Singapore Post (SingPost) terrible service provided

On 2 March, I went to Post Office Amk to collect my passport. After waiting for about 10 minutes it was finally my turn however the staff named Susan Ong kept saying stuffs like "actually the customer behind you came first but I'll help you first" then suddenly she asked me to stand at the side as she wants to serve the customer at the back first. Reluctantly, I stood at the side. However that customer took almost 10 minutes and in the end she couldn't collect her documents. After that customer left, she told me to stand infront of the counter and she'll serve me shortly. However, instead of serving me, she called her manager to serve me instead and the waiting time took another 5 minutes. She claims that she's changing shift but I kept seeing her walking up and down and talking to others. I don't think this is fair, and I believe you won't tolerate such actions. I hope you can tell that staff to not do it again and if she wants to serve the next customer first please say in advance and not after collecting my documents. Thanks

Singapore Post (SingPost) lost parcel

A year ago.. When I didnt receive a parcel.. I went high and low to lodge a complain. Was told that I must track my parcel or singpost will not be able to help.
Now I have another missing parcel which singpost claimed that it was delivered. I asked for evidence of delivery. They had none because, even though there is tracking number, there is no requirement for signature.
My parcel cost us$90, tracking fee of us$10.
A claim that it is delivered made me loss money. How certain was the parcel delivered to the correct household?
The parcel is larger than a4 size. It is a box. My parents were 100% certain that this box did not reach our home. There is no way that the box of this size can go missing or unnoticed either.
Where did my parcel go? Why is it that despite that there is tracking this time I still have no idea where my parcel is?
Please find my parcel. It is not cheap. Please.
Who did singpost gave my parcel to?
It is a box of limited edition. Yugioh 20th anniversary duelist box.

Tracking number : lp101757664jp

Singapore Post (SingPost) singpost being irresponsible over service lapse!

I lost my parcel because singpost Customer Help Live Assistance - Anurag Sharma was sitting on my request to retrieve the parcel for 2 Days.

Her Supervisor Nikhil Singh wrote in an email that he will look into it & provide the appropriate solution for me.

Now, I was told that my parcel has been returned to the sender in USA (last I checked, sender still haven't received anything) & I have to DEAL with it MYSELF!

They only offer me 2 stamp booklets which have 20 stamps 1st local stamp(30c) as a token of apology!

My US Shipping Charge was US$23.59!
Your Bloody stamp booklets is a mere S$6.00 & I have to face your LOUSY Services AGAIN to utilise them!

This is what we get when customer service is OUTSOURCED to some Third World Country & they do not have to bear any RESPONSIBILITY!🔥🔥🔥🤬🤬🤬🔥🔥🔥

Singapore Post (SingPost) speedpost/singpost services blunder

I have ordered a product from Lazada and was scheduled to be delivered on the 16th Feb 2019. Unfortunately I was not at home to receive the product on time. So a Popstation notice was left at my door gate for collection instruction within 48hours. To my frustration, the item was not at the stated location to be collected as instructed on the notice, nor at the 2nd location given, nor at Punggol Singpost and nor at Paya Lebar Singapost after 2 weeks of investigation. Instead an email was received by Speedpost/Singpost customer service representative that seller had cancelled the delivery and I had to liase with the merchant instead. But that is not the actual case.

It looks like Speedpost had outsourced their customer services elsewhere and when there is a blunder with the delivery process, things don't get solved right to the actual core. What made things worst is that no one at Speedpost/Singpost customer representative knows who is the respective higher authrority personnel whom can look into this matter to make the correct decision. It was a shock to know that an organisation this big do not have the correct point of contact to educate their representatives (or simply refuse to redirect). All we can do is to wait for an email from any random customer service or a tracking site (that is unreliable). This is a disappointment. Imagine this is on going accurance, all payments will be witheld just like that and not refunded. Is that just wrong!

Even with the advance current technology, people intend to loose their honourable ways and services nowadays.

Singapore Post (SingPost) package being left on top of letter box

I purchased something from Aliexpress and found out that it was due to deliver today in the tracking.

Imagine my surprise when I received that package from a neighbour instead of the letterbox. The package was small so it would be normally placed in the letter box but the neighbour said he found it on the top of the letterbox and came to my house to pass it to me.

Just what is your postman doing? I still have at least three more packages coming in. 2 from China and 1 from USA. I am afraid my packages will go missing.

Please do something about your postmen.

Singapore Post (SingPost) speed post delivery

Hi,
I have currently an issue with SingPost Service in Singapore.
I have send a parcel via their SpeedPost delivery service for a personal item I needed to send to my Home in France.
The parcel was sent on 02/01/19 and to be delivered in 15-21 days. However, for unknown reason in the item tracking, I have seen the parcel could not be delivered because address in consignment note was either illegible or incorrect...when I realized it the item was already on way back to Singapore.
Since then, I have contacted SingPost asking for details on why it has returned as the consignment note was fully completed and CORRECT. Also, the addressee in France did not even had a single Phone call if the address was unclear...
After giving a softcopy of consignment note and additional information to Singpost, They have told me to wait for they internal investigation just to reply me back 2 days later: The item has returned to its original country and need to collect back. The return of item cost will be bared to Sender.
SO... this is something I already knew just from reading at the Tracking note online... this is how Singpost run a proper investigation ?!
I am still awaiting answer on why it has returned and why should a Bare the cost for something I did not do Wrong.
This is the tracking number : CC921758983SG
I can not upload here the consignment note soft copy as it contains confidential information (Address and Phone number)

Case is still not resolved... 2nd Investigation stating Receiver was not free to collect the parcel... Brilliant explanation, where is the copy of consignment note you have left to the receiver ? nobody have received anything and This is NOT what was written in the consignment not and I have checked with local Post Office, they have NEVER received the parcel in their local branch!
So please run proper investigation and deliver the parcel where it should ! Seems like you just want to close the case easily and find whatever excuse you have in mind.
Pathetic ...

Singapore Post (SingPost) rude postman

My family and I encountered this rude Indian postman around 18:35 today ( 28th January).
What happened was we were coming from our car and we wanted to open the letter box to check for mail and packages.
However we saw some packages on the top of the mailboxes and our first thought was, "what are these doing here? Are they lost or?"
Our first instinct was to check for our own mail and there was really a parcel for my sister.
Little did we know this mailman popped up from behind the wall of mailboxes and screamed at us.
Some of the things he shouted:
"HEY! YOU CANNOT TAKE THOSE!"
"HOW CAN YOU JUST TAKE IT LIKE THAT?"
Mind you, we weren't even holding the parcel yet.
So I tried to explain nicely that I didn't know that he was behind nor could I hear him and also because they don't normally deliver this late on the evening.
Then his reaction was (still shouting): "YOU DEAF IS IT?!"
I mean honestly, he could've just said nicely like : sorry but you can't take those.
I don't know what is up with Singpost right now because your service level has gone down by a lot these two years. I'm not saying that the man deserves to get fired or something but there should be some SOP when things like this happen right ?
I gave him a chance and did not argue with him because he is old. But being old doesn't give you the right to be rude. We are all humans so, why can't we just be kind to one another ? I hope that this will be a lesson learnt.

Singapore Post (SingPost) long delay in redelivery of registered articles

Yishun singpost is equally worse and unprofessional in handling our registered articles. I ever lost an item and do doub t the honesty of those postman/postwoman who delivers mails within yishun ave 10 & 11.

At certain times, no delivery advice was left at our main door if no one is home to receive it. My most recent case was I received a delivery advice on a mon, and tried to request for a 2nd redelivery by dialing 1605 etc. But was unsuccessful as the singpost website could not accept my request. So I waited till the next day to call up singpost and was told it was due to singpost technical issue that they could not redirect all mails?!

The 3rd & 4th day, still got the same answer from singpost - unable to redeliver till the 5th day!

Hopefully, our local government authorities can improve the services of singpost which was indeed mis-managed, with no professionalism shown.

Singapore Post (SingPost) normal mailing service

I made an online purchase of a 1l bottle. Mr Postman just left it in my mailbox which was not able to be pulled out of the smaller gap! My mum even wrote a note on the packaging and pulled it out for Mr Postman to see the trouble we are experiencing but Mr Postman just pushed the entire package inward.

I could only describe this as "ignorant" and poor service with no perspective taking from their customers that they are serving. Why would anyone pulled their package near the mouth of the mailbox and not take it out? Can't you see that there are writings on the plastic packaging?

Singapore Post (SingPost) delivery service

Today I arrived home from work but was shocked to find my overseas parcel from Japan lying outside my house unit main gate. OMG how can singpost do this to me. There was no call from them informing me about my parcel arrival, even though no one was at home. Instead of issuing a notice slip for me to collect at the post office the next working day, they just happily dump my parcel at my doorstep. What if the parcel was stolen during my absence? Who is going to bear for my loss! Singpost, please educate yr staff not to do this again. You are delivering to a public HDB estate, how can you just leave the parcel on the public corridor. Please have a sense of responsibility towards yr customers.

Singapore Post (SingPost) mail redirection

I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with singpost mail redirection service. I previously made a same complaint on 22/10/2018 for mails not being redirected to my new address.

I re-applied for the same mail re-direction service commencing on 24/12/2018, and again my mails letters were not re-directed.

Why am I even paying for the service which I did not receive, not on one application but for both application occasions? For a proper customer recovery, singpost should refund me for the service that they did not delivered.

I'm totally ashamed of our national postal service.

From: a very very unhappy customer!

Singapore Post (SingPost) did not receive registered mail twice!

On 2 different occasions, I came to realized that my very important registered mail, was never delivered and resulted in monetary losses. It's really frustrating! I only got to know because my friends received theirs and after checking only did I realized! I live in yishun, and my relatives also living in yishun faced similar problems before. I think there's a problem with the postal service in this area.

Singapore Post (SingPost) hit by roller shutter at bukit timah post office

On 5 Jan (2.03pm), I was hit by the electronic roller shutter at Bukit Timah Post Office! It just hit right on my head. I cannot even stop it.

The chinese young lady on duty, neglience to check when she closed the roller shutter. Even that is such a loud "bang" sound, she didn't bother to check and continue locking another door.

I asked her, how can she just close the shutter like that and it hits me. The replied was " Sorry. I didnt see you." And she doesn't seen to be sorry about what had happened.

The area is very small and yet she failed to check before closing. If I am an elderly, I might end up in the hospital.

With such neglience can led to serious problem. With such customer service standard, Singpost should look into it - Failed to train customer service staff.

The official post office website do not have any site /form/email to write complain. But there is a form to write compliment. Does it mean that Singpost can only accept compliment? This is such a shame.

Writing a complaint here, will Singpost attend to the complaint? Most likely not, as this plaform doesn't seem like it is official too.

When ask which sender has sent over, there were no records. Additionally, most of the time we are at home and we didnt hear the postman rang the door bells.

Now that this article is returned back to China and I am unable to know as I have many shipments from China.

With the above, pls instruct your postman to handle with care as many items were damaged due to the force impact .

Singapore Post (SingPost) product not delivered stating no such address

7 September 2018
Item was not delivered.
Checked tracking number online. Found that the item was at Simei/Simpang Bedok post office. Called Singpost and the officer said recipient address was wrong. He told me to get the item back at Singpost Paya Lebar. When I came to collect my item, I was told to pay $20+ (think it was $23) for retrieval. I was shocked! I need to pay for my item which Singpost failed to deliver?! What is going on here? Singpost delivery problem and I became the scapegoat? Makes no sense at all! I just paid for the item because I had to send the item to my customer. Rushed to Sembawang and found the location myself and took pictures as evidence to show Singpost that the address exists and we are not living in Mars or Saturn. I know this is late because it happened in September. That time I couldn't find a platform to complain. Now I want a to request for a refund to close this case.
