These guys obviously designed this offer to be evasive considering how many people just got nailed in the past few weeks. My take is, the content in creatorU is very good but limited in the amount of time required to digest and implement.
So they sneak in the $239 charge after seven days without making it clear up front, hoping people won't notice the charge within the 3-day consumer protection clause for demanding a refund. It's a really greasy move when, on their site it's only $24 per month.
I say we band together and form a class action lawsuit on these con artists. They deserve it on top of their other brand, samcart who's support is beyond horrendous trying to get any kind of reply in a reasonable amount of time.
They should refund these unknowing members and reported to the FTC for not making this charge more evident. I intend to file a claim myself for the time and energy I have wasted on their poor administrative processes across all brands they represent. They darn well can automate an invoice 24 hours prior to notify the subscriber and can also send a receipt after the transaction. But they cunningly omitted those little details making them look like sleaze bags.
Claimed loss: $239 - $24 (what a monthly fee should be) = $215.00 and this is being fair.
Desired outcome: They should refund these unknowing members and. be reported to the FTC for not making this charge more evident.

from what i see on the samcart website it is only a transaction service. so the $24 is their member service and the $215 is what ever service you may have purchased from another company through their platform. are you sure you did not make a transaction to another company and noticed it later?
i am only asking so i can understand your complaint so i can give you accurate information to helping you find a solution [no i do not work for them. i am only trying to work though complaints to help the poster out instead of the cookie cutter responses i have seen lately being posted].
