We purchased our usual 2 large pizzas @ hammanskraal romans pizza, 1 margarita and 1chicken bbq the pizzas was so bad that the tomato paste was like diluted pink sauce the pizza was beyond oily the box leaked with the amount of oil in it. The mushrooms looked like it was a week old 🤯 please reconsider before purchasing from this store your family might just get food poisoning. We wanted to get an additional pizza with avo and was told that this is not the season for avos and they don' t sell what we want. The customer service was not friendly and welcoming at all... Shop owner please motivate your staff to do their jobs well...

We bought last night 3 pizza pies through Mr Delivery.

I have attached pictures of how disgusting this looked the dough was raw and not even cook the filling on the inside was coming out and just falling, it was even smashed and brought to us.

I tried calling the Phoenix Plaza Romans and no one answered yesterday evening.

I need a response regarding this.

Vredenburg Roman's pizza makes you wait 2 hours for your order. I ordered 17: 46 and only received my very cold order at 19:40. I followed up my order with the manager on duty only to get the reply that rhe driver is out with my order? I live les then 2 kms from the store! This is not the first time I have received poor service from this store. Also the Roman's app does not wotk for the store any more. You have to phone in the order?

I've bought 4 pizzas from Romans in Rietfontein Pretoria. I ordered a Quatro without ham and extra anchovies. Had to pay R19.90 for that. When I opened it at home, I found NO anchovies. I phoned the shop and spoke to the manager Natalie. She said she will make my pizza and deliver it to me. I asked her how she can deliver it without my address. She said they had it on their system. An hour later, I was still waiting. Phoning back she informed me that she never told me that they will deliver ! Then said I can have it delivered for a fee of R40. Definitely won't go to Romans ever again.

Hi my name is Betty on sunday afternoon me and my husband bought a pizza at romans pizza signet terrace lenasia as i was chewing my pizza something didnt feel right when i took it out of my mouth it was a dirty piece of a mop at this point we had just left the restaurant we turned back and took it back my husband asked to speak to the owner he pretended not to hear my husband on the phone the owner asked to speak to the manager and instructed her to give us our money back and send us on our way he didn't even apologise this is unacceptable i felt physically sick after that just thinking that dirty mop in my mouth make me sick i was literally chewing it what i ate was not even fit for animals to consume we did take photo's

Today at 15:54 I bought a sava flavor double large pizza at Raisethorpe Moosas square Roman's. The first pizza we ate was perfect when we got to the 2nd pizza . It was stinking like fish and the base was smelling stale . I complained and 3 staff members and the manager refused to do anything about this . I took as many pics as I could. I have the pizza including the invoice . The managers response was unethical .

I bought The tropical pizza with bacon and Pinapple, when the cashier handed me the pizza she did not open up the pizza for me to see what's inside and I assumed it is because its raining outside and there are people in the store waiting to be assisted and I was really fine with this.I got home to find a shock of my life,the bacon looks old on the 3 slices of pizza they not pinkish/reddish they are brown/greenish and have a horrible smell,I took pictures,this is really bad one can get food poisoning from such foods I don't even understand why someone would cook that bacon ans give it to someone to eat I'm disgusted at Roman's pizza welkom, I took off the bacon and ate 2 slices,and I feel so sick

I'm really disappointed by the pizza that was just delivered to me now 😕 now.

I think I can do much better 😌.

The person who did it deliberately I don't think they have kitchen skills.

It's not like am getting this for free I paid full price for it..

Today the27.10.22 my wife purchased 2xLarge Pizza from the Lenasia South Branch,Funny enough it was my time to eat and I had already eaten half a Pizza when I felt something in my mouth, taking these thing I noticed it's hard, it looks like thmye(Herb) closer inspection I found this to be a metal wire which looks roasted and the pizza did have a very unpleasant taste, I feel sick and unhappy as I feel had I swallowed this object i can't imagine what would of happened, this has endangered myself and who knows how many more customers, I want a proper incidental report actioned and if I am already feeling sick,I will be freezing this product should you require to conduct an investigation on this Pizza! please intervene urgently!

I placed an order on Mr D today the 17th October 2022, around 2pm.

I had ordered 3 small pizzas from Romans Pizza which were for my 2 Nieces Aged 1 And 3.

Upon opening 2 of the 3 Pizzas Ordered, both pizzas had a fly and flies eggs infested in the pizza. This is utterly ridiculous as infants were to be consuming this meal. If there were left without adult supervision, they would have consumed this unknowingly and this would have had a negative effect on my Nieces.

This is unacceptable and pathetic food delivery from one of the few well known pizza establishments in Chatsworth.

The packaging of the product couldn't have been tampered with from pick up to delivery. This happened from the production line as the flies eggs were underneath a layer of cheese.

Attached are pictures of my reciepts and pictures of the pathetic and poor food. The food may be collected from my delivery address for inspection.

On the 18/10/2022 around 16:51, i sent a child to buy pizza worth R195.80 at Soshanguve plaza. The cashier who helped her there swiped R795.00 instead of the the pizza amount and apparently when i got there the manager told me that this is not the first incident that has happened with the very same cashier. It is so bad because the manager knows what the cashier is doing but they still let him work and continue to scam people.

Due to your advertisement of how delicious your desert pies look and taste, I ordered two (apple cinnamon and belgian chocolate) from your outlet in Elarduspark, Pretoria, but what a disappointment!

Please have a look at the attached photo's of the pies I bought from your outlet and compare it with your advertisement and please let me know if it is the same product. It tastes as it looks.

Either your outlet is deceiving people, or you do a misrepresentation with your advertising promotion. Which one is it?

I complained on the 27th of September to this day my query has not been attended to.

I'm disappointed in the quality of the food, I accepted better service from you as I always order from you. This was delivered from Blue Valley Roman's pizza

I'm so appauled at the level of disrespect your establishment has shown me, the desregard of basic human decency. Right now I have a runny tummy because of your uncooked food. There pizza was just uncooked dough

I expect full compensation because I can not pay for food that wasn't cooked.

Do better and fix this because this is disgusting.

Guys I don't know where you went wrong I make sure every Friday we eat Pizza at my house but this one I bought today,nah I want my refund or another Pizza because me and my daughter and son we vomited while eating nah can't like this you guys one of my best I don't buy Pizza anywhere expect you nah...had to put my money to the bin nah guys

Ek het 4 pizza gekoop vir my huis vol mense ek die chiken en mayo met fetta bestel al 2 daai pizza was so droog die base was gebrand al 2 pizza was so droog en sleg ek is bitter teleurgestel ek ondersteun romanz bethlehem altyd ek geen warde vir my geld gekry nie glad nie tevrede nie

Ons het ons uit eet famieli dag verander om pizza eerder te bestel

Ek dit sondag die 2 oktober 2022 gekoop ek wil graag he die eienaar van bethlehem moet my kontak

30 Sept 2022 I placed a pizza order to Romanz pizza Gardens Pretoria.

The order was qiuck but wrongly delivered , order was #6934.

I phoned just to complain about the order what was wrong.

What a disaster.

I explained , was put threw to another person.

Said he will rectify and swop my pizzas for the correct ones. HE took my address and said it will be delivered in 25minutes.

After 37 minutes ( now a hour has passed after original order ) a person phoned and asked for my address again.

UNPROFESSIONAL

After another 20 minutes the person called me again and say I must talk to the branch he can't get address.

I phoned Romanz pizza Gardens Pretoria and spoke to THABU , attitude

I said he can Keep his Pizzas

What a disaster experience

I placed an order for two large pizzas tangy Russian and onion as well as the chicken mayo (feta) flavor at Protea Glen branch yesterday evening. I was specific that they must not remove the onions. I've experienced this before where they don't put onions on the tangy Russian and onion pizza. They don't even ask you if they should remove the onions. I couldn't taste the chutney on their base. There was nothing.

As for the Chicken Mayo feta, I could count the feta and the chicken that was sprinkled, there was no red peppers which add to the flavor of course. Pitty I could not return both the pizza because it's a 20 mins drive. What is happening? They don't open the box when you collect any more because they know we will return the pizzas immediately. I am not happy and I will definitely not recommend Protea Glen mall Roman's Pizza to anyone

I need my pizza or my refund. No one wants to deliver my order. They also don't want to refund myonly that time I need to place another order somewhere else.

Please find attached for your attention. I placed an order at romans pizza, sunridge village,Port elizabeth. I phoned in my order at basically 18:00 and was told my pizza will be ready in 20 to 30min. I arrived here and they have misplaced my order and have to remake it. I have to fetch my wife from the airport at 19:00 this is blady ridiculous. No apologies no nothing. I am honestly beyond pissed off. I have already sent an email to head office on Friday with no response.

On the 15.09.2022 I bought one large four in 1 pizza, thin base with extra cheese at Romans pizza Brackenurst for my 2 kids and thier most favorite pizza and they qould never leave a slice or share with anyone. But hoewer that day they couldn't finish the pizza not alone eat 2 slice from the box. They complained about tbe smell and the taste of the bacon. When I got home 8pm a tried calling the pizza place to checm if it was still open. A lady answered and definately not impressed on how my issue was handled as she was trying to explain that they changed the supplier and thier bacon changes colour. she kept urging " telling me to stop talking she was just not interested in what I had to say but acccording to her we had to just eat the pizza with rotten bacon. This store was one of tbe best but am truly disappointed affer the experience had. how she wanted to convince me withoutvchecking and validating any data as if it's the 1st time we eat pizza or bacon where we cant even establish the difference between something good or off.
