Fraudulantly taking money from my account
On June 2, 2021, July 6, 2021 and August 3, 2021 you took $14.95 from my debit card! I have ordered nothing! This is fraud! Stop immediately and return my money. [protected]@gmail.com
And you do not even allow me to sign in to my account because I am in the EU at present.

Customer service
I first placed my order at the end of April 2021. I waited and waited to get my items shipped. I tried Live Chat, no one was available it stated. I tried calling, I got messages of no one available or I was disconnected.
I did not get the first statement until after my first payment was due so they charged me a late fee. I am disabled and do not get my check until around the 15th of each month which I explained in my email to them. no refund of the late charge. I asked that my payment due date is on the 15th. It was not done again this month and they charged me another late fee.
I tried again to talk with someone about this once again to no avail.
The products that I received for cheaply made and some fell apart before I could even wear them. Forget about returns with the way I have been treated. It's so frustrating and my perfect credit is in jeopardy with the lack of professional customer care.
Desired outcome: Refunds of late charges, no negative credit reporting and a refund for defective items
Go online to the Better Business Bureau online and file a complaint. I did due to I never received my order but my account was debited. I was refunded my money,
Committed fraud
Buyer Beware! Although I have been a long-time Customer since the 1980's, most recently my credit card was charged with fraud and without my permission. Two wrong items from a June 14, m 2021 order came. I called and the representative WRONGLY charged my card for full price on the missing items, and then two days later charged me again!
I tried calling Roaman's toll free number, their Executive Office and even their FRAUD department - leaving voicemails for several days.
Today? I get a call from some man in Texas who (once again) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended the call and decided to contact the Better Business Bureau - as well as leaving these reviews.
Maybe my feedback will help potential Customers from being ripped off like I was from Roaman's.

Billing errors
On May 4 I ordered a $50 pair of shoes from Roaman's. The shoes were never shipped. On May 18 on my Roaman's credit card statement there was a transaction titled "Order return." This is not correct, as the shoes were never shipped let alone received. However, the credit was $10 less than what I paid for the shoes. That $10 charge on my Roaman's charge, issued by Comenity Bank, has now racked up $50 in late fees. I have emailed Roaman's a number of times but I have never been able to get through to them on the phone. When I contacted Comenity Bank they told me to deal with Roaman's directly. I emailed Comenity Bank again today. Roaman's error caused my credit score to go down 50 points. I want the $10 charge and the late fees removed from my Roaman's charge.
Delivery of merchandise
I have ordered several packages from this company and I have not received the items that I have purchased. I have tried to contact Roman on several occasions with several emails. This is the first time I have heard something back from them asking me the order number which I gave them it has been over a month I have not received the merchandise that I have purchased. Either I want the merchandise or I want my credit card to be refunded immediately it has been over a month and I have not received neither package. I don't know where the problem lays at I don't know if it lays at where it's being shipped out from or it lays out in delivery I am very disappointed I have not received the merchandise. And I see I am not the only one that is having this problem neither so something needs to change my merchandise or my money back I don't care which one they choose.

The same thing happened to me and I had to go online with the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. My money was refunded to my account.
Rewards not received and invoices/order numbers not received w/packages
I have done a whole lot of shopping with Roaman's in recent months because I've found that I like their clothes and I tend to buy a lot when I shop. However, I have 2 complaints about Roaman's. One of them, which isn't the bigger one, but it is significant, is that they NEVER include an invoice with one-item orders, which I've placed a lot of because their best promotion, that is sent continually through emails after ordering with them, promotes one-item orders. With ordering a lot of things, it gets kind of hard to tell what each package delivery is without an invoice. It would actually be EVEN MORE HELPFUL if they included in or on the packages (or on an invoice if they send one) the ORDER NUMBER that I get in the email confirmations. They haven't included those on the invoices that I HAVE gotten with multiple item orders. So even the invoices only give PART of the names of the items, the color, and the size.
My 2nd, and MUCH BIGGER COMPLAINT, which is the primary reason why I'm on here, has to do with their Member Rewards program. Because of ordering so much, it only made sense to join the rewards program. For about $15 a month, it would give me back the high shipping cost of their orders, especially one-item orders, plus 10% off of anything that I ordered with them, which is only usable toward future orders with them, which was fine with me for my needs. However, last month and this month, when I should have gotten, by far, the biggest amounts of rewards that I've earned (I only joined 4 months ago.), I haven't gotten the rewards that I was supposed to get. I got a small fraction (about 5%) of what I was supposed to get last month, and I haven't gotten ANYTHING for this month; and that's after they told me last month that I'd have to wait until this month to get paid the rewards that I was supposed to get paid last month. Now, after they've removed and resubmitted on June 23rd, with no good explanation, all of the claims that I painstakingly submitted in late April and early May that were also approved by early May, I'm being told to wait until "NEXT MONTH" AGAIN! That means JULY IF they intend to pay me AT ALL! (The payouts are on about the 15th of the month.) I was counting on this to help me to afford to get all that I wanted to get from them, but in the meantime, things are running out of stock and I'm being forced to either give them up or find more funds to pay for them with. Even though the rewards may seem like a lot to them, which is why I think that they're holding them up or possibly even withholding them altogether, I had to spend a lot more in order to get those rewards. I've been nothing but a great customer, and they've punished me for it. Their literature doesn't say that there's any limit on rewards with Full Beauty Brands purchases, and I admittedly let their ads entice me into ordering more than I was originally going to order because I thought that I had those rewards coming, which mostly compensated for their high shipping costs. Another thing that's been a problem with the rewards program is that, if you place more than one order in a day, which the email promotion really promotes since it promotes one-item orders, their rewards system declines paying rewards on any orders that have the same subtotal as any other order claimed that day. This happens a lot with 1-item orders between ordering more than one color of an item or with ordering several items because a lot of things are the same price. When I pointed this out to them and tried to get this problem corrected, I got nowhere and it seemed to be what very possibly got my account screwed up to where I'm not getting paid my rewards, if it ISN'T because of the amount of them. I don't know why I'm not getting paid my rewards because their customer service rather sucks, especially for the rewards program. I just know that I'm not getting paid. In the 4 months that I've been with the program, I've gotten paid about 10% of what I should have gotten paid by now. My customer number is [protected], and I have emails of a few of the communications, which I'm attaching, but most of the communications took place by phone from the end of April on.

I would like to get a refund (without returning the items) on all of the orders (shipping and tax included) that I've placed from May 15th on because all of that would've been paid for with my rewards that I should have had May 15th, and then an immediate rewards payout of the balance of my earned rewards (after this refund) that I should have been paid up to date OR at least the equivalent - I would also like to start receiving either an invoice or the order number that's in my emailed order confirmations with each of my package deliveries. This is what would make the financial part of this right and help me to sort out any future orders, which is all that I'm asking. I'm not asking to be compensated for all of the time and aggravation this has cost me at this point.
Desired outcome: a refund on all orders (shipping and tax included) placed from May 15th on with deducting this from the rewards I should receive and then immediately receive the rest of my earned rewards..Please see last para. of my complaint for details.

I placed an order on May 11. It is now June 9th. I had a promise of delivery with two weeks. I bought for a vacation which has come and gone. Each time I called the operators had no clue how to help me other than say it still hadn't shipped? I have yet to get the order.
Won't be buying anything more from this company. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
I'm having the same issue with this company they state the merchandise has been shipped. And you never received the merchandise.
issue with returned item/credit/reversed credit
purchased multiple items on 11/18/20. back ordered item robe ($59.99+tax) was shipped 12/11/20/ this item was purchased for elderly sister entering nursing home. she died on 12/9/20. i mail the robe in original packaging and used label inside to deliver back to roaman's. i received email on 2/5/21 that read "processed return frayed split jean by demin 24/7 item #[protected] at price of $0.00" and NOT the listing of the ROBE that i DID return. i went through the procedure of mailing all my info. i received a message in my roamans account last month saying it was denied, but on the same day i received my bill and it had i credit so i thought i was fine. this month my bill says REVERSE CREDIT and the charge is back...how can you not tell the difference between a pair of jeans and a robe? the ROBE was NOT a final clearance but the jeans WERE. Why wasn't the item sent back if i was to get NO CREDIT?...I worked in 2 warehouses for a total of 25 years with about a third of that time handling inventory control and quality assurance. Someone should have found that issue. They were two totally different things and i as the consumer SHOULD NOT have to pay for his/her mistake. Can someone please help me. My bill is due May 27th and i have NOTHING to show for the price of the robe. even if they return it to me i'd rather give it away than have them keep it in their stock and make more money. They have made enough as it is. Thank you in advance

Refund on returned item
I ordered a dress which turned out to be much too big for me. I contacted Roamans through my online account, and I printed out a return label per their instructions. I waited a week or two and still had not received an email notification that they received my return. No email notification to let me know a refund had been issued (and to which card). Just silence. Their online Chat is always unavailable, and there is no other way to contact them. I tried several phone #'s I found online. Couldn't reach anyone. I finally resorted to messaging Roamans on Facebook. It took days to get a very poor response. I responded, more days before they sent me another message saying the refund was already issued. My bank account wasn't showing it so I asked which card it was refunded to. They said they aren't allowed to say. Still no email confirming a refund was issued. I'm more than frustrated with them. Worst customer service ever.
Desired outcome: For all my troubles, a FULL refund please. And I need to know exactly where the money was refunded to.
Shipping address
Order placed on April 15th for $140 (#[protected]). I inadvertently did not notice my order was being sent to my previous address until I received FedEx email informing my shipment was to arrive on April 4th. I immediately contacted FedEx to resolve my problem. FedEx ([protected]) informed me only the shipper can request address change. I then contacted Roaman's and was told they couldn't contact Fedex. My former address is unoccupied. I'm disabled and only leave home for medical appointments via medical transport. Therefore I have no way and no one to retrieve it. I placed an order on April 14th who it is May 1st I still haven't received it I called today to cancel my order I was told I couldn't because it is in processing.I received a email on April 19 that it was being processed. Today is May 1st and it is still being processed. I was told I would have to wait to receive items then send back. I'm not paying to ship back. I understand there is a pandemic and you have to be cautious but Amazon is a lot bigger company and there orders don't take this long

I've ordered a lot from Roaman's in recent months, and their deliveries have been rather slow, which I've found to be especially nerve-wracking when some items are going out of stock while I'm waiting for them to ship and occasionally low-in-stock items have gotten cancelled on me. I've also even had a couple of orders cancelled a month or so after I ordered them when things were still in stock.? So then, when I placed a recent order with Carol Wright, and it was a big one (49 items), I was surprised to find that I got it in less than a week. Wow, what a difference. However, with Roaman's, for the most part, items do eventually arrive. It wasn't so bad last winter. They claim that they've been extra busy in recent months, and from what I've seen, things have been selling pretty quickly, but I wonder if they're actually short-staffed for their business. Smaller companies do tend to deliver more slowly, especially when compared to Amazon, but if you don't like how long it takes to get their items, order elsewhere.
I am in the same situation. Order placed on May 2; it is now May 17 and has not yet been shipped. When I placed the order I was told it would arrive in 7-14 business days (3 days from now). I guess that is not happening! I was also told they have no idea when it will be shipped but that I cannot cancel the order. Two orders I placed with other companies on the same day as the Roaman's order arrived in 4-5 days. What is wrong with Roaman's?
I, too, have had the problem with cancelling orders with Roaman's if it's been more than just a few hours since I placed them, and I've wondered why it's a problem to cancel them when they aren't shipped for over a week after I ask to cancel them, even though I was told that they were in processing and getting ready to be shipped. As I indicated above, though, unless your item(s) is/are low in stock, you should get it/them between 2 and 4 weeks after you order it/them. That's been my experience. That may also happen with items that are low in stock, but occasionally orders for items that are low in stock will be cancelled. The website tells if an item is "in stock" or "out of stock" or has only so many left. What I mean by low in stock is when there are so many left. As for what Roamans' problem is, my experience tells me that they're either short-staffed for the business that they're doing, or they have poor management.
charges on my credit card
I placed an order from Roaman's and they correctly billed the order in the amount of $64.92. However, also shown is "Reward" in the amount of $1.99 and I am being charged this. Then on my statement from my credit union on 12/22/20 again
It shows "Reward" and I am being billed $14.95. These items need to be refunded to my credit union Visa card. The card is with Rivermark Community Credit Union. My name is Charmaine A Pedersen . I am satisfied with the order I placed.

Service and shipping

Now they say my package is lost and I have to wait until after Christmas for them to do anything. When it's my mom's present. I hate this business and will never order from them again.
Getting refund
I returned a coat that didn't fit, very timely return. They got it. Instead of giving a refund they did a store credit not a refund as requested. Then the person I talked to, said they changed it to a refund into my PayPal account. Well it has been days still no refund. Getting nowhere with them, just the run around!

I don't know white it was change but it seem like paperless don't work so I want to receive a paper bill in the mail for this day forward and when I pay this account off I am canceling my Roemans account I've pay to much in excessive late fee for nothing. Unauthorized credit card charges
I ordered two sweaters which I had to return. I returned them in the same package they came in. I used your address label stating I would be deducted $8.99 from my refund. Well, according to my credit card, You deducted $20.49 from my refund. I called and got a non- American who told me, his words, you had to pay the mailman $10.00 extra to pick it up. which would be $18.99 not $20.49! I already smeared you on Facebook, so I suggest an AMERICAN get back to me! My order # is [protected]. My info will be there. Oh by the way, this order was "free shipping", yet you charged me $10.99 Shipping & Handling. What's with that?

credit card payment date
I received a "payment due" email on an account that was fully paid off on June 1, When I called and went over the account I was charged two late payments and interest on them. We argued for a while because my due date was, and had been, on the 3rd of the month due to my income, and that was requested back when I first got the card. I don't receive statements in the mail, I just pay the bill on the first, I've never had any issues in 3 years. So they told me there was a recording of a call I made in July of 2018, it stated I wanted to change the due date, I asked to hear it, they said no, I would have to send in a letter to request it, then later on in the conversation they told me I had to have a lawyer subpoena it. They said they also said the bank sent me a letter in July 2018 to confirm this. I was very upset, crying even because I would never had changed the due date to a date in which I can not pay, but they insisted I did. And yes, the bills for Dec on, was dated the 28th, of course I didn't know this until yesterday. So I paid my bill on 1/1, 4/1, 5/1 and 6/1, I was charged the late fee in June and July, but not the previous two payments. They also said I received two letters saying I was late, I did not . I also did not receive any messages on my account, or emails with any of this information. Now to top it off, they cut my credit from $770 to $100, they also said I received a letter saying this in June, again, no letter, no email, and no message on my account. This experience has been very disturbing, and if I was able to get my clothes elsewhere for the prices I get them, I would cancel the card.

In November 2018, I ordered Christmas items for my grandaughter. She received them on Christmas Day & returned them to me in late January still in unopened packages saying, "they didn't fit". I returned them by mail, the same day I returned packages to two other vendors. With the exception of Roamans, all items were credited to my credit card. Roamans returned the items to me by mail in February indicating they were "old or damaged". Neither is true. I called Customer Service but was given the old, "I'm sorry you're unhappy, but it's our policy". So I'm stuck with over $100 worth of clothing I have no use for. Very poor treatment from a company I have done a great deal of business with. If not remedied, I am done with Roamans, period.
defective clothing
I purchased the Glam-Embellished Maxi Tunic, $59.99, on 8/3/18, a Denim shirt with jewels on the upper half of it. I inspected the shirt when I received it, tried it on, it fit and I liked it. I did not wear the shirt until today (11/15/18) and at least 10 of the jewels have fallen off of it. I called the company to inform them & they said there was nothing they could do because they have a 60 day return policy. I requested to speak to a supervisor, who told me the same thing. He said I could order & PAY for another one, but he could not take this one back. This shirt is defective and this company should stand behind their clothing, regardless of their 60 day return policy, especially since this was the first time I wore the item. I told him that I wanted a pre-paid postage return label sent to me, along with another shirt, and I would return the defective shirt, and if the new shirt was defective as well, I would return it before 60 days. I also want a $25 refund, since the shirt is now selling for $34.99. IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT THIS COMPANY SELLS DEFECTIVE CLOTHING AND WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS EVER, IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!
