Roblox review: Unjustified voice chat suspension

So I was playing Roblox last night with some friends, keep in mind that I've not even uttered a single swear word, Just having pretty normal and fun conversations, I didn't even react to the people that were harassing me, once those people had left the game, due to their voice chat suspension since they harassed not only myself but others too, I was pretty much quiet and when I did talk is was about pretty average stuff, since my birthday is coming up we were also raising some robux, well my friends were trying to help me raise Robux in Pls Donate, Then the next thing I know is that I'm voice chat suspended for a week with no reason as to why, I rightfully so put in an appeal and the next day I finally got a response, the team member that responded to me said that they believed I violated their Roblox Community Standards, which I have not. They refuse to help me out of give me any context, Honestly I just got my vc back from suspension and they randomly just take it away. I'm sorry I don't like to complain but this is just getting ridiculous
