Upon opening 2 new boxes of ritz i found that many of the crackers were broken or crumbling.
Last several months of Ritz Vegetables Crackers were a waste of money. Package's not damaged but the crackers crumble, basically just looking at them, more than 50 to 60 percent of the crackers you can not touch or hold without them crumbling ! I assume ingredient change has caused the poor quality product.
hi i purchased a 20 pack of crackers.19 packs had 6 crackers in each and 1 pack had only 5 crackers in it.i purchased the box at walmart.april 21st was the purchased date.best when used by.13 jul 24XAE 37A606;51 not really sure the outcome but i will still keep buying the crackers.
Already previously submitted. Not being able to find Cheese Crispers in any of the stores in my area (Yakima, WA). Have tried the Toasted Chips, but don't find them comparable and will not buy them again.
Hopefully it's just that they're out of stock, somehow, and will be back in stores soons.
I paid $5 for these box of crackers low sodium and they were terrible I couldn't even put a piece of cheese on any of them because when I opened the packet they all crumbled I mean all of them all four packages how disappointing Rich used to be my favorite cracker not anymore
I buy the ritz crackers in the 20 count box from Walmart . I had in one box 11 packs that were not sealed on one end and i am constantly getting packs that only have 5 crackers. I love the crackers but they have gotten inconsistent

We opened them today and found brown stuff on some of them. I'm writing to let you know we could not eat them.

Half of the bag the crackers are sticking together.it’s like a whole big cracker .
I purchased from Publix in tucker ga, I think the pry was $4.50.

Ritz crackers don't taste like they used to. No buttery taste but I am guessing because there isn't any butter in them any more. Palm and canola oils. YUK I will not be buying these ever again
Terrible product. I have been eating them since the 50s and the quality is now in the toilet. They fall apart before you get them out of the sleeve. Go back to the original recipe please.
The cracker I've been earing lately practically falls apart in my hand, before reaching my mouth.
Worst snack every made it has NO taste at all and does not taste buttery. Will NOT buy again family will not eat them . You used to have the best cracker but know no buttery taste at all.
