Store delivery service
Ordered delivery from the Mount Gravatt store on 9th March. They chose door dash. Delivery was supposed to be 8.02pm. Approx 30mins after I ordered.
Had tracking on driver and he drove one street away from our house to another delivery which was 15 minutes away from us. I phoned driver and told him our order would be cold on his return to us and take back to store and have it replaced which he did not. He drove back from his delivery to my house and dropped off the food now 30 minutes late on our order. I tried phoning store to no success of phone being answered and filing complaint through head office

Drive through takeaway $15.50 spicy 3 price combo
Never having tried the spicy chicken I ordered the pack with 3 pieces, small chips, potato & gravy & 300ml juice. Staff very polite at takeaway window. 5 minutes back home and on opening pack massive disappointment. The chicken was literally swimming in oil, tiniest little bag of chips (way too small). Tiny pot of potato & something grey & slimy the call...

Hi. Tonight 27/2/2022 at approximately 7.30pm I purchased 2 satisfryer meals with 2 extra pineapple fritters.from your Penrith store in nsw . Sadly with both meals the chips were soggy and cold, the fritters were squashed and oily, and both the potato and gravy only consisted of gravy.

Incorrect order, un-edible.
Ordered Red rooster, 20/02/22 @ 11.38,order number 2617 from Baldivas South bound store. When I recieved the order the extra fried chicken I ordered was not as I requested, ordered 3 pieces legs or thighs but recieved breast which was very greasy and very very dry, un edible. With the rest of the order the chip's were so salty they left blisters in my wife's mouth so threw them into the bin, had to use the nuggets in a sandwich for my grand daughter as the chip's were also way too salty for a 2 year old. I lodged an online complaint about the poor quality order at approximately 12.30pm same day. At 3.53pm, 22/02/22 a duty manager named Hurshal called back to discuss the matter, after discussing this matter he tried to resolve the issue by offering to replace the order and give me a full refund. This I thought was generous but was more than happy with, he also said he would personally make the order. When I went back to the restaurant 25/02/22 and spoke with Hurshal he and another manager refused to honour the resolution call and only offered to replace the fried chicken part of the order, after a long discussion with the other manager he offered to refund the fried chicken and replace the fried chicken but would not consider any of the other item's which went into the bin due to very very salty un edible chip's causing the blisters in my wife's mouth.
Desired outcome: Would be happy if the store would honour the original offer and replace the order with a better quality product and refund the order as stated over the phone.

Ordered $77 worth of food to be delivered at 545 pm
Arrived at 615-620 cold
Was ordered through the Red rooster site.
Rang Werrington Red rooster, where we were told it was not there problem, the food was cooked fresh.
Asked to be transferred to the delivery company Red rooster chose to use, denied. He said he would call them himself and call us back with a resolution. Received no call back and no resolution.
Food was inedible.

20 minutes to receive 2 rippa roles and it’s like this every time you go to Erina store regardless if there’s 1 person ordering or 10 it’s terrible

Rippa roll
Rippa roll purchased on sunday 20th feb 2022 about 4.30pm at the Manunda store near Raintrees Shopping centre. This meal came with 2 small chicken strips and not the usual chicken it should have. Disappointed in the meal.
Nil receipt was given nor offered to me.
Desired outcome: Let ya staff know the difference of chicken used for rippa roll..not small strips.
pineapple fritters
I just purchased 2 pineapple fritters got them home and went to eat one and the pineapple was moldy.
Friday 4 February.
These were purchased at Warrnambool. At about 1pm.
Made me sick just looking at them.
Chips
I asked for well-cooked chips as the Beldon outlet has a habit of giving me undercooked chips. Yet again I received anaemic-looking, floppy chips. It seems that they either resented my request or didn't understand it.
As the photo shows, the chips really look undercooked. I was prepared to wait for hot chips but they were served almost immediately, which is very suspect.
Desired outcome: Properly cooked chips!
Roast dinner
I ordered a roast dinner and when I got home much to my surprise I had chicken burger and chips. I attempted to call the shop at strathpine but the phone rang out. The boy serving at the window was very disinterested in his job. He was leaning on the counter as if he could stand up. I would like to be refunded for my order. Very disappointed.

Half full chips, order incorrect
We ordered 4 meals at the Red Rooster at Victoria Point. One of the meals was meant to be a Flayva wrap, but we got a Rippa roll instead. The 2 large chips (2 meals were large) were half full - I can provide photos of how empty the chips were. We were extremely disappointed, we order Red Rooster at least once a week and these meal were terribly disappointing.
Reds burger pack + 1 cheeseburger + 2 large chips + 4 cokes that were warm from waiting 15 minutes for our food
They got my order wrong, they took so long, when I said I had been waiting over 15 minutes the young boy said "cool, see you" and proceeded to slam the window shut in my face and started laughing about it with the other worker. I had my 2 young children in the car that were also shocked in the way that the staff had held themselves. I have been a local resident for the past 30 years and as far back as I can remember the customer service and quality of food has never been great. We often refuse to eat there as there is always a problem. This trip yet again has been a waste of my time and my money on poorly made food and shocking staff. Will not ever go to the Cleveland red rooster again as it has been to many times left disappointed.

Incompetent service
I ordered 4 roast chickens and 2 large gravies from the catering menu, this was a week before Xmas and I was told it would be ready for pick-up at 11.30am on Xmas day. I arrived to pick up the chickens, which were for xmas lunch, only to be told that they wouldn't be ready till 1pm. A spoilt xmas lunch with insufficient food to feed the whole family was the result of this stores incompetence. Disgraceful service from a store that had all the orders written in the book with pick-up times. I wasn't the only one that walked out disgusted.
Desired outcome: Compensation for a spoilt xmas day.

Mitchelton Red Rooster Qld 4053.
When I was at the speaker it wasn't working very well. I could not hear the manager clearly. I asked if they still had a particular burger and could not hear his response. So I said I couldn't hear him. He then spoke to me like I was an idiot. He proceeded to annunciate each word slowly. I felt very belittled. As I couldn't put my order through the speaker I drove to the window. I told the young girl what happened and said he was very rude. When she gave me my order she apologised for his behaviour. Either get the speaker fixed or don't be so rude and condescending to customers when they can't hear or understand you.

Decided to go in to order as the drive through was completely jammed
The shop was dirty and unorganised with boxes all across the serving counter and the staff were touching boxes and then food - which is disgusting
Food was terrible
Chips had no salt
1/4 Chicken was not 1/4 size and it was all falling apart
Burger was dry and minimal amount of everything on it

Fried chicken and service
Firstly, it was my second attempt in just under 2 weeks at trying to order something from menu. Both times I was told they have none. Chicken patties and fried chicken. Then I finally get friend chicken which is so dry and looks/tastes like it's old batch re fried. It's uneatable. Then I got lied to by staff saying I had coleslaw in pack. I checked. There was none and I got told to look again. Only to be told after I insisted there was none, it was also sold out and would I like a garlic bread.
Seriously the staff need some customer service training and a new order team.

Victoria Point Store 6th December 2021 approx 6pm
Served by a female assistant with tattoos
Ordered a whole chicken.
2 other customers arrived and were served.
30 minutes later I was upset at waiting this amount of time and other served before me.
I asked for a refund and was then told my order was ready.
When I arrived home my whole chicken was actually 4 quarters in a box.
Not what I ordered.
If there was an issue I would have liked to be informed, not left waiting like a fool.

Originally only got 3 out of 4 meals. When I had gone in to the store to tell them, I didn't get an apology and I ended up with an extra burger and large chips. Had to pay an extra $2 of a meal I had already paid for as well. There is no one over the age of 18 that works there and this in not the first time this has happened. None of these children seem to care that this happens on a regular basis.
Desired outcome: Someone that is mature enough to manage the store every night
crunchy fried chicken
i visited your store at Beenleigh Qld tonight, at about 5pm and upon requesting 2 certain pieces, i was told in no uncertain terms that i could not have those pieces even though your sign does not state that fact. Apart from that, the young girl behind the counter was very rude...no smile...no nothing, and didn't care if she lost the sale or not. I am in my 70's and i couldn't believe how disrespectful her attitude was. I'm not willing to go back to Red Rooster if this is the way i am treated. I might add, this is the 2nd time this particular girl had that very matter of fact attitude. I do not want a refund, but i would hope she is reprimanded. I didn't catch her name, but she has red hair and i think she might be a manager
Flavour combo
As I was eating my wrap I noticed something didn't taste right, until I looked into my wrap and noticed my chicken was raw! How can you possibly let this be sent out to any of your customers?
Made me feel instantly sick, absolutely disappointed and disgusted this has happened.
Lucky I noticed when I did and didn't continue to finish the whole thing.
