05 JANU ARY 2025 @ 0800. Deceptive and misleading conversations with agents. Will not allow you to cancel a plan - took me 30 minutes on line today to cancel a plan. Was continually offered better deals with no explanation of which service was being offered. Prior issues included constantly cancelling my 5 year Sirius Traffic Plus and Travel Link services. Spent hours on the phone trying to keep the service - provided dealers account and still cancelled when ever my XM radio plan was due. This is a bait and switch and retribution (cancelling the traffic plans) when I did not subscribe to a more costly plan.

Shady tactics are being used by Sirius XM. Deals based on bait-and-switch are not okay and neither is the incessant cancellation of services. You should lodge a complaint with the FTC about deceptive practices. Dispute such charges with your credit card provider if you were overcharged or did not receive any service at all. Publicize their doings to alert other people about them. Stop playing their games — cancel and try something else instead.
