My granddaughter was sick thought she had COVID she went to her family doctor and they did a COVID test and on the 2nd day off work but she had all the symptoms and she tested negative for COVID she gave doctor's note to her boss and the boss gave her points and fired her??? Older, female employee who has been working at 25th Ave Sheetz, decides it takes too much time to put on gloves and picks up my fried food with her bare hands before placing it into a bag with the rest of my food. Once she has touched all of my food, she then decides to put gloves on. It occurred August 23rd, 2021. This cannot be an acceptable way for any food worker to deal with touching someone's order, whether there was no pandemic or not. She is putting people's lives in danger and may cause someone to get sick.
Hot Chocolate/Hersheys
Purchased 1 small cup of hot chocolate/Hersheys on Aug. 18, 2021 at 11am, at Mt. Nebo Road Store in Pennsylvania.
This hot chocolate was extremely watered down. I could not drink it. It tasted like watered down hot chocolate.
I have stopped at this store every week the last 4 months and not one issue. It was a cool rainy day and hit chocolate sounded good.
A refund would be in order. Don't know why it was so watered down.

Sorry, but I have given this information so many times today, and to so many 'support staff, that I can't bear to repeat it again today!
All I can say is that they have terrible customer service, and that I guess I may as well throw this $20.00 gift card in the trash.
All I have left to try is to have the bar code scanned at the store. There should be an online app for that! Instead of all these useless 'support' sites.
My last attempt said I have to give my bank charge card account info so they could charge a 'refundable' fee-for a pre-paid card!
I'm not doing that! Refundable my [censored]! They can't even give me access to my gift card! They don't have any reason to hold my charge account information on file!
Desired outcome: Be able to use my gift card without giving charge info-if that would even work (they would probably charge more fees to my account )!!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, asked for double meat double cheese. I got zero meat and extra lettuce. Unbelievable sheetz, such a disappointment all the time. I got to work and nothing like opening your breakfast to a pile of lettuce and egg….I'd like some type of resolution by sheetz, this is more than the first time this has happened seems like the time I decide to give you my business is the time it's screwed up!

Missing item in mobile order
I ordered some cinnamon french toast sticks with syrup today (8/4/21) around 8AM. It wasn't until I got to work 40 minutes away and went to eat my breakfast that I noticed there was no syrup in my bag. Nothing was said to me stating that they were out nor was I offered an alternative option. French toast sticks are kind of dry, so, I had to just throw the entire order out.

I ordered a veggie sandwhich at Homer City PA Sheetz on 07/30/21. I found a disgusting fly in my sandwich. I could not take it back to the store because I bought it for my lunch for work. I did have a couple bites before I found it however when I did I wanted to vomit! This is gross.
Spicy chicken Caesar salad
Unfortunately while eating my salad I pulled an inch or more long chicken bone out of my mouth, the salad was great but I just couldn't eat it after that. I understand that the employees working and cooking aren't at fault for this, I assume all chicken comes frozen so that's definitely an issue with who ever packages and ships the chicken. My experience while still in store was great and the employees were all helpful and nice, but I just want to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

Wrong order again
I placed an order with Sheetz # 062. My order number is [protected]. I ordered a whole chicken sub, with bacon, ranch and Colby cheese. What I got was bacon, ranch and shredded lettuce. I got charged $1.00 for the cheese. But still no cheese. Everytime I order from them they always get it wrong. They always forget the cheese. I just had a breakfast croissant.
Two things:
The new Maple flavored sausage is TERRIBLE.
At some point in the last year or so, you started using smaller croissants.
I used to buy breakfast at Sheetz 3 days a week, but it seems that when corners are cut, customers get shafted.
You guys can afford some better food on your menu. And I've gotten so many sub-par meals at the DuBois Beeline Highway Sheetz that I don't even bother reporting it.
Some of them have been there for a long time and routinely mess up orders somehow or another.
It isn't rocket science.

At store 783, I bought Coors Lt 15-pack, In the cooler it stated 15.99 but I was charged 16.99. I told the cashier and she could care less. I have attached the photo of the reciept and the sign above the beer. My concern beside be deceived, is how many more people are not as attentive as I and get ripped off.

the cashier that waited on me this morning was very rude. She threw my products into the bag and when she spoke to me she sounded like she did not want to be there and all the customer that she waited on should be waiting on her instead. She had a jacket on and I could see her name tag and her name is Barb and I later found out her last name is Whiteford.
Desired outcome: she should be given 10 days off unpaid

I bought a freeze that was not frozen and was forced to pay for it and was not able to get a different one - Tina was very rude at Lantz corners Sheetz. Store #656 They know there isn't a survey going on so they don't care, not the way Sheetz should be - I'll just go across the road to the other gas station - lost my business.
