I was scrolling through my bank statement and discovered a charge for $29.95 on December 28, 2010. I had never ordered or authorized any one to take $29.95 or any money from my account.

I have tried to contact scoresense to return my money to no avail. I am tired of these things happening. I have had subscriptions to magazines with money taken from my account despite the fact that I had never ordered any magazines. If you don't check your account, these people get away with it. It's so frustrating.

I keep getting 29.95 each month out of my checking account from scoresense. I did not approve this and would like to stop it as I am not working right now and cant afford it. On and about March 15, 2013 I received a bank notice that Score Sense...was debiting my checking account for $29.95 per month.

As a result, I notified customer serviice to cease and desist...and to credit my account in the amount of $89.95.

They refused and l continue to debit my account for $29.95 per month.

I was trying to get a copy of my credit report to see exactly where I stand. I would like to work on it and raise my score. We are judged in so many was by that score. I pay more in car insurance and home owners insurance also it affects some companies from hiring you. I received the web address from this company through my insurance company. It said to contact them for a FREE CREDIT REPORT.
I thought it was legit . But of course, you all know that they are a SCAM. When the screen came up that it cost $1. I immediately called them and canceled it. I was given a confirmation # by phone and also an email. Stating that it was not being taken from my bank acct. Sad but true, it did go through my acct. that had a balance of .68 cents. Which cause an overdraft fee of 30.00 to be charged .
I know you probably think I am some low life having that low of a balance, however I am a recent widow. I was off from work for a year taking care of my husband that had lung cancer.
I am just trying to get everything straightened out. And these vultures are taking advantage of people. HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT? Is there anyone out there that can help? I know mine is only going to get worse... I expect to see the 29.95 start coming out soon.

From my account $29.95 per month had been deducted over a year for Scoresense. I have no idea who they are and what they do. When I contacted by phone, they only refunded me $1.00. They took the money from my account over a year without sending invoice or any other transaction receipt.
This is pure scam and rubbery. I have reported dispute to my bank.

I was shocked to see a 29.95 charge to my debit card., I never gave them my card number, I never authorized a withdrawal. How did they get my debit card number ? . Their web site said AFTER 7 days they would charge you, They didn`t wait 7 days! and where did they get my card number? I will be willing to take them to court, I can`t stand people who TRY to take advantage of other people. Sick individual`s, they belong in prison, better yet HELL.

When I signed up for the $1 credit report, I did not realize I was also signing up for a $29.97/MONTH service. This is all perfectly legal, but about as ethical as snake oil. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Have a reoccurring charge to my bank card. I did not authorize these charges.
Will have my card changed if this is not resolved.
This is a real slam to consumers, especially from a credit reporting concern.
This is an encroachment on privacy and borders on fraud and identity theft.

I signed up for the service on July 15th. My seven days were up on the 24th. I called and admitted I was a day late but I wanted to cancel the membership because I am in the middle of a refinance and I cannot use the service as previously intended. The Customer Rep was nice and offered to refund the 29.95 charge, and would give me her employee discount of 12.95 to continue. I agreed. July 26th I get an email stating the refund was not approved by the executive team. I called to inform them to cancel the membership, but not before being badgered to death by another Customer Service Rep. I finally grew tired of her continuing to try to sale me something, si I interrupted her to say no, I do not want your product. She finally agreed to cancel it. I thought for about a minute and called back to ensure I had the service for the month I paid the 29.95 for. Only to be told that when you cancel, you cancel at that point. I was charged 29.95 for 2 days of service. I was told by the Rep on my last inquiry that she would still try for a refund and she understood why it is unfair. We will see...unbelievable. These people are true scammers.

I have been charged on my debit card twice for services that I did not ask for . This has been the third time Score sense has taking unauthorized payments out of my account without permission, and I would like my money back. I have called and talked to 2 agents there already the first time the young lady said she would cancel the trial. Here it is another month and they have done it again. I called my bank once again and me and the associate for the second time from the bank called the lady at score sense and says she doesn't have record of me calling, but my bank associate does, because they record all calls that were made. And they have record that we talked with an agent once before for another incident such as this one with them last month. I feel like I am being forced to pay these people for a service I don't want. I need my money back I don't have money like that to just give away. this is fraud and highway robbery.

I had the sme problem and received my refund. First of all i believe that there are two different numbers for this company, and when you call on one of those and mention it on the other number, they tell you we have no record of you calling to cancel. They also like to say that you received an email warning you to call on time so that you don't get billed, i received an email from them but there was nothing that says i need to call. So anyway, send them an email and explain. BUT i would recommend to change your credit or debit card with new numbers asap so that they can't take out any more money from your account.

Agreed to one time $1.00 charge for processing FREE CREDIT REPORT and received recurrent unauthorized $29.95 monthly charges from my checking account. Stay out of my account. Contacting NYS attorney general, BBB, and my bank. Ripoff, scam artists!

they took money out of my account they said it was only one dollar but 29.95 came out of my account. they said they would email me with the decision. 2 days went by and no email. I called again and they said i was denied because it was past the seven day trail. none of this info was given to me when i signed up through another site. I am very pissed off.

I just discovered a $29.95 charge to my credit card (NOT DEBIT CARD). I was supposed to receive a FREE credit report and score. They said that they had to charge my credit card a $1 to verify my information. I called their customer support. I was denied a refund. The charge came in on my credit card 10 days after I got the scores. These people are crooks. Their offices are here in Dallas. I wonder if they drive cars. I'm gonna contact my bank. If the bank doesn't take care of it, I will cancel both of my accounts.

P.S. Don't ever use a debit card online.

I have been a long term member of this service and it is stated during enrollment that it is a FREE TRIAL, if u as a consumer did not take the responsibility to read the terms and conditions then that is your own fault. i love my service with scoresense and they are always vary helpful.

I just got off the phone with a representative from Scoresense. I was checking old accounts from my credit account when I didn't recognize the company on our bill. This is something my husband takes care of.. These people have stolen several months of
payments. We are Senior Citizen on a fix budget. I get my free credit rating each year. I have no Idea where they got the information
but I know it wasn't from me. Now my husband is cancelling our one credit card. I will never be able to order anything on line. This type of problem happened before with our CC. Someone in South Africa bought furniture on our card.. Our CC company helped then.
Tommorrow I will contact the CC company, My Credit Union and my Lawyer. The Credit union will give information to its clients. I would like some of my money back, at least their representative cancelled my membership. ( which I never signed up for.)

Today I was doing the CC bill and didn't recognize Score/sense.com. I asked my husband about it and he didn't know what it was.
I checked and was not happy with what I found. We were charged 6 months and I never signed up. How can your company take our money without ever talking to us. We are on a fixed income. Your company has stolen our money. You have all our info from our CC.
All I know is I get free credit reports, I don't need to pay for them. Once before our CC nos. were stolen. That time is was used to buy furnature in South Africa. i am contacting my CC Company tomorrow and my Credit Union. They well send out a warning to all of their members. The man I spoke with today told me He cancelled our membership. That is one good thing but the idea that you have
stolen money from seniors and sick people. Anything you can do to alleviate this problem will be greatly appreciated.

In regard to talking to Mr. Hecpor, today he gave me the address to mail this to you, I am trying to email you instead. I have not use your service at all. When my daughter found out I was being charged for something I was not using she cancel the credit card and asked me to cancel the service.

Therefor to this problem with your business handle this with a good business sense that the service was never used. What I am asking you is "Will you give me a credit back.?"
