Rent-A-Center review: Refrigerator

I purchase a refrigerator from the store at 231-01 merrick blvd they phone # is [protected]. I purchase a refrigerator 2 years ago. The refrigerator was big, so they had to take the doors off to get it in my house. 6 months later the fridge broke and its now covid slowly being over. I called the manager sophia explain everything to her. She offers to send a replacement (loaner) until maytag can come out. To make a long story short, nothing happen I had 2 broken refrigerators in my kitchen for 3 months. They are going back and forth with me. I had to put my food on the porch under the a/c so it will not spoil. I took them to court because through all this they still wanted a payment, and I paid them in good faith. I took them to court last september 2022 and up to now i'm still waiting for them to pay me back because they never came to court and the judge was very understanding and very surprised that this happen. I want my money back but they are not paying me. But I will not stop until I get my $4000 plus interest from this nasty company beware>
