a 50 % coupon they would not honor it was between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm and then at 3 pm it went down to 45 %. I called at 11:52 am as I was having trouble putting the order in thru my phone of the link they sent with the coupon. I tried to buy 3 things and then the girl said my credit card is not going thru. Impossible I have nothing on it, she tried again and it still didn't go thru and she kept blaming the customer for not working. Then I gave a different card, again she said the same snark thing. Impossible. Then I asked her to check if the system was having problems . She came back and said sorry they are having system problems and I have to called back. I asked her to put notes in my file as I would not be able now to call before 5 or 6 as I had a long drive to a meeting. I got back around 6 and they refuse to honor the coupon, they said their were no notes and the girl earlier said they didn't have access to do so but a supervisor says they do have access. Then the supervisor said there was no record of my call , I look up the time and number on my phone and the number I called was [protected]. The superv said that was not Roamans number. I said hold on and we will conference call the number and YEP it answered Romans. This was a scam, their system went down, I called for the 50% off coupons, they refuse to leave notes on call system and they made accusation about my credit cards as well as I never called and the roamans number was not the right number. Prove her wrong on that too, prove wrong on the credit cards, System down on your end. 50 years of business to blanking out every where. No text no mailing or emails. Just lost a 50 year customer GREAT JOB! Customer Service! DUH
