only that I wanted to order 3 chickens and 3 family chips with a large gravy and the manager told me I can't get 3 chickens unless I get a catering order which is so stupid they are meant to be a chicken place but you can only get two chickens that is so stupid and makes me so angry about the customer service!

My wife and I decided to stop at Red Rooster Fairfield Heidelberg rd Melbourne Australia Thursday 27th April 2017 and as I am in a wheelchair (Paraplegic) needed to go to the toilet, well they don't have a disabled toilet in this family resturaunt, this is disgusting in this day and age and a large company that services the general public and a building that is only a couple of years old does not have a disabled toilet.
Every Mc Donald's Resturaunt I have been in here in Australia has always had disabled toilets along with Kentucky Fried Chicken have always had disabled toilets, this is an absolute disgrace to every disabled person, I thought the world was changing it's ways towards us disabled people but this just goes to show you the ignorance of large company's.

Purchased 2 rooster rolls and large chips
Got home My daughter and I opened up our rolls and straight away there was a bad stench coming from the rolls.
It was like bad mold or off chicken reheated.
It was definatley a smell that was strong.
We went back through to tell the manager.
She was straight away defensive and trying to make excuses.
She told me she smelt the rest of the rolls and they smell the same.
I said she shouldn't be selling them.to anyone it is not ok.
In the background there was her staff laughing at my complaint.
I felt soo victimized and made that I was being silly for no reason.
I told the manager that she wasn't dealing with this matter very professionally and that she is being so rude toward me.
I had my $10 refunded and left unhappy and worried about the rolls that were soo bad.
I did not even get an apology .
I am so disappointed.
