One of the 'legs" of the console table is defective as it could not be attached/locked.
Our cleaner was just wiping the dust on top of the table and just move the table a little when suddenly the leg fell off. he tried to put it back thinking it might have been not properly screwed but find out its another kind of leg for this particular console table.

SM Supermalls unethical behavior of security guard

July 5, 2019 at around 7:15pm palabas po ako ng SM Megamall galing sa Ace Hardware para bibili sana ng de roscas para sa kalan, hindi po ako nakabili dahil nag text po ang aking asawa na nandun na sya sa labas ng SM Megamall along EDSA banda sa may endpoint ng Mega B (naka motor). Minamadali po nya ako dahil bawal daw po doon ang motor. After 6 minutes na nag text sya na nadun na sya nagmadali po akong lumabas at nang pinuntahan ko na po sya ay nagtalo pa po kami dahil ang tagal ko daw lumabas at sinita daw sya ny security dahil bawal dun. Pero nakiusap daw sya na saglit lang at inaantay nga ako. Nung inaayos na ng asawa ko ang pinamili ko at habang ako'y nagsusuot ng Helmet, may lumapit po na security sa amin at kinukumpronta ang aking asawa na pinapaalis na pero pasigaw ang pagkasabi, sinabihan kop o ang security guard na sabi ko Sir aalis na din po kami naghehelmet lang po, pero pilit nya po na pinapaalis ang asawa ko, at sinabi ng asawa ko na saglit lang at nandito na ang inaantay nya, ako nga yun na asawa nya. Iniinsist talaga nya na umalis kami pero hindi po maayos na pananalita mataas po ang boses nya na para bang daig pa ang may kaalitan. Sinabi po ng asawa ko hindi ka makapag hintay aalis din naman kami. Sumigaw po ang Security Guard (pointed to my husband) na "kanina pa kita pinapaalis ang tagal tagal mo na dyan hindi ka pa rin umaalis. Sumagot po ako na "Sir nag-aayos pa nga po at aaalis na rin, bakit ganyan naman ho kayo makapag salita? Pede naman po makiusap ng mahinahon na hindi pasigaw. Ganyan ho ba ang training sa inyo kapag may sinisita kayong tao?". Hindi po ako pinapansin ng security guard at bukambibig pa rin po ang pagpapaalis sa amin. At sinabi po ng asawa ko na kunin mo nga ang pangalan nyan, napakayabang, kala mo kung sino kakiusap nga na saglit lang di mapakusapan. Bigla pong lumapit ang Security guard sa asawa ko sinabing "ah gusto mo bang malaman ang pangalan ko?, ito oh, oh, oh, oh, ayaan" idinutdot po nya ang kanyang dibdib sa mukha ng asawa ko. Sabi ko sa security "Sir, grabe naman po kayo kung umasta para naman kayong hindi nakapag aral ng grade 1 at di nyo natutunan ang GMRC, ano po ba ang pangalan nyo at bakit ayaw nyong ibigay? Patingin nga po?" nilapitan ko sya at hahawiin ko sana ang life vest na suot nya dahil natatabunan ng life vest ang pangalan nya, ng biglang hinawi ang kamay ko. (nasilip ko ng kauti ang initial nya pero not sure pa din (CE Pugo) something like that. Sinabi po ng asawa ko na "wag nyo naman ginaganyan ang asawa ko tinatanong kayo ng maayos kung ano ang pangalan nyo eh. Sumagot po ang security na "sira ulo ka pala eh kanina pa kayo pinapaalis dyan ayaw nyong umalis! Alis! Alis! At sumabat po ang isa nyang kasama na security na umalis na kami. Lalo pong nagsusumigaw ang security with matching duro duro sa asawa ko, at sinabi po ng asawa ko na matapang ka lang kasi may hawak ka nyan (pertaining to the gun). At sinabi ng security na "ah ito ba ang kinatatakutan mo? Itinuturo ang baril. At pinahawakan nya sa kasama nyang security guard ang kanyang baril, at binalikan ang asawa ko at sinabing "oh ayan wala ang kinatatakutan mo bumaba ka diyan at mag one-on-one tayo, baba! Bigla po nanginig ang katawan ko sa takot at dali daling sumakay sa motor at pinaalis ko na po ang asawa ko. Pagkaalis po naming sinabihan ko ang aking asawa na mag park muna at magko-complain po sana kami sa admin pero sabi nya maabala pa kami at isa pa gagabihin pa lalo kami kapag magreklamo pa. Ang mga tao pong katulad nya ay hindi po magandang ehemplo sa kapwa po nyang security guard nakakasira po sya ng dangal para sa mga matitinong security guard. At higit po sa lahat ay prone po sya sa gulo. Almost 6 minutes lang po na tumambay ang asawa ko dun 7:12pm po nung magtext na dumating na sya, at palabas po mula sa ace hardware, 7:18 nagreply po ako nasa Chelsea resto na ako, so it was almost 6 minutes lang ganon kaagad ang asal nya sa amin. Sobra naman po yata yun, hindi makatarungan at hindi makatao para alipustahin po kami ng ganun-ganon nalang. Kung meron po CCTV makikita po ninyo kung gaano kasama ang inasal ng security guard na iyon at dapat po mabigyan sya ng leksyon para po hindi matularan. Dahil sabi po ng asawa ko lahat po ng humhinto na motor doon ay sinisigawan nya, pambabastos po the way na magsita, hindi makatao. Nararapat po na sya ay mabigyan ng disciplinary action.

PART 3 OF COMPLAINTS ON UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR OF SECURITY GUARD IN FRONT OF SM MEGAMALL MAIN ENTRANCE
On July 9, 2019 at 6:15pm ako po'y bumalik muli sa Security Admin Office ng SM Megamall B upang mag follow up ng CCTV request, ngunit habang ako po'y tumatawid natanaw ko po ang nambastos na gwardya naka duty sa likod ng SM Megamall near Security Admin Office. Pagpasok ko po ay mayroon pang kausap ang nakausap kong Admin Officer kahapon. After a few minutes ay pumasok ang nambastos na security guard at ang kanyang OIC. Maya’t maya pa ay kinausap na kami ng security admin officer, kasama ang OIC na sir Mr. Garcia pati na rin ang nambastos na gwardya at ang isa nyang kasama ay hindi iniharap sa akin. At sinabi sa akin ng Security Admin Officer na wala daw pong CCTV camera at ang CCTV ay sa entrance po lamang ng SM megamall. (So sad in our part. Pano na ang hustisya na pinapangarap ko sa kabastusang ginawa ng gwardyang ito.) Sinimulan ng Admin Officer ang pagtatanong sa nambastos na gwardya:
Security Admin Officer : Nandito Si Mam inereklamo kayo na sila ay inyong binastos noong nakaraang araw ng Biyernes July 5, kasama ang kanyang asawa, natatandaan mo pa ba ang pangyayari? Nais namin na malaman ang iyong side:
Securiting Nambastos: Sir, yes sir, angkas rider po sir na nag park sa harap na ayaw umalis noong sya’y aking pinapaalis na bawal tumambay.
Security Admin Officer: Ayon kay mam binastos mo daw ang kanyang asawa?
Securiting Nambastos: Sir sinigawan po ako ng kanyang asawa kaya po ako nagalit.
Complainant: Anong sinigawan?! Nandun ho ako nung nangyari, nagsusuot ho ako ng helmet ng bigla kayong lumapit sa amin at pinagsisigawan mo ang asawa ko na "hoy! Umalis ka dyan! Kanina pa kita pinaaalis di ka parin umaalis! Alis! Alis! Di ho ba yan ang asal nyo nung sinisita nyo ang asawa ko? Di ho ba sinabihan ko pa kayo na naghehelmet lang po at aalis na din after. Pero anong ginawa nyo?! Wala kayong katitigil kakasigaw sa pagpaalis sa asawa ko. Di ba sinabihan din kita na "Sir bakit ho ganyan naman kayo magsita sumisigaw, pede naman po kayo magsalita ng mahinahon, ganyan ho ba ang training sa inyo kapag may sinisita kayong tao? O ano nakalimuatan na?! Hindi ka na na kontento nung pinakukuha ng asawa ko ang pangalan mo, anong ginawa mo, nginudngod mo pa ang dibdib mo sa mukha ng asawa ko di ba? Anong klaseng asal ang meron ka?!
Securiting Nambastos: Sinigawan ako ng asawa mo nung gusto mong tingnan ang pangalan ko.
Complainant: No Sir, hindi ka sinigawan ng asawa ko, sinabihan lang ho kayo ng asawa ko na “huwag nyo namang ginaganyan ang asawa ko, kinukuha ang pangalan nyo ayaw nyong ibigay” pero hindi ho pasigaw, nainis lang ho sya nung tinapik nyo ang kamay ko nung hahawiin ko sana ang life vest mo para kunin ang pangalan mo, its a natural reaction dahil asawa nya ako, tangkang saktan mo, sino ang hindi maiinis non?! Pero hindi ka pa rin pinatulan ng asawa ko! Dahil kung mapagpatol ang asawa ko, nung time na nginudngod mo ang dibdib mo sa mukha nya, dun palang pwede ka na nyang banatan dun sa pambabastos mo na yun! Kaso ayaw lang namin ng public scandal! Kaya hinabaan ho namin ang pasensya namin.
Security Admin Officer: eh kaya pala naman mam nagalit sa inyo ang gwardya sinigawan pala.
Complainant: Hindi po sya Sir sinigawan, natural sir asawa nga ako di ba?! its a natural reaksyon na mainis ang asawa ko dahil asawa ho nya ako, hindi ho sumigaw ang asawa ko! Hindi pa rin makatao ang ginawa nya sa amin.
Securiting Nambastos: Hinamon nya ako ng suntukan eh at sinabihan na matapang lang daw ako kasi may hawak akong baril.
Complainant: Hindi ho naghamon ng suntukan ang asawa ko! Its a natural reaksyon bilang asawa na ginanon ang asawa nya ng bastos na gwardyang ito at nasabi ng asawa ko na kaya ka lang matapang dahil may hawak ka nyan, wala hong binanggit na words na baril ang asawa ko! ikaw ang naghamon sa kanya ng one-on-one suntukan at hindi ka pa na kontento, ang hawak mong baril ay pinahawakan mo pa sa kasama mo at hinamon ang asawa ko ng suntukan, pinapababa mo pa sa motor nya di ba?! Para mag-one-on-one kayo?!. Pero ni hindi nagpakita ang asawa ko ng motibo para tapatan ang angas mo! Dahil pinalaki ho kami ng mga magulang namin na may respeto at dignidad!. Ano! Tingin nyo! makataong gawain ho ba yun?! Gawain ba ng isang matinong gwarya na gawin yun?! Yung maghamon ng away?!
OIC Officer: Mam hindi po sa pinagtatakpan ko itong tauhan ko, sinabi ko na po sa inyo Mam na ipinagbabawal po ang paghinto ng matagal doon.
Complainant: Anong hindi pinagtatakpan?! Natural na pagtatakpan ninyo! tauhan nyo sya eh, pangalan ng companya ninyo ang nakataya dito, natural iabswelto nyo sya kahit na nambastos sya, kasi takot kayo na masira ang companya nyo at mawalan ng trabaho! Kung ibidensya lang at kung totoong walang CCTV ang SM megamall pede ho ako magpa interview sa national television para manawagan sa mga taong nakakita ho sa amin noong gabing iyon! Dahil nung time na yun ay maraming nakakita sa amin na mga motorista.
Security Admin Officer: Mam agaw pansin po talaga ang mga bagay na yan kasi maraming mga taong osyoso pagdating sa ganyan.
Complainant: ‘Yun nga po eh! Kasi po naghuhuramintado itong tauhan nyo sa galit sa asawa ko. Hindi ko alam kung anong problema nya at bakit ganyan ang inasta nya sa amin. Na kung ituring kami ay parang daig pa ang isang hampas lupang baboy na gutom. Mahirap ba intindihin na nagpaalam na nga ang asawa ko na saglit di ho ba?! Nung time na nagpaalam at nakiusap sya na mghintay doon at iniwan sya he assumed na pinayagan sya ng mga tauhan mo at hindi na sya binalikan pa para sitahin.
Security Admin Officer: Ilang beses mong sinita ang asawa ni mam?
Securiting Nambastos: Tatlong beses po sir!
Complainant: Its a lie! Ikinuwento ho ng asawa ko na isang beses lang ho sya sinita pagkadating nya dun at nung sinita sya at nakiusap daw ho sya na saglit lang at inaantay akong lumabas, iniwan na daw sya pagkatapos nyang makiusap kaya inisip nya na pinayagan sya at hindi na muling binalikan. Angkas rider ho ang asawa ko at matindi po ang training nila, kaya ho hindi basta basta lalabag sa traffic rules yon.
OIC : Mam bawal nga po doon, ipinagbabawal ang huminto ng matagal.
Complainant: oo nga po Sir bawal, pero nakiusap nga ho di ba? Nung nakiusap hindi na sya pinaalis at hindi na sya sinita so it means pinayagan sya. Almost 6 minutes lang po sir ‘di pa pinatawad. Talagang nambastos pa sa konting minuto na hiningi. Nandun na ako eh, iilang minuto lang aalis na rin kami, kung bakit naghuhuramintado pa talaga sa galit at daig pa ang patay gutom na ba baboy ang tingin sa amin.
Security Admin Officer: Nakailang minutong tumambay ang asawa ni Mam dun sa kanyang hinintuan?
Securiting Nambastos: Sir mga 15 minutes po sir! Nakatatlong sita na ako hindi pa rin umaalis!
Complainant: Its a lie almost 6 minutes lang ho meron ho akong patunay na 6 minutes lang.
Security Admin Officer: Mam ganito po, since wala nga po tayong CCTV sa bandang roon it means wala po tayong witness sa buong pangyayari simula noong dumating si Sir, ibig sabihin po hindi nyo nakita kung ilang beses sinita si Sir, maging ako, dahil wala rin ako doon. Hindi ko ho kinukunsente ang ginawa ng taong ito, pero wala ho tayong witness na makapagpatunay dun sa kung ilang beses sinita si Sir.
Complainant: Meron ho sir witness yung isa po nyang kasama, yun po ang witness ng lahat ng pangyayari kung bakit kasi d nyo isinama rito eh sya nga ang kailangan ko para gawing witness.
Security Admin Officer: 'di ba mam sabi nyo pumasok kayo ng ace hardware at namili posibli po na tama ang sinasabi nag taong ito na 15 minutes tumambay doon si Sir.
Complainant: No! Sir its almost 6 minutes, pinabasa ko po sa inyo ang text messages namin ng asawa ko mula ng mag txt sya na dumating na sya at palabas po ako na malapit sa chelsea. May oras ho ang text messages kaya 'di pedeng dayain.
Security Admin Officer: Mam wait lang po, wait lang, patapusin po ninyo ako, makinig ka muna.
Complainant: Ok po sir go ahead (puro kasinungalingan gumagawa gawa pa ng kwento, the more na nagsisinungaling, the more na bibigat ang kaso)
Security Admin Officer: Kung pumasok po kayo ng ace hardware at namili at nung mag txt po si Sir at naroon pa kayo sa loob ay posibling aabot po kayo ng 15 minutes, kasi pipila pa kayo sa counter para magbayad ng pinamili nyo kaya mga ilang minuto pa ang itinagal ninyo sa loob.
Complainant: Sir hindi nga po ako nakapamili 'di po ba?! Ang nakasaad po dyan sa complaints ko ay bibili ho sana, kaso hindi nga po nakapabili dahil nga po nag text na ang asawa ko, at nagagalit po ang asawa ko kapag matagal akong dumadating kasi ayaw nyang naghihintay sya, gusto nya pagdating nya nandun lang ako. "Di ba?! Binasa nyo kahapon ang complaints ko di ba?!, pati text messages?! Ang sinabi ko kaya ho ako medyo naantala kasi po walang tao sa customer service. Di ba po sabi ko sa inyo kahapon kinatok katok ko pa ang number ko para mapansin ako kasi walang pumapansin sakin para ibigay ang mga pinamili ko?! Gusto nyo po ipasilip din natin ang CCTV sa ace hardware para po makita nyo na hindi po ako nakapamili at lumabas agad ako.
Security Admin Officer: Hindi na po namin sakop ang ace hardware kaya po wala kaming control sa kanilang CCTV. But still lumabag pa rin po ang asawa nyo sa traffic rules. Di ba po sabi ninyo matindi ang training sa angkas, still lumabag pa rin sya.
Complainant: Nakiusap ho sya Sir, sana pagkahinto nya dun at kung di pumayag na maghintay dun, sana nung time na yun di na nya tinantanan ang asawa ko hanggat di umalis dun. Ano yun inantay nya talaga akong dumating para ipangalandakan sa harap ko ang kabastusan nya?! Dahil lang sa hindi sya umalis dun sa pinaghintuan nya?!
Security Admin Officer: Kasi po mam kapag po may mga tumatagal na mga tumatambay, eh ang ginagawa po namin ay niraradyo po namin sa MMDA para ipahuli.
Complainant: Yun! Yun po sir ang sinasabi ko sayo kahapon. Na kaya sya galit na galit dahil inireport nya ang asawa ko para ipahuli sa MMDA, kaso ang nangyari naunahan ko ng dating kaya sya naghuramintado sa galit. 'Di po ba tama ang hinala ng asawa ko?! Yun ang nag trigger sa kanya para magalit sa asawa ko kaya sya nambastos. Di ba Sir! Tama nga ho kami?! Na ‘yun ang ikinagagalit nya?!
Security Admin Officer: Still lumabag pa rin ho ang asawa nyo sa traffic rules, may nakapaskil po dun na loading and unloading only bawal tumambay, di ba paglabag pa rin po yun sa traffic rules?!
Complainant: Sir nakiusap po sya hindi po sya lumabag, iba ang nakiusap kesa basta basta nalang tumambay, may permission po ang kanyang paglabag kaya hindi po paglabag sa batas ng traffic rules dahil nakiusap po sya.
Security Admin Officer: Mam traffic rules po bawal nga po di ba anong ginawa ng asawa nyo tumambay pa rin di ba?!
Complainant: Okay! Okay! Lumabag accepted! How about ang pambabastos sa asawa ko?!
Security Admin Officer: Mam sa bagay na po yan, sa secuirty agency na po yan. Sila na po ang kausapin nyo dahil sa bagay na yan hindi na kami nag hahandle dyan.
Complainant: Sir ano po?! maibibigay nyo na po ba ang pangalan nila?! Pasensya na po pero hindi ko po papalagpasin ang bagay na ito, magdedemanda po ako para mabigyan ng leksyon ang taong ito at kailangan mabigyan ng hustisya ang pambabastos sa asawa ko! At gagwin ko pong witness ang isa nyang kasama at kung di po sya makipag cooperate ay isasama ko po sya sa aking idedemanda! Kaya kailangan ko pong makuha ang pangalan nila.
OIC Officer: Mam hindi po eh, ibibigay ko nalang po ang number ng inspector namin at doon nalang po kayo magtanong sa kanya. Si Inspector
Adriano, ito po ang contact # nya 0998-XXX-XX02 yan po, sya nalang po ang kausapin ninyo.
Complainant: So hindi ko pa rin ho makukuha ang pangalan nila?! Wala na ngang CCTV wala pang pangalan na maibigay sa akin. Kung wala po akong makuhang matinong impormasyon dito, hindi lang naman po kayo ang taong pedeng malapitan ko. Marami po akong kilalang tao na pede kong malapitan at siguradong matutulungan ako ng taong ito. Idinaan ko lang po sa proseso dahil sa paniwalang makakamtan ko dito ang patas na resulta. Pero kung ganito lang din naman po ang kahihinatnan eh, idadaan ko ho ito sa legal na pamamaraan. Ano po agency nyo?!
Security Admin Officer: Ayan po sa damit nila nakalagay.
Complainant: ah redeye, redeye II agency?! Pag tinawagan ko po itong numerong binigay ninyo sa akin ibibigay na po ba nila sa akin ang pangalan ng dalawa?
OIC Officer: Yes mam! Sila po ang makapagbigay sa inyo.
Complainant: Okay thank you po Sir. Pasensya na po kung naabala ko kayo.

Tumayo na po ako sa aking kinauupuan at nagpaalam sa kanila at umalis na po ako palabas at wala man lang akong narinig ni isang paumanhin sa kanila. At ng matungo ko na ang pintuan palabas ay lumingon ako muli sa kanilang tatlo at sumigaw na "pasensya na po sir sa pambabastos sa asawa ko ha?!" Still no response from them. Its obvious na pinaikot lamang po ako at gumawa pa ng kwento para maliin pa ang aking salaysay. Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! Anong klaseng meron pag iisip ang mga taong nakausap ko at tila puro panis ang pag iisip. Sa harap ko kinonsente ang kabastusan ng tauhan nilang bastos! SM MEGAMALL pa man din ang pinaglilingkuran tapos ganyan ang mga asal ng gwardya! Bastos!

PART 2 OF COMPLAINTS ON UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR OF SECURITY GUARD IN FRONT OF SM MEGAMALL MAIN ENTRANCE

On July 8, 2019 at 6:30pm pumunta po ako sa SM Bldg B Security Admin Office para magrequest ng copy ng CCTV footage at hingin ang buong pangalan ng dalawang security guards na naka duty at that night. Nakausap ko po ang isang Security Admin Officer at binigay ko po ang aking letter of request and copy of complaints. Nang matapos po mabasa ang aking request at complaints ay ipinaliwanag po nya sa akin na may proseso ang pag request ng CCTV footage at ipinabasa po ang Ordinance regarding reguest of CCTV. Nagkaroon po kami ng pagdiskusyon pagkatapos nyang mabasa ang aking complaints. Nagtanong sya kung ang complaints ko daw po ba, ay sa kanila lamang nauna or may iba pang pinag daanan at sinabi ko po na posted na sa SM Supermalls Complaints Blog. Nung ako'y nagrequest ng pangalan ng security guards ay mariin na sinabing hindi sila basta bastang nagbibigay ng pangalan unless na maverify ang mga nakaduty dun sa area na yun. At mariin ko rin pong sinabi na "bakit wala po ba kayong logbook?” Hindi nyo po bang pedeng silipin sa logbook ninyo ang mga pangalan na naka duty sa gabing iyon? Two days pa lamang po ang nakalipas." Ipinaliwanag po ng security admin officer na nagrereshuffle daw ang kanilang mga tauhan baka daw at that time iba ang naka post mas mainam na nakakasiguro para matiyak ang tamang naka duty doon.
Marahil may dahilan daw po kung bakit ganoon na lamang ang inasta ng security guard na nambastos sa amin. At idiniin ko po na nakiusap ang aking asawa na mag park ng sandali dahil inaantay lamang po ako na lumabas at almost 6 minutes lamang po na tumambay ang aking asawa dun sa pinaka end point ng mega B.
At inimungkahi ko rin po sa Security Admin Officer ang sinabi ng aking asawa na kaya nagalit ang nambastos na gwardya dahil iniradyo sya na ipapahuli sana sa MMDA, ngunit sinabi ng Admin Officer na kung nagraradyo daw po sila na ipapahuli ang mga tumatambay na motor cycle/vehicle ay hindi sa MMDA kung di sa mga Officers lang din daw po na nakaduty within the area of responsibility ng SM megamall. Ipinatawag po nya ang OIC ng dalawang security guards at iniharap sa akin. At sinabi ko po na nais ko pong makuha ang pangalan ng dalawang security guards. Yung isang nambastos at yung isa na kasama nya dahil gagawin ko pong witness sa pagsampa ko ng kaso dahil yun po ang nakasaksi ng buong pangyayari. At ikinuwento ko rin po ang buong pangyayari sa OIC officer na si Mr Garcia ng Redeye security agency.
At mariin nya pong sinabi na Bawal nga po ang mag antay ng matagal ang mga sasakyan/motor, pick up and drop off only ika nga. Sinabi ko rin po na nakiusap ang husband ko na saglit kaya nung time na iniwan sya ng dalwang security he assumed na pinayagan sya at hindi na sya binalikan pang muli. Bakit inantay pa ako na dumating at nakikita na nyang naghehelmet ako at paalis na saka nya binalikan ang asawa ko at bumanat ng pambabastos, hindi makatao ang ginawa nya sa amin at tila bang para lang kaming isang hampas lupa sa kanyang paningin para sigaw sigawan na lamang ng ganun ganon. At sinabi ko rin na madalas ako na naghihintay sa main entrance tapat ng chelsea at nakaupo sa hagdan, since then wala pang bawal, Wenesday, July 3, dun din ako nag antay sa husband ko okay pa din at nitong Friday meron ng biglang bawal. Ipinaliwanag naman po sa akin ng OIC officer kung bakit nila ipinagbawal dahil sa mga colorum na mga sasakyan at motorsiklo na nakatambay. Ngunit mariin ko rin po na ipinaliwanag ang pambabastos na ginawa sa amin ng kanyang isang tauhan at sinabi kong kailangan mabigyan ng leksyon upang ito'y hindi na maulit muli sa iba. Pag wala pong magrereklamo ay paulit ulit po nyang gagawin ang pambabastos na ginagawa nya. What if makatagpo po sya ng matapang at kaya syang labanan at magkabarilan aantayin pa po ba natin na may madamay na inocente bago natin bigyan ng leksyon? Lahat daw may dahilan kung bakit nag ti-trigger ng galit ang kanilang tauhan.
Ngunit ako po'y kanilang sinabihang bumalik na lamang kinabukasan para sa resulta ng pag request ko ng CCTV footage at bukas ko din daw malalaman ang pangalan ng dalwang security guards at sila na rin daw po ang bahala magpataw ng disciplinary action kung ito'y nagkasala man. I insisted na kung ma reveal ang CCTV ay dun po mapapatunayan ang kanyang kabastusan. Pumayag na lamang po ako na bumalik kinabukasan. Humingi ng paumanhin ang Admin Officer na aking nakausap dun sa pangyayari na ginawa ng kabastusan ng isang gwardya.

SM Supermalls supermarket service

Last night i did my grocery at your megamall A branch and Since my package was heavy, i decided to take my cart outside the mall. While waiting for my Grab ride, 2 of your baggage boys who were collecting carts passed by. They were obviously eyeing my cart until one of them approached and asked if he can take it. I requested to keep it a little longer until my ride arrives because my package was heavy. He said that it was already closing time. Pissed off, i gave in and took out my groceries from the basket. Seeing that i was struggling with my package, he said never mind. I gave the cart to him anyway...
Next time, i hope your people can have at least some consideration to customers. I understand that it was already closing time and it would be risky to leave your carts (which are all damaged since the wheels can't roll because of too much dust around them) but for your info, if go out the supermarket (the doors facing Bank Drive) and look at the fx terminal across, there are 3 big carts parked there uncollected for MONTHS which has become a trash can for passers by. May i ask why your boys don't bother taking them in?

SM Supermalls irresponsible person

hi, last june 22, 2019 around 6pm in Central mall dasmarinas, savemore groceries. I encountered the worst scenario. Im going to buy a desk fan. inside the grocery "savemore". that time walang taong nag aasist to check the fan or mag assist man lang sa amin dahil mag gagabi na at wala na kaming mabbilhan ng electricfan. cuz accidentally nasira ang fan namin sa bahay. so no choice kami mag antay para mabili ang electricfan. mag 20 mins kami may tinawag akong isang guy na nag aayos ng item para tanungin sinu pwede mag assist samin, sabi nya tinawag nya pero mga ilang minuto wala pding lumapit, so nakita ko ang malapit na customer service area at humingi ndn ng assistance at sinabi ko na ilang minuto na kami nag aantay at walang nag aasist sa amin dahil may dala pa akong bata at mag gagabi na. so sabi sakin tumawag na sya ng tao but pag balik ko sa area ng fan na bbilhan ko wala pdin. sobrang haba na ng pasensya ko that time pero bakit sobrang abuso naman para mag antay kami ng ganung katagal. may mga ibang tao sa area may guard at para sa homecredit na lalake but still wala pdin silang ginagawa. tinanung ko na nga yung guard kung pwd kunin ko na ang fan para makauwi but sbi nya need pa i test so ayun napakahaba pdn ng pag aantay. hangang may dumating na lalaki para mag assist samin pero mag iisang oras muna bago kami napuntahan para i check ang fan. i hope na paraan na ito mas mapabuti ang service ng savemore salitran. at wala ng customer ang magaya samin dahil hindi namin to deseved, karapatan namin ang maayos at magandang serbisyo. at bilang isang kilalang pangalan sanay mapanatili ito at magawan ng aksyon. 😤😤😤 please i need your responds. my email add: [protected]@yahoo.com

Dumadaan kami ng aking girlfriend nang biglang magtawanan at ang isang empleyado nio ay sumigaw s kanyang boss, I assume boss or lead, her name is gene/jean under mdu at sinabing kilala mo c beki ng dumaan kmi ng aking gf naganap ito s oras between 730pm to 830pm. Nainsulto ang aking girlfren pero d n muna nmin ito pinansin at umalis. Nang kami ay bumalik at nagtawanan uli at s galit ng aking girlfren sya ang napamura ng putangina, s gulat namin ay may sumagot ng tangina, napamura uli ang girlfren ko at sumagot uli ng tangina, sobrng nkakadisapoint at nkakatrauma ito pra s isang loyal customer. Hinayaan n nmin ito dala ang bigat ng loob at umalis, at naisip magreport s customer service. Nagkataon n break time n nung nagreport kmi kaya hindi n nmin nkausap si gene/jean nung itoy pinage at kamiy umuwi na lamang. Nagtry akong tumawag s customer hotline ngunit wala ng sumasagot, dala ng galit bumalik ako at kinausap c gene, /jean. Nung ikinuwento ko ito kay jean ay kanyang agad sinabi n meron lamang clang pnaguusapang bagong empleyado pero normal nman n pagtakpan ang mali or mag astang tanga tangahan. Hindi ako maniniwala n eksaktong pagdaan nmin, ay biglang may sisigaw n tinatwag ang kanyang ma'am at magsasabing "kilala mo c beki". S mismong grocery pa n halos magdadalawang taon n kmi laging n mimili kmi mkakaengkwentro ng ganito. Ang masakit at nkakalungkot p d2 ay ang pagsagot ng tangina ng gagong empleyado n un n hindi n nmin nmukaan pero cgurado kmi n may nkakakila dhil may sumuway. Ang isa pang nkakalungkot ay ntrigger ang depression ng aking gf dhil sya ay nag undergo ng medication s depression. Kaya kong pumunta s opisina ng khit anong sm pra ipakita ang medication nya kung kakailanganin. Ang kawalang paggawa s oras ng trabaho at pangbabastos s kapwa ay nagdulot mg matinding sama ng loob at trauma lalong lalo n s aking gf. SM Supermalls rude cashier

I went to a senior citizen isle today @
(06/08/19) to pay for the items that i need. There are no customer queing in this isle and the next isle which is a sm privilege isle. Isle 1 and this 2 isles are open with cashier on it. When i approach this cashier. She started asking me for my senior citizen booklet with seriousness in her face. I thought she is joking but she is not smiling. I just let it pass as i'm not in the mood to make a fuss. I will be happy if she will redirect me to the right isle. I dont know if this cashier needs a retraining so that she will not shame a customer in public. Attached is the transaction receipt.

SM Supermalls salesperson in watsons.

A sales lady at watsons was talkkng loudly to her friend about my husband being a foreigner and talking inaproppriately in front of me. She thought I wouldnt be able to understand tagalog. She was very rude and unprofessional and I wouldve called the manager to report this disgusting behaviour. She was looking at me agressively and did not offer to help me just started talking about my husband. Is this the service that I will get from SM, this is truly disgusting and lowclass. Please do an action for your rude, unprofessional and unmannered employees.

SM Supermalls "unethical behaviour of the cashier"

I've been mistreated and looked down by the cashier because I'm just wearing a comfy outfit that i dont look like a prestige card holder. The first costumers that looked rich, she didn't asked for their prestige card and immediately punched their items, and the customers just handed their card after the punching. Then when my turn came, she asked me if I'm a prestige card holder and I've told her yes but give me a second coz I'm talking and saying something important to my sister in law as im giving her instructions to take the child from me. But then, i was so shocked that the cashier was still standing still and don't really wanna punch my items. I've told her for the second time in a nice manner" Ma'am dont worry i won't go to you lane if I'm not a prestige card holder, if not so then I'll be ashamed to queue in here." But then she answered me sarcastically. She replied " prestige card!" in a snobbish way. As a human I felt hurt, ive told her how unfair she was knowing that im her last customer that night because the store is already preparing to shut off. I told her she shouldnt judge me on how i look rather she should be fair on all the prestige card holders be it we look rich and we look poor and dont base her judgement on how we dress up. She answered me back and she dared me to complain at the customer service counter and even pointed me where is at saying " Ayan, Customer Service magreklamo ka kung gusto mo".I handed her my prestige card and also raised my voice already telling her how unfair she treated me then that's the only time she punched it but still talked back insulting me with her words telling me " hinde, ang ganda nyo nga eh, ang ganda ganda" in mocking way which is no connection about what I'm explining her. Then my goosebumps raised because her attitude was unacceptable. I just let my sister in law handle the matter and my groceries bacause i can't take the attitude any longer.. I approached the customer service supervisor regarding the matter but just asked me my suggestion on how to improve their service, but I initiated nd suggested I'd rather make a written compliant regarding the cashier so that she will learn from her mistakes and no customers will be humiliated the way she did to me. SM Supermalls refrigerator

We bought a refrigerator last tuesday at the sm mall of asia hypermarket and they initially said it will be delivered the next day to our home which is also in pasay city.
But they suddenly changed it to thursday telling us that according to delivery staff they were tied up on last on wednesday. We agreed on it tho we are a bit frustrated since we badly need it cause we have frozen food that needs to be kept properly. So we waited all day today thinking it will be delivered now but there are no texts, calls or even a heads up that they will be coming late so i took the initiative to call the sm hypermarket to follow up. Then after few minutes they gave us a call saying that they can't deliver it tonight and we need to wait again until tomorrow. I'm pretty sure by that time ALL our frozen goods will be spoiled. I am complaining about your employee. Small cart ang dala ko and pumila ko sa knya sa big cart at dahil wla nman siyang customer dun ako pumila sa knya at isa pa I was preagnant and im expecting na priority ako pero di niya pa rin pinunch yung items ko at dun pa ko pinapila sa pila ng mga small cart tutal wla nman daw gaanong pila samantalang wla nman siyang customer. I didnt sure sa name niya pero I think her name is vera at cashier siya sa counter 20 and passed 7pm na yun going to 8pm if I am not mistaken, and it is saturday may 11, 2019

SM Supermalls I am complaining for the delay service of my order

Ive bought a matress last march 30 at sm mall of asia pasay and they comitted to deliver it on april 17 but they first call me prior to the delivery date that my order will not be delivered on the promise date. I agree that they would call me by monday of the following week that is april 22 but no one call me until i made a follow up and that they told me that only by saturday april 27 would be my schedule delivery! Poor customer service atleast someone would reach me to update me from time to time my delivery status

SM Supermalls wrong price from pos vs on tag (price tag law)

I bought tshirt from your store today april 22 2019 on the tag of the tshirt it show that its price was 179.50 but the cashier scan the item it cost 199 i tell to the cashier to double check the price because according to price tag law what the consumer saw should be the price of the items. The lowest price must be considered but the supervisor dont act and ive waited for almost 20mins. To solve the problem but nothing happen still i paid 199 and i tell to the cashier that we have a price tag law. I may sue u for this.

Your managers is very ill mannered staff of yours why do you hire such kind of employee especially one of your manager Glenn Trinidad?! His very unprofessional and ill mannered staff your much better conduct leader training especially for him! Its not good to hire this kind of incompetent staff of yours this is one of the factor of having a bad customer service and please tell him to him to be professional, especially treating his staff! If they have problem much better to resolve it internally not in your selling area, aren't his not oriented on this kind of ethics? Hope you can resolve this as much as possible because whenever i go to your store I myself feel irritated seeing him. Please resolve your staff Glenn Trinidad much better give him more training to realise how important customer and staff relationship on this kind of industry. I'm just a concern shopper of SM Cubao. SM Supermalls sm bonus peanut butter

The sm bonus peanut butter I just bought is priced at 94 pesos. About a 20 to 30 peso cheaper than lily's peanut butter. The actual taste is really so disgusting far from my expectation (i'm actually not expecting too much that it's like made of premium peanuts), but my cravings was only ready for it to be too salty, less peanut-y, or too oily. But, what - a - terrible idea to give it a try because sm bonus peanut butter has this horrible chemical taste and petroleum gas like smell. It is still 94 pesos. Lily's only 129. I'm so dizzy right now and i'm in big regret why I swallow such kind, I puked but failed to get it out of my system. — don't know how can I call their (sm malls/ sm bonus /sm hypermarket) attention regarding this 🤮🤮🤮

SM Supermalls expired items displayed

Last Mar 30, 2019 I bought Healthy Lifestyle Lagundi Tea for my father who sufferred from mild stroke and pneumonia. When we're home and arranged our groceries, I've shown that tea to my father and explain how it will be served, when I noticed that the expiration date was November 2018 (4 months ago)
Yesterday, Mar 31, we filed a formal complaint on a thru Store Asst Mgr on duty, "Badet" and do sime inspection on the item displayed and it was proven and confirmed... all Healthy Lifestyle Lagundi Tea were all expired. I've ask her if there was no inventory made even for the last qtr of 2018, why this was not removed? And she was blinded as well.

This concern must be addressed immediately to avoid health issue of the consumers. We've trusted SM Supermarket so much and since this is a tea, most of the items have a life span of 2-3 years and yet, 4months expired items were still displayed?
How many more consumers will be affected with this NEGLIGENCE?

Expired item was replaced by Healthy Lifestyle Banaba Green Tea which will expired 2021. Could you just imagine, 3 years before it will be expired, but the Lagundi Tea was displayed for more than 3 years? And no inventory was done? If not Monthly, this should be captured even on a quartely inventory and yearly audit.

Please help to address this concern as this will surely affect health and safety of the consumers.

My daughter is confined because of food poisoning! The snack food from sm cinema! The hotdog that was sold to my daughter was spoiled! And all that your employees can give is an emergency fund of 5000! Is that how you compensate for what you've caused! My daughter is now suffering in the hospital! Better do something to this one or I will sue you! This is unacceptable! My daughter keeps on vomiting the last food that she ate was the hotdog that was bought in your cinema!

SM Supermalls sm ticketnet for disney on ice

Date of First Incident: December 14, 2018
Date of Second Incident: December 27, 2018
Ticketnet Teller assigned at PLDT premise who assisted that time: Mr. Garry Barojabo ("Teller")

A 10% discount promo was offered to all PLDT/SMART employee for the above subject which I availed. Employee has to avail max of 5 tickets but I needed 10 tickets so I asked my office mate to get for me by signing-on and the Teller agreed to process the next 5 tickets for me. The issue here was that I clearly stated the schedule/seat assignment (Jan 1, 2019 at 6PM Upper Box 420B Coral A1-A10) which the Teller had acknowledged. However, because I have to look for my office mate to vouch the other 5 tickets, the first five (A1-A5) tickets were transacted ahead. Few minutes later, when we're about to get the other 5 tickets, the Teller told me that the A6-A10 was already taken & even showed the monitor screen that the next best seats are B1-B10, which I acceded. The Teller recapped the seat arrangements through the monitor screen, printed the tickets and I paid w/10% discounts via credit card & the Teller kept on saying "Ok na yan Sir" as he placed the first 5 tickets and second 5 tickets on separate envelopes. I felt he was hurrying up because the buyers on queue were already building up that time.

On Christmas Eve, I was about to give the tickets as surprise gifts to my nephews and nieces, until we checked that the schedule of first 5 and second 5 tickets are not the same; first five tickets were correct but the second five tickets were dated Dec 30, 2018 at 11AM. I went to the nearest SM (Fairview) last Dec 26, 2018 to inquire about the situation and the SM TICKETNET teller on duty assisted me well by allowing me to talk to the main person named Marg/Margie over the phone. I explained my side as narrated above, but to cut the story short, she told me the only option left was for me to go to the MOA Arena to change the 5 tickets & transaction will be of no discount since these tickets will reflect as sales for that day & PLDT/Smart employee discount is not honored.

When I went to MOA Arena yesterday to change the 5 tickets, I am already convinced accepting the fact that I must pay for no discount price & have to go through explaining again the reason for the change. However, I found out that the person whom I was doing the transaction at MOA Arena was the same Teller who entangled me into this mess. I would have paid the additional amount (Php345.00) to avoid further inconvenience if only I did not feel shortchanged or insulted. What I only want is fairness to admit that he too has fault and must feel apologetic instead of being arrogant and defensive. The nagging logical thoughts like, this Teller knew from the start that I was aiming to get 10 tickets for the aforesaid schedule which he transacted well on the first 5 tickets; he should be fair to admit that he displayed the wrong schedule when we were haggling the availment of next A6-A10 tickets, and in the process I ended up accepting the B6-B10 out of no choice to fill-in that time. I hope this incident will elevate the level of service of Mr. Garry Barojabo towards his customers, again all I ask for is fairness... nobody in his right mind will enter into a trouble of his own making, considering the amount being demanded for payment can be easily and readily paid for if only being made under due process.

Please tell your people to be courteous and polite at all times.

When i asked him about the functions of the item he was very rude to me and i was Really offended. So i just walked out of the conversation. 10:03am today 12/12/18 Bibili ako ng Corn Kernel sa SM Makati sa Lower Ground, walang bantay or promodiser they call it, tinatawag ko ung nasa kabilang section dun sa may mga kakanin kasi may dalawang bantay doon, then may isang lalaki na nag turo saakin na sa kabila daw ako bibili and magbabayad. So pumunta ako sa Cashier pagpunta ko doon, hinihingian ako ng bar code ng kahera. Sabi niya sakin hingi daw ako doon sa promodiser, sabi ko sa kanya, "Walang pumapansin dun sakin!" So pumunta ako sa promodiser na nagtitinda ng mga kakanin. Nagtanong ako, sabi ko "Wala bang bantay doon? (Pointing sa corn kernels) then while the girl promodiser is slicing the kakanin, sumagot siya NANG HINDI NAKATINGIN SAKIN AT NAKAYUKO SIYA NAKATINGIN SA INI SLICE NIYA! Sabi niya wala pong promidiser jan" so sabi ko SO PANO YAN? BAKIT GANYAN ANG SERVICE NIYO SM?! Ayusin niyo behavior ng mga empleyado niyo! Tapos ang babaeng gwardiya nakikipag tsimisan sa promodiser din dun sa may cashier! Ako pa tlga ang lumapit sa gwardiya to tell her na kung pwede tawagan ang bantay sa corn kernel! Hindi man lang ako inassist ng mga tindera niyo! DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH TRAINING TO YOUR EMPLOYERS? Bakit ganyan mga behavior nila?! Nakakainis ang aga aga!
