Good morning, I'm writing you in reference to the reduced quality of your crackers. First of all, there is nothing wrong with the taste, etc. The problem is that I'm even looking at the date code to determine the freshness of the package. The problem is that the thickness of the Ritz cracker has been reduced, upon taking the crackers out of the coated sleeve, they self destruct in your hand. Due to a medical condition, It's necessary for me to snack throughout the day, I go through at least an inner pkg. w/peanut butter everyday and this is the reason I purchase your Party Size Pkg. I have a suggestion, your almost at producing a new product that you can call: "Ritz Crumbs" an option to bread crumbs. I'm well aware that food manufacturers are continually reducing the content to maintain selling prices, but don't reduce the "QUALITY". Thank You for your time. Dennis Marland
Claimed loss: Then you could print on the box, "New and Improved"
Desired outcome: Look into the quality of the Ritz Crackers, especially the thickness.
