I ordered a product from Wizards of the Coast and my confirmation email said it was being handled by Scalefast Inc. It has been months and the product never arrived and there has been no attempt by Scalefast to contact me and explain what happened, or even any confirmation that they received my order. This is the only way I have found to reach out and contact them. I am able to provide any information necessary about my order upon request.
Desired outcome: I would like to know what happened to my order and have it delivered as soon as possible.

Scalefast and Wizards of the Coast have left you in the worst sort of circumstance as they haven't been able to update you regarding the order. Your statement is expected to show scale fast since it is them who processes payments for Wizards’ goods. But that is no excuse for their communication failure. As it seems there is no point in contacting Scalefast, contact Wizards of the Coast’s support with details of your order. If they do not manage to deal with this problem soon, think about filing a chargeback through your credit card provider to receive your funds back. Do not allow their incompetence to make losses.
I tried reaching out to Wizards of the Coast first through their customer service department, and they were the ones who directed me to Scalefast. I would really like to get the item I paid for, but if that isn't possible then I guess I'll have to request a refund.
