Night staff at sheetz store #589
Ordered thru the drive thru, got to window and after waiting longer than usual, see 2 employees go past and not even look at drive thru window, so after waiting longer, just drove off and went to different store. The night staff there is terrible! I know complaining will do no good but it is getting ridiculus how long you have to wait for service at drive thru, at least someone walking by could at least ask if I was being helped.
Slow service and dirty
I am currently standing in sheetz waiting on my food that I paid for at 1:21am it is now 1:50am and I still am waiting but they did cook my curly fries which have been sitting on counter for at least 20 minutes so I'm sure they are cold. Went to restroom no toilet paper in either stall trash all over floor and toilets have pee on them the coffee counters are dirty the floor is dirty. The fellas working are very nice and friendly but the service and times and quality are terrible.
Desired outcome: A refund on my food it doesn't look like they are near done and in just 26 minutes it will be an hour and it was only 2 people in front of me
Complete order
Ordered food from Sheetz at 1790 Millersville Road in PA. The food wasn't cooked all the way. Mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them and chicken was burnt. Spent over $35 on food and refreshments and everything was bad. This was food for my kids after they played a soccer game. I am in Joppatowne Maryland at sheetz on Pulaski highway. I ordered a simple pretzel an milk shake. They filled multiple peoples orders who had ordered after me. I had to wait 35 minutes for the 2 items I purchased. I know how sheetz works because I travel for work in many different states. It never goes this way. It should never go this way. I am quite angry. It is now 740pm & I went in the store at 7pm. They waited on all of their friends before filling my order. It is purely not satisfactory an failing to make a paying customers order.
Service
I did a online order for the drive thru. After receiving my order I proceeded to pull away. I then pulled into a parking spot to check my order well I was missing a sandwich I had ordered. when I went back to the drive thru window and told the lady what I was missing a( chicken wrap) she said that's because we're out of chicken. Why was I not informed when I picked up my order? You charged me for it! This is not the first time I have had my order wrong from this Sheetz
Rude supervisor & uncooked burger
I stopped in Sheetz about 20 mins ago after being in ER Dept at hospital most of the night with my daughter. I ordered a cheeseburger & sub for my other daughter & myself after being so long at hospital. I also bought chips & drink. When u walked up to counter the Sheetz supervisor named Andrea was wiping down whipped cream cans down with a rag. She tossed the rag down very rudely & huffed & walked over to check me out. She didn't say a word to me, she was so rude & acted like I was interrupting her. I walked outside to my car to wait for my food. When I walked back in she was talking about me to another employee named Kennedy! She immediately stopped when she saw me. REALLY?! I mean can someone at Sheetz please tell me what I did so wrong? Without customers Sheetz would NOT be in business! Then when I took a bite of my hamburger it was ice cold & undercooked! I go to Sheetz so much that I have a pile of rewards! Thank goodness Royal Farms is opening up down the road because I will NO LONGER go to this Sheetz or any Sheetz!

The burrito had hair in it, her so deep inside it that I couldn't pull it because it ripped yet didn't come out, four different times this needs to be fixed I wasted my money eating here it's hard enough trying to find food that I can eat and when I do there's hair in it how do you expect anyone to eat here with the health code violations going on.

Placed order through sheets app. Two of the sandwiches were incorrect. They were both supposed to be bacon sandwiches and neither had bacon on them. Food online order
I placed in food order online for pickup to pay in store. I arrived 3 minutes before the time it was scheduled to be completed. Went to the counter, paid with barcode from order, received receipt & waited in store. After 50 minutes I finally went to the counter and the attendant yelled to the store asking if I paid, while I had the receipt in my hand. The food was cold and the service was very unpleasant.

So I was Babysitting for Tara Mong and she did not pay me for 1 month plus and then i told her i was going to take her to the magistrate she called me on the phone and told me i was going to be kicked out of sheetsz and then she went to the cops and said i was harrasing her at her work and she was not even working at sheetsz today when i was in their and i never harrased Tara at her work ?

Awful Service
I use this sheetz almost every day and usually service is great. But tonight I came in bought cigarettes and 4 milkshakes the cashier named Kathy was nasty, had a hateful attitude and was slamming down my items on the counter. I was going to pay all cash but decided to pay 20 and the rest card she got more irritated and forcefully snatched the money from my hand scratching my knuckle with her fingernail to the point it broke the skin. I quietly told her if she doesn't like her job she should probably quit instead of being nasty. I went to the pick up counter to wait for the milkshakes saw a manager and reported the incident. At the time I hadn't realized the scratch actually broke the skin but I told the manager every other detail I do not know her name she wasn't wearing a name tag but all she said was "OK I'll talk to her" no apology no sincerity she was emotionless and cold. A few moments later I looked down at my hand because if was burning where the cashier had scratched me and saw the broken skin. When the manager handed me my 4 milkshakes I asked for a drink carrier which seemed to inconvenience her I showed her my hand and told her how that occurred she looked right at my hand then looked at me blankly and just turned and walked away and continued making food. Not only was this experience disgusting and unacceptable but just yesterday I lost someone very close to me and am already extremely emotional and distraught. This treatment was uncalled for and not deserved in the least. I am blown away by not only the behavior of the cashier but especially the manager. I spend an insane amount of money in your stores especially this one and given the choice between sheetz and any other I go out of my way to go to your stores instead of any other. I hope whoever receives this complaint addresses it better than the on duty manager did I am just completely beside myself that it is considered acceptable practice to treat paying customers in this regard. And yes it's just a scratch but there is absolutely no reason why the cashier had cause to rip money from my hand so forcefully she dug her fingernails into my skin. I walked up asked for cigarettes and put my ticket on the counter there was no disagreement nothing that would have given her cause to mistreat me

Bad service
I frequent your store in Whitehall pa on MacArthur rd. And I have to say the service is terrible. That place is understaffed. There's no reason why on a Friday evening that you should have one person on the register. If you go in there pretty much any evening your standing in line for at least 5 minutes. Wawa could have double the amount of people in the store and the longest you'll wait in line is about a minute. And there's no reason why you guys have your people who work at the register making speciality drinks while watching the register. That is just ridiculous. Like I said I frequent your store very often but I won't be coming back for a while.
If you think the place is understaffed why not apply for a job there? Maybe they have a high turnover rate because of customers like yourself.
Order of fried pickles
I went to the drive thru at my local Sheetz last night and ordered a cup of fried pickles. When I got home I realized that in the bag there were 2 ranch cups and 5 loose partially fried pickles.
