My windows were installed 10/17/2024 and must have been measured wrong because the wiggle back and forth to the point of being crooked — the installers told us they might have a problem with the measurements had to make a phone call but then put them in — told us not to open them for 24 to 48 hours we waited 72 hours then found the problem — we reported it to project manager he took photos and videos but we have not heard back — we paid thousands for these 3 windows and this is not acceptable — we want the windows we paid for — please respond
