Spare Rib and pineapple pizza
I ordered a spare Rib and pineapple pizza this afternoon at the Durbanville branch. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I eventually got the pizza and there was no pineapple on it at all, only the meat. It tasted weird and not nice at all. I'm very disappointed and I don't see myself buying at Roman's pizza again. Roman's has been my favorite place to buy pizza but this changed today.

I phoned my order through at 12:40 and was told my delivery will take 15
minutes. After phoning 4-5 times asking where my order was and every
time heard a different story, the delivery eventually arrived, half cold and only at 1:45. Meaning we basically could not enjoy our food as we had 15min to eat. Really very disappointing delivery.

I had a bad experience at romans pizza soshanguve plaza. I even fell on top of the steel because of their un organized store. I ordered online at 18h50
When I get there it was 18h50 my order was not ready yet. They moved us around until I fell. I asked them for my money back the cashier asked the manager. The manager didn't even bother to come and see what was the problem he just gave him permission to give me my money back. I have never saw such a bad service

We ordered our pizza at Roman's at Die Berg in store with my card . They charged me twice. Only when I got home and sow my phone I phoned the store and the lade said because it went off twice and because we are with nedbank I will have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to revert back into my account. It was not my mistake but I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back.

While eating, she realised that she bit on something hard.
To her astonishment, she found a chicken bone.
When she tore open the pie, it has chicken in it .
How can the person do that to anyone.
Now she is broken apart and cannot proceed with our prayers for the next 8 more days .

Good day
I have purchased 2 large Pizzas from Romans at Chatsworth. I have placed an online order.
When I went to fetch:
1. The lady that served me did not even greet me, yet I greeted her.
2. I paid for the order and asked if the order was ready - she ignored me. She went on to bring the order and opened the boxes to show what's inside. All the Staff at Romans Chatsworth are so rude and arrogant., Start doing a survey and see the response. The order should not be opened by the Cashiers in the Store. All other customers see what's in the box and it is Covid - no other store opens the order during this time. The National Health Care should know about this and view their opinions.
3. My order was very very dry and HORRIBLE. The prices of the pizzas are the same as Debonairs and other places. Yet these people use proper ingerients and not PROCESSED. The entire pizza smelt of polony and tasted like it. The chicken Pizza was dry and stiff. It is mentioned at the Counter regarding processed items being used. Question: Must the order smell and taste of processed food.
Apart from the distasteful pizzas, your staff, just as well, is distasteful. Was it part of their training to be arrogant?
MUST CUSTOMERS DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK?
I WANT MY REFUND FROM THE STORE.

I bought a pizza at protea Glen mall Roman's pizza. My slip number wa 222 for the order. I heard them calling 225 and I went to collect and the employee there said it's not yet out and I sitted down. I saw my order it was easy to identify cause It was a large and small pizza. The other employee who was busy with buying customers told the one who was supposed to assist with collection to give me my order he refused and said that he was busy checking another order which was not even done yet. It seemed liked the are people who are piriotised. The guy never assisted me. The cashier after some time had to leave the job he was doing of assisting buying customers, just to give me my long awaited order. I did not see the a name tag on the guy who did not assist me., but he was dark Chubby adult male around 40 years of age. He looked like the guy who assisted me. I don't remember the guy who assisted me but I think his name is siyabonga. I might go back to the store to buy again because of the employee who gave me my order.
Desired outcome: Teach them not to priotise their friends and treat everyone with respect and give them fair service

On the 29th September i placed an online order # 146 @ about 18h30, the order amounted to R349.70, i received an sms notifying me my order will be delivered in 55min, at 58 mins i called [protected] the store and spoke to Nina who advised me the driver will arrive soon,
after another 30mins i tried calling again but no one answered, than at about 20.34 a guy by the name of Sibusiso called me and told me the driver could not make it almost 2hrs later, i manged to get transport to collect and on our arrival the store was closed
This morning almost after 24hrs Sibusiso called me again while i am at work trying to explain the driver still has a problem with his car, can i collect really after so many hours, totally unacceptable.
I explained the reason why i ordered was for supper to feed my family and because of them i had no choice to run around after 21h00 at night to get something to feed them .
Desired outcome: I demand a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused .

I ordered take away pizzas for my family and added extra toppings. The pizzas that arrived where disgusting to say the least no extra toppings where given so that money was stolen. I wouldn't let my family even eat these pizzas the way they looked so I ordered food from another establishment which alone behold provided me with the correct order. Don't even try call the Romans pizza to try find out what happened they make as if I am a criminal for even asking for extra toppings and the tells you what are you going to do about it and hangs up. Poor poor customer service. You will never see me again nor my money.
Romans chef salad
We often purchase the chef salad at Romans Wing Tip Montana Preoria. On 26 Sep we again purhased the salad. On our arrival home we found both portions to be extremely small, much smaller than we are used to. The lettuce was more than 1 third of the container with very little cheese, ham, croutans and other ingredients, much less than the usual portions previously purchased. I am ver disappointed and am considering alternative places to purchase the once excellent salad. We ordered through a Mr Delivery service last night. Can honestly say it is the worst pizza we ever had. Could not even finish the two pizzas. Dry and zero taste as in zero. Could have just as well eaten a cardboard box with cheese on. Very disappointing

I visited your store at R55 Mall un Centurion on 16 September at 14:30. There were one customer infront of me and about 6 staff members behind the counter. Not once was I acknowledged or greeted. I waited my turn and eventualy when it was the lady ignored me and helped the customer behind me. The service is absolutely shocking. I will never visit this store again.
