Hair found in pizza
Ordered from romans Chatsworth and my pizza had a hair in it. So unhygienic!
Delivery
I have ordered at one of your stores through a call and asked for delivery, to begin with I waited over an hour for the pizza to a point where I even decided to call them and they said they made it a collection and that it's their mistake, okay I understood that.
Futhermore when I was ordering I asked if they have a any specials and they told me about the R139. 99 one I asked for it and we decided on flovours and everything else, so I expected my bill to be around R175 ( R139. 99 Plus R35 delivery), to my surprise I had to Pay R193. 80 which I don't understand or have an idea why, I am really disappointed about the service I got from Roman's pizza.
Desired outcome: To get what I have ordered for the price and time I was promised.

I am a resident of Tzaneen. So yesterday on the 19th of June as i was in town near Jam store. There was a vendor ( short guy) who sells small pizzas for R22 then i greated the guy and asked for a pizzza then the guy started calling me names and told me to Voesek then i kindly told the guy to give me my money then i left. That type of service devalues your business and im extremely disappointed.
Hi we ordered the special incuding tangy Russian and 4 seasons pizza for 129 monday to gfriday from Bank City Jhb and they wanted to charge us R204 so we ended up cancelling order
2 hours waiting for my order
I have placed my order 18.38 it is now 20:30 and no pizza. Pizza paarl keeps saying driver is on its way. This is utter terrible service. When I placed my order. I asked how long does it take. She said its going to take an hour. Not we are busy or that we have only one driver. Only by my second phone call she says we have only driver. This is utter [censored] service from romans paarl. I want feedback please.

Good day. As I ordered a seafood pizza I was told there is no shrimps. I asked so what are u replacing it with. I was told nothing, and it would still cost me full price. I drove from grassy Park to buy pizza so I bought it. I don't feel it is right that I have to pay for something I don't have or get. What has happened to delivery and compromise in the hospitality industry.
My pizza had a piece of rope stuck to the cheese
While I was enjoying my romans pizza, I came across this sort of "cheese string"
I thought I was n piece of cheese and almost ate it.
Turns out, its a piece of rope.
A real mood killer and it flippen disgusting.
For what reason would you use some sort of rope in the kitchen, when making pizza.
I'm certainly not recommending anyone to make use of this romans pizza in nelspruit.

The service
I order a pizza at Plattekloof Romans Pizza, which i am a regular customer at.
I have not received this type of service ever.
It was busy yes had loadshedding, and the Mr D and Take Alot was there for there orders.
So while waiting i see them placing my order on the rack for ready for collection.
I walked to counter asking the manager if that is not my pizza he said no myne should be ready after 2min.Meanwhile my pizza has been on rack for about 8min.
Then the lady called out my number I told her i just asked the manager if this is not my order she said it was just place on the rack. i was furiois and told her now have to take a cold pizza home.
I have never had this service with them ever.
The box was not closed properly either.

Late delivery of food
On the 29/05/2021 I ordered 3 pizzas from romans pizza kokstad. This was at 16:30 exactly. I waited almost 2 hours and no pizza. I called twice and they said the driver was on the way. My kids actually fell asleep. I think this is unacceptable service delivery. I will think twice before I order from romans pizza kokstad.

Pizza
We bought a chicken and mayo pizza at romans pizza in zevenwacht mall and my boyfriend ate it then he had an allergic reaction ( he is allergic to fish and any seafood) but we bought a chicken and mayo pizza.. He started swelling and couldn't breathe he's currently in the hospital right now i am very upset because we bought a chicken and mayo pizza.
Bad customer service
I went to Roman's Pizza in Daveyton an l was served by Kabelo Mahlangu and my order number was 131.
I have never seen such pathetic and disgusting service in my life. The lady was so rude and impatient it was as if I was there to buy on credit. She seriously lacks customers service training and she doesn't deserve to work in the front line. I buying a large pizza and l wasn't sure which flavor to choose from instead of helping me like a paying customer she gave me the worst attitude and showed me that I must just buy and get out of her face. I think she's better placed at the back were she won't have to deal with customers as she lacks the experience and smile.
As lm writing this l decided not to go place ever again l rather drive all the way to Benoni Branch where I know the ladies there are always helpful and friendly.

I went to Romans Pizza Kempton CBD on the 07 May 2021, I had bought two large pizzas 1 Barbeque Chicken and 1 Sweet Chillie Chicken order number 95
While waiting there was a gentleman in the Romans Uniform was not wearing a face mask, then the unthinkable happened, he got up and went behind the counter and there were pizzas stacked on the rack ready for collection he opened the boxes talking to the employees looking inside and asking questions over the pizzas still with his mask off
I was horrified, surely there are rules in place that govern against such inconsiderate behavior and hopefully cameras that would be able to see such.
He then took two boxes of pizza which I believe were his from the rack, told the cashier they must go and he left still with his mask off
I have lost all faith in your brand and the people you entrusted to represent it and uphold your imagine
With that said I hope this matter is taken seriously as the risk and the endangering our lives is serious
This should not be tolerated or taken lightly

Romans pizza was always our go to pizza shop. No fuss put your order in get the cheapest free. Now you have to pay p/pizza. I am sorry Roman's pizza but this is a let down. We will not support Roman's pizza anymore. I will tell all my friends about this new rule. This is very disappointing!
Romans pizza Maponya Soweto, Bacon and Avo pizza
I ordered Bacon and Avo pizza at Romans pizza Maponya and the pizza I received was so disappointing, I received a black rotten Avo on top of the bacon, I have never been so disappointed my Romans like I am at this moment . I order the Russian and caramelized onion and the chicken pizza but was not inpressed with the order Romans pizza there dough was more filling with the thick base but now very light and there Russians wasn't original Russians like use to be but won't buy Romans again was a fan but no more
Misleading information to get customers
We went to a Romans pizza in Ormonde and when we got there it had a notice board that read" Dear customer please note you pay for the more expensive of the 2 pizzas ordered" but when we wanted to pay the cashier and the manager both told us that special is finished and then after they changed their tone as they didn't seem to understand what the board meant. We ended up paying for the 2 pizzas and I am very disappointed by this as this was one of our favourite Romans pizza.
Misleading information/bad service
I saw Romans Pizza have a special on buy any 2 large pizzas for R129.90. I called Romans Pizza Parkview in Pretoria Sunday 11 April 2021 to find out if the special is running. The woman who answered the phone said yes the special is running, but only from Monday to Friday. Today, Thursday 15 April 2021 I wanted to order 2 large pizzas for R129.90, but was told that the special is only until 16:00. I wanted to place my order at 18:00 as I did not know the special is only until 16:00. We did not prepare dinner and my kids was excited that we are going to eat pizza tonight. I am disgusted with the fact that the time limits for the special was not explained to me. It just shows me that the person who answered the phone did not care to tell me more about the rules, but ONLY answered my question. Its not normal to have a special only certain times during the day, so she could have informed me. I have been in the retail business myself, and what happened to me is unacceptable and it is due to a staff member of your organisation.
Desired outcome: I would like the problem to be sorted the same day, but with the incompetent manager who I might have to deal with I bought take aways somewhere else.
Sweet Chilli Chicken Pizza
I ordered a sweet chilli chicken pizza yesterday as part of a special. I specifically ordered the chicken pizza as the only meat I eat is chicken. I do not and cannot eat red meat and when I felt sick after eating a slice today I looked under the cheese and found a piece of bacon. I actually don't want to eat from Romans again as I can't be certain that this won't happen again. I am properly sick from it.
Desired outcome: Make sure to take precautions when preparing the pizza. Do not mix up toppings.
Incorrect pizza delivered
I ordered a Gluten Free base Bacon, Avo and Feta. Order no 252 at Faerie Glen on 1st April 2021. When collecting the pixza the avo was not on the pizza. It was teturned to the kitchen and 10 mins later I legy with a cold pizza.
I discussed the matter with Ishmail the store manager and insisted on the pizza being given to me free of charge due to the mistake made with my order.
