I ordered two pairs of shoes from Reebok EU, in Portugal. When the package arrived, it was small and contained just a pair of Quiksilver sunglasses and no shoes.
When I contacted the Costumer Service Department by email- which was the only way of contact- someone from China said to me that they can't send me another package because the shoes were out of stock.
The only solution was a refund, but instead of giving me the full refund, they said that I had to return the sunglasses and send them to China, which included me paying the shipping fees. To aggravate the situation, they said it was not guaranteed that they would receive the package, and should that be the case, they would never give me the full refund. I couldn't afford the risk, so I agreed. However they are only willing to return 35% of what I paid.
It's completely unaceptable that the error was from Reebok and it's me who's in disadvantage and losing money.
Please find a way to refund me the full amount or I will press charges against Reebok and make sure everyone I know doesn't buy Reebok's products.
Desired outcome: Please refund the full amount.
