We had all of the upstairs windows replaced in Jan. we had to wait for the kitchen window because they sent the wrong size. this seems to be an issue with Anderson renewal, as this is the 4th time they have come to install it only to find out it's the wrong size AGAIN! what is going on with the manufacturer that they can't get the size right? I'm pretty fed up! Engstrom siding and window company out of Rice Lake is who we are working with, but they keep getting damaged or wrong size from your end. we need this corrected ASAP!

We had Engstrom siding and windows install Andersen windows in Jan. however, the final window for our kitchen was not the correct size. they rescheduled once another was shipped, there was problems with that window. They've been out here 4 times and still don't have the right size from your company. I'm pretty fed up and am requesting compensation for the cost of the kitchen window.
