I require a meeting for my 17 yo son with this manager and her line manager to discuss the employment experience of adam knox (first time job since leaving school). Adam is a trinity graduate and received a Top apprenticeship aWard and has worked for a number of bosses all of whom have given him glowing reports.
Duringhis time under emilys management she has continued to bully and degrade him during working hours and she continue to send him significant messages with a disgusting tone not to the standard of a line manager. Screen shots can be provided.
He has worked for two managers during her period of leave and both advised him he was a good worker and he excelled under their leadership.
He has been required to attend staff meetings - unpaid!
He continues to be required to do online training - unpaid
He was also expected to use our family car to deliver orders when the work vehicle broke down and he has not received any subsidy for these AND should never have been asked to do so as he also was not insured.
He was also required to do cleaning on top of ovens in a stool which was significantly unstable and was made to clean using this equipment which was clearly unsafe.
Adam has also not seen anyone else having to come on shift and clean clean clean and is targeted by this manager who has a very poor and degrading management style.
I require a meeting with this manager and her relevant line manager. Adam needs an opportunity to respectfully express his experience and this manager needs to be held accountable for her poor performance.
As he is still a minor I will be in attendance. Can you please advise when this meeting can be arranged.
