Since august I’ve been in contact with their support trying to fix my issues and to no avail. They have treated me poorly and with no respect. For example, their phone representatives have lied to me telling me that an engineer was en route five minutes away, when in reality that was not the case. I’ve been out on hold for twenty to thirty minutes before while they were “checking my case number”. I’ve been asked to do the same thing over and over again by different representatives and when I tell them I have already attempted those remedies they become combative. Their support team treats me like I know nothing about technology, and when I told them that I had tried everything they kept asking me to try and that I would like an engineer to come out they responded in a combative manner. I finally was able to get one sent, but before they came out they cancelled the request and closed my ticket saying they fixed the issue, when they hadn’t. I had to complain through my apartment complex who then complained directly to the company and they sent someone out. That engineer made the problem even worse, and I currently can’t use my internet at all. This is ridiculous. Me and my roomates work from home and are students, and our work has been heavily affected by Single Digit’s inability to provide the service their company is built around delivering.
Desired outcome: Fix my internet and reimburse use for internet and lost work.
To clarify, the specific issue we are having is with our ethernet. The connection is slow all around to the point where it is unusable at points, but the ethernet straight up unusable. I have a PC I built with only an Ethernet connection, it has no WIFI ability.
