I ordered a pizza from Phoenix plaza branch on the 19/12/2021, Terrence Mlaba assisted me at16.41, advised it takes 50 mins for delivery, I called twice and the pizza only arrived at 18.13, it was gone extremely cold and hard. Spoke to the delivery guy and he said he just collected it and came to me, he advise he took less than 10 mins to get to me, he advised when he got there, the order was left aside, thats why it must be cold

I bought pizza pie at Roman's Denlyn MAMELODI, sweet chill flavour it looked and tasted like yaaak, all the meat out side, I usually buy pizza pie at Waverly Waverly trust me they made me love it . I even gave it to my dog tasteless
Steak supreme
Hi i ordered a pizza from romans ntn center lenasia. Called in to order n asked someone to pick up coz we about half hour away from there. Anyways our order was a 2 steak supreme n to our expectation we've received something that was like a steak curry pizza which was falling all over the box. It was a soggy wettish pizza that was not even a what we ordered. Unfortunately we too far to go back n complain. Il neva buy from them again. Romans should take this seriously coz its very disappointing. Ate at signet n they are 100% leka.
Tangy Russian pizza
I've ordered pizza and received one with flies in it. Due to electricity outage I had no choice but to order take aways. Accidents happen but flies are a definite no! The last time we ordered we also had a problem but I didn't see need to file a complaint. This time however, it's unacceptable!

Ordered pizza tonight at Romans Welkom FS branch. Accept for the service, which was pathetic to say the least, the staff could not take the order correctly and really incompetent. I ended up with an extra pizza which I did not order but had to pay for it. To top it off, the payment of R489.30 was double charged to my bank account. The manager was not on site and we had to wait longer than 45 minutes for him to come back from Checkers. He was not able to even address the challenge. I ended up paying for a second coke which were supposedly free with the special of two large pizzas. I am appalled with the service received and up to date did not receive the double charge from my bank account back.
Desired outcome: Payback of my money without delay.

I bought 2 large pizza's special at Roman's Denlyn in mamelodi the one for R189.90 1 BBQ chicken with pineapple and 1 four in 1 on the four in 1 I asked for BBQ sauce instead they put mayonnaise and when I checked them before collecting I told the lady that why is it that I don't see BBQ sauce in the pizza she says no it's the so I was wondering if I was given a wrong order which happened before or what even with the mayonnaise is was so unpleasant because we always have it with BBQ couldn't go back as I was far already
Desired outcome: They should listen more often to their customers because we are the ones who are buying using money even if it's a special we should get what we ordered
Bad treatment
I got to Romans in my work uniform and found a very friendly male cashier. As I was talkibg to him there's a guy named Sam that showed me that he's actually talking about me and started giggling in front of my eyes. He tarnished my image because an old lady that was sitting next to me asked what was wrong with me and why is he laughing. What a shame, I've actually chose Romans when I could have bought pizza in my store. I believe that a business grows when you see same old faces over and over again...
Desired outcome: Sam must call me and apologize...

I ordered pizza telephonically at Soshanguve plaza and when I got to romans to collect the pizza they let me stand a que where they were still taking orders. And I asked when I got there as there was a one long que what upsets me the most is when I raised the issue they couldn't even apologize for that .
Very unhappy about the service received today.
Desired outcome: An acknowledgement and apology would've made the difference.

I bought the pizza on special 27/11/2021 I phoned to place my order around 16:30 Bongeka Mlilwana [protected] it was sweet Chili Chicken and BBQ sparerib and mushrooms I am not happy with the sweet Chili chicken the Dow is not well cooked as I am writing my email the time is 04:06 I have stomach cramps sitting in the bathroom my husband and my 9yrs old daughter as well my husband ate 2 slices my daughter 1 and I ate 1 I still have it as evidence I am so disappointed this is my first time getting this and I always buy my pizza in the same place ☹

On the 14th of November I placed an order on the mr d application however I saw it was for collection I therefore called the store in promenade seconds After i order which the sale associate as a lady then told me she saw my order, and a driver will collect and drop my order. However it went off my account.seconds before my order suppose to be dropped a sales associate phoned to my cellphone and asked when I'm collecting my food, and that was 5 minutes before they closing. I then asked why didn't the first person I spoke to suppose to let me know that I suppose to contact mr d for my order.
Well I think this is so unprofessional and I'm so disappointed in the service because how was I suppose to call mr d five minute before they closing and which the first person I spoke too never told me? And how I'm suppose to get the monies that went off my banking application!
Desired outcome: They need to figure out a solution how I’m getting my food, if not I want my money back !!

I have waited 40 minutes and phoned her since it wasnt done then i asked when is it done when will it be done she than proceeded to tell me now i can come fetch it and it was still not done according to her due to low on staff
This is unacceptable when placing a order they need to tell you it is going to take longer than usually

hi there i ordered a pizza from romans firndale the bacon Supreme its not what it is its more like green pepper supreme there is only one blob of backwn and the rest is green pepper if this is not sorted i am posting pics of this as its not how it should be done so if you call that the bacon supreme you need to rethink the name as we pay good money for this and thats what we get in return

Barbeque spare rib pizza with pineapple and honey and mustard pizza
I ordered this 2 pizzas with Mr Delivery. The barbeque sparerib had no pineapple. The honey and mustard one base was raw and no honey and mustard sauce. Both pizzas was extremely dry!
I am really dissapointed in this, as in todays time ordering pizza is a luxury and this is the quality that you received!
Bought lasagna and it was cold at the bottom. No apologies .just told going to re heat it and over did it
When was reheated they burn it. Proper cooker required here

Valley View Krugersdorp South Africa.
I waited very long for the pizza - the people before us also had to leave and came back later to fetch their orders as they had to go to other businesses before the closing time.
after a very long time waiting, i came home with pizza that was not properly cooked - raw and not tasty at all.
I am sooooooooooo disgusted with Valley View Romans Pizza.
The lady at the counter also continously said to the customers that they only have one oven thats working and only one person making the pizza's ? Surely this is not how its supposed to be.

Worst service
On Saturday, 30th October 2021 I ordered 2 Pizza Pies from Romans Pizza at Parkview Mall. My girlfriend ordered a pizza pie before me and she got her order within 5 minutes. I waited for more than 20 minutes and noticed orders that were made after mine were going out. I asked them politely what was going on and nobody would answer me. The staff kept looking down and eventually after I kept asking the one cashier went to the back and only started my order. No explanation at all. Just saying it will be ready now. During this whole time the cook at the back was staring at me as if I was doing something wrong. They could see I was upset but no appology or explanation was given. Only the cashiers looking down at their hands and the cheff staring at me in a very rude and antagonising manner.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received.
Desired outcome: The staff need to go through customer service training. Where was the manager?
Chicken and mayo, bacon
I bought 4 large chicken and mayo yesterday, it seemed like for all those 4 pizzas I bought they used 4 bacon cut it in pieces and placed a small piece on each slice. And the cheese is worse can hardly taste it. Am unhappy dry pizza

Ill-mannered treatment
On Saturday, the 30th October 2021, at 16H19, my wife placed an order for 3 large pizzas, at Romanz pizza, shop 15 Garden Centre, 659 Van Der Hoff road, Pretoria Gardens, 0082, South Africa.
The order was for 2 x Tripple cheese, 1 thick base and one thin base, as well as a Hawaiian thick base. My wife had to repeat the order 4 times. When she came back to our vechile, I saw on the order, number 240, that there were 3 x Hawaiian pizzas ordered.
She immediately went back in, to rectify this mistake. The person who helped her placing the order, was a male, although on the slipp it say that the cashier was Victoria Rampedi. He again helped her, although this time he was also working on another cash register. It seems like he was the manager, or assistant manager.
He then started to argue with my wife in a very rude manner, and making her out to be a liar. This made her felt very belittled. In stead of just correcting the mistake, he kept telling her that she was wrong. His attitude was not well at all, and then he humiliated her in front of others. In fact, all the staff seems very unfriendly, they do not greet the customers, or even smile at all.
This is sad, because one doesn't feel like going there again.
