Rita's Florist Product

I placed an order online for a flower delivery and I did not realize this was an American company. I live in cochrane, Ontario Canada and wanted to send my friend a bouquet of flowers who lives in Sudbury Ontario Canada for her 40th birthday today and I've been trying to contact the company to cancel this order but there is no answer for over two days now. My order #is 716033 & I paid $58.94 USD which in Cdn $ is $79.31 I have the transaction receipt and purchase receipt as well. I want my money back now! Cheryl Trepanier

Rita's Florist Delivery

I purchased 2 dozen long stem roses (not cheap) for next day delivery on 10/09/2018 for my fiancé and asked for a 11am delivery. I did not think this would be an issue for Rita's Florist as they boast same day delivery by 3pm. I knew she was sad and needed a lift while I went out of town so this was very important for both of us. It was to be delivered to her office for an 11am delivery. Otherwise, I would think they would contact time to advise or make other arrangements if they could not get here by the end of the business day 5pm. The flowers were not delivered until 5:36pm and the office closes at 5pm. I know this because I saw the camera footage of the delivery person pulling up, knocking twice and within 90 seconds leaving them on the floor of an unsecured area and drove away. The next day, the office manager arrived and they were on the floor covered in mosquitos and gnats - completely exposed to the public. The flowers were wilted and some was dead. I have contacted them via email and phone twice and left messages with no returned communication from their part. This is unprofessional and totally unacceptable. They were not signed for, and anyone could have stolen them from the door and the Property manager could have thrown them away as we are not allowed to leave anything in front of offices. I think we should be issued a refund as this arrangement was not what was intended and I should not have to settle for their sloppy work performance which results in a defective product. And we saw the camera footage of the delivery man that took 90 seconds to just dump the flowers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Rita's Florist Delivery not what I ordered

I ordered a "Make a Wish" arrangement yesterday, multi-colored with several different types of flowers in a clear vase. Today, they delivered a two-color arrangement in a green vase. They delivered to a hospital and required the recipient sign for it. Have never heard of that. And I did not request a signature.

Am thankful my recipient did actually get flowers. But I still think it's a scam. What was delivered definitely looked nothing like what I ordered. I wouldn't use this florist again. Could have gotten a nicer arrangement for the same money elsewhere. And don't bother calling Rita's to complain. There's a phone number on the website +[protected], but a live person never answers. I have received no reply to the message I left.

Planter was received next day but the order was no where near what I had ordered!

Rita's Florist Floral delivery

Flower ARRANGEMENT was not what was advertised. Paid for extra flowers. Were delivered late. 10% discount promised was not applied.The photo advertised WAS not even close to the flowers DELIVERED. The vase was filled with greens & not many flowers. Charged $10.00 for extra flowers. Must have left them in the delivery truck. Certainly weren't in the bouquet.

I wished I had read the reviews before ordering from Rita's. The same thing happened to me. The arrangement was nothing liked advertised. I ordered "Pink me up", and there were no Gerber Daisies or mini-carnations as advertised to be in this arrangement.
I paid an extra $10 for additional flowers and only extra greenery was added.
However delivery time was right on but unfortunately a diappointing product.

Rita's Florist Same day flower delivery

I fell for this scam and am so upset about it. 70 dollars for an upgrade and same day delivery for a birthday present. They never showed despite the website saying they were delivered. I made several attempts to contact the company two different ways with no response or explaination. Now I just got a vague email stating I will get a full refund in 4-7 days which I'm seriously doubting and now panicking because this "company" has our card info. This seemed 100 percent legit at point of purchase I was lead there through a search for same day delivery. This is so upsetting

Rita's Florist Delivery failure

I placed an order for my sisters birthday online with Astor Flowers. Your company Rita's Florist sent me a confirmation on 8/8/2018. I scheduled delivery for 8/9/2018. I am extremely disappointed in your service as the order was not delivered or message left on her door if any attempt was actually made. Today there has been no response to my calls or email. There has been no answer on your company telephone number. I have left several messages. I hope I do not have to post this about your business as an online review.

My husband paid 86.00 for "same day delivery" of some sunflowers for our anniversary on June 27. The flowers didn't come same day..OR any other day! In fact two days later he received a basic strange email that says " Your order is being refunded.".. No explanation. and NO REFUNDED MONEY. It has been two weeks now. There is no way to contact the company...
