Terrible company
Terrible company. They don't stand behind their work, don't care, just want the money. I contacted Carrier since Sansone represents them, but they don't seem to care either. How can they let Sansone install their products wrong? It's disgraceful. When people have maintenance contracts with them, the technician obviously does whatever with the units and doesn't tell the homeowner anything. They deceive the homeowners. Homeowners should ask the technician to take pictures of the inside and outside of the air handler and everything else up there. Don't use Sansone for anything.

I had an appointment to bring in my 2022 Durango because it was making a noise. When I made the appointment, they told me I could only bring it in during the week because that's when they have technicians. So, I made the appointment and brought my vehicle in during the week. But now they're saying that they need to keep the vehicle for 24 to 49 hours to figure out the noise. I can't wait that long for my vehicle, and they only have technicians for oil changes. The service manager, Marcel, and the representative, Christine, were terrible. If I make an appointment, I should be able to get my car looked at. Why would I bring it in and wait two days for it? The car only has 2249 miles, and the service center isn't close to where I live. I had no choice but to use Sansone, but I will never use them again.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They put in a new system for over $10,000 in December . But by June , the A/C system wasn't cooling the house because some device was losing pressure. They sent a guy to fix it, and we thought everything was good. But now, it's July 4th weekend, and the system broke again. I called their emergency service, and they said they'd send a guy to the house between 2:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday. But that never happened. I called them again after the guy didn't show up at 5:00 PM. The person on the phone said they'd call back in 30 minutes. It's now 7:20 PM, and no call from Sansone. This company is so unprofessional and badly managed. I'm never using them again.

I'm soooooo happy with Sansone, LLC! We were lookin' around for a new AC unit and gettin' quotes, and their sales team was super nice and worked around my schedule (I'm a teacher and had standardized testing, ya know?). They gave us options and explained 'em real good, startin' with a unit that fit our budget. But, they also suggested we upgrade to the 3rd option outta 4, and we took their advice. The installation team showed up early and knew their stuff. They were real professional and listened to all our concerns. Everyone I talked to was professional and knew what they were talkin' about. They made sure we understood everything and were happy with the installation. It's been a few days now, and I'm lovin' the new thermostat and all the cool settings on this variable speed unit. Big thanks to *** and the whole team for takin' care of my family!

We had the same experience as another reviewer in this thread. We bought an a/c from Sansone 5 years ago and still do their maintenance program. We kept having drainage problems and leaks in the garage. Now we got a mold problem in our a/c coils, plenum, and vents. They service twice a year and never notice or bother to tell me. I even had them come in and spent another $500 and even though they found mold in the vents, they kept cleaning. I had no idea that you're NOT supposed to do this. I was supposed to have a professional mold specialist deal with this problem but Samsone wanted to get their MONEY $$ and rip me off. This is so unethical. The a/c unit they service causes mold in my home, then they still screw me over again by doing a service that I think will be helpful to me but it isn't. AND they KNOW BETTER. Shame on you Sansone!

The guy who came to my crib was hella rude and now my AC ain't working. He was a real jerk, ya know? I tried to talk to his boss, but the dude never bothered to hit me up. I had to call again after 4 days and ask for someone else to come check if the first dude messed with my stuff on purpose, maybe 'cause of my race. They told me I gotta pay for the service if something's broken. Can you believe that?

The AC unit they put in ain't workin' right. I done asked 'em over and over for a fix, but ain't got no solution yet. Our York Affinity AC can't even get rid of the dang humidity. *** done come 'round a bunch of times to check it out, but they ain't found nothin' wrong. They even had York come over, and them folks said we should do a heat load on the house, but *** didn't bother with it. Instead, they swapped out the 3 ton for a fancier 4 ton, and I had to cough up the extra cash. But guess what? We still got a humidity problem! I went ahead and got the heat load done myself, and I sent the results to ***, and they said they'd have York come back. But it's been months now, and I done called 'em a bunch of times, but the manager and owner won't get back to me like they promised. They said they'd come back with York before switchin' the unit to a Carrier 2 speed like I wanted last year.

I bought two new AC's from Sansone, LLC in 2017. They said all parts got a 10-year warranty. One of the AC's broke in August . I called them, and they sent two tech guys on two different days. They said the problem was a bad compressor. They changed it, and that's covered by the 10-year warranty. But they still charged me $980 for the labor, which took about 2 hours total. I think that's way too much. Another company would have charged less. I told my credit card company about the charges, and they're looking into it. Sansone is also charging me $12.50 every month without asking, for a warranty that doesn't even exist. If it did, they wouldn't have charged so much for the labor.

On Aug 15, 2020, Sansone, LLC installed a new AC unit in my condo. The first 2 techs that came to do the install quit because they were gonna have to move the AC unit upstairs to the rooftop of my condo building, they told me a crane was needed for this. When the Sansone rep came out to give an estimate and looked over my existing AC and the rooftop, he didn't say anything about this. So this was news to me. Also, they both quit without telling me. I had to call Sansone and ask where had they gone and was told they quit and 2 more techs came to do the install. And they didn't do this correctly. The upper part of the duct that goes from the unit inside my AC closet was not even attached correctly. So there's mold growing around this, also the AC pipes are leaking water. This has been confirmed by a plumber's report. There is mold damage in my AC ducts. My homeowners insurance refuses to pay for the mold remediation to be done. Sansone should.

Top of the line A/C unit TOTALLY RUSTED and regularly serviced by Sansone, LLC, lasted 4.5 years. Wiring did not meet code, was a fire hazard. Sansone installed A/C and maintained top of the line unit for the past 4.5 years. First off, they used a #10 wire that went to a 60 amp breaker. NOT MEETING CODE. MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. Unit rusted inside and out with black circles that looked like mold all over soaking wet insulation. Unit rusted inside and out. Needed two new plenums, they too were covered with what looked like mold. Informed Sansone on a Monday regarding this issue. Spoke with John the service manager and sent him pictures. My husband has asthma so it needed to be taken care of sooner than later. Finally, after sending email after email I heard from Mr. Sansone on Friday morning. He said there was nothing he could do since the unit was removed. I stated that I contacted his company a week ago and he should have come sooner! I told him about my husband's illness and could not take any more chances. He did not seem concerned.

No return phone call from manager after leaving 4 messages. There was always an excuse for why she wasn't available. Sansone, LLC installed new unit in Sept. 2019. June 13, the smart thermostat started shutting down and restarting every 20 - 30 minutes. Called Sansone, LLC to have it checked out. Tech came out and appeared to know exactly what the problem was. The drain was clogged. It was so backed up he had to use a refrigerant R410 to unclog drain. He said there would be no charge, then proceed to his service truck and returned with a bill saying he made a mistake and presented us with a bill for $175 which we paid. The drain should have been cleaned when the new unit was installed, but it was not. Since this was the cause of our problem we believe there should not have been a charge for the call. I was told that if it was maintenance related there will be a charge, however, I thought it would be electrical related since the thermostat kept shutting down, the system is new and the filter is changed every 90 days. I called the office and was told a manager would return my call, but no one did. I called the next day and was told she was out to lunch and would return my call. I got no return call, so I called again daily for the next 3 days and kept getting one excuse after the other and still no call back. I was hoping to discuss the situation and for them to at least agree to clean the drain at no cost in 6 months. We've been faithful customers since 2006 and I am appalled at the poor level of customer service from leadership.

On 2/16 I bought an a/c from Sansone, LLC. The guy who sold it to me was Chris Jimenez. It was a YorkLX series YCG42 and I paid $5823.00 with a 5 year warranty. I took the extended 5 year warranty that expires 2/19/28 for $570.00. Since then we moved from that address and I am still paying the installments of $97.05 through Wells Fargo. For 5 months I have been calling and speaking to the owner *** and just trying to get a refund for the extended warranty of $570.00. For these 5 months I have gotten nothing but a run around from this company and especially ***. She sent us paper work and asked us to fill the paper work out and that she would process the refund. As of this date not only hasn't she processed the refund but never answers my calls or return any calls. We are senior citizens living on social security and absolutely cannot afford to loose $570.00.She also told us that York was responsible but York said *** is the one to take this up with. The person I spoke to Monica @ York 2/3/XX XXX-XXX-XXXX. She referred me to George Wallace XXX-XXX-XXXX who is employed at York. His response was to go back to *** @ *** a/c. We have no where to turn and would greatly appreciate any help you can give us to obtain my refund of $570.00 that is rightfully mine. If there is anything you can possibly do for us we would be so grateful. We live on social security and cannot afford to loose $570.00. Please see what can be done for this company is trying to cheat us out of what we paid for.
