Shoes for Crews review: Not understanding their service

I bought on line. Went threw afterpay. Had to make first payment with my charge card. I also made 2 payments 13,24 early. I get shoes. I could tell pair was different from what I had BOTTOM HIGHER. I put on and went away. I could not keep shoe on left foot to stay on. Came home called them. I ask for a label. They wanted to sent me another pair. I said no yous changed style and left shoe not staying on. So I take back to fed ex. They should of seen I sent back. Then I had to wait. Finally I found they got back on the 7 of this month. Then im told I had to pay a stock fee. I said to them its not my fault your shoe is falling of my foot. So im waiting for money they kept blameing after pay. It was not after pays fault. Except they take to long to refund, Be nice to get same respect as when you order you have to pay right away. When you get their refund can be 10 days. Any ways I seen that I dint get all my money back. I called them now im being told I had to pay to sent back. Their website says 30 free return. I tried to print out but im so glad for cell phones. I ask for a supervisor again, Would not answear phone. Somebody needs to look at website free return. And as for restock. I could see if I didnt want them. But again im not walkung around with a shoe slipping of my foot. I realize its not alot of money. But if they do to me this way im sure someone else may go threw it. I even ask them if they want me to sent a picture of other pair I bought in 2022. Their is a difference. And I still wear the same size. That company has really changed
