red wing steel toe work boot
I purchased my Red Wing Work Boot (Steel Toe) 10 months ago from the Red Wing Shoe Store that was on Aramingo Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
My right shoe stitching has come undone resulting in a hol, only after a short period of time. I desire to have my boots repaired or replaced, especially, I purchase only Red Wing Boots for work (L.U. 126). And this is not my only pair of Work Boots I have purchased. I should be in your files.

I have a voucher for work boots. I had a family issue this last week and called the location at 84th and Wadsworth Westminster Co to explain that it expires 8/03/2018 and if they would honor it the weekend. The guy on the phone was nice and said absolutely! I went to the store and this guy said no way!
Can you please help me resolve this for I did call in advance and it was only a day late! I just want to be able to go in and get the boots for work.

Hello, I am writing to see what can be done about a purchase on your brand of boots that are falling apart. (Purchased and recently taken out of box ) It seems that the bottom sole is coming completely off. I have only worn these five times. I have always been a believer in your product and have always had great products until now. After paying around or close to $100.00 I am very upset. Please let me know what can be done . The retail store i purchased these from will not help me in any way. They still look brand new, aside from the bottom coming apart. Thank you for your time .

I submitted my complaint to your customer service regarding my safety shoes peel off issue, they answered it scrub by touch some object, which is not true, I used them normal usage like my previous one even though this boot not made be used in jewelry store. this is the worse customer service I met from red wings store, I had no issue in many country I used to deal with red wing overseas, but the one here in OKC-USA -Customer service one ...the worse

I am very upset about the purchase of my boots that bought 5 months ago.. I bought my boots in the Waterford store on Telegraph and the salesperson has been giving me the run around for replacing my boots.. I have always been extremely satisfied and even told my sons to choose this product.. however, since this has occurred I have decided to go to another brand. I chose Red Wings for this reason of quality.. to be given the run around for replacement is by all means not the way to do business.. if you can help in this matter it would be greatly appreciated.. I'm a business owner myself and know that when you like a product you stick with it and this is the reason I am reaching out beyond this store. Customer satisfaction and quality is the the proper way to cuduct business.
red wing 608 work boot
I've worn Red Wing boots for about 40 years. I started purchasing the 608 boot about 4 or 5 purchases ago. They are a comfortable boot, but the last 2 pairs starting splitting or breaking on the sole, on the ball of the foot area, then moisture gets in. I was told I might have stepped in something corrosive of acidic that caused it. I purchased another pair. Now these are doing it too. I work on a college campus and don't walk in anything different than anyone else. Is this a common problem with this sole?

My 608 soles deteriorated sitting in the low humidity closet. Deteriorated BIG TIME. And my Red Wing walking shoes inners wore out prematurely. My Chinese made walking shoes have lasted longer.

The manager of the newington ct store was very rude to me when I called looking for information regarding the boots that I ordered 2.5 weeks ago. I was told it would be 7 to 10 days when I ordered them. Now they have a new song and dance about not even knowing where the boots are coming from. So they have no way of knowing when they will receive these boots. I asked if I could order one size smaller and one size larger to make sure I get a pair that fit properly and they refused. The managers name was Deborah Fornier. I have not been treated this poorly by customer service ever that I can remember. She was practically yelling at me when I calmly asked questions. How can someone like this be a manager.

I had been a customer for over 15 years, and I have shopped at both Albuquerque locations, and the Santa Fe Location. This location has lost my business, and I will not buy another pair of red wings, or recommend them to anyone, because of this location and it's employees! After the store changed location, and got new employees, it went down hill. Last time I went in to drop my shoes off for cleaning and condition they very rudely told me they don't clean shoes, they only condition shoes that are already cleaned.
My wife has had the worst experiences! The “new employees” (they’ve been there a while now) kept looking down my wife's shirt as she tried on shoes. My wife ended up have to special ordered shoes, and didn't catch that she received a different pair then what she ordered until after a few months. When she told them about their mistake, they said there was nothing they could do, since she didn't catch their mistake within 30-days. Then the stitching on the sides of her shoes fell apart shortly after that. Now the shoes are in need of repair again, the same stitching failed again and they don’t think it can be repaired. There answer, "you got the wrong size, we don't care we sized you, you had 30-days to exchange it."

MY current Red Wing Boots # 4422 ASTMF2413-11, Made 11/14 IN China ARE KILLING MY FEET! I have to wear steel toe work boots for my job & Red Wing Boots have always been the best money could buy. I purchase a brand new pair of Red Wing Boots every year and have always been satisfied with them. THE NEW BOOTS ARE TERRIBLE TO WEAR. I have had to stop wearing the new boots and go back to "last years boots" just so I could work. I hate to think that next year I will be looking for a new place and company to purchase boots from instead of Red Wing Boots. Thank You for your time.

I've always been a fan of Red Wing Boots and there lifetime warranty to replace broken boot laces or repair pulled out lace eyelets and such. I've purchased and received as gifts (it was always on the top of my Christmas list).
