Worst business I have ever dealt with! Mt seatbelts were shipped and delivered to them.. This was confirmed by 2 MASS post officers. They lost all of my seatbelts and module. USPS confirmed package was delivered and we spoke with someone that had it there at their facility. They even had our information already entered in their system, so someone enter the info from Safety Restore...and now they say it's USPS fault! Spoke with the manager that ask for extra TIME to locate my package and promise me he would call back with a resolution! They never even called us back. Stay away! ***ZERO STARS!

I contacted them directly first to describe my issue and to ensure they would be able to resolve/fix the broken seatbelt. After a brief description I was informed of the process needed to fix my seatbelt issue and was provided guidance on selecting the proper option from their web site. I mailed the broken seatbelt to them and within the expected time mentioned I received the repaired product. Had it re-installed and its been working as expected ever since. Honestly, this is one of the most satisfying purchases I've made. All the times I change items on the car that I don't always get to see or feel, but having something that I touch and see every time I drive just feels more satisfying than a hugely expensive purchase. I've gotten a few compliments and questions asking how I did that. They have a flat rate cost for any of their color change seat belt replacement. when they say 24-hour turn around they aren't kidding. They are on top of their email communications informing me of the current progress. The whole process of receiving, replacing, and returning took way less than two days TOPS. They even offered to ship with a different carrier when I requested it. If you want a simple mod to your car this really makes it stand out this is the way to go. Honestly, you won't regret it. Just want to throw this out to anyone who is checking this for any specific things to look out for. Good to have a buddy help you who knows how to work with airbags and how to remove it. they have some guides online i think but they inform you in advance on how to take it out, remember how to do it, don't extend the seatbelt too much. just precautionary things to look out for so no self errors occur and you blame them for it. over all perfect purchase

Found Safety restore on line took my seatbelt out and brought it in. They tested the seatbelt right there and told nothing Wrong with it. They said it could be the airbag control module. I brought it in they perform their service on it I reinstalled the module and problem solved! Safety Restore save me over $ 500.00 these guys are the best! I highly recommend.

We rebuilt a salvage vehicle. Needed to replace the airbag module and both front seat belts. We had no idea what we were getting into when we started, but this company was so helpful in getting the parts repaired. It saved us quite a bit to be able to repair rather than buy new. And the promised turn around time of 24 hours... sounded almost too good to be true, but they did it. Thank you Safety Restore!

My repair shop sent them the front seat belts from my car for a color change. Upon receipt, they notified me that the color I selected was currently out of stock and gave me two other color options or the option to wait for a delivery which was expected to arrive within the following week. I chose to wait. Once the correct materialwas recieved, they completed the color swap and returned the items to my repair shop. There was a slight issue with the UPS delivery but it was resolved immediately. The quality of the work was so good, I had the rear belts done as well. Truly outstanding service! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

There's one thing this place does and that's repair seat belts. And man do they do it well! One morning I came out to get into and drive off in my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. But the seat belt would not work. I pulled it out but it wouldn't retract. The night before and since 2007 it worked flawlessly. But not that morning. I've never experienced this before in any car. So I had to try to figure out if this was a DIY project. I couldn't find a replacement part that would work with my air bag system and that was important to me. So scratch DIY. And scratch local mechanic and certainly dealer. I would not get a salvaged unit either. I needed my car and didn't want to pay through the nose. Fortunately, through my research, I kept coming across Safety Restore. I'd read reviews but was skeptical. I even looked for competitors and as far as I could tell there were none. That fed my skepticism even more. I finally "broke down" and figured I i might as well try. I didn't come across one bad review (which fed my skepticism even more!). So for the price and the claims I bit the bullet. If I lost the belt, or it couldn't be fixed, I knew I could go to the dealer. I was able to remove the belt system much easier than I thought. (I needed 45 and 50 torx bit drivers and had them on hand and had to use my impact driver to budge the bolts.) Once that was done I just found a box in the house suitable to ship it off. Longer story shortened... within a week I had my belt back and in ten minutes it was back in my car! Honestly I was surprised and extremely happy. So I'm leaving this review for fellow travelers in a similar predicament. Unsure? Skeptical? Rest assured, this merchant does what it says it does. They are dependable, reliable, fast and inexpensive. If this happens to any of my other vehicles or to my kids' cars I won't even need to think twice about where to have our seat belt restored. They do one thing and they do it extremely well.

I sent this company 6 sets of seatbelts and 4 airbag modules for repair
I sent this company 6 sets of seatbelts and 4 airbag modules for repair. They told me it will take them one week for turnaround as they are busy, which normally takes 24 hours. It's been now 3 weeks and they are giving me excuses every day that it will be shipped. I still haven't received my seatbelts or tracking info. I had to cancel inspection 3 times, which costs $40 each time for 5 different vehicles. I really don't know what to do any longer

Nothing was repaired, it came back untouched with all the old rusted parts not replaced. I emailed them, a photo of the part and asked for a refund. I have not received any response.

repair and rendered the unit unusable and a replacement must be found. This is a safety belt used in a vehicle that presently cannot be use. The safety belt assy was returned to me with evidence of superglue used, frayed webbing with evidence that older tags were removed to possibly show the webbing was new, superglue on the webbing. There are missing pieces to the locking mechanisms housings both sides. I cannot and will not use the assy because of the condition it was returned as I deem is unsafe to use due to their inability to properly repair the unit. Also I have not intention of disassembling it to see its condition.

They were difficult to get in touch with despite the fact the service is still offered. They agreed to the repair and the process took about 2 weeks to when I had the label and was able to send the seat belt to them. They claimed they would refund my original purchase price also for the issues. (which is the only reason I sent it back to them) When they received the seat belt, they sent me a bill for the repair plus shipping which they did not charge on the original repair. When I replied that the repair was supposed to be under warranty, they claimed the seatbelt was unrepairable ( the car had never been in an accident) and they are now refusing to return my seatbelt which has a value of $200 +.

After the their second attempt I sent my unit to a different business and after they received it. They informed me that my unit is damaged internally by Safety Restore. They advised me that the unit needs to be replaced and it will cost me around $600. I have every proof that can confirm that. I called to Safety Restore and they refused to cooperate with this issue. They said that they will refund me my money for their service but not for the damaged unit and I still did not received my refund. I would like to get my money back for their service that they failed to provide and $600 for the damaged property. I would like address that this business is dangerous to a public, since they working on Airbags Modules that can fail anytime and hurt someone. Please help me with this issue. Company returned the wrong seat belts and then has continually ignored my communications to resolve the issue. We arranged for their seatbelt repair service through Ebay. We paid for the service and promptly shipped four seatbelts to this company as instructed. After a period of time far longer than quoted on their website, we received four seatbelts in return. We took the seatbelts to our mechanic who immediately informed us three of the four seatbelts were not our seatbelts. He showed us that the mounting holes did not match those on the vehicle. We contacted this company immediately and informed them of the situation. They instructed us to return the three incorrect seatbelts and they would attempt to locate ours and ship them to us immidiately. We shipped the seatbelts as instructed at a 80.00 dollar expense to us. They received the seatbelts and have been avoiding us ever since. We have attempted to contact this company numerous times and have continuously been told a manager would look at the situation and resolve it for us. It has now been over two months and they have not provided any resolution to this issue.

Dear Complaintsboard.com: i shipped 2 damaged seatbelts and 1 Air bag module for restoration to safety Restore @ 40 Main St Westfield, MA 01805 via USPS , the USPS office confirmed delivering the items on October 25 at 8:09AM, i had previously paid the fees thru eBay for the equipment restoration so i placed the invoice in the box. a week passed and i didn't hear anything form them so i called Safety Restore to get an update on my order. the representative who answered the phone asked me for the tracking number which i provided, after a while he said that they couldn't find my shipment, he asked for time to find it so i said ok, as of today no one at Safety Restore knows where my items are so they refunded the money I paid thru eBay, i need the equipment to finish the project. Today 11/18 I called to get an update and they send me directly to the answering service, i sent messages thru eBay but nobody is responding to my messages, the equipment shipped is for a 2019 Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid and to purchase that brand new it will be too expensive, that is the reason I decided to restore the damaged equipment with Safety Restore. Safetyrestore has been falsely advertising 24 hr turnaround time on almost all their advertisements but apparently their turnaround time is way longer than that. I purchased their service through ebay on 03/08/22 and sent them seatbelts for repair which they received on 03/11/22 Friday. Now as per their advertisement they should have sent back the fixed seatbelts by 03/14/22 Monday considering they don't work on weekends. Instead they didn't even bother to respond to my multiple communication through ebay message. Finally on 03/15/22 they confirmed receiving the seatbelts and said they are woking on it and will be done and sent in one day. After not receiving any tracking update I again started reaching out to them by email and text, multiple time but no response. At the end I end up involving eBay who despite their "FALSE" 24 hour turnaround time asked me to wait till 03/23/22 which was final day by which they should be sending back the fixed seatbelts. 23rd March passed *** response from Safetyrestore. Now eBay officially intervened and gave them 3 day to send back the seatbelt. Also they registered my case as possible fraud. Still no response from Safetyrestore. After that I sent them text and told them the same thing as eBay have registered fraud case against them and these may affect their listing on ebay. As soon they show the text with eBay fraud detection, they started communicating with me on both email and text, apologizing about delay, falsely claiming they haven't received some of my communication. Try to use excuse of delay due to covid situation and all. Thank god in my case I purchased the service through eBay and I had option to report them as fraud on eBay , else they would have simply keep ignoring my communication and I would have never received the answer or seatbelts worth $2400. Their listing claims 24HR Turnaround. Here is the timeline: - 4/21=Placed order (#-[protected]), paid $123.88 for the repairs, and mailed SR 1 airbag module for a 21 Kia and 2 front seatbelts for the same vehicle, - 4/27=My items are received by SR - 5/4=Sent a message to SR requesting update - 5/6=I called SR and asked for update. Received update via message saying they had my items but there were a series of delays - 5/12=Sent a message to SR requesting update - 5/13= SR messages me to say my items have been repaired shipped to me, but the courier says Insufficient Address - 5/16=Sent a message to SR letting them know items didn't arrive and that my address is correct and hasn't changed - 5/19=Sent a message to SR requesting update. SR replied saying the address has been updated with the courier - 5/24=Sent a message to SR requesting update - 5/26=Sent a message to SR requesting update - 6/2=Sent a message to SR requesting update - 6/7=41 days after SR received my items, I still don't have them. I contacted the courier for help and was able to get back the $123.88 I spent to get the items repaired. - Today: I still don't have the items I sent them back (repaired or not). There are other companies who can make the repairs, but I don't have the items to send to another company. It feels like SR is trying to wash their hands of this by just returning the money I spent for the repairs and ignoring that they lost my items. Buying the items new (Kia part numbers 95910S9000, 88810S9500WK, 888S9500WK) will be $900+. I want the items back more than the money, but if that is their only solution, I will accept the money.

My repair shop sent them the front seat belts from my car for a color change. Upon receipt, they notified me that the color I selected was currently out of stock and gave me two other color options or the option to wait for a delivery which was expected to arrive within the following week. I chose to wait. Once the correct materialwas recieved, they completed the color swap and returned the items to my repair shop. There was a slight issue with the UPS delivery but it was resolved immediately. The quality of the work was so good, I had the rear belts done as well. Truly outstanding service! I recommend them wholeheartedly.
There's one thing this place does and that's repair seat belts. And man do they do it well! One morning I came out to get into and drive off in my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. But the seat belt would not work. I pulled it out but it wouldn't retract. The night before and since 2007 it worked flawlessly. But not that morning. I've never experienced this before in any car. So I had to try to figure out if this was a DIY project. I couldn't find a replacement part that would work with my air bag system and that was important to me. So scratch DIY. And scratch local mechanic and certainly dealer. I would not get a salvaged unit either. I needed my car and didn't want to pay through the nose. Fortunately, through my research, I kept coming across Safety Restore. I'd read reviews but was skeptical. I even looked for competitors and as far as I could tell there were none. That fed my skepticism even more. I finally "broke down" and figured I i might as well try. I didn't come across one bad review (which fed my skepticism even more!). So for the price and the claims I bit the bullet. If I lost the belt, or it couldn't be fixed, I knew I could go to the dealer. I was able to remove the belt system much easier than I thought. (I needed 45 and 50 torx bit drivers and had them on hand and had to use my impact driver to budge the bolts.) Once that was done I just found a box in the house suitable to ship it off. Longer story shortened... within a week I had my belt back and in ten minutes it was back in my car! Honestly I was surprised and extremely happy. So I'm leaving this review for fellow travelers in a similar predicament. Unsure? Skeptical? Rest assured, this merchant does what it says it does. They are dependable, reliable, fast and inexpensive. If this happens to any of my other vehicles or to my kids' cars I won't even need to think twice about where to have our seat belt restored. They do one thing and they do it extremely well.
