I am disappointed with the delivery service by saudi post, no one contacted me and from time to time I check on the status of my delivery. Then it says it has been delivered but I did not receive anything. I am afraid they delivered it wrongly to another person. My contacts and details were clearly given to the company whom I purchased the uniforms. Please help me with this. It is coming from US and shipping it to jeddah, KSA.

Saudi Post - Parcel sent from qurayyat on 26/09/2017 to kerala (India) not received on time as in formed 7 to 10 working days.I sent cloths & toys for my child's b'day .but it will not going to reach on time. I called mumbai they told they didn't receive the delivery yet . Saudi post informed parcel departed from jeddah to mumbai on 30th sep.Bday is on 11th . But no hope parcel will reach before that . A parcel has arrived in the jeddah central post office and the tracking says that the address is incomplete. I checked the address to me mentioned on the label and the supplier has mentioned it clearly with complete details. After all this the saudi tracking system says that the address is incomplete.
This is not the first time that I am not able to receive the parcel on time. I have had to make many trips to the center posts office and wait in long lines to collect the parcel myself.
If that is the case why should a customer rely on Saudi post for the parcel to be delivered to the door step. Why should I go thorough the trouble even after paying for door delivery service?

My name is Carolina Knight. I sent a parcel from Hofuf, Saudi Arabia post office to my daughter in Cape Town, South Africa on 15 AUG 2017. My tracking number is CP050568275SA. But my parcel is still not delivered to my destination. It seems my parcel is still up in the air for more than a week.
I have checked the details in online tracking. It's showing 30 Aug 2017 Departed to Johannesburg, South Africa.
We checked with the South African post office. They say it hasn't arrived.

dear sir, i send parcel to my family for ramadhan dress, dates and children toys... on 29th of may 2017. thru SAUDI POST - (EMS parcel) tabouk branch. reference#EK063707912SA. the application record shows this was departed to mumbai on 31st may 2017 at. 2.30 pm. but untill now the parcel not delivered. i was follow-up so many times with TABOUK SAUDI POST . they told me.

I sent one important document to India on 20.03.2017 through Saudi Pots and My tracking number is RR044909850SA. Still, it's not reached the destination. When I made an inquiry at Dammam Central post office, they requested to put a complaint. As per that, my complaint number is 4541. Thereafter several calls made to customer relation and Dammam central post office, unfortunately, no positive response from anywhere. My husband had delivered an urgent document from saudiarabia on 24nov through ems service. They delievered it from 26th nov from saudi and reached to mumbai on 30th nov. But from 30th we are waiting as it is an urgent document and even we complained it on tvm postal department and i got very cold response. Please do the needful. Tracking number is EE039755081SA

Saudi Post office in Jeddah say recipient unknown at PO Box 2223, Jeddah 21451, yet they deliver other items to us every day of the week. Website is hopeless unless you're fluent in Arabic and [protected] is a complete waste of time; speak English to them and they put down the phone on you. I gave them two tracking numbers and my cell phone number. Still they claim recipient unkown. The worst postal service in the world, bar none. Google the name and address on the label and it will take you directly to me. Utter rubbish Saudi Post. Even filling out this I feel will be a complete waste of time because they just don't give a damn.

Saudi Post is the worst service I have experienced ever. I wonder if they can't communicate in an International language, then why do they deal with other countries of the world? And whatever you request, suggest or complaint; they wont even listen.
I sincerely recommend, not to use Saudi Post service ever.

On 09th of Nov 2017 at around 07:45 pm as mentioned in Track and trace service of Royal mail UK, A shipment(documents) were mailed/shipped from British Safety Council UK to Jeddah KSA through Royal mail and a link was sent to me to track and trace the shipment, the delivery of shipment was expected on 11th of Nov 2016 but it almost 21 days since the documents were posted.
Upon inquiry to the sender i was told that the documents were sent to Saudi Post office at Al Mesaediya, jeddah and when i went to Saudi post office at Al Mesadiya -jeddah, i was informed that my documents were dropped in Post box of Ahmed Al Juhani.
I Don't know who this guy is and why the saudi post office employees dropped my parcel in his post box. I wonder how someone can be such irresponsible towards their job? How they can allow someone to sign on my behalf and handover my parcel.
They don't even gave me his contact number or address neither they want to help me as i cannot speak local language and how can i search him just by his name.
I'm very much disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.
I look forward to your reply and a expect a resolution to my problem.

I received my parcel today at 18/11/2015 with the tracking no EE038674364MY from Malaysia to Saudi Arabia. I supposed to received 2 designer handbags (Coach) & 1 piece designer watch from Michael Kors & 1 more piece from Coach but i only received 2 pieces of handbags & 2 empty paper bags of the watches. The parcel shown that it was opened and resealed with the 'Saudi Post Office' tape which means it was opened for checking and the watches were stolen as it was placed on top. The prices of these 2 designer watches are Saudi Riyal 2100.

I posted a box at Tabuk branch of Saudi Post on 21 September 2015. Due to Hajj holidays the box was due to leave Saudi after Hajj. On the Track and Trace the history says " sent to Johannesburg on 28 September". The parcel has not reached Johannesburg and it is over a month that it was posted. I have made several trips to Saudi Post and the answer would just be that it has left Saudi Arabia. On Thursday the 22 October I called [protected] and I was told that the box was still being held at Jeddah Central Office as it was suspicious. Even if it looked suspicious why did they not trace me with the contact details on the box and on the postal slip. Yesterday I received a complaint number from Saudi Post. The number is:[protected] The box contains: 1. 25metres of a sofa covering fabric 2. 15 metres of another sofa covering fabric 3. 30 metres of chiffon curtain and 4. Edging strips for the sofas In my knowledge that is all that is in the box. i have a package from my mother based in hongkong, until now i didnt receive the box, i checked in the saudi post here in abha, they told me its in riyadh, then another day i checked again if they send already here in abha, my dismay my box will not come here anymore because someone took it already in riyadh, i will ask how they release it, that person who took it doesnt have the same name as indicated in my box, and how did he know the item no., as far as i know, you need to provide some information before saudi post will release that certain box, why like that, they just give my box to that person, im so much disappointed because we expect good service from saudi post, but it turned out like this, im just hoping that they will retrieve my box and do some actions about my complain...my box no. is EA167903858HK.
