SM Appliance Delivery
I purchased a 9.5 cubic refrigerator from SM Appliance Fairview on Tuesday. We were expecting delivery on Thursday.
The issue was, we weren’t informed that they couldn’t deliver up to the 5F.
During the purchase, we asked the salesman how they plan to deliver the ref to the 5F so he is aware about our unit and the address we provided is a condominium address.
Also, the lady from SM we were talking to and was coordinating the delivery with said on that day only that they can only allow us to receive the item from the ground floor and it’s up to us how to get it to the 5F.
Not only did the salesman not inform us, they literally stressed us out on the delivery day and ended up rescheduling since it was only my nanny and 3 year old son who were at home during the delivery time as my husband and I are out for work.
Desired outcome: Terminate the salesman
Parking Services in SM North EDSA Annex
Incident around 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm in the parking area payment area. A motorcycle, coming from nowhere, cut me so the driver (female) could go ahead. I was in a hurry and patiently waited after a long line. THE SECURITY GUARD AND THE CASHIERS DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO CALL THE ATTENTION. Please ensure that these guards on duty will call out the attention of motorcycles who would just cut. Wag niyo hayaaang sumingit na lang sila and let them go at the end of the line. This is not the first time it happened.
Desired outcome: Instruct the security guards to call the attention of motorcycles who are cutting in line. This is so unfair for all four-wheeled cars.
SM Grand Central: Complaint for Macky Santos
I would like to file a complaint to macky santos who works in the department store at SM Grand central. I have a girlfriend who got newly hired on the month of April and works in one of the stores. He kept Courting my girlfriend knowing she already has a boyfriend and I already talked to him privately asking if he can leave my girlfriend alone as I understand my girlfriend is focused on her work. Seems like that wasnt enough that he goes to her store and bothers her everyday. I myself dont think we can tolerate this such behaviour. And just an fyi, he also has a girlfriend who works in SM grand central. Does this mean, SM is tolerating employees having relationship within the same mall? I thought thats conflict of interest? I might be wrong but employees are supposed to represent the name of SM and with what macky is doing to me ( a customer) and to my girlfriend who works hard to which he disturbs her everyday is very disappointing. Im escalating this since he needs to be Guided. He not just hampers my girlfriends time but also with Store's business. I will leave all actions to the management.
Desired outcome: Have him sent to another mall. Anything that can give me assurance that he will not set foot near my girlfriend as this is causing grief to not just me and my girlfriend but for the business where my girlfriend works.

I'd like to file a complaint against one of your staffs assigned in the 3rd floor comfort room in SM Valenzuela. The incident happened today, April 27 2022 at around 5:50 i dont even know her name it's because she is not wearing her id also not wearing face mask properly happened when she said to me bakit mo pinapaliguan yung bowl ang lawa naman kasi i replied, "hindi po i just spray alcohol ". She then proceeded to say, " kakamap ko lang jan then hinagis niya yung basahan niya na pinangpupunas sa bowl sa harap ko sa my sink na muntik na ko matamaan" iI believe she has to learn to talk to people in a respectful manner. I hope you'll do the necessary step so this would not happen again

I'd like to file a complaint against one of your staffs assigned in the 4th floor comfort room in Megamall. It's the comfort room beside the bowling area. The incident happened today, April 17 at around 3:30pm. The staff's name is Rodelyn. It happened when she knocked a bit loudly on the cubicle door I was in to which I replied, "May tao po". She then proceeded to say, "Ang tagal mo na dyan. 20 minutes ka na dyan. May mga naghihintay. Madaming tao" in a not so friendly manner. There were 3 women washing their hands when I came out. She could have told me nicely and not in a way where the other person would feel humiliated. I believe she has to learn to talk to people in a respectful manner. I hope you'll do the necessary step so this would not happen again.

I was on queue for the cashier at your supermarket in MOA, because the que as quiet long, one of your ambulant assistant noticed I was only buying 3 items. He directed me to the cashier at Miniso (store) located inside the supermarket. One customer ahead of me paid a Php1,000 bill to buy a sanitary napkin. The cashier (her complete name slipped my mind), surname starts with V) lest her post to have the bill changed to a smaller biller, She went to the direction of your Customer Service section but disappeared. She was gone for more than 20 mins and when I returned I asked why it took her that long. THe queue doubled and some left the store. She rudely answered "Kasalanan ko ba kung d ko mahanap yung head cashier at kasalanan ko ba kung matagal mag sukli?" She should have told us, customers on line that it will take long before she could come back. I uttered "Leche" - she claims I cursed her, this is a spanish word for milk which we have adopted from them. She didnot even apologize for leaving that long. I asked for her supervisor but it took a lot longer for her to come, I asked for her full name but she refused, I grabbed her ID but instantly got it back. Her supervisor, Cheryl, assisted and apologized in behalf of the company and requested not file any complaint as she will make sure she will be reprimanded. I doubt this, thus this complaint.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from her and be reprimanded for her actions. Improve on the wait time for supervisors/assistants.
expired products sold at sm hypermarket tagaytay
I bought chips in hurry only to find out that the items I just purchased yesterday has been expired for over a month now. My sister told me she had the same experience. I will file a complain to DTI about this. You should not be selling spoiled or expired items. Shame on you.
Desired outcome: to ensure they don't do it again or perhaps close the store if you can't ensure all items are still good for consumption
Fw: selling fake product and not unprofessional staff
We bought a Redmi 9C 2 days ago and it was identified as defective, not charging fast, only 1 to 2% battery every hour, and when restarted, it shows as a Samsung brand. The staff at Xiaomi service center in SM MANILA branch did not provide a replacement unless diagnosed by a tech. It is understandable but the staff, named Melissa Perez was very unprofessional, rude, and sarcastic. Also advised us to wait if device should be replaced. So does that mean replacement is not a guarantee? Is the proof not obvious that device is defective?
Desired outcome: Staff should be advised of an appropriate customer service approach and device needs to be replaced.

Savemore alapan's incompetent manager
On or before 6:30 pm on feb 22. We went to Savemore Alapan, Lancaster new city, Imus, Cavite to buy groceries. We went to the prestige lane since I am a prestige card holder since 2010. We notice the long line and notice that the cashier is accomodating non-prestige card holder. My wife and I ask the cashier and she told us that's the instruction given to her by the manager. So we approached and ask the manager but to our dismay her only reponse is "Ah ok" and told us that she is "off-duty" and just walk away without assisting us. My wife and I is very frustrated of the way we are maltreated and hoping for a speedy and immediate action regarding our case

Kept calling and one staff hung up on me and even hang the phone so i cant call. Called my Bank and they said that they confirmed the 2 transaction thats why the case was closed. Didnt even bother to update mo even on txt.

Earlier today we went to savemore Angono near at public market and we park our tricycle and buy our groceries. When we were out we didnt see our tricycle and saw the car parked on our area. We saw our tricycle park on different area and I ask the guard why it was moved. They say it was not allowed to park the tricycle on that area, but I saw another tricycle parking on the other side. I want to know and see if theres rules and regulations that only 4 wheels are allowed to park on free parking area. As I know its first come first basis and take note we are also customer who bought groceries from savemore. Please take action on this.
Desired outcome: To know if theres rules and regulations on free parking area, if none to get the guard, employees and some people doing on parking to be aware that its a first come first basis parking and not allowed to move any vehicle.

Earlier today(12/3/21) I was at Savemore bankers cal.city, I brought my 2yr old son with me, I did'nt see any big carts so i put him on a blue cart, then one security guard(LEILA LANADA) approched me and said "mam bawal po ang bata sa blue cart" so I asked for a big cart she said there are none so she can't provide me one, so i ask how could I shop holding my son and a basket with me?I'm pregnant. Then she replied "ganun tlga" so I said "ok hindi nalang ako bibili" then she replied "edi wag".I went to the complain desk and seems that even the supervisor incharge is not interested on my conser.

Three different times that I bought d item in question from hypermart and waltermart, I noticefd that the ties which was used to seal the bag was missing. At first, I thought it was just an error in packaging. But encountering this defect for the third time, I decided to make this complaint as I think there is misrepresentation of the packaging if it was intentional. Thank you.
Security and public safty.
At your Fairview Mall, security is allowing customers to walk the mall without masks and face shields. Some of the "so called" guards do not wear face shields. Several of the restaurants have placed tables and chairs on the walkways designated by arrows on the floor. This furniture is covering the arrows and is not allowing safe distancing between customers walking in the mall. The guards disregard my complaints and even laugh at me. The few restaurant employees I have complained to, give me dirty looks and walk away. I have talked with several of my friends, both Filipino, European and American. We have all agreed to Boycott this mall until these issues have been corrected. If they are not, we will make our complaint to the PNP and City of Manila. This is a Public Health and Safety mater that needs correcting as soon as possible.

I was provided very wrong information by this cashier. With promotion last June 24-31, 2021 with redemption of Php if you purchase minimum of Php 3, 000 and I got total of 4 redemptions and I was told that there is NO EXPIRATION for the redemption. I went to customer service but they never help me with it. I travelled 3-4hours away from the SM mall I got the redemption stub but ended up they did not help me at all. Take note, on the redemption stub given to me it was indicated the expiration of redemption period.

Groceries not been delivered as of now
I ordered via online at sm markets website particularly sn supermarket fairview. When I ordered at around late in the morning today sept 18 2021, delivery was scheduled around 4 to 7 pm. I paid already thru gcash. Until now, nothing was delivered. But in the sm website, it says it is complete and been refunded of some items that were out of stock. So how come it was complete, wherein none were delivered. I also indicate there to please call or msg me. None were done. So what will I do? I need a refund asap. I am limiting myself to go to the supermarket because of covid, now I have to make some time to go to ur store tomorrow.
