Visited on the 17th November approx 6pm & spent $32.95 at the Lithgow store.
Firstly we couldn't get into store as all doors were locked.
So we had to get back in car & go through drive through the queue was long & the service slow.
We ordered we had to tell the boy 3 times what we wanted as he got the order wrong.
He didn't seem to care & could not explain why the doors were locked.
Very dissapointing

Roast chicken flayva wrap
Bought a flayva wrap lge sweet potato chips reg chips and 4 crunchy tenders about 12.15 Friday 19 nov 2021 at Ellenbrook store. The flayva wrap had a huge bone which got stuck in my daughters gums. Her gums bled a little. Lucky my daughter is an adult. If it was a child they could have choked on it. Chips were cold as well. very disappointed and not first time we have had disappointing food from here
Morayfield store service
Disabled person only able to eat chicken meat from wing. Customer asks for wing specifically once when ordering & once again when receiving order - are you sure they're both wings? Both times staff say yes both are wings. Client gets home - it's not a wing. Client can't eat leg meat. This has happened 3 times. Complained to manager. Store manager said sometimes it's busy and make mistakes - you need to call to complain. She then goes on to say that she use to be a support worker so she knows that we have plenty of time to call. Obviously she's not familiar with Huntingtons disease. Client typically eats red rooster twice a day - everyday - but will go elsewhere now. You lost $70per week revenue because the caboolture store manager is a horrible person.
2 flayva tender wrap combo large $29.40
$29.40 for 2 pieces of very cold soggy pita bread with tasteless cold mayonnaise, a few strands of cold soggy lettuce, a thin slice of cold green tomatoe and 2 cold tiny flat chicken tenders wrapped in the soggiest pita bread and then wrapped in a dripping mayonnaise soaked red rooster paper which comes accompanied with apparently large soft soggy tasteless saltless cold chips and a normal 600ml Coca-Cola. I'm pretty sure they thought I ordered a large jar of the store managers home made tasteless plain yogurt that he calls mayonnaise that was found in the back of his fridge after his recent yearly clean out of all the out of date products he was collecting for the store and soaking everything in site, wrapping in his red rooster paper and then selling it at his store to all his stupid and vulnerable customers making sure there was not one paper towel or serviette given our to clean the mess caused by opening the red rooster paper wrap.
Desired outcome: Not just my money back but would like from maybe a better store free tasting chicken with the old fashion gravy and perfectly cooked chips properly salted evenly

I spent $15.70 on purchasing a meal from Warrnambool Red rooster via the drive through. The meal looked so Disgusting I couldn't eat it. The roll was shrivelled and soggy the chicken inside the roll was was slimy and the crispy chicken wings were hard as a rock.
When I ran the store to complain and ask for my money to be refunded back onto my card the manager said I had to attend the store.
I don't feel I should have to drive back across town to get a refund for something that is so unsatisfactory.
The store manager didn't apologise and was rude.

On Friday the 29/10/2021 at approximately 7.30 pm I attended this store to buy a 3 piece satisfier meal, once I received my meal I sat down to eat it, as I did so I noticed so many food hygiene violations I was disgusted at what staff were doing, (not on purpose out of habit) apart from the Asian male manager on that evening.
As he stood at the front desk checking the till he on two occasions and put his fingers in his nose whilst wearing the blue food gloves, he touched the till touch screens then went back into the kitchen to prepare & handle food without changing his gloves, then another staff member used the same touchscreen with the food gloves on and later returned to handle the food in the kitchen again with out changing her gloves, (I sat and observed the whole behaviour in the kitchen) I also watched kitchen staff handling the food wipe or scratch their face's or rub their foreheads with the same food gloves on. At no time did any of the staff member bother to change their gloves or bother to wipe down the surfaces or food order touch screens.
As a chief I was quite shocked at the overall behaviour of the young staff with the Manager or assistant manager failing to address the situation.
This is my local store and I buy food here at least twice a week! I am now asking myself should I buy my family food from this store again.?
This matter needs addressing immediately by someone from your Company.
Despite the sign at the front dest stating that the surfaces are regularly wiped down I did not witness this take place at all whilst in your restaurant, I was there for approximately 30 minutes including waiting time.

Service is useless
The service there is Terrible. There where multiple customers waiting for there meal and to be served I asked one fella how long he had been waiting and he said half an hour I left straight away as I am really disappointed in red rooster. Red rooster needs to employ more staff in Kingaroy and run more during working hours to be a successful store and hurry the hell up.

I order red rooster today from fairfield VIC for lunch.
I had to order twice. The first order they didnt get but somehow took my money, so that was an hour. Then waited another hour for it to arrive. I was calling and calling the store. Atleast 10 times. Never answered
The delivery guy said - wow, they havent packed this well have they" as they gave me the bag.
I was missing my family chips and it was just horrible.
2 hours for waiting for lunch with hungry kids and it arrives like it was rushed, and missing items.
I put feedback on your website and asked for a refund.
They responded to me so rude and just making out that I'm to hard to deal with. They said they " tried to call me back" lie. I had my phone on my the whole time. They also said deliver is through door dash so how its arrived isnt there proble..
WORST SERVICE EVER. The response of a mother placing a order for her family, waiting 2 hours and then have it delievered where even your driver said it was packed awful. Oh and missing items.

For Albany Red Rooster it is now 8.50pm. I had to ring the store 3 times for someone to pick up, they just said it was on the way, no sorry for the wait or anything. Still have not been sent info for tracking the order yet. Will find out what time it turns up. 9.00pm turns up, bag had been opened. Rang the store they said had to open bag to put something into it, couldn't tell me what and did not reseal the bag. The burgers looked like they had been opened and l was told they have new staff and that is what is coming out of the kitchen. The order had two bbq sauce, i got tomato and the food was luke warm. I work in customer service and they have done nothing to help me, just blamed new workers and drivers. Trust me, I will be talking to everyone I know about the service at Albany Red Rooster. Considering you advertise, No Contact Delivery, this proves otherwise.

Last evening (30/9/2021) I ordered red rooster for dinner no big deal what I received wasn't what I ordered so I contacted the red rooster number [protected]) the person on the other end made a big joke about my situation answering the phone saying "yeah what do you want?" then making a big joke about my situation saying "yea you ordered kfc I said no I got it from this establishment then he said nah you got it from kfc finger licking good then I said that I wanted what I paid for he seemed to think that was funny then stating and I quote"I know where you [censored]ing live now [censored] im going to come over and [censored] your mums [censored] and make you watch. The manager or one of the workers of the lurnea store contacted me and I explained everything the number in question was a discontinued number that they didn't use so he tried to call and he managed to get through he didn't talk to the person but was surprised that the number had worked.
I got the police involved and they suggested I make this formal complaint against which red rooster store is currently using the above phone number these sorts of threats and stupidity is just not done especially while working at the establishment

The quality of a certain food.
The reason why is the crunchified chicken pieces which I bought was very dry and looked shriffled up. I brought it back and one time refuse to exchange the chicken for better pieces as they try to tell me the difference between a cooked chicken and the crunchified ones. I paid a lot of money and for sure were very rude about it and I will definitely not will I ever be buying food from that franchise again. Also i'll be letting my friends know about it.

To whom it may concern, My elderly mother purchased a wing and chips pack in drive through and much to her discust she returned home with what looks like someones eaten meal! Today we received the most terrible food you can imagine, our order was for 2 quarter chicken and chips with wings and 1 extra packet of chips. We received 1 chicken and chips with leg and 1 chicken and chips with wing, we had to advise the young girl she hadn't given us our extra chips which were sitting on the serving rack. This was after we had to wait for quite some time for the chicken to cook, and believe me the chicken was not cooked how it should have been. Our dog had both our orders of chicken and you sure will hear from me if he happens to get sick. Phoned all day, to receive phones just ringing out or voices telling me I have phoned the wrong number. I am a platinum member and strangely enough I expect my order to be correct and cooked accordingly. Loaded Chips
These are not loaded and need to be either re-named or removed from the menu. Hardly any topping/chicken on chips that were barely cooked. The gravy is watery with no flavour.

Ordered uber eats from red rooster cockburn central. received a cheeseburger instead of a red burger. Couldn't contact restaurant due to no answer. So in this case paid for an inferior product and expect to get what I paid for. Not being able to contact was not good customer service either.
