would not exchage faulty flatiron purchased 3 weeks ago
I purchased a flatiron3 weeks ago with the one year warranty. The iron overheated and smoking. I tried a different oulet to see if it would work, it didn't. I took it back to the store in Hawthore for an exchange since I purchased the warranty. I was told by the rude employee and the assistant manager that they could not take it back beause of the poor condition of the plates and because I no longer had the box. Mind you, the back of the receipt clearly states the 60 day return policy with the receipt the plates had faded because of the overheating. They referred me to the manufacturer. What good is the warranty for? I contacted Conair and the item was replace right away because they stand by their product. Also, the rude employee insinuated that I was lying. Sally's corp office should really train their employees better. They act like the really don't care about their customers.

rude unproffesional service
i received a $5 off coupon via the internet due to expire that day. went to store to renew membership and apply coupon to my purchase. the clerk told my yearly membership had been renewed which is why i got the coupon. they needed my card to process. went back home and returned to find out the membership was not renewed and they would not honor the coupon since part of the image on the coupon was not printed clearly. the coupon number and all the info was very clear. since i wasted 1 hour going back and forth, was willing to renew my membership (one of the reasons i went to store) they then said since the picture was not fully visible that they would not honor it. the manager wasted another 30 minutes of my time to get to that conclusion and insisted she was in the right. i have been a customer for years and they could of easily renewed my membership and sent me a future coupon. but instead kept insisting they could do nothing. very bad customer service! i will complain to the company directly.
knowing what i do now - i'll make sure the photo prints - does not change the fact that she could have dealt with it differently. i've been a customer for years. she could have honored the coupon - especially since i had to get my card - and it was indeed due to renew - wht's a coupon for a regular customer and i was buying more
no the printer didn't pick up the image - the code and all the other info was very clear
i agree. been in there and not good customer support
returns
I am a dog groomer for shelters. I have a great set of Wahl Clippers. I sent my husband into this store to buy replacement blades. He called me as soon as he got there I let them know I need blades for this specific model. YOU would thinkg Sales associates working these stores would know how to sale you the right item considering the only way of getting the blades is from the sales associate at the counter. Since they refuse to give customer satisfaction on items that sales reps should have knowledge of the consumer pays the price. When my husband returned with the bag yes I had bag balm on my hands yes it got on the OUTSIDE of the package and well anyone that has delt with dogs knows dog hair gets on everything. so ok yes I admit The ink on the back of the package was smeared and ok so maybe a dog hair or 2 was on my hand but the package wasn't opened even after me calling them after pulling the package out of the bag and telling the associate that this is the wrong one she sold us I was told well they are the same size and they changed them a bit. Well I could tell by looking thru the clear package without opening it that I have 3 screw holes that need to bolt the blade on not 2. So since I had to wait 2 days for a manager to call who insisted she would lose her job if anyone found out but since the package wasn't opened she would do exchange for the right ones. So sent my husband in to exchange them and due to me wiping the oil off the outside of package causing the smear on the upc code she refused to exchange. So I called the corporate office who then called the store to have the store manager LIE to them saying I was trying to get money back on blades that had been used and was covered in hair. I asked them how that could be when the package was never opened there was no way hair got inside and it was impossible for me to even use them since I don't have a set of clippers that even takes that blade. I was then told by the corporate office that one can use blades without a set of clippers. I said yes of course I should of tried that maybe i can comb the blades thru the dogs hair and cause them to vibrate against each other to get the job done thanks for your help. Since this incident and talking to a hairdresser that has her own shop in the area to find out she won't even give this store any business since they refuse to ever exchange items that don't even work even items purchased 2 hours prior to returning to the store. Maybe the store remembers the blowdryer that cost well over $100.00 that shorted out and almost burnt her hand. Sally stores sell supplies and I know they can't control if they get a faulty item but they should return it and send it back to the company itself but seems it doesn't matter if it's an item that has malfunctioned or a sales rep that is incompetent but my take on it is I know the economy is in a crisis even chain stores have had their share of problems but you shouldn't rip off your customers especially when you need customers that are satisfied to keep your business going. Overall I believe the sales rep sold the wrong item on purpose this set of blades cost more then the set I needed and they need sales and afterall the sale is final even on unopened packages doesn't matter if they have hired incompetent workers that have NO knowledge of blades you would think the workers would at least know how to read the paper to match the blades for your model. I will not shop here ever again for anything and well I know a hairdresser that suggests the same.

harassment/discrimination by managment
I am actually reporting this on behalf of my sister. She is an emplyee at Sally's, and has been working there since December 2009. When she was hired, the preveious manager was aware that she was epileptic. Well this new manager is very rude. She says rude remarks about my sisters sexual orintation, her epilepcy, and has cut her hours to only 9 hours a...

I agree this place is a joke. They swiped my debit card twice and took the amount out twice and tried to tell me my card was denied the first time. They are always rude. The manager is never there if they have problems they have to call her on the phone. I tried to return some hair spray that did not spray out right and was told they thought it sprayed just fine. Everything I have ever tried to return the manager gives me a hard time if she lets me return it at all. I rarely ever see anyone in this store. I have complained about ths store before . I promise after today's experence will never go back. Maybe this store will close and they can blame themselves. Here the customer s never right I am an upstanding lady in this town, and was taught that the customer is always right. They don't treat customers with any respect. Does Sally offer any traning at all to these employees's? I just took my hair spray from the managers hand and walked away, this is really bad business. I was in this Lufkin, Texas Store 3/23/10. with my problem not solved. Thanks Sally keep up the bad work.

Well I worked for Sally Beauty Supply in Bloomsburg, Pa and I loved it there. The manager there was awesome and our DM was as well. I unfortinately am no longer working there but did not have anything to do with the management. At that store the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT! no matter what the problem they will fix it so not all Sally Beauty Supply stores are bad!
you think thats bad well my DM was always drunk when she visited our stores and sallys did nothing about till it got so bad she stole lots of product from them! she was the worst DM I have ever had in my career! I think service is bad because sally pay there employees so little and they dont care about their employees either! it starts at the head and flows down to the employees!
bad service
I took my daughter and her boyfriend to Sallys Beauty supply in Riverside for color and bleach for their hair and color for my hair.
Boyfriend went to pay for his purchases and came back into the store while two associates followed him back to where I was. So much for being discreet! I asked the kids to put their purchases that I have yet to pay for on the counter and I was so heated that I didn't get anything for myself.
The reason they followed him back was because he looked like a thief! What exactly does that mean?
he is a normal looking 18 year old kid.
His hair is bleached with their product! His goal is to be a hair stylist...I spend a lot of time and money in that store because I know how to color my own hair and I have been doing it for 5 years now.
Needless to say but that will be the last time I step foot in that store! Back to overpriced Salons for me!

I came in to return two products of which I have only used once and hated. The manager at the spring TX location was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not want to do a return and refund on my items. She was blaming me for the products not working out and said there's nothing wrong with the products. I was insulted and that is why I will continue shopping at the sallys in humble although it is a lot further away and I live in spring I will never step foot into the spring location again. If you want to be treated with no respect and have bad customer service make sure to come to the sallys located in spring TX.

I used to work at Sally Beauty Supply & Equipment. Then one day, I get a phone call saying that there is money missing. They launched an investigation into who stole the money, everyone pointed their fingers to me. I did not steal the money! There are 4 people working at the shop. One of the team members is dating the manager's son, and then the assistant manager is really good friends with the team member. Right from the start, that is 3 strikes against me. What justice is that? I got fired because someone stole money and they all blamed me for it. I HATE THAT PLACE!
Previous letter is from Pennsylvania, sorry.
new manager
My new manager is a bully she likes to tell lie about me. And tells me I did price changes wrong and it is not true. She just became a manager already she on vacation.

employee n manager stole my money n laughed about it
on july 27 I took my girl to your suppy store. Everything was fine untill we cashed out at register. The girl behing the counter made mistake after mistake while in posesion of my debit card. To my knowledge everything was fine. Then later in the day we went to the atm to get money for a concert we had tickets to. thats when i found out that the girl charged us 3 times for the same transaction. So I called the store manager and explained the problem and not only did she not care about the supposed mistakes, she laughed outload on the phone at us. Not only is this not acceptable they will not get away with this. We contacted the corparate office and still no luck. I guess your company policy is to screw lifelong custermers to the point where we must take u to court. P.S. I will tell every person i know about your policy and do my best to make them shop else where. If this angers any1 at corparate then maybe you should police your own employees so situations will not resul;t in litigation and customer hate of your establishment.
lifelong customer no more

I find it hard to believe that they picked up the phone, you told them about your issue, and they just started laughing. I think there is a little more to this story.
First don't ever use a debit card, use a CREDIT card for purchases like this. You can call the card company and file a complaint so the charges will be corrected or removed. In your case keeping the receipt would prove you didn't purchase that amount. Show the store a photostat of the original - don't let them get hands on the original - and file claim in small claims court if they don't correct it.
hair color
Last week I went into the local Sally Beauty Supply to pick up some hair coloring. I've been coloring my own hair to several years now, but this was the first time I've gone into Sally's for hair color. The front end clerks were friendly but little did I know what I was about to get myself into. The young lady helping me obviously didn't know a lot about hair so I insisted she ask a manager just to be certain the color, the developer and the parts to be mixed were correct. She did, BUT when she picked up the developer she picked up the WRONG one. Needless to say I went home, followed the directions and I guess what I ended up with black and purple hair. This was NOT the color I'd originally selected. I'd selected a pretty auburn color--yeah, not what I got people. The next day the color was worse and I was absolutely mortified. I've called the home office and filed a complaint and it was then I found out that only the clerks with a cosmetology license are supposed to be helping people with hair color. It's been several days now and I've had to spend extra money to correct this mistake and I'm looking to be reimbursed by Sally's OR the clerk that didn't know hair color from a hole in the ground. My advice, don't go to Sally's for hair color just go directly to the salon and save yourself the heartache.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
In general as an employee were not profession on hair colors or the process of how to do it. We do assist in helping you how to find what your looking for along with showing you new product and telling you what they do for you. We do not choose the color nor the developer for you, we can only explain that with the high developer the lighter you hair get and the lower developer keeps it dark. We have a kit that remove hair color if you decide to change you hair back to what it was alone with bleaching if your hair is too dark and you want it lighter and toner to take away brassiness out of the hair. Even though all the boxes have direction on then to tell us what developer number to use and for how long to keep it. But we all fail to read direction and follow instruction that's on the box. It is very easy to blame anyone then to take responsibility for our own action. We are hard working people like everyone, we try are hardest to assist everybody with there needs even though some customer are rude, snobby, inpatient and ungrateful.
everyone's hair reacts different to colors, if you have been coloring your own hair for the length of time you said you should know to read directions and know what developer to use since the directions are on the box that the color is in. Sounds like the color you picked was the problem not the developer, the developer would not change a auburn color to black
Well if you ''say'' you have been coloring your hair for sometime now...then you SHOULD have read the directions throughly...All of sallys hair color tells you the type of developer to use..and most of the time its a 20 volume...So partically its your fault if you just went ahead and poured your color and developer into an application bottle rather then reading the directions for yourself then taking an employees advice..we all make mistakes wither a person works in retail or not.
poor customer service and management
Sally's in Summerville South Carolina:
The worst! There were 2 girls in the store working. They could not find my discount card and refused after calling the manager. One girl was completely rude, the other ran out of the store screaming and crying over me disputing the prices on the shelf. One manger and the screaming girl reappeared after I threatened to call the police when I could not find my credit card.
The manager had no words of apology. Other customers were in the store watching, in fact one customer at the beginning of the fiasco reprimanded the rude girl and told her she would speak to the manager herself. It seemed she was a beauty professional herself. Girl #2 began to scream after another customer stepped in and agreed with what I was trying to point out about the pricing.
I have been told that the prices are actually excessive. I will go to Ulta from now on even though it is 25 miles away. My husband was present and said that he has never seen people hate their job so much.
Sally needs to know who keeps them in business. Was this worth the $3 savings to them? They probably don't care.

wholesale discount card
I don't really have a complaint against Sally Beauty Supply. I love shopping there. My only problem is the wholesale discount card has cracked and broken. The sales associates at the store have difficulty reading the number on the back of the card so I can get the discount. However, they always seem to manage. It was at their suggestion I am requesting a NEW card. I will attempt to copy the number on the back of the card, just in case you need it. Please, could you send me a new card to my home address. If there is a problem, please call or email me. Thank you for your help.

Agree with the above comment, go back to the Sally store and they should issue you a replacement card
right there in the store.. Alls they have to do is call in to home office if the number can not be read,
and you are set. This is a simple solution.
The store has new cards there, Go back in and fill out another form, Only a licensed pro gets a different discount, Beauty club cards are different. It, s better to update your information.
your card in NOT a wholesale discount card LMFAO

rude manager
I purchased nail decals and when I got home and looked at my receipt. They charged me a higher price than what was on the sticker price on item. I went back to get the difference of my money. The manager was really rude and kept making comments that what a coinsidence that there was only one at that price, indicating that maybe I had changed the price on the item. She began to argue with me, really bad customer service. I will never shop at sallys again. They just lost another customer.

didn't put merchandise in bag; hung up on me when I called
I bought hand moisturizer and hair color today. The sales clerk did not put the hair color in the bag. I was planning to do my hair tonight.
They admitted that the clerk had not put the color in the bag (the clerk left a note), but refused to mail it or fedex it to me. I paid cash because the power was out at the time, so a credit card refund is not possible.
My complaint is about the rudeness and apathy of the manager and RM. They both hung up on me. "Quote: this conversation is over"

I have shopped at several Sally Beauty Supply Stores in several states and I feel that it must be company policy to profile and follow Black patrons. It never fails. Whenever I am entering the store and there are other patrons, I am seemingly the only one who is repeatedly and by several associates if I need help. If I am looking for products that are generally located towards the back wall of the store, that is not my fault. It is likewise not my fault if someone profiles me because of prejudice. I hate that they put the Black haircare products and even sale items in their sales pamphlet in the back of the store and back of the flyers, segregated. I am smart enough to be able to read through it to find which products interest me, whether they are lumped together or not. What enrages me the most is the following around in the store. If I cannot be trusted, according to someone else's perceived notions about me simply based upon color and their own internal racism, then I would like the courtesy to be told this at the front door, "No, you cannot be trusted and we do not want to service you." Following me around, asking me a barrage of questions, trying to steer me to products I do not want and standing there watching me from 2 feet away is outrageous behavior. But it seems to be sanctioned by Sally Beauty Supply. Funny, online shopping services the same purposes but guess what, I'm not profiled nor followed around on my computer.
We could copy and paste this whole section and send to Sally Corporate! I can't stand them. How dare they carry the products I most need, and at a cheap price! I'd prefer going elsewhere. But alas, where else to go? They just profiled me yesterday. The cashier was looking around, leaning up against the glass window as I was perusing the sale nail polish collection. Someone asked me a question and I turned to answer her...then saw the other worker leaning hard. Funny, two white girls came in and they were not coming around every second, asking "are you finding everything alright?" Sometimes, I just wanna be hornery and reply, "no, but I sure am stealing EVERYTHING alright!" This is what they expect. Hmmm, Enron, Madoff, big corporate, GM anybody?

I was targeted at a Sally's in Louisville, Kentucky as soon as I walked into the store. A white lady was at counter waiting to be checked out. The employee asked me did I need help I told her no. The other lady asked can you help me instead she told her someone will be up there shortly. I then went on to find what I had come for which was a flat iron. I then decided to get a comb for my blow dryer. After getting my items I needed to put them down on an empty shelf so I could find my coupon off of my phone. The employee comes around the corner and asks me what you did with the flat iron. I reached down on the shelf and was attempting to hand it to her and she snatched it from my hand. We exchanged words and I walked toward the front of the store I still had the blow dryer comb in my hand. I threw it over my shoulder and she was right behind me and it hit her she then hit me in my arm I let the store and returned with my mother after I called police. I had never acted like I was trying to steal anything and to be targeted by a racist employee is not acceptable. Location 1925 S. Hurstbourne Lane Louisville, KY.
So I called in the Ahoskie, NC Store today. The person on the other end of the phone sounded like she was straight from ghettoville. I asked her if they sold a certain product and her response with attitude was " Do we sale what?" When I repeated it slowly for her to comprehend she still didn't have a clue what I was talking about, but someone in the back ground heard her try to say the words and they told her they did carry it. So she "yeah" we get it then I asked her it they had any in the store, without even checking to see she says with attitude again "yeah we got some". I wanted to confirm that they did have it in the store so i repeated "you do have it in? This time with more emphasis she repeated "YEAH". I just said wow and hung the phone up. Talk about no phone etiquette. I will definitely not be going to that location to purchase anything.
It's amazing to me how when someone complains about racism, whites are always the 1st to accuse the accused of lying, using the race care or turn it around to make it about them. It still does'nt change the fact that some black folks are profiled in Sally's, like I was yesterday. They never ONCE would admit that some if not most of their people are flat out racist, like the Sally's clerk I dealt with yesterday. I've shopped at Sally's enough times in my lifetime to know that what happened yesterday, made it my last time shopping there ever again. White customers came into the store & declined help, they were not followed & constantly watched like I was. They were free to roam the store. How do I know? Sally's is a small store, anyone & anything can be seen or heard, especially with mirrors in the celing. I watched myself to see if the clerk would move from her spot of watching me, when whites walked around the store. No, she did'nt. I was shopping in the store for almost an hour, with a basket full of items. If I was going to shoplift, I would'nt have stayed that long for someone to catch me. Within in that time, when 2 other black females came into the store, she left from watching me to follow them. I got the rest of my items & proceed to checkout by a different clerk.
LOL-WHAT A JOKE! I too, am a sallys employee, and it is our job to watch everyone that walks in that front door regardless of their race, height, weight, hair color or shoe size! DUHHH- if I dont do my job then I get FIRED! Then I get to go sit in the unemployment line and collect food stamps.
I am white and my manager is black. She continually talks to her "girlz" on her cell phone all day long, and uses the word [censor] all the time! She will say to her friends "Whats goin on tonight [censor]?", "[censored]tttt [censor], who you callin [censor]...[censor]?! Its a common word that comes from her mouth, but GOD forbid if a white person says "The N word", oh dear lord then we are screwed! Game on..."The white man is discriminating against me-Im gonna sue you". THATS A BUNCH OF CRAP! I have worked and dam near ran our store for 2 1/2 years and my manager sits back and kicks her feet up while I do a majority of the work and yet she accepts ALL of the praise-like she did it herself! Who does that? Thats lying! Give credit where credit is due. She tried to hire a girl who worked there for 1 month as a assistant manager-yes she was black- and had no cosmotology skills or training and was nowhere even close to being qualified for such a position! ALL of our customers HATE her and LOVE me and tell me on a daily basis that I should be the manager. She would die before she gave a white woman the opportunity to advance and better herself! THAT IS DISCRIMINATION! I am a licensed cosmotologist AND a Certified State Instructor-yet she refuses to recommend me as a assistant manager! Oh BTW- the lil black girl that she tried to make her assistant manager got FIRED for smoking weed while on the job, as well as having sex with her boyfriend in our store bathroom! Maybe I should call "The Cochran Firm"!
For the record...I cant even tell you how many black people walk into our store and when I do my job and genuinelly ask them if there is any way I can help them, respond to me by making a very rasist comment such as "No, YOU cant help me, you dont know nothing about black hair!". They will walk around the corner and ask a black associate where something is located! THAT is discrimination! 99.9% of the time I can asnswer a black hair care question and show them where it is located. Many times black women will come in our store and treat me like a peice of crap for no reason and display a very nasty attitude, yet play it cool with a black associate. Sounds to me like THEY are the ones who have a problem with white people and are the real racists! Would they still ASSUME that I was a racist if they knew that I was married to a black man, and had black children? STOP BEING HYPOCRITS! Thats trifflin!
To the comment above you are responding so defensively, you do not have to be someone who is "broke" to steal. I have come across many different kinds of people that have attempted to steal and have been caught. Some of those people are people that would not necessarily act suspicious or assume they would steal, because of their appearance.
And yes, i agree with the other employee. If you are not attempting to steal it really would not be an issue if we were watching. Because if you were NOT stealing you would not even notice an employee watching you, unless your intentions are other wise than it would be an issue. I guess i can see your point if I went into a store and I shop around, then i put it in my mind that all employees are watching me i guess i would be complaining as well that i am being profiled. And if you have ever worked in retail we do have to watch for suspicious behavior its not only a sally beauty thing its a RETAIL thing.
It does not matter if you are in the Pharmaceutical business or a cashier, truck driver, or a dog walker regardless of the fact if you have intent to steal you will be watched. But if not really whats the big deal. Do not allow this to get to you I am sure this is not the only place that does this, you probably only notice it more because the stores are a lot smaller. So it seems more personal that they constantly ask if your finding everything alright. I do not mean to sound like i am trying to be rude but this is what it is, we just do our job if it is such an issue than you should contact their manager.
Sally Employee said:
"Maybe you are stealing or acting suspicious. If you're watching enough to notice the employees are watching you, then you probably do look suspicous to them..."
Excuse me? Um, if I'm a thief, then I can't rightly complain now can I because it would apply justly, right? No honey, I'm nobody's thief. Suspicious behavior? How so? I walk into the store and shop like anybody else. How on earth would you say such without having even met me? Having shopped at Sally's is the only thing you know about me. Pharmaceutical people do not need to steal Sally Beauty Supply products sweetheart. I wouldn't know what a thief looks like, if I owned a store. Passing judgement like this is exactly what I'm talking about...profiling. Carry on.
Nails and hair are highest theft at the store I work at as well. I don't profile anyone. But if you are noticing enough that they are watching you, then they probably think you are stealing. Sometimes you will get asked by many workers if you are doing okay, because we are taught to ask every person if they want to see a sales flyer, how they are going and if they have any questions, and often times one person gets asked by many. And I am so sick of hearing it's a racial thing, it's not. If I think someone is acting suspicious I watch them. Next time you get asked twice in a row, ask a question about something you are looking at and then ask if you can put whatever you have in your hands up at the counter until you are done in the store, if they still repeatidly ask you then it's profiling. Other wise they should back off a little and not ask so often.
I agree with sallys employee not a certain race steals. It can be any race of people who steal.
Nails are also high theft. That's why you were watched there. We ask everyone if they need help finding anything, because most people do but don't want to ask. I hate it when people try to blame stuff on race. If it was my store, I would've watched you too, because you were in a high theft section. I know better than to think only a certain race steals and you should too.
Sounds like you are being paranoid. Are you going around hair or something? Because hair is a hot zone and ALL PEOPLE in the hair have to be watched because too many stupid people try to steal the hair. Sorry you feel out singled out, but you aren't. Looks like the sales associates are doing their job. Maybe you are stealing or acting suspicious. If you're watching enough to notice the employees are watching you, then you probably do look suspicous to them...
store manager
Manager (Joanne) rude, abrupt, she was screaming at a customer when I first walked in the store & should have assumed that this wasn't professional or nesseccary, however, her impolite fashion continued. I now have a problem with the product purchased & she was very rude. Never again will I buy anything from this richmond hill sally beauty!
price match/bait and switch
Sally Beauty Supply claims that they do price matching. I found numerous chains that beat their pricing in a number of professional items. When I took the ad to them, they claimed that it had to be a local ad. Not an ad from a national chain? Yet on another occasion when I brought them a local ad, they said exactly the opposite. They seem to switch their policy in order to avoid having to honor this policy. Either you extend price matching or you do not. Stop being wishy-washy. This is an illegal practice referred to as Intentional misrepresentation. I will go ahead and order from the national chain that advertises the better price instead of keeping that money local. Sally practices illegal and unethical pratices
It's company policy now , that there is no price matching. If someone is matching there breaking policy.
I understand what ur saying but on Aug 29 I shopped at Sally's in Prattville, Al and they had a sign up buy 2 get 1 free so I got what was on the picture took it up to the counter and the sales person said it was wrong and she stated maybe a customer place the label there even if I thought that you took care of. Your customer she went and asked the "store manager" she said no she could do that and didn't even bother to come from the back...now I work in retail and we always take care of the hand that feeds us because without our customer we dont have a job so get with it Sally
Maybe the Sally's you went to didn't have all their stuff together, but it has to be a local add within a 100 mile radius of the city of the Sally's you are going to. No catalog or web site prices for national chains are honored, probably because of shipping and sales tax differences, but the local ads will be price matched. I do price matching all the time at the Sally's I work at. We don't practice anything illegal and this has nothing to do with bait and switch. Bait and switch is where you claim to have a product on sale and then when the customer comes in, you just happen to be out of that product (purposely) and then try to get the custmer to buy a more expensive brand.
manager drunk
i am a salon owner, and i visit or should say i did shop there almost daily until i asked for help from the new manager. she was sitting in the back room and said she was busy doing paperwork, well i keep looking around waiting on assistance i looked in the back room and she was drinking a beer and smoking a cigg. not sure what her name is something like misty, she is new and so country rude its sick. i will never be back in there again!
The worst customer service ever. They over charged our credit card and the only way they could rectify the situation was to refund the money back on our card and recharge the correct amount. I checked my online banking and there were 2 charges and they were holding my money for those 2 charges. I called and the manager told me we will see the refund in 72 hours. That is 3 days you are holding my money because of a mistake you made. I called customer service and they were rude and unkind. The District Manager Karen called and she was nice but never offered me anything for my trouble. The worst!
I worked at Sally's and it is the worst company ever to work for! My DM was always drunk when she came to the store! one of my employees came in smelling like marijuana told my DM she said she would handle it well she was to drunk to handle anything! Sally's suck big time! pay sucks!, , , , corporate sucks too! if you know of anyone that has been fired wrongfully please leave a message, , , if its you r fault don't bother im talking about wrongful termination only...
