postcard sent in the mail
I have never seen so many idiotic people in one company call center that get frustrated at the customer for a card they sent out to thousands of people. I received a post card in the mail today 5 nov 2018 stating get $50 off of a $100 order so I try to use the promo code of rdcelebrate which says it expires 11/26/2018 and it says invalid or expired code so I call roamans and every customer service rep I spoke with was dumb founded and had no idea what I was talking about including their supervisor named alex. How does a company roamand send out post cards offering discounts and you call roamans customer service and they are all stupid [censored] to what this card says. I'm going to pay off my account and never order from them again and tell my friends and family not to order from a ignorant company.
wrong sizes
I wonder why would websites provide sizing charts? Obviously for those who don't want to order a wrong size. Ok, then why you send clothes ordered according to your charts and it's never right?
I'm very disappointed. I ordered a dress using the provided charts and got the smallest size. Exchanged the dress and ordered one size bigger. What I got was 2 sizes bigger. What is this? There was no problem with refunding, but please fix your charts. they are misleading.
not satisfied at all
None of the clothes I got didn't fit me. Everything was a wrong size. Something smaller, something bigger. I asked for a refund and they recharged only 20% of the real price. Why is that? I didn't wear it, there are all tags on it. They didn't offer me to replace it. Nothing that would completely satisfy me. Bad store with a crappy customer service.
ridiculous company and completely useless customer service
Ordered from www.roamans.com and did not receive my stuff. When I contacted customer support and asked for a replacement they said that it was not possible. Then I asked them to cancel my order and they told that they can't give me a refund! They said that if I want to get my money back then I have to send the order back. So how on Earth am I suppose to do that if I never received anything? My order was placed over a month ago and still haven't got anything!
These people are ridiculous and all they say makes no sense! So disgusted with Roaman's!
I paid $30 for two pairs of leggings, but the seller decided that one pair was for free
I have purchased two pairs of leggings from Roaman’s. They charged me for $30 and when I got the order, one pair was ok and made from cotton, but the second was bad-quality and completely different. I wanted to return the second pair and the seller refused to pay back. He somehow decided that I have paid this sum for one pair and the second was for free, but I tried to explain that it was wrong. The seller doesn’t listen to my explanations.
withdrawing money
I wrote a check to pay my Roamans credit card for $100.00. They electronically took out $700.00! I called my bank who told me they'd put it back for a fee which Roamans should reimburse me for. So I called Roamans, who told me it would take 60 days! I told them this is not acceptable! They made the mistake. I have a carbon copy of my check and it in no way shows, $700.00. I was told by one supervisor they would take care of it and it would be done in 3 to 5 days, a week later nothing! So I called back, this time I spoke to someone else who said they last guy did nothing so he would take care of it. I gave him my bank acct number and routing number at his request, being assured it would be done within 3 days...Another week NOTHING! I called back and spoke the first guy again who at first denied speaking to me, after I refreshed him with my notes, he admitted he had but denied what he told me. They have in no way tried to make this right! I have spent more time on the phone (mostly on hold) with them, have NSF fees and much more stress due to this who thing. It would be illegal for me to go out and take more money from someones account then they have written a check to me for. I would go to jail! No one has tried to make this write, instead they have lied and been extremely rude and unhelpful. I cannot even to speak to anyone who knows what is going on with this!
If I am one day late with payment they charge me a late fee!

I ordered almost $300 of clothes. I was told Roamans would ship them via UPS, so I gave them my shipping address, which is different than my mailing address. However, Roamans turned the package over to the postal service to deliver. Since my shipping address is on the package, and I don't get mail at that address, the package was never delivered. I needed the clothes for an event today, and of course I don't have them, thanks to those f!#$#$#@$ ###s. And the package has not been returned to Roamans, so of course they will not refund my money. When I emailed a complaint to them, they replied with a patronizing comment that they were sorry that I was feeling so much stress. Well, I would not have had any stress if it weren't for how stupid they are. Thanks alot, you f#@$!@#$ idiots. I will never order from you again!

false pricing — buyer beware
I liked the clothes for the most part(I ordered twice) but some I returned. My problem was their overcharging. They offer coupons for sometimes up to 40% off which I thought was great. Sometimes they offer buy one get one 1/2 price which is also good---if they would honor either of those. First time I used the delayed payment which was a HUGE mistake. When I got my bill, they did not show any discount applied and by the time the it came, I forgot the coupon number . Next time I didn't use delayed billing but used the 40% off. Again, no discount on the bill. I called to let them know of their "mistake". She told me that she couldn't do anything since I placed the order three months ago. Yeah, I did, but did not get the item till a few days before I got the bill when I called -it had been backordered for those three months and they billed when they sent it--they wouldn't budge and I ended up paying full price for everything I ordered from them

back ordered items
To whom it may concern,
I am extremely disappointed in your system for back ordered items. Over the past year I believe every purchase I have made or tried to make with you resulted in a back ordered item. Why are the items you sell not in stock? It's almost as if you put stuff online and in your catalog before you even have any of it in stock to "test" it out to see if it will sale. Then when it starts selling like hotcakes, you back order everything. This would only work for the customer if they were trying to order winter clothing in May. One of the items I looked at tonight is back ordered until August! It's a summer dress?! The absolute worst part is that half of my back orders resulted in CANCELED orders! So I am excited and awaiting my great purchase only to have it canceled on me after having it rescheduled 2-3 times already. It's a shame and a total disappointment. You've got to do better than this before this type of negative feedback becomes what you are associated with.

I love Roamans. Never had a problem with them. I have always received any item I ordered on time and any item that was back ordered was sent out. I am surprized.
I recall a problem once I did not receive the postage paid card from them. Spoke to the manager in customer service who got the problem resolved. Discovered that the apartment owner was stealing my mail.
misleading sale come on's - poor customer service
I began ordering from Roamans after a friend gave me one of their catalogs. I placed an order for 2 tops because they were advertised as buy 1 get 1 for 99 cents. I picked out 2 different colors. The first top arrived normally. I was informed that the second color was on backorder. A little while later I received a notice that the 2nd top was backordered for an additional 2 months and I was given a choice to cancel the order or wait for delivery. I chose to wait, basically because if I declined the second top then that would make the cost of the 1st top full price without getting the 2nd one for 99 cents. I received another notice about the 2nd top that was difficult to decipher. I called the customer service department and the gentleman I talked to stated that the top was scheduled to be shipped within a couple of weeks. Almost immediately after that I got an email notice that the order had been cancelled. I wrote to the customer service department expressing my displeasure at having ordered an item expecting to basically get it for 1/2 price by paying just 99 cents for the 2nd top. I felt like they should have offered me another top at 99 cents. They didn't even bother to reply to my email. I haven't ordered anything from them since and will never again order from them. Buyer beware.

return postage
I returned two blouses to Roamans, both of them being defective. One had a stain on it from the dark brown trim bleeding into the fabric, the other had on unsewn area around the neckline. If I wanted problems such as this I would have shopped at a thrift store & not had to pay such a price for such merchandise. I sent them both back, costing me $8.37 in postage & Ins. I have written to Roamans three times now about this money & they seem to be ignoring my complaint. If I ever get my postage back I would be shocked (will let you know if I do) I will not order from these people again ever! Someone should do something about getting a "shoddy merchandise law" passed so these catalog people could not get away with this. I really don't think I'll be ordering from any catalog from now on.

I bought something on the website and then I was charged $16.95 for a YEAR! I didn’t realize it was a monthly fee to buy from your website! That is misleading and not a legitimate thing a company would do. Stop charging me please.

I returned an order and paid out of pocket for shipping. Received email showing the credit but they have no record of the refund. I have sent a copy of their own email back to them several times. Them they wont correct it with the bank. I have run in circles with the incompetence. This is affecting my credit and roamans takes no responsibility.
I am very disappointed in Roamans because of where they are producing their clothing.

There are perfectly good factories in the USA where clothing can be produced. I have opted to return two skirts I had purchased from Roamans and vow never to purchase another item from their stores, companies or websites ever again. It galls me that Roamans would produce clothing and partner with a country where the Taliban is running around. The same Taliban that threatens our liberties!

I recently placed an order w/ Roamans & was NOT satisfied at all! They were rude after I still had not gotten my order after a very long time & the customer srvc. rep hung up on me! Needless to say I just cancelled my order & have no plans to EVER order from them again or view one of their magazines for that matter!
Customer service & competency can make or break a company & this one needs to do some damage control in my opinion!
I ALWAYS GET MERCHANDISE FROM THEM AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT. GUESS WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU WAS A FLUKE.
