Singapore Post (SingPost) poor postman delivery service

I have sent in a complaint letter to Singpost 2yrs ago as of below, but to no avail until today.

I received a registered article slip in my letterbox at 12.30pm.
It is stated that the delivery has been attempted on 8th July 2016 at 12.12pm RS11100941837CN.
My helper has been at home all the while and when I checked with her if anyone pressed the intercom, she said yes, and she pressed the "unlock" key on the intercom to open the door for the person to enter.
However, no one came to the door, and she did not hear any further intercom ringing.
I was puzzled so I called Singpost according to the number stated on the Registered Article slip, and a lady with an Indian-speaking accent picked up the phone at around 12.40pm.
I spoke to her about my concerns about the postman delivery, and at the same time asking her to help put up a request for the parcel to be redelivered. However, she told me that it is not possible to put up a request on my behalf and I have to login online the following day or to call the hotline 1605 again the following day to put up the request as she mentioned the job is not reflected in the system yet. I told her that I understand the procedure as it is clearly stated in the registered article piece of paper and I can read, but I am very upset with the postman services and I would want her to put up the request on my behalf instead as I do not want to waste time to call in again or go online to do so, but she said it is not possible for her to do that and login online or call the following day is the only way I can get the parcel redelivered according to her stated protocol.
Going further into our conversation, I told her that I would like to speak to a higher management to feedback on my concerns. I can clearly hear her raising her voice telling me that there is no higher management for me to feedback to and re-emphasized that by login online or call in the following day was the best option.
Now here are my concerns:
1) The services provided by Singpost - the order was made on the 8th June 2016 and delivery only came 1 month later
2) The postman - He could have done more things to troubleshoot the issue that he is facing, for example; if he faces difficulties understanding how to use the lift or the intercom system to get to the required unit, he could have intercom the unit again, intercom the security guard for help, or even call my mobile number which was clearly stated on the piece of Registered Article paper. I would feel that leaving the piece of paper in my letterbox was truly out of convenience of themselves, rather than putting in the best effort to deliver to the person addressed to. Are you aware that consumers are also busy people like your postmen and we don't get to find time to queue at your Singpost outlets just to collect the parcels that we have paid for delivery? Why did the postman not make further efforts to ensure that his job is done with care? Other delivery men who faced difficulties assessing the unit address will troubleshoot by intercom a 2nd or 3rd time, or even give the stated phone number to call. Why did Singpost delivery not do so?
3) Customer service officer - what is the point of stating a number for consumers to call, when the customer service officers are not even able to provide any value-added services or attempt any help with their "restricted protocols" and can only insist that we follow the steps for parcels to be re-delivered when the steps are already clearly stated on the piece of paper?
I am truly disappointed by the services provided by Singpost, and I hope that improvements in these services can be further explored on as soon as possible.
Please arrange a redelivery of the parcel as well.
Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.
A reply to the concerns will be truly appreciated.
Thank you.

Singapore Post (SingPost) parcel consisting a bag

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I would like to raise my concern over lost parcels this year.

I bought a pair of earrings from Lazada online store and it was stated that the earrings were delivered via Singpost normal mail on 02 March 2018.

However, I did not receive it. I thought it was just a stand alone issue so I did not make any complain about the lost item.

Recently, I bought a bag from Q10 website. The seller had already mailed the parcel via Singpost normal mail to me in the first week of September. However, I did not receive it.

The buyer is kind enough to resend a new bag to me and it was mailed on 14 September 2018. But this time round, till today (19 September), I still have not receive it!

My point is: When the parcel is sent by speed post or personal delivery, I would have received it. But if it is sent via Singpost, somehow it is lost in the way...

I seek your kind understanding to look into this matter.

My address is Blk 212 Serangoon Ave 4 #07-54 Singapore 550212.

Thank you.

Singapore Post (SingPost) item set as delivered with a fake signature in the tracking page.

Ordered something from Lazada and delivery set to be on 17-Sep. However at noon, I received an email that tracking status was set to "delivered".

I was in my home at that time but no one rang doorbell. There was no item placed at my doorstep or in my mailbox.

The tracking page shows someone has signed the proof of delivery but I could not recognize the signature. It was not from my family member.

I have just received my package after 11 days the package has been marked as delivered.

After 10 days your customer service agents have finally conducted your “investigation” and replied, and all you did is to insist that I already have received the package and send me the fake proof of delivery with the fake signature.

Even lazada has given up and mark the package as lost and refunded the payment. Disappointing

This should be made known to the whole social media on how Speedpost delivery person has been faking signature on delivery. I have 3 missing parcels for last 2 months which claim has been delivered with fake signature. Contact Singpost and was told the parcel has been left at the brown color box next to the window. I told them, you guy need to check where I am staying, as this is a landed property with a gate and how can it be left next to window when there is a gate.. and there is no window infront of the house.. Unless the delivery person climb through the gate. So what's the point of having signature to proof delivery when it is fake... 2 missing parcel just for last few days alone..I am not the only 1 as I have seen a number of people having the same issues... Singpost should tackle this once for all to all the black sheep... Ridiculous service and this is Singapore... How can it even happen

Singapore Post (SingPost) package not yet delivered

Hi, my mother sent a package of mooncake from Singapore on Aug 21 to Sweden (tracking no. RC703137894SG). The package is not yet delivered. I contacted the postnord in Sweden, they told me that the package was not marked as a gift and it was held to determine the commercial value. I am wondering if there is a way to speed up the release of the package. The mooncake is going to be expired soon. Thanks!

Singapore Post (SingPost) item not received.

I made an online purchase on the 28th August 2018 (Tuesday), which the seller had promptly arranged for normal mailing out on the same day of 28th Aug 2018, 6pm, and even provided picture evidence that the item was mailed out. I even double checked that the address written is accurate.

However, its been a whole week. and the item is still not here. Of all the numerous times that i have made online purchases, i have not encountered such an incident. Even via normal mail, i have always gotten my packages. AND my recipients have gotten my mails. Where could this parcel have gone? Its an A4 brown envelope.

And i would presume that - Singpost will not take any responsibility for any normal mail lost? Why still offer the option of normal mail, if at the end of the day you are just going to push for registered mail? You might as well do away with the option of normal mail and standardize that option of registered mail if delivery standards are going to be such. I would really like to comprehend - how mail gets lost. Point A to Point B. What is the issue in the middle that causes lost mail?

This is very disappointing. I kindly hope a representative gets back to me regarding this issue.

Singapore Post (SingPost) courier service

Yesterday I received an email mentioned the delivery is delayed to Thursday instead.
However when I reached home, my parents told me the parcel is laying at our outside house door.
Thanks god there is no one pass by and take it.
There is no text message to inform or even call to inform they are planning to put outside .
This is so not responsible.

Singapore Post (SingPost) speed post

[CAS-2540781-D3M1P9]

Whilst I was in Singapore ( I live in Germany) i sent a defective drone back to Hong Kong to the DJI flagship store for repair. Due to a misunderstanding they didnt accept the parcel. I wrote via your chat at least 5 times and found that this had happened on the 1st of August. (none said anything despite my mail being on the parcel. I got differing stories about what would happen.
I will come back to Singapore., It will go back to Germany, It wont go back to Germany. It is in Hong Kong on hold. The latest is, it can be redelivered. They also now want the original slip, which I cant find, but I do have the parcel number.

Singapore Post (SingPost) vpost

I don't want to say "Complaint"is just my anguish about recent experiences with Vpost US.
I had purchase many item and they comes in to my suite in the span of about 2 to 3 weeks. My sellers notified me of goods delivered, and Vpost did not update me. Further check and "Find my package", -cannot find.
Write to customer support and they seem very defensive and tells you they will update you whenever your package is received.
At the time of writting, I still have 5 packages, confirmed delivered, but Vpost still cannot and did not update me.
This may be computer system or human break down, and it seem takes a long long time to fix.
I wish you can show improvement, or I will never support Singpost any more.

Singapore Post (SingPost) lost mail

Our TIME magazine arrives every Friday since our subscription a few months ago. However, we failed to receive the Aug 20 publication.

Also recently, we did not receive one of our Singtel bills.

Occasionally, we have people in the neighbourhood passing our mail to us.

SingPost seriously needs to step up service levels to ensure accurate delivery and zero lost mail.

Singapore Post (SingPost) a package that i've yet to receive

I bought a hair clay, for hair, on carousel, and they already mailed it out 3 weeks ago. Yes I understand that you don't operate on weekends or public holiday. But it's been 3 weeks, and the package is supposed to be sent to Block 22 st George's road #05-178
Singapore 321022. The person on carousel already told me that they already mailed it out, and when I told them that I have yet to receive it, they told me to contact singpost. Please get back to me ASAP at my email ( [protected]@gmail.com) because it's important. Thanks

Singapore Post (SingPost) speedpost standard

Recently i have two mails sent to two different receipients. Using speedpost standard, the first receipient is not at home and the package should be auto delivered to the nearest popstation for collection. It didnt and the receipient have a hard time getting the mail to be sent to the post office. It used to auto placed to the nearest popstation if the receipient is not at home. What happen?
Second receipient did not even receive phonecalls and his family at home waiting. Singpost did not even try but mentioned postal code error in their system. But it is correct at the mail label. And the mail get sent back to the sender whom is me even though I specifically states that receipient self collect if delivery fails. Most of receipients are not at home. Why would i pay for a service that keep returning the mail back to me? Common sense is required to get it delivered as best. I called Singpost and they insists that the package is returned to sender but its not! Only August 2018 theres this issue.

Singapore Post (SingPost) epac

After reading these complaints about bad Singpost service, I felt 'better'. My sis came home this evening and saw 3 unsuccessful delivery slips stuck at the gate. Yet both my parents were at home the entire day and they didn't hear anyone knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. In fact, I told them to keep a look out for the postman who's delivering my parcels this week. (as these are tracked parcels, I'm aware of their whereabouts). Previously, I've no issues receiving my parcels including those untracked.

Singapore Post (SingPost) singpost delivery

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I was impressed by the service of speed post.

However, today the service of singpost had made me disappointed.

What is the point of delivering a piece of Card at 5 Plus when you did not inform the customer you had reached the premises?

If you had called, I would have called my mum who is downstair to come up and receive on behalf.

Then after that send a sms over say was unable to deliver.

If there is not enough time, you might as well deliver the next day and had ample time to inform the customer.

Now worst, I would need to make a trip down to the singpost to take even I was not free.

Dear Customer, SingPost was unable to deliver your small packet TD070198P983038919022 from WORLD MARKETING GROUP PTE LTD. Please collect the item after 2 pm on the next working day (Mon to Fri) from the Post Office stated on the delivery advice within 10 working days. (Do not reply to this SMS)

So disappointed

Singapore Post (SingPost) missing parcel

I'd like to make a complain. I've sent out 2 parcels using Normal mailing on 5th Sunday and 2 of my receivers should receive within a week but 1 of my parcel went missing that was supposed to be sent to Blk 879, Tampines Ave 8, #11-266, Singapore 520879.
Moreover, I bought the Polymailers from Singpore Post office, think that it should be safe using them. Now the parcel us lost, I need the person in charge from the main office to give me a explaination.
How could such a A4 size parcel be lost?
Did your deliverman threw it away?
I'm really very upset about this. I saw a video of Singpore Postman who threw away letters that he should put in the letter box. I really hope that my parcel was not treated like this.
Please reply asap or contact at my hp no. 9875 6046. Please investigate.

Singapore Post (SingPost) speedpost

I paid Speedpost to deliver a package to Spain. It was held in customs in Spain for two weeks without ever being delivered to the recipient, and then it was returned to Singapore. If I wanted the package back I had to pay the shipping costs back to Singapore (the same amount I paid for the non-delivery). Then I was told I could send it again if I paid the shipping cost a THIRD time. I have been trying to get the package back ever since, at no extra charge, because I am not sure why I have to pay even once for a service that wasn't given. Since I raised the issue with Speedpost I have been getting the same form email repeatedly, asking me "for some time, whie they sort it out". A sampling of lines from the emails:
1. Jul 26 - We are investigating the case and would like to request for 3-5 working days to finalise our findings
2. Aug 2 - We would like to inform you that we have raised an investigation with destination postal authority for your Speedpost item CR924929850SG. Once we receive final reply from them we will update you accordingly
3.Aug 3 - We understand that you have faced inconvenience regarding Speedpost item CR924929850SG and would like to inform you that we have raised an investigation with destination postal authority.
4. Aug 7 - We would like to inform you that we have raised an investigation with destination postal authority for your Speedpost item CR924929850SG . We are investigating the case and would like to request for additional working days to finalise our findings and provide the appropriate solution for you. Once we receive final reply from them we will update you accordingly.
I have not received my package back to date.
